The video is facing someone, assumedly Outpost himself. He has short, dark orange hair, and a bandana covering the lower half of his face.

“Yooooo..” He speaks quietly, awkwardly trailing off, “If I have this set up right, it should uh.. post this video automatically in like.. seven hours or so if something goes wrong? Hopefully it’s set up right—whatever.”

The camera switches from facing Outpost to facing the area around them. A dirty sewer, mossy grey bricks for every wall. “So uh, the warehouse was empty. Guess they uh.. learned their lesson, right? But I thought I heard something, so.. of course, don’t really wanna.. risk anything, but if it’s my supervisor I need to help her on he escape route. What choice do I have?”

Outpost fiddles with her rotomphone, before it eventually clicks onto her belt, continuing to show the area in front of her, just obviously at a lower angle.

She walks slowly, poking around each corner before continuing to move at a brisk pace. Eventually, she looks around one, and quickly moves back behind it upon spotting someone, movement so quick that the figure comes out blurry.

After a few breaths, Outpost pops out again, running forward and throwing out a Pokéball.

“Soda, Taunt!”

The person, turning around, suddenly looks frantic. She has long black hair, and is wearing sunglasses and headphones. She seemingly forces herself to calm down, falling for the Zorua’s taunt.

She sends out her Falinks, only three in a line, who charge out and spin circles around Soda. Soda flinches, already tired from the one attack. “..Shit.” Outpost whispers.

“You don’t know what you’re doing, kid! I’ll give you one chance to get goin’, or else!”

He doesn’t dignify it with a response, focusing on his Zorua. “Soda, U-Turn outta there!”

That seems to hit well, but definitely not good enough against the Falinks. In any case, Soda swaps out with Paradise. The Alolan Marowak grunts, a tight hold on their bone.

“High Horsepower, don’t let ‘em rest buddy!”

Paradise squints at the charging Falinks, and slides just out of the way before they could hit. “Great job, bud! Shadow Bone!”

At top speeds, the Alolan Marowak begins spinning their bone, before they use the built up momentum to hit hard. They hit the Falinks closest, but the other two jump back up and charge again. Paradise is hit hard and spins out, fainting.

“Fuck-!”

“Don’t see why you’re complaining! I gave you a chance—I’ll even give you another one! Come on, this isn’t your fight! There’s a better way!”

“Callie.”

She flinches.

“Tide!” Outpost commands, sending out another Pokéball. “Take Down!”

The Falinks brace themselves, but the Gogoat runs right past, aiming at Callie. However, they just brush past her.. but bite down and forceabily yank off her headphones, before smashing them on the ground. The force is enough for the sunglasses to slip. Her eyes widen.

“Kid, kid don’t- You’re meddling with things you shouldn’t be messing with! ..I.. I recognize you.”

Outpost steps a little forward, before taking a breath… and singing.

…something about precious stone, a windy shore, or fate? It’s hard to make out, Outpost is definitely not a singer. However, something on Callie’s face visibility changes.

“I know what you’re doing! It’s not going to change anything!” She places her hands on her ears. “T-Throat Chop, on the trainer, NOW!”

The Falinks pause, before grouping back up and running at Outpost.

Outpost keeps singing.

The Falinks leap.

“STOP-!”

Upon the command, they choose to miss, just sliding past Outpost’s shoulder. She lets out a shaky sigh, and starts singing quieter and quieter as Callie drops to her knees, trembling.

“..Are you..?” Outpost asks after a moment, stepping closer.

Callie looks up, a clear look in her eyes, but she’s tearing up.

“..Marie. I’m sorry, I-“

“You don’t need to apologize. This isn’t your fault.”

“I- we can talk about this later. …You’re TPC right?”

“..Yeah, I was recruited for this whole.. thing.”

“Good, that’s good.. that must mean you’ll understand why the two of us need to move.”

Without a further comment, Outpost helps Callie up and the two get moving, him taking the lead on directions.

At one long stretch before a turn, Outpost unclips his rotomphone. “I think I’ll be safe now, so I’ll stop recording and turn off the failsafe.”

“You were recor-?”

so I went to see family for the Big Game yesterday bc it's a good excuse to visit and we were all wrapping up for the night, everyone had gone to bed, and I got out of the shower, ready to sleep, and I saw that no one had cleaned up their mess before going to bed. Fuckin nacho cheese Nidoritos and cheddar and sour cream Girafaridgies chips and sour cream and onion Tangelays potato chips and the bones of Tauros sauce covered Pidgey wings and the fancy Vermillion City sharp cheddar cheese dip and a billion cans of Fuecoca-cola and Dr. Wooper soda and Budew-Light beer and just. So much trash that everyone abandoned. Despite there being a vacuum of a Zorua and a bottomless pit stomached Espurr in the house. And I, the person with sensory issues bc autism, had to clean up all the wet and sticky and flavour dust covered foods and wipe down the tables and wash the bowls and put away the leftovers bc otherwise my gluttonous pokemon WILL eat until they explode. I am charging for my services

If you're just looking for the elevator pitch, I grew up in the Lostlorn woods, that was fun, and nowadays in addition to being a psychologist I'm also a Paldean Champion-Rank trainer and technically a model? I'm also taking on the Unovan Gym Challenge, where I've got all 8 badges.

Let's talk about my Pokémon partners! My clinic "mascot" is Chiru, an Altaria who I've known since I studied in Paldea. Those who have known me for a while knew my half-brother, Wolfgang, as well. Though he passed away a hero, protecting our home, I still talk about him a lot, and will continue to do so. Love you always, Wolfy.

My other partners include Ringogo (Appletun), Maamaa (Wooloo), and Momo (Fidough), all of whom provide immense support to my work as therapy Pokemon. I’ve also met Dolly, a deaf Darmanitan, Soda, a Wobbuffet, Wingman (an "ultra-domesticated" Carvanha), Shuu the Serperior, Fruit By The Foot the Scolipede (new and improved name for her height!), Chibi the ✨ Vanilluxe, and Amadeus, my Zoroark mix niece (Dark/Ghost).

I am blessed with the gift to clearly understand Pokemon speech (as part of my hybridization), and as such we are all quite good friends. I would be happy to share their thoughts with this website too!

So, about my Pokemon fanfic

I wanna talk about the classmates of the school where Miru the Oshawott goes to a school called The Floral School. And his class name is Normalium (Yes, Z crystal references.) In his classroom, there are 24 students including Miru. Those 24 students are divided into a team of 6. And I'm gonna show them here, starting with ⭐Team Dream Runners⭐

This team is made of: Miru the Oshawott Scarlet the Fennekin Leaf the Chespin Ruby the Zorua Rio the Riolu Star the Kirlia -------------------------------------------------------------- Miru the Oshawott is a 13 years old boy who is energetic. He always dreams about being the strongest hero of all. Even if he acts childish sometimes, he gets serious if the moment requires it. Scarlet the Fennekin is a 12 years old girl. She is a cute girl and sometimes makes silly moves. Sadly, her past was very tough on her. She is Miru's best friend. Leaf the Chespin is a 13 years old boy. He is very kind and peaceful, he loves to hangout with his friends. Ruby the Zorua is a 12 years old prankster girl. She always love to make harmless prank on anyone if she can, thanks to this, she became a troublemaker. Rio the Riolu is a 13 years old boy. He takes his training seriously because he wanna be as strong as his older brother. (He is also a friendly version of Sasuke from Naruto lol) Star the Kirlia is a smart 13 years old girl who acts cool on her way. She also loves to bites bones. Ryder the Tyrogue is a competitive 13 years old boy. He takes battle and training seriously, if he doesn't feel like he gave his best, he gets mad. Damien the Scrafty is a 14 years old boy. He is kind of crazy but in the good way, and he loves to make jokes. Amelia the Skorupi is a 13 years girl. Samurott/Takashi:

sees himself as the dad/king of the group since he's been there the longest

strong sense of nobility and duty that presents itself in the form of a big ego

very loyal and would do anything for the team

curls up by my feet when we go to sleep

Espeon/Asahi

the smart one

usually sleeping because he's done with everyone's crap

a little sad because i use him as death fodder a bit too often

knew Volo was evil the whole time but nobody believed him

Luxray/Kaminari

has the energy of a monster drink or a club soda and there is no in between

always raring to go, ready to be sent into battle, only to get knocked out immediately 

likes to bite things

has an ongoing rivalry with samurott, as the both of them have been on the team for the longest

Arcanine/Tengan

a very good girl

likes to fetch, break rocks, get berries out of trees, etc

also likes to battle, running around the battlefield with vigor

her fur still covers her eyes, which used to make her pretty clumsy, but now she's running around all over the place without an issue

was kind of a loner when she was first caught, but quickly became really friendly

Braviary/Tsubasa

not the greatest in battles, but can still hold his own

really shines in the air, great flier

has a really good eye and can spot things from far away (like those gosh darn wisps)

i like to imagine my braviary and the ride braviary are the same

Zoroark/Udon

the baby of the group, everyone looks out for her and spoils her

a little shy but warms right up to you

best friends with Braviary!! when she was a Zorua she'd ride on his back and they'd go flying

she did the finishing blow on Giratina and everyone was so proud of her

anyways i love them all and i love this game. kept me from going crazy in tough times :p. I struggled a lot deciding what i wanted to draw for this, but I knew I wanted to have the sky in it. i look up at the sky in pla all the time cuz i think it's really pretty. it's really simple but still really nice :) and then it dawned on me while i was listening to the ost (which is fire, btw) that, oh yeah i should draw my team!!

ok anyways pla wasn't perfect but i really loved it. professor laventon my beloved. bye.

Why do you see Kokichi as a patrat? I personally like the angle of him being a phantump cause ✨angst✨

oh phantump is REALLY good, but i didnt look at grass types because i dont really associate kokichi with nature like, at all

Patrat on the other hand serves multiple purposes

Cool shiny that fits kokichi without being overdrawn and done to death (though i did tweak the eye coloring) we've all see shiny Zorua, but when's the last time you even saw a shiny patrat?

A pokemon associated with groups and organizations, especially keeping watch over said groups and organizations

A pokemon people dont really typically like. Sure we like kokichi a lot but in universe? a lot of people find him annoying and something to ignore, just like the most overlooked and disliked route 1 normal type would be

Moveset more around debuff then attack with moves like confide and fake tears

An inherent weakness and small stature that makes him easy to toss around and hurt if you can catch him

This technically can work with any pokemon but it hits harder if its a normal type but like imagine kokichi using a decently strong Return at the start of the game to show the love DICE has for him but by the end of the game its gotten so weak he had to swap it out for Frustration

the shiny nature combined with being a disliked pokemon is an inherent contradiction because people dont want a patrat but they DO want a shiny to show off, revealing into the nature of how people tend to see kokichi as not a person but an object or embodiment they can project onto and use for their own gain.

Funny gag of all of DICE being super strong pokemon and then theres just a patrat sitting on top of them all drinking all your soda and calling you a bitch

I forgot this one but patrat is also a pun on packrat and kokichi's a HOARDER

i don’t know if i mentioned it, but by the way, toast recently evolved! no longer a wooper!! i’m so proud!

happened while fighting clemont!! so it was definitely a spectacle. of course soda and sunset and skiddo (still can’t think of a good name for ‘em :( ) tried their best and i’m super thankful for them, but i think toast was the mvp of this fight (kinda surprising due to half of ‘em being weak to electric!)

i love my team so much, we’re gonna be champs at this rate!

Now that I’m nearing 4K words for chapter one, I think now is a good time as any to share this commission I got from Soda_Crow on Twitter.

I had this commissioned just shortly after Hisuian Zoroark and Zorua were revealed. Only now, am I sharing this because this is what to expect from Punch Baby Akari and her family.

Idk when I’ll have the chapter ready to post, but have this in the meantime. Seriously, I’ve waited so long to share this.
