Me now after weeks of no gym at 154lbs/66kg I'm 5'5". What ive learned these past three weeks or more is there is clearly a link between my #depression fitness and mood-eating. With shitloads of things that make me hate life anything to suntract from the extensive list is a bonus so ima make the effort to go and eat right especially on the days life really sucks cause it only will make things worse if i don't. And there's nothing worse than being on the verge of a nervous breakdown and not having the time to #cry and should that #time arise u physically can't so your floating on this overwhelming verge of #emotional destruction and just can't pass it. So yeah.
