I hate that I’m doing this but if y’all could report this person on redbubble it would be very much appreciated. Just a heads up that people on Pinterest usually post tumblr and twitter art a lot without credit, once it is on Pinterest, people online keeps reposting that art in instagram and even makes fake merch, so if you see a cool art on Pinterest without any credit always report and try to contact the real artist!!!

Hi, I'm part of a group who tries to warn people who like and/or reblog from a reposter in the helluva boss fandom called remtix. This person is stealing arts and post them without any credits and sometimes even edit the illus to hide the watermark. Please remove your like if possible, the fewer reblogs and likes they have, the better it will help the artists to avoid their works to be more spread and to report them. Thanks!

The vid ads that are on YT for this type of thing which may or may not include this company (legal disclaimer) use words like "little known legal loophole" and "you dont make anything yourself" and "dont worry" and "resell with no need to keep costly inventory because its all digital".

Guys, this looks like promotion of fanwork as a resource to be exploited. Also at risk are scientific papers, equipment manuals and training documents, all of which are covered by loose copyright and institutional copyright.

I am annoyed that these ads are on mainstream YT.

Pay creatives. Site sources. Stop copy & misattribution for profit. Try learning stuff instead of copying another persons work for your profit.

I cannot express enough that if your reaction, as a hobby artist, to not getting that many notes on your art is to say "maybe I should just stop doing art altogether" you need to stop posting art to tumblr

not necessarily forever, not even for long, but just stop putting your art on here and start doing it for you again, remember why you enjoyed doing art in the first place and stop relying on the attention of faceless people on the internet for your enjoyment of your hard work

believe me, I get it, nothing crushes the artistic soul quite like labouring for hours on a piece only for it to get like 10 notes, so you need to find your own source of joy in the act of creation and a lot of the time that means making art and not showing it to anybody
