people who have less in depth knowledge and not clear on concepts passed this exam and I flunked it. All my study partners were baffled and jaw dropped. I’m not sure if I’ve recovered from the shock yet. what’s the guarantee I’ll pass it second time???

I know my updates about medical school are probably not interesting to most of you all, but I got my Step 2 CK score back today and did really well! I am so relieved. The folks at the program I am interested in also keep saying I am a good fit here, so fingers crossed.

Hey guys, just wondering if any of you have tried AMBOSS for clerkships? I have tried the 5 day trial, and i really like it. The concept is great. Everything is under one place and they have underlined important concepts and keywords that when you hover over the underlined area, it pops up with all the info. They also have images that highlight the areas that you are supposed to focus (so cool for X-ray and CT scans). And the best part of it is that I can access everything on my phone or tablet without wifi as well. I am not promoting AMBOSS, just highlighting some of the cool features i found useful. If you have tried it, let me know how useful you found it for shelf studying and on the wards?

I absolutely loved this article that I came across randomly through my wanderings of the internet. Perhaps at the core, most motivational lesson type lesson-advicey type things are rather similar but I really liked this one because of the examples presented.
