I'm Italian and a new follower, ever since I saw the region where Machete is from I can't stop calling him Carmelo in my head since it's a pretty common name there and Vasco speaks with a Tuscan accent in my head now( I love how they pronounce the letter C even if people sometimes makes fun of them for that)

It's always really fun hearing about any Italians that like my work and characters, because you guys obviously have the insider knowledge I (a Finnish person) am not privy to. If you say Machete looks like a Carmelo I have hard time doing anything but nodding and going "ah yes, sounds legit, you probably know your Carmelos better than I do".

#Italian in it's standard form sounds pretty distinct to me it's relatively easy to identify it #but there's no way I'd be able to differentiate between all the regional accents/dialects/languages #answered #anonymous #for comparison I can't tell spoken Swedish Norwegian and Icelandic apart reliably #even though they're our neighbors and I hear them pretty regularly and I'm technically supposed to be able to speak Swedish #on top of that I'm always mixing up Danish and Dutch

i just hate hate hate society so much!!! i have no idea how im supposed to find a way to live and participate in it. i cant stand a single thing abt it. i hate everyone and everything. and the thing lazy ppl dont wanna admit is that WE are society. we create society, we allow the state to do what it does. we choose this. how am i supposed to "love my neighbor" when they are prtially responsible for what this society is???? there is nothing good abt this. it is a cruel and vicious system built on abusing and taking advantage of the vulnerable and the poor. there are no real rules; rules only apply to the ones at the bottom of the hiearchy while the rich and the powerful get away with anything. nothing is fair or just. rules and laws are only there to keep the poor and vulnerable ones down. if you have nothing you will most likely spend your entire life like that, because there is no playing far in this society. nothing is easy. even if it's hard and you fight for it you'll probably not end up going anywhere. the entire thing is rigged. and everyone chooses to just go with it. we have chosen this. and it sucks and i hate everyone and everything because life is so fucking unnecessarily hard and unfair and if you're born with nothing you'll never have anything. even if you try to play by the rules they've set. the rules are against you. and if you break the rules you're immediately punished. life is nothing but an unjust imprisonment.

#and my rage just gets worse each day #bc ofc swedish ppl have chosen a rightist government which is awful and terrible and they make everything worse day by day #i hateeeeee hate hate hate society and the ppl in it so much #they have CHOSEN this they WANT this #otherwise all they would need to do is vote left. so simple. so easy #yet this is what they wanted. an unfair hellworld where the rich get richer and everyday life gets insufferable for everyone else #im so dejected bc it is like IMPOSSIBLE to move #like my mom nd sister have been looking for apartments nd my mom sent an application for one #and they just removed it bc now its apparently illegal to apply for appartments w a family member. it HAS to be a romantical partner. WTF?!#i hate everything abt society #and i hate everyone i see outside bc they VOTED for the right which are the ones responsible for all this #everyone out there CHOSE this #how tf am i supposed to love or care abt them when they are the reason life fkn sucks??????

had a dream I called the Danish emergency services (I was in Denmark) and they hung up on me :(

#was trying to tell them about leads i found in a murder #i also dreamed I had my hair cut and the hairdresser cut it way too long #(different dream)#also I kept biking to some church that doesn’t exist irl. not sure what i was doing there. going to concerts i think?#i am not religious never have been #was wearing my winter coat and a wool hat and embarrassed i was wearing that much so early in the year #even though it was cold as balls in the dream #also my bike had two really big lamps #but only one of them worked. or. so i assumed. didn’t actually try #OH and then i dreamed manda was recommended a random funny facebook post about one of my family members with like 900 likes #and sent it to me because it was funny also not realising it was my family member #creeped dream me out to hell and back #anyway big night for dreams idk why i’m using tumblr as my dream journal felt important #don’t usually dream this much/vividly/remember all of them at all #i did wake up in mis murder mystery dream though so maybe that’s why #oh yeah the murder mystery dream was like fucking. point and click video game format. i was walking around the apartment where the murder #happened just poking around shit until i found 3 leads which was my. goal? and then i called the police #and actually at first i accidentally called the swedish police. i forgot to put the danish country code in front of the number. so i hung up #on them and called the danish police instead #i’m not sure that’s how it actually works #like idk if you need the country code or if your phone will recognise what country you’re in i feel like it’s the latter #also the cell coverage was really bad so i heard like half of. what the emergency responder was saying #z talks #not horse game #sso spoilers #WILD FUCKING NIGHT IM GONNA GO BACK TO SLEEP NOW
