[The USS-Northern Campus has been tracked down and is confirmed to be working on the first five ships of deck two, and the Heart Of Gold.

The entirety of Deck One is currently orbiting the Northern Campus Ship Construction SpaceComplex (SCSC-01).

Statistics say they could be done very soon.]

[Cedar's office has been shipped a package from Sevcon.

A large white and black box with golden accents. White top, Black bottom, Gold ribbon, Gold Sevcon logo.

Inside is two standard 52-card French-suited decks of cards, one in shiny black, one in glossy white. The designs on both are in gold.

The boxes on both say 'SVC-Standard Deck'

A note inside reads 'Just wanted to show off Sevcon's new standard cards. No further note. -Origin'

Further investigation reveals there was more to it.

Behind a foam panel that was holding the card decks is a compartment. Containing one aluminum card, gold plated. On it is one design. A black heart. Text on the back of the card reads 'The USS-Heart-Of-Gold NCC-88475'

This compartment, too, had another compartment inside. Apon removing the card, a pull tab is revealed, which when opened revealed 109 designs for new ships. One being The Heart Of Gold. The rest being divided into two different classes, referred to in the heavily redacted blueprints as 'decks.' 54 ships in each deck. Each named after a card in the two decks of cards in front of you, with the USS-Heart-Of-Gold correlating with the aluminum card, being the commander of the fleet.

They seem to be designed to operate inseparably, being one unison, one fleet. An extremely powerful one. An extremely threatful one.]

They appear to presumably be working with technology that will allow for potentially simultaneous communication. Akin.. to the IF in the book enders game..

130: “Hardtop”. G.I. Joe “Real American Hero” Series 6, 1987.

Yep, I’m BACK.

Hardtop was one of TWO figures that came with the EPIC play set: The DEFIANT: Space Vehicle Launch Complex. Hardtop was specifically meant to be the driver of the CRAWLER, which is why it’s featured here. Don’t worry, attention will be put on the shuttle and booster two figures from now, when I get to 132: “Payload.”

This drawing was kind of a bottleneck for me on this project, to be honest. Once I got to it, it was around Christmas, and I sorta backburned it, and then just sort of kept dreading the amount of work that I knew would be involved to draw it, haha. To give you sense of that, the figure drawing of Hardtop himself was about 1hr, which is average for JUST the figures. Sometimes 1.5hrs. Sometimes a little less. However, the drawing of the CRAWLER (basically the two side drawings you see there) total time was 7.5 hours. :|  . . . YEP. SEVEN and a HALF hours. So that makes it officially THE most time-consuming of all the vehicles I have drawn so far.

SO, needless to say I am happy to be able to be past that bottleneck! :D AND, I’m really looking forward to being able to get into more a flow now with cranking out the art for you guys. Thank you everyone, once again, for all your support on this project!
