Superjail Convict Headcanons, because Yes. (Part 1, I have so many)

Nicky

Italian

Used to be fluent in Italian as a child but didn't speak it as much as a teenager and mostly forgot it as an adult

Not a dog lover but really cared and loved that dog

Only child, but lived with his cousins, uncles, aunties, grandpa and his single mom

In his mid 30s

He was never IN the mafia but definitely some of his uncles and friends are in the mafia, who were mostly associates and soldiers. He was friends with almost every criminal in NYC (mostly because of his friends and uncles) and still keeps contact with them.

He was a scammer. Used to scam people by being a fake taxi driver and selling fake tickets. He got caught by an undercover cop when he was in the airport, picking up tourist

Always skipped and Didn't pay attention to his class. Definitely cheated in every exam and passed. Was able to graduate High School but never went to College

The arm tattoo is his girlfriend, from Cleveland

Ash Firin

Long lost half brother of Nicky (this Headcanon was from this tumblr user cobalt-punk? I think. Who said that Ash's dad looked similar to Nicky and I really liked that HC, so it stuck with me)

In his mid 20s

Pushed around a lot by his "friends” and forced him to join their crimes because of his speciality in fire

Was caught by Jailbot, after he accidentally burned down the hospital when petting the pony (during s3 ep10). Also he was in that hospital because his friends left him behind and he got beaten up by the guys who were chasing them

Didn't have any extended family to take care of him, after his dad abandoned him.

His love for fire started after the incident in the theater and got his fire powers when he was in superjail (probably because of the twins)

Had a lonely childhood, most of the kids bullied or were scared of him because of his appearance (after the incident in the theater).

Might have set a kid's hair on fire when he was in the orphanage

Lived in the orphanage until he was 18. Was never adopted

Gary Sedi

In his early 40s

Was a serial killer and a librarian (idk he gives me that vibe)

Had a good childhood, never bullied or abused but was super anti social and his only friend was Bird

Lived in a small town during childhood and early adulthood

I think his real voice is soothing and he's able to change the way his voice sounds, before his old warden cuts his tongue. Because i REFUSE to believe that's his real voice

Bird has been with him since he was a kid, given to his parents as a birthday gift

His weakness: When he doesn’t have his glasses on he can’t see shit

Definitely one of the healthiest and well kept inmates. Has his American Psycho routine

Back then, even if he had his tongue and vocal cords he was a very quiet man. He was friendly (maybe not sincere) to people and talked if needed

some more stuff abt the future!stingray au

- a bunch of the more notable inmates (ie. ash, nicky, gary and bird) have been promoted to high-ranking minions/commanders for stingray’s army. promoting a bunch of random convicts to lead/command an army has gone exactly as well as you’d expect (read: very poorly), but stingray keeps them around anyway because they can lead the stingtroopers competently enough to hold off the ultrajail/superprison alliance.

- the resistance can’t definitively decide on whether their team name is “ultrajail” or “superprison”. they’ve taken to calling it both just so the warden will stop starting this argument.

- the inmates of superjail and ultraprison are supposed to be fighting against stingray on the side of their respective prisons, but their numbers (in terms of inmates and minor staff members) have been decimated, with a fuckton of their respective inmates defecting from the side of the prisons and joining stingray instead (because why wouldn’t they, the warden/mistress basically drafted them and treated them as cannon fodder, plus stingray’s promising them a lot of perks if they join his side)

- of course, stingray’s not much better in that regard, since unless they have a particularly useful set of abilities, most inmates/minor staff start out as stingtroopers and he views those as completely expendable.

- fang is still around, but he barely grew bigger than he is in canon (it turns out that only female crynoks get giant as adults). stingray still spoils him like he is a giant monster by giving him a giant enclosure to himself and feeding his enemies to him.

- this au still uses the “(almost) nobody dies permanently” rule and things are regularly reset back to the status quo if they get too bad. unfortunately, the status quo is still a very bad situation.

Favorite character: oh this is difficult i never have ONE fav. but top 3 are gary & bird, warden and jared

Least Favorite character: depends. in some aspects Alice bcuz of the whole, yknow, offensive caricature thing, but also i would revive warden’s dad just so i could kill him myself

5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): oh 5 is a lot. warden/ash, warden/jared, uhhhh alice/warden........ and i guess oc ships wit whomstever im not picky

a random thought: warden has a weird relationship with death due to seeing his dad die at a young age & believing he was the direct cause of it, it kind of desensitized him and kind of made him become interested in the concept but also at the same time he doesn’t understand it? its complicated yeah?

An unpopular opinion: the warden is a pillow princess shh dont tell anybody its a secret

Superschool introduction

Hello everybody! So I got the idea to make a superjail school au called superschool! So, heres the what the characters are in the au:

Warden - the principal

Jared - the school secretary

Alice - the P. E. Teacher

Jailbot(who will go by the name "James" in the au because he's human in the au) - technology teacher

The doctor - the science teacher

Stingray(who will go by the name "Stephen" because in the au "stingray' will be a nickname he goes by) - the troublemaker of the school but has depression from not having a home and having to live with a foster family and is really a sweetheart on the inside

Ash - the bullied but protected student and sort of the nerd

Jean and Paul - the cute but serious couple

Nicky - the bully

Jackknife (who will just go by jack) - the bully wannabe

Gary - the quiet but tough student

bird - (bird will go by the name "birdie"because she will be a human in the au and is also garys girlfriend) - the cheerleader who is sort of a tomboy

The other inmates - the other students

The twins (who will go by the names "Tim and tom") - the astronomy teachers

Its the same thing with the ultraprison characters (their school is called ultra-university) except nova will just go by nova and there will be some fanmade ultraprison characters for stingray, ash, and jean & Paul (stingray(Stephen) - madame stingray(who will go by the name "sally", jean - Lacey, Paul - Clair, ash - smokie

Never watch Superjail while fangirling over Nanbaka. Because it’ll put disturbing ideas in your head. Like “Nanbaka but as Superjail”.

Since a lot of the Nanbaka fandom is full of teens, I’m betting most of you haven’t seen Superjail (for many reasons). But it’s basically about a super prison set in another dimension in a volcano inside another volcano and it’s ultra violent, gross, and honestly I’m not sure how else to describe the graphic, over the top, dark humor of it. Anyway, as for who would be who…

Finally got some time off from finals studying to make these. I’m really glad one of my art pieces I’m proud of got traction.

(By the way, you guys are free to use my human bird design. All I ask is that you properly credit me as the creator of the design, and please keep it SFW. Also please don’t ship her with any of the human/alien characters on the show, even if she’s a human in the design, she’s still very much a bird in the show and any kind of shipping with canonically human characters makes me deeply uncomfortable. Still haven’t finished the show yet, but I just watched the magic episode in s3 that I’m too lazy to look up and wow. Gary Sedi is probably my favorite inmate for the time being! I also think it’s really cool how he’s based off a real criminal (Robert Stroud). Enjoy this screenshot redraw (OG image on the bottom lol)

Almost done with an art piece. Finally. Before that happens though here’s a Gary headcanon I want to share with you all.

Gary is actually pretty proficient in sign language, having taught himself it by reading ASL books after getting his tongue cut out. However, he never uses it due to literally no one in Superjail understanding it.
