Trust the process! I didn't get here overnight, and I don't get to do this by taking my health for granted. I work out four to six days a week - period. Today I started the new @thework program, of which I have been showcasing the previews. This is definitely an Advanced program, so you and your physician should determine what level you should get moving. I can suggest beginner level workouts and eating programs (sign up for a FREE account at theinknin my bio). So ... I started on a Tuesday instead of Monday when the average person usually begins a new health program. ANY day of the week is the right day to start putting YOU first with your health and fitness. Want to really impress yourself? Start on a Saturday. 😉😉 I will be traveling next week and will have to put about three days of the program on hold until I return ... but that is ok because I can still stay on point with my eating and supplementing with another Beachbody On Demand workout from my hotel room.
