So yesterday while I'm waiting for my falafel wrap to be delivered I get a call from someone that said they need help and didn't know who else to call.

It was a resident from another development that I had previously visited to test the fire alarm. She had got my number from another residents carer and was told I was the only one that would do anything 😬

That will teach me for giving my number out to randoms 😂

Anyway their pull cord system was down and they couldn't get through to customer services. My manager was on annual leave so I didn't know how else to help other than taking a ride down there to see what the problem was or at least get someone out to deal with it. I couldn't leave them without a lifeline 🤷‍♀️

I was met by some very vocal residents to say the least! It was all coming at me so I just shut up and listened (for 3 hours). There is no manager currently onsite and a relief just 4hrs a week so I can understand their concerns.

I reassured them I would help get their concerns pushed forward and in the meantime an engineer had been contacted and was onsite shortly after I arrived.

Fault was finally fixed but it does need an upgrade much to the disgruntlement of the residents!

So that was my afternoon yesterday only to be met with a flooded garden on arrival home with my bins floating around 🏡

今月はソーシャルメディアも見る時間すら惜しいほど本当に缶詰め状態で仕事していたのですが、一昨日からクライアントのシステム（正確にはクライアントのクライアント）がダウンして作業できないので、今だ！とばかりに、美容室に行ったりジョギングしたりおやつ作ったりしました✨システムダウンも悪いことばかりじゃない(笑) 来月頭の納期は調整されるけど早く終わらせて温泉に行きたい(-｡-; I’ve been so stuck at the current project chased by its deadline this month and I couldn’t even look at social medias as I felt like I’d waste my time on that. But since the day before yesterday because the client ’s system has been down and I am officially unable to work. So, I thought now is the time!
