Nioh (2017)
Tachibana Ginchiyo, the wife of Tachibana Muneshige. Their combined military prowess is feared by the warriors of Kyushu.
In history, during the Sekigahara campaign, she defended the Otomo Clan from the Eastern Army (Tokugawa). She wore her Samurai armor and armed the women with firearms to defend the castle.

Tachibana and Nata Duo
Tumblr media
Gift for @milky-rozen @onnajosshumiwa because I am loving her Ginchiyo 💙💙🧡🧡
The inclusion of Lady Nata came from me vaguely remembering Milky mentioning how my Lady Nata's situation with Sōrin reflects Muneshige's situation with Ginchiyo and inspo arrived. 😳
Working with the orange and blue color palette with Ginchiyo was so fun 💙 And ofc when I saw Ginchiyo's outfit for the first time, the sleeves immediately made me think of European Renaissance clothing with large poofy sleeves like this for example:
https://blog.bridgemanimages.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Licinio_lady-1.jpg?width=759&height=899&name=Licinio_lady-1.jpg
And ofc I couldn't keep the patterns of Ginchiyo's outfit out because including the patterns pull her sleeves together 🧡💙
I am planning to draw Milky's Ginchiyo again since I found some interesting outfits that are Ginchiyo's concept outfits in Nobunaga's Ambition and that have Milky's Ginchiyo's color palette 💙🧡😳

Tachibana Muneshige on 5th try. Suck it bitch. Lowkey, highkey, one of the hardest battles in game. I don't want to think of masochists doing the duo fight against him and his girly.

Warriors Orochi: The Recollective Redux Part 5.3: Samurai Warriors Story B
Nobunaga’s had his fun now. With an army, he managed to work together with Shingen and Kenshin to defeat Orochi. But now, let’s see how one man can unite three clans together to respond to a new threat…
Initial characters: Huang Zhong, Guan Ping, Xu Huang, Sakon Shima, Yoshihiro Shimazu, Musashi Miyamoto, Kanbei Kuroda, Muneshige Tachibana, Toyohisa Shimazu
Chapter 9: Battle of Luosang Village 楼桑村の戦い
Coalition Army and Yellow Turbans vs. Dong Zhuo Army Allied characters: Sakon Shima Third-party characters: Zhang Jiao, ??? Enemy characters: Dong Zhuo, Goemon Ishikawa
Unlocked character: Zhang Jiao
Sakon Shima walks in a village. He decides to visit Shingen Takeda, but he sees an explosion up ahead. Dong Zhuo is attacking the Yellow Turbans led by Zhang Jiao. As Zhang Jiao cowers in fear, Sakon jumps in to save the day…
Following the defeat of Orochi, numerous skirmishes continued to break out across the land. Lu Bu, Masamune Date and Cao Cao all mobilised their armies in an attempt to seize power. On top of all this, Dong Zhuo suddenly made a play for power. Sakon Shima had to face Dong Zhuo’s army and rescue Zhang Jiao…
The Zhang Jiao Army 張角軍 is known as the Yellow Turbans 黄巾党 in this version.
Defeat Goemon and Dong Zhuo’s troops to rescue the Yellow Turban officers. Additional troops will arrive to assist them.
A mysterious man will arrive to assist Zhang Jiao. If Sakon reaches the man, he will only introduce himself as a friend. Defeat Dong Zhuo to win the battle.
In the aftermath, Zhang Jiao will thank Sakon for his “miracle from the heavens”. Sakon asks Zhang Jiao if he knows the mysterious man, but Zhang Jiao does not.
Sakon will comment that they are heavily outnumbered compared to the other armies in the land. Officers such as Musashi Miyamoto, Toyohisa Shimazu, Yoshihiro Shimazu, Xu Huang, Kanbei Kuroda, Huang Zhong, Guan Ping and Muneshige Tachibana will join him.
Chapter 10: Battle of Ji Province 冀州の戦い (uses DW5 Yellow Turban map)
Coalition Army vs. Da Ji Army Allied characters: Xu Huang, Musashi Miyamoto, Muneshige Tachibana, Zhang Jiao Enemy characters: Da Ji, Himiko, Kojirō Sasaki, Hisahide Matsunaga
Unlocked characters: Yukimura Sanada, Shingen Takeda, Kojirō Sasaki
Dong Zhuo and his army were left with no choice but to retreat. As Sakon went to visit Shingen, he wondered if the mysterious man from the last battle was driving him towards something.
Sakon comments that they need the assistance of Shingen, Kenshin and Nobunaga to defeat Orochi. He decides to start by talking with Shingen. In the meantime, Xu Huang and Musashi are attacked while they are training. They find Da Ji, along with a mysterious girl…
After defeating Kojirō Sasaki at the eastern altar, enemy ambush troops will appear at the central altar or in the southeastern area depending on where you go. Hisahide Matsunaga will appear in the opposite area as reinforcements.
When Himiko arrives in the south, Muneshige Tachibana will appear in place of Gao Sheng to stop her, but she will escape to the west as enemy reinforcements arrive to assist her (instead of later on in the original). As Himiko arrives in the west, however, Zhang Jiao will appear in place of He Yi to stop her. Defeat Da Ji and Himiko to win the battle.
In the aftermath, Kojirō will join Musashi and Xu Huang. Meanwhile, Sakon meets with Shingen, who agrees to lend assistance to him.
Chapter 11: Rescue at Hasedō 長谷堂救出戦
Coalition Army and Naoe Army vs. Sun Wukong Army Allied characters: Sakon Shima, Yukimura Sanada, Kojirō Sasaki Third-party characters: Kanetsugu Naoe, ??? → Fu Xi Enemy characters: Sun Wukong, Diamondback, Kotarō Fūma
Unlocked characters: Kenshin Uesugi, Kanetsugu Naoe, Kagekatsu Uesugi, Aya, Fu Xi
Sakon tells Shingen that he is also asking for help from Kenshin. Yukimura Sanada will report that Kanetsugu Naoe is under attack from forces unknown. Shingen suggests to Sakon that this is a wonderful opportunity. Sakon heads out with Yukimura.
Kojirō Sasaki will appear in place of Zhang Jiao in this battle.
When Sakon reaches Kanetsugu in the flaming forest, the mysterious man from Luosang Village will arrive to reveal that the fire is an illusion. He reveals the position of the sorcerers causing it. Defeat them to extinguish the fire. The man will introduce himself as Fu Xi. He also states that Sun Wukong is also from the mystic realm like himself, working for a half-man, half-demon, Kiyomori Taira, to recruit troops for his army. Their plan is to revive Orochi.
Break through the northern gate out of the forest and defeat Sun Wukong to win the battle.
In the aftermath, Kanetsugu takes Sakon to Kenshin. He agrees to join Sakon along with the others. Fu Xi also complements Sakon for uniting the Takeda and Uesugi, saying that he is the one who can stop Orochi’s resurrection. He also joins Sakon as atonement for “testing” him.
Chapter 12: Battle of Changban 長坂の戦い
Coalition Army vs. Date-Da Ji Army Allied characters: Shingen Takeda, Kanetsugu Naoe Enemy characters: Masamune Date, Da Ji, Motonari Mōri, Keiji Maeda, Kojūrō Katakura, Takakage Kobayakawa
Sakon suggests having Masamune join his army along with Nobunaga. However, Kanetsugu believes that Masamune is still loyal to Orochi. Sakon decides to have Shingen set off for Changban in order to convince Masamune to join them.
Motonari Mōri will appear in place of Sima Yi in this battle and therefore, will not be unlocked when the battle is cleared in this version. Takakage Kobayakawa will appear in place of Dōkyū Yamagami in the ambush unit alongside Kojūrō Katakura.
In the aftermath, Shingen talks to Masamune, but he declines the offer, saying that no one has been able to keep the peace since Orochi’s death. Shingen gives the bad news to Sakon, who then remembers that there is someone that they can ask. Kanetsugu reports that Lu Bu and Kiyomori have joined forces and are laying waste to the men of Wu. Huang Zhong, Yoshihiro and Kanbei offer to assist them.
Chapter 13: Battle of Liang Province 涼州の戦い
Coalition Army and Lu Meng Army vs. Lu Bu Army Allied characters: Kanbei Kuroda, Yoshihiro Shimazu, Huang Zhong Third-party characters: Lu Meng, Gan Ning Enemy characters: Lu Bu, Sun Wukong, Diaochan, Chen Gong, Lu Lingqi
Unlocked characters: Lu Meng, Gan Ning
Lu Bu and Kiyomori had joined forces to attack Liang Province, which was being defended by the warriors of Wu. Kanbei set off to Liang Province along with two veteran warriors to save the Wu Army, for if they were rescued, their assistance could be procured.
Kanbei Kuroda appears in place of Sima Yi for this battle. Han Dang will be replaced by another Wu generic officer when reinforcements arrive.
Lu Lingqi and Hou Cheng will appear with Chen Gong’s reinforcements when they arrive.
In the aftermath, Lu Meng and Gan Ning will join Sakon’s army on behalf of Wu.
Chapter 14: Battle of Hulao Gate 虎牢関の戦い
Coalition Army and Toyotomi Army vs. Taira Army Allied characters: Katsuyori Takeda, Sakon Shima, Guan Ping, Toyohisa Shimazu Third-party characters: Hideyoshi Toyotomi, Nene, Masanori Fukushima, Kiyomasa Katō, Hanbei Takenaka, Mitsunari Ishida Enemy characters: Kiyomori Taira, Diamondback, Sun Wukong, Hisahide Matsunaga
Unlocked characters: Hideyoshi Toyotomi, Nene, Mitsunari Ishida, Hanbei Takenaka, Kiyomasa Katō, Masanori Fukushima
Sakon moved to the next phase of his plan. He set off with Guan Ping and Toyohisa Shimazu to gain the cooperation of Hideyoshi Toyotomi. They spot Kiyomori and Dong Zhuo up ahead at Hulao Gate.
As I stated previously, Nobunaga Oda originally appeared in both the Wei and Samurai Warriors stories for Part B, which is illogical and it robs Mitsunari Ishida of any relevance; in addition, it also robs Hideyoshi Toyotomi of prominence as he was only seen in the original games as an underling of Nobunaga. As such, Nobunaga and Nō only appear in the Wei story, leaving Hideyoshi and Mitsunari for the Samurai Warriors story.
Zhang Ren does not appear in this battle. Toyohisa Shimazu and Yoshihisa Shimazu will swap places in this battle, meaning the former will be defending the main camp alongside Guan Ping while the latter advances with Sakon.
The Hōjō officers among the enemy are replaced by Mōri officers and Hisahide Matsunaga will appear in place of Dong Zhuo.
When the Toyotomi Army arrives, Mitsunari Ishida, Masanori Fukushima and Kiyomasa Katō will appear alongside Hideyoshi Toyotomi, Nene and Hanbei Takenaka.
In the aftermath, Hideyoshi joins Sakon’s army. Sakon asks him to assist Mitsunari and Kenshin at Baidi Castle.
Chapter 15: Battle of Baidi Castle 白帝城の戦い
Coalition Army vs. Taira Army Allied characters: Kenshin Uesugi, Kagekatsu Uesugi, Aya, Mitsunari Ishida, Masanori Fukushima, Kiyomasa Katō, Hideyoshi Toyotomi, Nene, Hanbei Takenaka, Hideie Ukita, Muneshige Tachibana, Lu Meng, Gan Ning Enemy characters: Kiyomori Taira, Sun Wukong, Dong Zhuo, Kotarō Fūma
The alliance to prevent the resurrection of Orochi was finally complete. In response, Kiyomori quietly concentrated his forces at Baidi Castle. Believing that Kiyomori was now attempting to revive Orochi, Sakon immediately ordered Hideyoshi and Kenshin to attack Baidi Castle…
Kenshin, Kagekatsu and Aya will advance to Baidi Castle from the east, Mitsunari, Masanori and Kiyomasa will advance from the south and Hideyoshi, Nene and Hanbei will advance from the west. Muneshige Tachibana, Lu Meng and Gan Ning will appear as the ambush troops engaging Dong Zhuo’s officers in the central path to the northwest.
Defeat Kiyomori to win the battle, but he will say that it is too late…
In the aftermath, Sakon is depressed over his failure to prevent Orochi’s resurrection, but Fu Xi convinces Sakon to put his final plan in place to defeat Orochi. Shingen accepts Sakon’s offer to join him again on the battlefield.
Chapter 16: Battle of Sekigahara 関ヶ原の戦い
Coalition Army vs. Orochi Army Allied characters: Shingen Takeda, Sakon Shima, Fu Xi Enemy characters: Orochi X, Da Ji, Masamune Date, Kojūrō Katakura, Hisahide Matsunaga, Motonari Mōri, Takakage Kobayakawa
Unlocked characters: Kiyomori Taira
Some variations have been made for the Chapter 16 battles against Orochi X. In each faction’s version, they will fight four of Orochi’s main generals. In this version of the battle, those generals will be Da Ji, Masamune Date, Hisahide Matsunaga and Motonari Mōri.
Orochi had been resurrected and was surrounded by Da Ji and Masamune. The final battle lay ahead at Sekigahara…
Hisahide Matsunaga will appear in place of Keiji Maeda with his sneak attack unit in the northwest. At the same time, Motonari Mōri and Takakage Kobayakawa will also appear with their sneak attack unit in the centre. Due to the fog around Sekigahara, both sneak attack units will reveal themselves as they approach the main camp.
Defeat Da Ji and the officers outside the enemy camp, then enter the camp and defeat Orochi X to win the battle.

After the great Ransei War, it is believed that peace has returned to the region. However, as the 38 Warlords and Junior Warlords suddenly vanish without a trace, peace seems unlikely. Vintage AU! Naotora x Muneshige
Tumblr media
Since @milky-rozen and @iryomito got me into this ship I gotta contribute to it 😳😳😳😳
But in this AU, Muneshige was divorced from Ginchiyo after she left him.
He is ofc a producer and Naotora is a celebrity on tour in China hence the qipao ❤❤ And ofc I wanted Naotora's outfit to coordinate to her other outfits in Sengoku Basara so I picked pink and red for her qipao.
And I will admit chibi Muneshige was pain to draw until I found this gem:
https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/katsuaki_yusen/11273784/37786/37786_original.jpg
And ofc the first time I ever drew a man with a beard which is a good thing 😳😳😳❤❤❤

Tachibana Ginchiyo - The warrior nun of Yanagawa
Tachibana Ginchiyo (1569-1602) was the daughter of Tachibana Dōsetsu, an influential retainer of the Ōtomo clan in Kyushu. In the absence of a male heir, Ginchiyo became the head of the Tachibana family at only 6 years old and occupied the position until 1581. She ultimately married Tachibana Muneshige, who had been adopted into the family. He thus became the clan’s leader by marrying Ginchiyo. Ginchiyo remained nonetheless extremely influential and it was said that she and Muneshige didn’t get along well.
Ginchiyo was interested in military matters. She notably inherited her father’s sword Raikiri (”Lightning Cutter”). Her elite guard was entirely composed of women and she made sure that every woman working in the castle could take part in its defense. Such measures prevented eventual attacks on her domain.
In 1586, the rival Shimazu clan besieged the Tachibana castle. The women, equipped with firearms, fought the enemy, while Ginchiyo defended the castle gates.
Tumblr media
(Replica of the armor that Ginchiyo may have worn)
The Tachibana clan ultimately allied themselves with Toyotomi Hideyoshi (a preeminent general considered as Japan’s second “great unifier”) in the afterward of his campaigns to conquer Kyushu. Hideyoshi entrusted Tachibana castle to Ginchiyo who lived separately from her husband. She was also in charge of managing the whole clan’s estates when Muneshige was absent. It is also said that Hideyoshi tried to visit Ginchiyo while her husband was away. He soon gave up on the idea when he saw her armed women and feared her ferocious personality.
Ginchiyo never gave birth to a child. Muneshige divorced her and she became a buddhist nun. This was not, however, the end of her military career. After Hideyoshi’s death, the power of the Toyotomi clan declined and civil war broke again in Japan. In 1600, the battle of Sekigahara  opposed the Toyotomi supporter to the army of Tokugawa Ieyasu , who would ultimately establish the Tokugawa shogunate.
Tokugawa supporters marched on the Yanagawa castle were Tachibana Muneshige was. Their advance was however stopped by an unexpected resistance stronghold at the south of the castle. It was the convent were Ginchiyo resided. She had decided to lead the other nuns in armed resistance. The exact nature of her defensive measures is unknown, but they were certainly efficient.
The attackers were Muneshige’s former comrades in arms. Ginchiyo’s resistance  convinced them to offer Muneshige to surrender and join them in a campaign against the Shimazu. Muneshige agreed and was later pardoned.
Ginchiyo died of illness in 1602 at the age of 34 and was buried in a temple in Yanagawa.

Warriors Orochi: The Recollective Redux Part 3.1: Wei Story A
Wei’s story begins here!
Initial Characters: Cao Pi, Xu Huang, Zhang Liao
Chapter 1: Battle of Kuzegawa 杭瀬川の戦い
Orochi Army and Da Ji Army vs. Resistance Army Allied characters: Cao Pi, Xu Huang Third-party characters: Da Ji, Mitsunari Ishida Enemy characters: Huang Gai, Xu Zhu, Zhang Jiao, Motochika Chōsokabe, Muneshige Tachibana, Xiahou Yuan
Unlocked characters: Xu Zhu, Yue Jin, Yoshitsugu Ōtani
Da Ji orders Cao Pi to attack bandits at Kuzegawa. With her is Mitsunari Ishida, who will be attacking the south.
Motochika Chōsokabe and Muneshige Tachibana appear in the centre and west of the battlefield respectively.
In the aftermath, Cao Pi allows Huang Gai to leave, while Xu Zhu joins Cao Pi. Two hostages from Orochi’s initial attack on the Wei forces, Yue Jin and Yoshitsugu Ōtani, are released and sent to work under Cao Pi.
Chapter 2: Battle of Tianshui 天水の戦い
Orochi Army and Da Ji Army vs. Resistance Army Allied characters: Cao Pi, Yoshitsugu Ōtani, Yue Jin Third-party characters: Da Ji, Mitsunari Ishida, Zhuge Liang, Guan Suo Enemy characters: Hideyoshi Toyotomi, Hanbei Takenaka, Kanbei Kuroda, Huang Gai, Guan Ping, Nobunaga Oda, Toshiie Maeda, Katsuie Shibata
Unlocked characters: Li Dian, Mitsunari Ishida
When Tianshui was attacked by Resistance forces led by Nobunaga Oda, Cao Pi was sent again to suppress the rebellion.
Hideyoshi Toyotomi replaces Mitsuhide Akechi in this battle. Hanbei and Kanbei appear as additional officers attacking the western and central garrisons respectively. Toshiie and Katsuie will appear as reinforcements after Nobunaga arrives.
After the battle, Da Ji requests Cao Pi and Mitsunari to work together, much to their chagrin. Li Dian will also be released from Orochi’s custody.
Chapter 3: Battle of Xiakou 夏口の戦い
Orochi Army and Da Ji Army vs. Resistance Army Allied characters: Cao Pi, Mitsunari Ishida Third-party characters: Sun Quan, Da Ji Enemy characters: Sun Ce, Naomasa Ii, Ranmaru Mori, Naotora Ii, Han Dang, Zhou Yu
Unlocked characters: Cai Wenji
Sun Ce rebelled against the Serpent King following an attempted prison break involving his father. Orochi ordered Sun Quan to defeat his brother and Cao Pi to assist him.
Naotora Ii appears in place of Liu Gui (Han). A generic officer will replace Zhong Hui when reinforcements appear in the northwest.
Like with the Battle of Hulao Gate (Shu Chapter 6), there is a messenger that appears where a bridge to the southeast would be when Zhou Yu arrives who doesn’t seem to serve any purpose other than to give 600 EXP when defeated. He is removed in this version.
If the player is fast enough to defeat Sun Ce, a few details will be missed. Even if Sun Ce arrives at the dock, there is still time even after Zhou Yu arrives before Sun Ce can escape.
In the end, Cao Pi allows Sun Ce to escape with Zhou Yu. He and Mitsunari report to a suspicious Da Ji that Zhou Yu managed to outsmart them by using an imposter, allowing Sun Ce to escape. Cai Wenji is the next to be released by Orochi.
Chapter 4: Battle of Yiling 夷陵の戦い
Orochi Army and Sun Shangxiang Army vs. Resistance Army Allied characters: Cao Pi, Mitsunari Ishida, Xu Zhu, Li Dian Third-party characters: Sun Shangxiang, Ina, Lianshi Enemy characters: Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Pang Tong, Guo Huai, Xiahou Ba
Unlocked characters: Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Pang Tong, Guo Huai, Xiahou Ba, Wang Yi
The actions of Cao Pi were in preparation for his eventual rebellion, such as releasing Huang Gai and Sun Ce. However, there was one more element he needed before he could rebel, and that was Xiahou Dun and Xiahou Yuan. They were an independent resistance group since Wei’s defeat to Orochi. Cao Pi and Mitsunari head out to Yiling, assisted by Sun Shangxiang’s forces. Cao Pi heads to the southeast while Sun Shangxiang heads to the northwest.
Li Dian replaces Xu Shu, Xiahou Ba replaces Li Dian and Lianshi replaces Dong Xi in this battle. Guo Huai appears in the centre of the battlefield.
In the aftermath, Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan and Pang Tong will join Cao Pi alongside Xiahou Ba and Guo Huai. Wang Yi will also be released from custody.
Chapter 5: Battle of Odawara Castle 小田原城の戦い (uses SW2 east map)
Coalition Army and Huang Gai Army vs. Orochi Army Allied characters: Cao Pi, Mitsunari Ishida, Cai Wenji, Wang Yi Third-party characters: Huang Gai Enemy characters: Da Ji, Sun Jian, Cao Cao (both illusions), Motonari Mōri, Takakage Kobayakawa
Unlocked characters: Huang Gai
With all preparations complete, Cao Pi was ready to rebel against Orochi. He leaked a false rumour that Sun Jian was being held in Odawara Castle in order to encourage Huang Gai’s army to attack. Cao Pi also heads to the main keep, intending on capturing Da Ji, only for the castle to be set alight by Da Ji.
Cai Wenji is on the bottom right chamber of the main keep’s lower level while Wang Yi is with the allied units in the north of the battlefield. Motonari and Takakage will appear in the southeast of the battlefield when Da Ji calls for reinforcements.
At the end of the battle, Cao Pi will ask Da Ji to work for him and she agrees. Huang Gai pledges his service to Cao Pi after saving his life on three occasions.
Chapter 6: Battle of Chencang 陳倉の戦い
Coalition Army and Da Ji Army vs. Azai Army Allied characters: Cao Pi, Xiahou Dun, Mitsunari Ishida, Xiahou Yuan Third-party characters: Da Ji Enemy characters: Nagamasa Azai, Oichi, Gan Ning
Unlocked characters: Nagamasa Azai, Oichi, Gan Ning
Cao Pi declared Wei’s independence from Orochi, continuing to strengthen his army in preparation for the clash with Orochi. He advanced on Chencang, defended by Nagamasa Azai, intending to have them join his army.
There are practically no changes in this battle.
In the aftermath, Cao Pi allows Nagamasa, Oichi and Gan Ning to join his army.
Chapter 7: Battle of Yamazaki 山崎の戦い
Coalition Army and Da Ji Army → Cao Cao Army vs. Orochi Army Allied characters: Cao Pi, Mitsunari Ishida, Huang Gai, Pang Tong, Guo Huai, Xiahou Ba Third-party characters: Da Ji (defects), Cao Cao, Dian Wei, Xun Yu, Guo Jia Enemy characters: Dong Zhuo, Zhuge Liang, Sima Yi, Sima Shi, Zhuge Dan
Unlocked characters: Cao Cao, Dian Wei, Guo Jia, Xun Yu
Cao Pi advanced his army to the key Orochi Army outpost at Yamazaki. Waiting for him there were the strategists Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi.
Generic officers Li Dian, Xiahou Wei, Xiahou De and Yue Jin are replaced with Huang Gai, Pang Tong, Guo Huai and Xiahou Ba in this battle.
Xun Yu and Guo Jia replace Xun You and Han Hao when they arrive with Cao Cao and Dian Wei. Sima Shi and Zhuge Dan will stand in your way on the path to Mt. Tennō.
It turns out that Cao Cao did not die in Orochi’s assault of his army. After Dong Zhuo’s defeat, Cao Cao allows Cao Pi to continue leading his army, recognising the allies he has made on his journey.
Chapter 8: Battle of Koshi Castle 古志城の戦い
Coalition Army vs. Orochi Army Allied characters: Cao Cao, Cao Pi, Mitsunari Ishida, Dian Wei, Xun Yu, Guo Jia Enemy characters: Orochi, Da Ji, Lu Bu, Masamune Date, Kojūrō Katakura, Diamondback
Some variations have been made to the Chapter 8 Koshi Castle battles. In each faction’s version, they will fight one of Orochi’s main generals with the exception of Da Ji and Lu Bu, who will appear in each version. In this version of the battle, that general will be Masamune Date.
Cao Cao allows his son to lead his army for this final battle against Orochi. Dian Wei, Xun Yu and Guo Jia will join them as well. Owing to Keiji Maeda’s absence in this battle, Kojūrō Katakura will be defending the southern cannon fortress in this battle.
In the aftermath, the Wei officers rejoice following Orochi’s defeat. Cao Pi meets with Mitsunari and the officers he has taken in over the many battles. Cao Pi and Mitsunari discuss Cao Pi’s unfulfilled dream and how he will need everyone’s help to fulfil it.
