Adorned initially with a cropped jacket and a skirt sewn with plumes naturally sourced during moulting, she elegantly peels away layers to reveal a satin corseted bustier and shorts, accentuated with a delicate headdress by @StephenJonesMillinery.

Alongside her musicians and dancers-also outfitted in Dior by @MariaGraziaChiuri- she ardently revives 'Mon Truc en Plumes' in tribute to Zizi Jeanmaire's iconic performance.

Hair Artist Spotlight: James Pecis @jamespecis is a hair stylist from Northern California who is a regular at fashion weeks. He is not afraid to get creative with various hair textures, exhibited in his unique work. Pecis is also passionate about conservation, specifically water and marine, and has become an advocate against the waste that plagues the beauty and fashion industry daily. He has worked with Vogue, WSJ, and W Mag, and is a hired hair stylist for brands such as Chanel, Thom Browne, entrusted to do tbeir campaigns and shows! 💇🏽‍♀️

This past Saturday afternoon I had the privilege to participate in "Drawing on Style GPP Masterclass", organized by @graymca with legendary fashion illustrator @gladysperintpalmer, with 2 beautiful models wearing @stephenjonesmillinery and @philiptreacy, head pieces and vintage @zandra_rhodes_ . . Each pose was about 5 minutes and here are 2 drawings I felt most satisfied with, drawn using watercolor, and a small box of water-soluble wax pastels by @carandache we were all gifted with. (I had never tried these pastels btw and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy they are to use and LOVE the fact they are water-soluble!! I never even knew they make these! 😆) . The class honestly far exceeded my expectations as I got to receive critique not only from Gladys, but also from @suedraylcf (another legend!) whom I happened to sit next to 😮(It must've been my lucky day!) Not to mention the gallery space @cromwellplace itself was absolutely stunning. . My biggest takeaway from the class? ALWAYS exaggerate body proportions and postures, pay more attention to negative space, and draw on bigger pieces of paper! .
