Once a genuine fun entertainment turned into a boundless series of crazy survival games that everyone must partake in, for instance:

Darkflow Castle Trio!

Lancer is swapped with Rudinn, becoming Crystlan (character made AND given to me by @l1zardart1stre)!

Rouxls Kaard is swapped with Goulden Sam (for those who don't know, he's the cage with the lion head at the end of chapter 1), becoming Samm Kayj!

and King is swapped with Rudinn Ranger, becoming King Shatter!

Now onto character details!

Crystlan is a lazy little goof with a lot of money, due to his father's large wealth. However, he is not satisfied with his pile of gold and jewels, he is seeking something more. Maybe... friends?

Samm Kayj is the royal trap maker. rather than making lame puzzles, he makes lame traps, that get proceedingly crazier as Samm gets more desperate to catch you.

King Shatter is the King of diamonds and Crystlan's father. Cold-hearted and obsessed with money, Shatter cheated the other kings out of their fortunes and respective kingdoms. He also tends to belittle (a reference to Rudinn Rangers letting everyone know they're better than Rudinn) and neglect his own son, even threatening to kill him in the final battle. Unlike King however, Shatter wasn't bluffing.

Kingkaard Week Day 5

Personality Swap

"GET THINE FACE OUT OF MINE OFFICE IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING IMPORTANT TO REPORT BEYOND A FEW STOLEN GEMS!!" The small Rudinn guard trembled under the gaze of the blue Kaard. His blue eyes glaring daggers at him. "Now leave! And don't interrupt me if unless it's a real emergency."

The rudinn quickly nodded his head yes, before bolting out the door which closed with a slam behind the poor guard's retreating form. The duke retreated back into his chair with a sigh and reached a hand up to run over his face. Did everyone around here have nothing better to do than bring them useless little problems? Bah! If he paid attention to them he'd never sort all this ridiculos paperwork and whatever the soft king wanted to import to better the castle residence. If he didn't comb through every single thing and throw away some of the silly ideas he packed away the castle would completely go to heck. He often wondered if all this stress was worth the headaches of his job....Buuut there was one pro which did outweigh most of the cons. The King himself was a fairly pleasent person, but now he was starting to see the new side of him.

"Oh, Duke!"

He groaned through his hand. Speak of the spade. He slowly brought the hand down his face to uncover his eyes just as the door swung open and a much taller form stepped in. His eyes were almost bulged out when he saw him. Or more precissly what was on him. He held a wide smile on his otherwise dark face, looking more excited as usual, but that wasn't what he was staring in shock and slight horror at. In his hands was a small red and heart shaped box. As if not noticing the man's sudden horror, the king stepped right in up to his desk and happily placed the small box onto his desk with a small thump.

"Happy Anniversary, Ruru! I hope you like it!"

In the open doorway behind him, a few rudinn guards poked their heads in curiously as the king's happy babbling increased in happiness and they froze at the unlikely sight of the duke......smiling?? And holding hands with the king with one hand as he held a small red box in the other. He must've sensed their eyes though because the whiplash he must've gotten when he snapped his head to them, making them jump, didn't hurt.

"And just what art THOU gawking at?!" The two immediately ducked back out of veiw. "That's whateth I thought."

so, this is my first ever post. i had an idea to swap lightners and darkners, but in a weird way. the personalities will be retained, but the roles will add some extra traits, or remove some if necessary. darkner as lightner roles (these will not be the same as lightner as darkner)

Why Carbink is the perfect Pokémon to bring against Chi-Yu: An Anecdote

I sent out Rudinn, level 58, against Chi-Yu. They resist both of the lava fish's attacking moves. Rudinn started with Skill Swap (Beads of Ruin, more like Beads of Rudinn am I right?) Chi-Yu failed to get Rudinn's HP very low but paralyzed them with Bounce. Rudinn used Moonblast twice. Chi-Yu kept attacking. Rudinn healed as I threw Dusk Balls. I caught Chi-Yu.

So, is there a flipflopped version for deltarune?

I think I already answered this but yeah, Deltaflopped is a thing but it's not as finished as Flipflopped.

Alot of people I know say that Deltarune shouldn't have AUs yet since the full game isn't out yet, which yeah, that makes alot of sense to wait for Deltarune to be done to make a full swap list... buuuuuut I think Deltarune swap AUs can exist if you swap characters introduced in a specific chapter. I have only a few ideas for more swaps for Chapter 2, but I won't say them yet because I'm not a jerk who spoils Chapter 2 for those who are not so fortunate to play Deltarune Chapter 2 on the first day like me. Actually finished it just a few hours ago and I 100% LOVED IT!!!

But for now I guess I can list some of the swap ideas I have for Chapter 1.

Kris <--> A new human that would sorta resemble Rooney's human design in Flipflopped.

Asriel <--> Maddie's ghost form I guess. Maddie would probably be on tour as a celebrity who is a total master at Ska Dancing. (Somehow.)

Toriel <--> Hapstablook (Mettaton) who is a teacher at the school that doesn't really care for teacher little kids as much as Deltarune Toriel, which makes sense since Happi is also a choir teacher who would focus on the kids' singing skills at special events, but Hapstablook sorta can't control himself and in the middle of the choir, Hapstablook gets up infront of the kids and starts singing too. Hope you don't plan on taking pictures of your kids, because Happi always likes the gets in front of the cameras and poses dramatically.

Asgore <--> Napstablook, who is a former DJ at a club in Hometown and retired from it years ago, but they are trying to start it back up again, but is having ALOT of trouble getting people to listen to their tracks due to them being super shy. Hapstablook and Napstablook are on good terms, it's just Napstablook's set is halfway across town and they are usually in there all day.

Sans <--> Alphys, who isn't a teacher but rather owns a Manga Store with Undyne. While Sans is the science teacher at the school and is always pranking the kids and falling asleep from his own lectures. Sans is really chill teacher. He's the kind of teacher that plays movies all class periods on Fridays as a way to say "good job ya nerds. you made it to friday and didn't fall asleep mid-lecture. man, whoever does that is a pretty cool teacher."

Papyrus <--> Undyne. I have absolutely nothing for Undyne other than she runs the Manga Store with Alphys. Papyrus however is a police officer, but a very goofy one who is the definition of a pushover. Like say, you're spray painting a park bench, Papyrus would appear from the shadows and ominously ask the vandals (Kris) what they're doing and they would say they are just "Expressing their artistic ability." Not only would Papyrus buy that, but Papyrus would probably join in.

Sourpuss (Burgerpants) <--> Muffet. Muffet and Baby Tuffet are not that different compared to their Flipflopped counterparts other than Muffet knew Maddie back before Maddie became a celebrity. They were always rivals in terms of being Hapstablook's favorite student and who would be more successful. But in the end, Maddie became the celebrity. But it's not all bad since Muffet is now a mother to a now Toddler Spider Pet thing that vomits acid.

Grillby (Who technically doesn't exist in Deltarune) <--> Nice-Z (Nice Cream Guy) who actually runs Nice-E's and is a FAR better boss compared to Toriel in Flipflopped, so Muffet and Nice-Z are pretty good friends.

Gaster <--> Monster Man (Monster Kid)

QC and QT <--> Bratty and Catty

The Annoying Dog <--> Temmie

"The dark world as you see ittttttttttttttttt, all of life as yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyou know it, reality itsssssssssself as you see it, is all a llllllllllllllie..." Take note that this is the first time I am writing the backstory for this AU, some elements of it may be subject to change sometime in the future. "After several unsuccessful attempts at modifying the Survey Program, the player behind the computer monitor would give up and just continue playing it the way it was left. Kris and Ralsei would spawn at the SAVE point that would be encountered right after shutting the great door. Nothing appeared to be too out of the ordinary at first, that was until the two heroes encountered the Rudinn patrolling the area. It appeared to be gliding in an unnaturally stiff manner, being as stiff as a statue. The two would then engage it in combat, that was the point where the program's corruptions really became noticable. The entire interface was completely messed up; buttons were scattered all across the screen, the TP meter read '-5432%,' and Ralsei and Kris' HPs were swapped with each other. The interface wasn't the only corrupted thing in the battle, the Rudinn's attacks had been duplicated by what seemed like hundreds of THOUSANDS of times, causing severe lag to the program and even occasionally bringing up the 'SURVEY_PROGRAM.exe is not responding' message. Ralsei was targeted during the glitched up mess that was Rudinn's turn, leaving him with only 6 HP remaining. Seeing the lonely prince nearing death, Kris would hurriedly try to find the ITEM button in an attempt to heal him. After much time of searching, they finally found the button, the menu was filled with completely unrecognizable items such as the "FUN&*Y*&HMUEuiwr8," however. The item descriptions weren't any better, but it was all the two had for food. Kris would immediately give the incoherent item to Ralsei... ...it healed him! However, it was healing him a bit too much, even exceeding his maximum HP. He was even starting to become slightly inverted in color, the item was starting to corrupt Ralsei! He was unable to make a move during their turn, so the turn went to Rudinn after that incident. The darkner prince was targeted again, luckily he was now insusceptible to damage thanks to the corrupted item. The turn went back to the two heroes, Kris would use DEFEND on themself while Ralsei used the FIGHT button. His attack was absolutely devastating to the Rudinn, hitting them around a hundred times in one move! The Rudinn was now nothing more than a pile of diamond shards and a robe with a big gaping tear from where Ralsei's scarf hit them at. The two had obtained victory against the corrupted monster, with them gaining $& D$ and Ralsei gaining... $*&{}~! EXP..!? His LOVE was rapidly increasing with the glitched amount of EXP he had gained from basically destroying the Rudinn, it just kept going up, and up, and up, and up... it never stopped increasing. Ralsei, finally coming to the conclusion that there was indeed something very VERY wrong with his surroundings, attempted to run from the scene... only to end up breaking through the program that held him, and even the computer monitor itself in a mere matter of milliseconds due to his immense corruption. It was at the moment where Ralsei had managed to land himself into the digital void that he realized the horrible truth. The castle that he waited what used to seem like all his life in, the entire Dark World itself, even his entire universe, was nothing more than a computer program. The heroes that were once prophesied, the fountains of darkness, his whole entire life, nothing more than a bunch of lies. Even himself, just some coded pixels that were a part of a video game... Now knowing the dark truth behind it all, Ralsei spends his days wandering in the digital purgatory that he drove himself into..." Believe it or not, I actually got the idea for this AU from a dream that I had last night at the time of writing this description! Deltarune belongs to Toby Fox DeltaGliTCh belongs to me

Kris and Ralsei

Asriel takes the role of the Player Character and protagonist. Still a fluffy boy with glasses and a scarf. Is still the party’s mage, can either use magic or ACT. His Light World outfit looks much more like Undertale’s Asriel, while his Dark World appearance looks like Ralsei.

Risk takes the role of the Dark Prince and the second member to join the party. They are still blue, but their shoulder cape is now a full length cape! They are still a knight, but brews potions to heal the party.

Susie and Lancer

Lancer takes the role of the Bully and lives in Hometown with his dad. In the Light World, he wears a blue hoodie with a spade on it. In the Dark World, he wields a shovel. Yep.

Susie takes the role of the Jack and is the initial antagonist. Much more hostile than Lancer normally is. Of course, she and Lancer are going to team up later.

Rouxls Kaard and Chaos King

King Kaard takes the role of King and is the primary antagonist of Chapter 1. Rules from Kaard Castle and attacks using all suits, similar to Jevil. Why? Well, he makes the rouxls.

Chaos Spade takes the role of the Duke and the second vendor. Upon their first meeting, both Spade and Lancer were visually surprised by their similar appearances. Instead of puzzles, the Spade makes deadly traps. Unfortunately for him, most don’t work as intended. Initially dislikes the party, but eventually warms up with the presence of Lancer. Lancer seems to fear him however,,,

Jevil and Seam

Jevil takes the role of the Magician. Jevil was the former Court Jester, and was good friends with the Court Magician. One day, the Magician met a strange someone, who revealed the futility of their world. Jevil was forced to lock his friend away, and his philosophy on life since then has been: “It doesn’t really matter”.

Seam takes the role of the Fool and the secret boss. Seam was locked away by his friend Jevil due to their madness. Seam’s nihilism lead to them down a path of simply playing with others, just to see what would happen.

Hometown Characters

Asgore lives in a rather dirty house at the north end of Hometown. Both Asgore and Toriel alternate taking care of Asriel and formerly Kris. Asgore barely scraps by with his teaching job and lives in relative poverty. Drives Asriel to school in his truck at the beginning.

Toriel owns a small neatly-kept bakery in Hometown called Pie Queen. There she sells a variety of baked goods, but her most popular is her butterscotch-cinnamon pie. Toriel and Asriel live in the upper floor of the Bakery, where on a large table are a collection of pies arranged in a rainbow...

Undyne is one of two teachers at Hometown’s school, the other being Asgore. She often shows off science experiments to the class, with most ending rather explosively. 

Alphys is Hometown’s chief of police. Despite this, she isn’t very imposing or confident. She can be found in the ending nervously giving someone a parking ticket.

Papyrus is the owner of a grocery store, which according to him used to be a bakery. He moved here recently with his brother, who is hanging out in their house next door. Upon interacting with the door, Asriel hears a song which he recognizes from an old webcomic. Or was it a ROM-hack? What was it’s name again? Mega Lasagna or something.

Noelle is a student in Undyne’s classroom. She initially meekly argues with Berdly that she was his partner. They soon compromise on a group of three and welcome Asriel before Lancer enters the room.

Berdly is the sarcastic, arrogant self-proclaimed “smartest student”. Would rather be partnered to Asriel than Noelle, and asks Undyne to let him change partners. Both Asriel and Noelle object to this, and Berdly eventually settles on a group of three.
