♥️ Glutes Workout 🍑 🍎 . 3 of my current favorite glute/hamstring focussed exercise 1️⃣Straight leg glutes bridge- 🔑 keep your foot flexed and drive your heel into the bench while glutes bridging 2️⃣Stiff leg deadlifts, wide stance - from a deficit, 1 1/4 reps at the bottom of the movement 3️⃣Barbell Sumo Squats -with posterior pelvic tilt/glute squeeze for 1-3 sec at the top of the movement. . Try each for 2-4 sets of 10-15 reps each . Beginner 2 sets if 10-15 reps Intermediate 2-3 sets if 12-15 reps Advanced 3-4 sets of 15 reps .
