heres to 14 Years of the CGI Sci-fi film 9, I watched it when it first came out thanks to my dear sister. and I'm glad i remember it to this day. I just love theses little Stitchpunks  ^w^ wither they will make an appearance again is uncertain (If it does I will be waiting in line at the nearest cinema) or if its the last time we'll see them again, lets give a thanks that Shane Acker brought them to life ...and sort of Death. so once Again Thanks Mr. Acker  and to you fellow fans that are out there, please keep the fire strong

Which scenes from Shane Acker 's 9 is your favorite? :) Can be more than one :- >

That's a hard one. Now I would say I loved the action and thrilling scenes of the movie.

However my favorite scenes was probably the interactions between the Stitchpunks

When 9 first met 2. It was wholesome not only did 9 meet his first ever friend/father figure, but 2 literally gave 9 His voice.

9 meeting 5, 1 & 8. Meeting 5 as a heeler , 1 a dictator, and 8 his enforcer. Although 1 is pretty antagonist in the movie it's kind of nice to hear the story of how the world fell apart.

9 and 5 Teaming up to rescue 2. #Brother Goals

9 meeting 7, not only 7 being a bad ass but 9 being shy around her

The Twins first introduction. Must I say more ?

6's introduction and most of the scenes involving him. I don't know why but I just love the pinstriped little soothsayer

8 when he's taking his magnet

2's funeral. It was a sad scene but it shows how much emotion each of them have for one another. Even 1 showing guilt

The Over the rainbow scene. It's cute how they're celebrating their victory. Them just playing together and listening to music.

9 discovering the Scientists gift.

And the funeral scene, although it was a bittersweet moment for the end. It did wrap things up nicely. 8, 6, 2, 5 & 1 appearing from the talisman as ghosts are just happy they are free and can move on. While 9, 7, 3 & 4 remain as the last of humanity

In my perspective each of them best represents what the scientist calls humanity in a nice way, where none of them can be without the other, and it's up to all of them to come together to make it through this Post apocalyptic world. 1many of them are of course scared but they handle that fear differently. 1 is most likely traumatized from the war and just wishes to hide and wait for things to settle down. 2 is willing to go out into danger through the eyes of an inventor consequences be darned, 3 & 4 despite being the youngest mentally long for knowledge and childlike curiosity. 5 although timid and nervous from losing his eye, he challenges his fear for the sake of his friends and grows from it. 6 ummm well I would say that he lives in constant fear from his visions but wishes to change this for the sake of his coven just like 5. 7 the first of them to challenge 1's authoritarian rule, wishing to fight the machines instead of living in fear. 8 although the most physically strong of them, he knows that it's scary out there so he prefers safety, however he shows how good of a fighter he can be in tough situations. And finally 9, The last of them and the most scared at first, waking up in a strange world where there are machines out to kill them, he learns from the others and wishes to do the right thing, learning from his mistakes and challenges his doubts, his fear, his anxiety, focusing them into quick thinking and problem solving.

I honestly wish I could see more of them interacting but at least there are people out there drawing the interactions for me to see lol

I had another Nine dream it was a scene where Five's soul got inside the machine at first he looked scared he called for help but there was no answer then he found another soul it was Two he hugged him and started to cry as he said Two I thought I'd never see you again...don't leave ever again! Two hugged Five back and he told him everything was going to be okay comforted by the warmth of the hug Five felt asleep in Two's lap as he smiled then I woke up

If I had a nickel for every time I saw a robot character that behaved very autistic/adhd (even to the point of headcanon), only to figure out that they were written to be “insane”

I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it happened twice

Both of them gave me lots of (autistic) joy and I can’t help but be a little bitter about it
