(Steven Universe OCs) Chibi Beryls who I haven’t drawn in a long time. First pic is technically a redraw from 2019 (link to old one). I meant to draw four other Beryls with it but never got around to it until now.

Before the canon Aquamarine, I made Beryls and they were princesses to Diamonds (given that beryls are highly sought after and expensive). After canon introduction, these Beryls are gem quality beryls versus common beryls (gem quality irl are clear basically rather than foggy). Below the cut is their names and a bit about them:

Heliodor (Yellow Diamond): generally appearing to be soft spoken and cheery, her words seem to have a bite to them. She enjoys the luxuries of being a princess type.

Morganite (Pink Diamond): part of Pink Diamond's entourage, she ended up helping with the rebellion and lied about Rose Quartz shattering to the other Diamonds

Goshenite (White Diamond): cold-seeming and calculative, she prefers analytic over ideals

Aquamarine (formerly Blue Diamond before defecting): naive, and ran away constantly to the point where people hardly looked for her anymore as they figured she'd return. Eventually didn't, and joined up with Celestite before becoming corrupted during the Gem Earth War.

Emerald (formerly Green Diamond before Green was taken down): a rebel leader that has been plotting to take down the Diamond authority ever since they got rid of her Diamond. Her girlfriend is Jade

Chrysoberyl (Orange Diamond): while technically not a true Beryl, she was given to Orange Diamond who is known for being the useless Diamond and given throwaways. Chrysoberyl actually runs the place as she can do what she pleases while Orange remains bratty.

Maxixe and Aquamarine 2 (Twins to replace first Aquamarine under Blue Diamond): the twins emerged with each other, it was to help with the loss of the other Aquamarine Blue Diamond lost. The two are nasty to others and enjoy a life of luxury.

Alexandrite (formerly Purple Diamond before she was also taken down): unstable much like her Diamond, Alexandrite can switch between a purple state and a blue state. Blue is often melancholic while purple is excitable.

Bixbite/Red Beryl (formerly Red Diamond, before she was also taken down): Bixbite is a punk-ish rock n roll type, much like the rest of Red Diamond's court. She enjoys music that'll pump her up.

⚤ MAGENTA MORGANITE, LAVENDER SPINEL & BLUE MOONSTONE PERMAFUSION ⚤

Moonstone belonged to Blue's court, this was a highly recognized gem since his work as a spy was very effective; on the other hand, Morganite and Spinel belonged to Pink's court, while Beryl led a normal life doing her work for Homewold, the other didn't have a very good time because they entertained several groups of gems where the only thing they did was to damage them to the point of cracking their gem. By chance of fate, these three gems met in the rebellion (I won't tell details otherwise this story will get longer) and they fought on the side of the Crystal Gems; however, this didn't end very well since their fusion was poofed at the end of the battle, Spinel was captured and the other two had to return to Homeworld, separating. Spinel was taken to the Trial where they were considered a traitor, so they were cracked and put in one of several Clusters; Moonstone continued his spy work, although he was no longer well regarded because he dissociated too much; Morganite was transferred to White's court, where her work was considered too depressive. Would this be the end of it? When Era III arrived, after so many years the two remaining gems met again, forming a fusion and moving to Little Homeschool; at the same time Yellow Diamond was rebuilding her old friend (They has the same cut as Pink's Spinel since this one asked Yellow to make them like that), Spinel upon returning to life decided to tour all the Diamond's Colonies, upon arriving on Earth for obvious reasons they were reunited with their old friends, they ran to hug each other and fuse again; so they promised to become a permafusion and never abandon each other again; this permafusion uses all pronouns and they declare themselves bisexual, that's why the colors; they are in the "AndroFusions" group where few gems that have proven to be true permafusions made of various feelings and emotions, fight to be recognized and respected like any other gem

Made of lo-o-ove~. Easy going and a total sweetie. Unfortunately for her enemies, there is a skilled fighter behind that sweet smile. Her arms float and are thus not attached to her body. If she’s not roller skating, she’s probably observing wildlife by the beach. Her wheels can come off to become normal shoes.

Asteroid Outpost

So, a compilation of ideas. Two new gems, which would run this facility, and the facility itself.

These are pictures of Morganite, a gem who specializes in zero-gravity environments. They are often sent out in groups, where they bring a device to recall where the outpost is, and a device for scanning asteroids for materials. They are incapable of anything but standard feeling and hearing, as it isn't needed for their job. Once Morganites come across a suitable asteroid, they push it back using a rigid arm that attaches to it. Sometimes, the rigid arm is too big, and they need to fuse to push it back. They propel themselves through five spindly limbs on each side of their spherical body, which utilizes basic electron high-energy propulsion (or magic, your choice), where it is then parked into the station.

An asteroid harvesting outpost is modular, able to be added onto and changed depending on the circumstance, or even dismantled and recycled for use elsewhere. There are different docking segments, to fit different sized ships, there is storage for gems, in case less or more Morganites and Pearls are needed at a time, processing in case materials need separated or refined, and the extruding asteroid attachment segment, where asteroids are tied down to the outpost, and broken down.

Asteroids are broken down and harvested by Zircons, which are equipped with two of the propulsion limbs, three long, nimble arms, and a laser, which they use to chisel at the asteroid. The hands can also hold machinery, or be used to hold the Zircon in place.

Both Morganite and Zircon are large compared to the standard planet-side gem, not limited by gravity, and needing to move large objects with little resistance.

This is a full show of an Asteroid Outpost, with four modules. Two are ship modules, to fit larger trucker-esque ships, one is the asteroid attachment facility, and one is unspecified. There are morganites moving an asteroid, Zircons working at an asteroid, Zircons helping to prepare to chain down the incoming asteroid, as well as ships parked and leaving. There is even a tiny little Pearl in front of one of the ships, performing minor maintenance.

This is a long one, and I want to also expand on perhaps there being a regional manager of multiple facilities. Until then, ciao.
