Ok, satisfied, happy, and accomplished. It's not perfect, but it got VERY close to my goal. In order: Ts3 Beta -> Ts3 vanilla -> Ts3 Beta Lighting mod. I am excited to share it with my supporters and discover the amazing screenshots they will take!

LANDGRAAB SELL N'SWAP

Remodeling of Landgraab Sell n'Swap, a consignment store in Sunset Valley.

Renovated on patch 1.67 - Lot from Ambitions (Size: 30x30) -  Lot label = Consignment Store. Changed the front facade quite a bit and added a few more shop shelves inside. I might recolor the sign above front doors (from Supernaturals), if I do so I'll add a link to it here.

Using Items from: 

No CC, No Store Item

EPs: WA, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Seasons, University Life and Island Paradise.

 SPs: High End Loft, Fast Lane, Outdoor Living, Town Life and Diesel. I also own 70s,80s &90s and Movie Stuff , but I’m pretty sure I haven’t used anything from these in this lot.

I use markers on my lots: level skip, hidden room, public room… So to be able to modify any of  these buildings you need to have cheats on:  ‘testingcheatsenabled true’, then ‘restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false’ To see/remove the markers you need ‘buydebug on.

I want to try to start posting my stories about residents of Sunset Valley. I’ve duplicated, aged the majority of them down. and given them extended families :D anddddddd made a total mess all over town by using world editor to add lots lol 

Idk if anyone would delight in reading them but it’s something I always wanted to do.

Family day in the park

Madison and Scott thought that since the weather was so great that it would be perfect to take Kaiya and their dog Rosie on a stroller walk to the park and enjoy the sun!☀️ To their surprise they met Isla and Hank Ursine-Goddard, whom had just moved from Sunsetvalley to Starlight Shores !🤩 Madison was thrilled about her childhood-best friend’s arrival and now Kaiya can grow up and become friends with Isla’s daughter, just like they did! 😍

An Elixir Consignment Shop for Sunset Valley.

Built on patch 1.67 - Originally in Sunset Valley, where the Bistro used to be, so best placed there (Size: 16x18) - Lot label = Elixir Consignment Shop. Small shops with 2 rooms (plus back door/corridor with all-in-1 bathroom), potion register, alchemy station, gem cutter, magic mirror... and a lot of other knick-knacks.
