Happy Transformation Tuesday!! I want to celebrate today my awesome warrior coach and friend @nghealthcoach !! . Nora went from hormonal imbalances, not being able to keep up with her schedule and her gym classes... . ✖️MOVE OF THE DAY✖️ Weighted side lunge into curtsy lunge on a slider. Do 10 on each side and repeat 3 times. Such a good booty 🍑 burn 🔥. Don’t have a slider? Put on some socks and do this on a hard surface (hardwood floor, tiles) or use furniture sliders (thanks @annagracefitness for both ideas). Don’t have a weight? Grab a bottle of wine 🍷, a textbook 📚, or any other heavy home item to add resistance, or do it weight free. My next challenge group starts Monday (April 2nd). The theme is “Baby Steps to Bikinis”. With spring break and summer approaching we know people are gearing up for bathing suit season; however, we also realize how jumping all in can be overwhelming. We focus on taking baby steps, making small changes with your eating, exercise, water intake, and personal development, while supporting you along the way to ensure you reach your goals. There are daily check ins, recipe and personal development ideas, and an amazing support system to answer any questions you may have.
