Pedro Pascal plays ‘The Mandalorian’
“The Mandalorian is a mysterious, lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy. Some might say he has questionable moral character, which is in line with some of our best westerns, some good samurai. All the good stuff,” said Pascal. “He's a badass.”

Since Star Wars Celebration tickets go on sale tomorrow, I was curious who around here is planning on going and what tickets you are going to purchase?
VIP tickets are definitely out of our league, and we haven’t decided yet how many or which days we want to go, when it comes to the general admission tickets. I’m also curious if they’ve had issues with ticket scalpers in the past or with tickets selling out in advance.
Thoughts?

Star Wars Celebration will happen on April 11-15, 2019 in Chicago. Do you think they will do something particular to celebrate the anniversary of TPM ?
I think so. I just read this:
The upcoming convention will be the 20th anniversary of the event, which first kicked off in 1999 in anticipation of the release of The Phantom Menace in Denver, Colorado. Subsequent festivities coincided with the releases of Attack of the Clones in 2002 and Revenge of the Sith in 2005, which were both held in Indianapolis, Indiana.[x]

Hey, how was your time at Star Wars Celebration this past weekend? Would be curious to hear more about how that went. (I was there, too, but only for a couple days, and was sick part of the time.)
One word description: Amazing!
First thing, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! I waited 7+ HRs in line for this shirt… so behold it… Behold! Second thing, thanks for asking! I’m sorry to hear about you being sick while there. I managed to maintain health throughout and beyond… no sicky symptoms have emerged as I write this.

I also got a few other shirts at the Celebration Store (sad story about the Ahsoka shirt to follow).
I only took one selfie while waiting in a line on Thursday for the Celebration store, taken the first 20-30 minutes in. I was wearing my official SWC2019 Kanera shirt, but I didn’t get it in the pic. I spent the whole time talking and playing some Star Wars Trivial Pursuit with fellow queuers. I brought those cards for this line since I knew I’d be a few hours… did not expect over 7… that wasted my entire day. I almost didn’t get my mural shirt too! When I finally got in, size small where all out, but the guys in the back we super nice and went and grabbed a few more. I would have been devastated if I had waited the whole time for one specific shirt only to have to get an incorrect size (they had all others available still). I already shared the pic of me and the giant lolf-wolf plushie. I want one that big in my room.

Obviously, while waiting I got a view of the mural… loved the SWR panel, but it was weird seeing Ezra and Thrawn look so… realistic… but… not like themselves, if that makes sense.

The next day, I had won the lottery for the Ep IX panel, so that’s the first thing I did that day. I even got one of the cool black hat with red embroidered IX on it. That came in handy the rest of the weekend (especially Sunday since it SNOWED).
Obviously I took a bunch of random photos. But sadly… the ones my husband shot of me never were framed very well. *sigh* oh well.

Saw this gem happening while walking past the Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge booth. Wish the Ghost could make a real life addition to Galaxy’s Edge. (Better ship than that hunk of junk… :)

I witnessed one of my idols roll by.
(I also saw a concept art sketch version of Chopper in the droid races, I don’t have pics since I was letting my husband take care of that duty so I could just enjoy the moment… so sweet of him, yes? But here is a pic of what he looked like while chilling in the droid builders area… which literally had dozens of droids hanging around a jawa chop shop… it was real horror show… you know, for a droid.)

I LOVED stepping inside the Millennium Falcon booth, it was surreal.

I also ran into a no good scoundrel. Swoon.

I also draped myself over a gangster.

Later I ran into this cutie pie though… found him!

On Sunday, I decided I’d spend some time contributing to the Scarif diorama. This is where the Ahsoka shirt travesty happened. While trying to get the green paint to come out, I squeezed too hard and the top burst off splattering my new shirt. Devastating!!!! I know. I had 5 left to finish after I got splattered, at that point, I was finishing them out of pure spite. I spent sooooo long there, too. 11:45am - 2:20pm… I must have been crazy. But here’s the little rebel bastards I finished.

Oh, I did go to the Star Wars Rebels Remembered panel on Saturday and got the sweet, sweet mural poster. (sorry for the poor lighting, dining room has poodo lighting)

I got a copy of Master and Apprentice. I need to finish a few other books before I start it.
Obviously, there’s more pics and things to tell… but really, who has the interest to read all that? So I’ll stop here. Thanks for reading!
