We met some friends for breakfast in Mackinaw City Tuesday, then strolled down Tourist Trap Alley, where we encountered an accordion-playing street musician and his dollar-snatching dog.
A supporter of live music, I fished a buck out of my pocket and moved to drop it in the accordion player's hat.
"Give it to the dog," he said, nodding toward the ankle-biter lounging regally in the little easy chair you see in the photo. I offered the dollar bill to the dog, who took it in his teeth, jumped down from the chair and deposited it in the hat.
"Take a bow." the accordion player told the dog. And he did.
It was such a cool trick that we invested another dollar, so I could take this photo.
⚜️While we missed Fat Tuesday in the city, I don’t think two days made much difference. What a full fun and entertaining city this is. It’s very old and deep-rooted culture gives this city life and a fun, eclectic feel

Was out for a bike ride across the “Big Four” pedestrian bridge in Louisville - ran across this fellow, a self taught musician he told me.... interesting guy.
There are plenty of buskers who choose the saxophone as their instrument of choice when performing on the streets. But not many choose the baritone sax like Barry does here!
Well this is a first, posting four pictures in one day! This ballpoint pen piece is part of another livestream I did last night. Instead of doing two like the other one, this was the only one. I ended up really liking it so much I decided to add some color with my pencils.
