Finally got back to my tablet, I wanted to draw or colour something for a while. So, here is my favourite spread from Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Lone Marebito!

I'm pretty sure that counts as some kind of combo meal. Two good friends and a filthy fuckboy. This is going to be a bit of a long one here (created on mobile so I'm sorry if the format's off).

We're both polite and well mannered (or at least try to be).

We both have fluffy hair that is arguably our most defining trait.

And of course, we're both Law aligned.

As for differences:

Genocide is kind of a no-go for me.

I do not roleplay as a cat.

I would never make excuses for Tayama.

Patches (Demon's Souls-Dark Souls 3)

I'm glad I could be so similar to a good friend like Patches, but there are some stark differences between us two.

I don't like lying to people.

I actually have a healthy respect for clerics and people who devote themselves to a cause like that.

Rasputin (Raidou Duology, I'm pretty sure. I'm not sure how much in common I'd have with the actual Rasputin from Russian history)

Got a healthy distaste for the Center, know what true Law is about (even though Rasputin just doesn't care).

We can both spend way too long talking, often to our detriment.

I too would be infatuated with Tae Asakura if I met her in person.

Of course, I probably have the most contrasting points with Rasputin than anybody else.

I am, unfortunately and to my never ending shame, not a terminator sent from the future to restore the timeline.

Rasputin is too busy being a horndog to do his job, which is very not cool Rasputin.

And lastly, no means no. It shouldn't take a bottle to the head to get the hint, man. It did give us the funniest scene in Raidou 1 though, so there's points for that.

The story of Eri Kurobane from Persona 5 Mementos Mission is heartbreaking

Eri Kurobane is a character from Persona 5 Mementos Mission, a manga spin-off of Persona 5, and is an original character in manga not adapted from the game. She was a first-year at Shujin High who worked part-time at a maid cafe. In Mementos Mission, the Phantom Theives turn their attention towards her as a victim of abuse based on a post on the Phansite saying she has a lot of bruises and cuts on her body.

The gang promptly investigate whether or not this is true and confirm that the source of her injuries was from her mother’s boyfriend. Eri’s biological father was never present in her life so her mother raised Eri by herself before getting together with the abusive man. The man also stole the money Eri earned from her job while her mother turned a blind eye to the abuse and didn’t help her, meaning that Eri was abandoned by the one person she relied on. Also, Asakura (another character in the manga and a Mementos target from the game), who is a man who solicits sexual favours from models he recruits to his agency, was also sexually harassing her at her job. Eri is a first-year at high school so she’s 15-16 years old.

Eventually, Eri had enough of the abuse and decided to murder her mother’s boyfriend. She first aquired poison (through some very odd means), then dosed Asakura’s food when he visited at her work to test and confirm whether or not the poison would work. Asakura was poisoned but ended up surviving so she increased the dosage when poisoning her mother’s boyfriend through his medicine and killed him. But, after killing him, she still had plans to murder one last person: her mother for letting the abusive man into her life and allowing the abuse to happen. Also, this is speculation on my part, but I think it’s possible that, rather than her mother being too scared to stop the abuse, her mother may have sided with the boyfriend over Eri. The mother was angry and upset when she met Tae Takemi (who prescribed the medicine), indicating she may actually cared for the man who she knew was violently abusing her daughter.

Before Eri could poison her mother, Ren figured out that Eri was the one who poisoned Asakura and then her mother’s boyfriend, ultimately confirming it when he had Morgana search and steal the poison from Eri’s house and promptly changed Eri’s heart in Mementos. Eri confessed to poisoning Asakura and murdering her mother’s boyfriend meaning she’ll likely be convicted for murder, but it’s still sad that a 15-16 year old girl suffered so much abuse that she resorted to murder. In fact, I personally find Eri’s story more hard-hitting and personal than Goro Akechi’s own similar story of revenge and murder in the original game.

Ren was extremely forlorn after this change of heart, regretting that the PT couldn’t have changed the mother’s boyfriend’s heart before Eri murdered him and save her from her fate.

Personally, I hope we touch back on Eri’s story in later chapters. And, on a final note, I was hoping that Ryuji would show more of an emotional reaction to Eri’s story as his own childhood was similar to Eri’s situation, where his alcoholic father violently abused both Ryuji and his mother.

Atlus has released four new Persona 5: Dancing Star Night screenshots of the protagonist, Ren Amamiya, wearing the Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Demi-fiend costume.

This is to celebrate the game’s 15th anniversary in Japan, when it was originally released on February 20, 2003.

This costume will be included in the “Persona Dancin’ Deluxe Twin Plus” limited edition release of the upcoming Persona rhythm games, with the following downloadable content costumes as part of the “Atlus Selection”:
