Seventh Sojourn

Is a wonderful soap place that uses natural products to make their soap. I know them from visiting Renaissance Festivals but they also have a website where you can order soaps and lots of other products. BUT, the reason I am writing this is because recently, I ordered some of their soap, and the postal service lost it in the mail. I got the package torn, no soaps not even a receipt. I emailed Seventh Sojourn, noting that it was not their fault of course, telling them about the postal service losing it, and they answered almost immediately saying they would repackage and reship my order for me, and meanwhile contact the usps.
