I feel so weak
#i was feeling better after sleeping but it started getting tiring to walk after a while#hope this next nap fixes me#i feel MUCH better than when i first woke up today. like a lot. almost normal even#but i suddenly started feeling too weak again so back to bed it is#im tired of smth always being wrong with my body and im tired of people its because 'im too anxious'#someone had the NERVE to tell me what ihad was a panic attack like u fucking idiot do u think i dont know what a panic attack feels like?#that wasnt a fucking panic attack#i feel like scum i cant look at people inthe face. i just want to hide in a hole#my back hurts in several places and its bothersome to rest on one side of my head#so i can onlysleep in a specufic position and i have to be careful when i sit down
