The bell hung on the front door of Family Video jingled, signaling the entrance of a customer. Eddie entered, hair tied up in a lazy ponytail to keep it up off his neck. It was a sunday afternoon, so Eddie’s plans weren’t much other than just smoking and watching a movie all by himself. He’d already been through any movies he had back at his trailer, which was how he found himself wandering about the video store. It took him a moment to decide what he wanted, even though whatever he’d pick out would probably inevitably end up as mostly just background noise. He made a selection with an interesting enough cover, taking the movie up to the counter, and promptly pausing as he set eyes on the cashier. He recognized him nearly instantly, sliding the movie over to him over the countertop. “Well, would you look at that? King Steve, right?” Eddie asked, a grin on his face as he leaned his hip into the counter.

I guess I’ll try posting here because I never seem to get reach or responses, or lasting partners. I’m tay, non-binary, aged 27 looking for a long term rp partner!

As friends Eddie was the touchy one. He’s that way with literally everyone to be fair though, but with Steve? Eddie can’t keep his damn paws to himself. There is no such thing as personal space. Always touching Steve’s shoulder, grabbing him in a headlock a total boyish way, literally manhandling Steve every chance he gets. The more the two hang out though, the more intimate the touches get. Eddie brushing a loose strand of hair behind Steve’s ear, rubbing his shoulders, holding his hand to make sure Steve is following him, wrapping his arms around Steve’s hip and never not in his space.

It doesn’t matter where they are. Steve could be at work at Family Video, the fruity four is having their annual movie night at Steve’s place, spending time with the kids in the Wheelers basement, having dinner with the Byers sitting at the dinner table, downtown at the gas station getting a pack of camels and a pack of beer.

When they finally are together though, suddenly Steve is the one who can’t keep his hands to himself. Which is far from a problem.

Except for the fact that Steve’s touches are far from PG let alone PG-13.

You’d think Steve was starving the way he practically devours Eddie every chance he gets. It doesn’t matter if they are out at the movies, having a get together with the party or just getting groceries surrounded by innocent elderly women just buying bread and eggs. If Steve doesn’t have his tongue down Eddie’s throat his hands are on Eddie’s ass, his thighs, Eddie’s neck, his crotch. The man is like a goddamn octopus. He has to have Eddie in arms reach at all times or he gets bitchy. Movie nights with the girls and even the kids if Eddie isn’t sitting in his lap then Steve takes it upon himself to plant his ass in Eddie’s lap. Of course they don’t even watch the movie - not for long anyway because they both end up making out instead.

It’s all so much multiplied by ten when Steve is drunk, or worse, high.

Luckily none of this happens when the teenagers are around because it isn’t like Eddie would ever stop his handsy boyfriend. Lazy smokes with Argyle and Jonathan are usually cut short because Steve’s hands eventually start rubbing along Eddie’s fly of his jeans. Hot open mouthed kisses that lead to clothes being half taken off and dry humping on the floor until they finally manage to rub one off together, or better yet Steve really gets his mouth on Eddie.

By the time they finish, it always ends up being just them in the room which is funny because it doesn’t start that way.

All the get togethers and parties they get invited to slowly stop involving the complementary drugs and alcohol which was weird to Steve.

But he didn’t really notice too much. Not when the thing he’s most addicted too is sleeping on his chest cuddled together on Gareths couch after a Hellfire campaign.

I usually play Steve, but am willing to switch depending on the scenario. I have a few ideas for a rp but would also love to hear anything you've got!

I typically do paragraph-style replies, third person, and prefer it be literate. Also I prefer writing with anyone 18+ (not because of quality, just because of comfort and being an adult myself).

I also love chatting with my rp partners and getting to know each other, but it isn't mandatory right from the get go. I understand sometimes that takes time!

Eddie doesn’t see himself falling asleep anytime soon. He’s been tossing and turning for hours now, and he thinks maybe it’s the nightmares of the supernatural shit that went on just a few weeks ago, or maybe it’s the fact he’s in someone else’s house— in a cold bed, with cold sheets. Probably both. Eddie blinks blankly at the ceiling as he listens to the ticking of the clock on the wall and then the sound of the AC kicking on. Maybe he should be more grateful. Steve letting him stay in the guest room is pretty generous of him. Eddie turns on his side for what feels like the hundredth time that night, ears just barely picking up on the soft, almost inaudible knock that comes from the door before it creaks open. Eddie sits up, before relaxing as he recognizes the figure in the doorway. “Steve?”

Okiedokie this is finally done ugh. It’s not perfect but I couldn’t get the idea of an annoying demon Eddie out of my head. Currently working on a steddie car scene *ahem* that is gonna be in a bit of a different style than I normally draw in just coz I’m experimenting a bit with new brushes and whatnot. Steddie fic idea 💡

Eddie’s the Hawkins town freak, it’s been his reputation for years, he owns it of course. Big metal head in Corroded Coffin, dungeon master of his dnd Hellfire club that he started, small town drug dealer, trailer trash living with his uncle, his father is in prison for murdering his mother. Y’know, the typical stuff.

But there is more then meets the eye to Eddie Munson. He isn’t just a freak, he’s cursed. As long as he remembered he was different, and not just because he is a gay man in the 80s, but because he can see the dead.

The older he’s gotten the more used to it he got. The spirits have let him be for the most part. Eddie has only come across a demotic entity twice in his twenty two years of life, but other then that the dead leave him alone. He’s learned of he pretends he can’t see them, then nothing comes out of his so called curse. It’s not like he can do anything for the ghosts anyway.

So it came as a big surprise to Eddie when he saw a new ghost, wandering the empty halls of Hawkins high as a super senior after a long campaign. Ghosts have this aura around them that make it easier to sense if they are dead or just a normal human, over the years Eddie has gotten better at seeing it.

But the last thing Eddie was expecting was Steve Harrington, or better yet the ghost of Steve Harrington to be wandering these halls.

Eddie didn’t even know Steve was dead.
