If you haven’t yet come across my protein waffle recipe, here it is! If you have already come across my protein waffle recipe: This is a revised version 🙌 . . I’ve made at least 1,000 waffles since I posted the original recipe and have made little tweaks here and there to help make them less of a challenge to make. 😁 ... I can’t stress enough the importance of bananas with at least some green on them. The starch in the green bananas is what helps hold them together better. 👍 ... Also make sure to use ground chia seeds. You can grind them in a coffee grinder if you can only find them whole in the store ( this is what I have to do ). 👌 ... You might also notice the bananas and chia seeds are measured in grams. You will need a food scale for this. You can try to guess but generally that doesn’t work out too well 😂 ... Oh and yes, you can make these as pancakes just make them small so you can flip them easier. 💯 ... Good luck! I made blueberry pear waffles this morning as I do every other Sunday but this time, as I went to mix the batter (which I always do the night before because the batter uses yeast) I realized I was out of butter. After a quick internet search, I learned you could substitute unsweetened applesauce for butter in baking recipes. Since I had an unopened jar of applesauce in the cupboard, I gave it a try. They turned out to be delicious, although slightly dryer than the waffles I’ve made with butter. It was also more difficult getting them out of the waffle iron. The butter makes them moister and some of it leaches out and helps oil the waffle iron making them easier to remove. Hii! I'd really love some book recommendations. You said The Perks Of Being A Wallflower changed your life. What other books were inspiring/life changing that you recommend? Also, would love for you to say why even if it's just two words for each book?

The Perks Of Being A Wallflower changed my life because that was the first time i felt understood. i am not alone. 

Harry Potter also changed my life, but you have probably already read it. friendship is real, kindness is everything and you can achieve anything if you really want to. i know very cheesy, but that is who i am

Papertowns is also a very inspiring book. i have been told that a lot of people disliked it, because it ‘’was too boring’’, but i cannot understand them. margo (the protagonist) has these travel and explore desires i also have, so this book gave me all the wanderlust feels i long for.

In anderen Worten: Ich is a German book and i really wish that it was in English so more people could read it! they story is about a girl with ocd who loves writing poetry. then she joings a secret poetry club in her school, because her friend introduced her to that. sounds not like anything big, but oh god, the plot twists! turned out she does not only have ocd… As someone who loves peotry just as much as her (and even wrote a poetry book *cough*) it felt like i was her and it gave me a totally different sight of life.

EDIT: @sundaywaffle just told me that the German book is called Every Last Word in english! 

there are more books, but some of them are German. so here is my top 4 list of books everybody should read at least once in their life. i hope this was helpful :)
