The story you're proudest of: And Death Shall Be No More. It's essentially a 100k-word Seiftis Fantasy Drama that took me 18 months of intense planning, writing, and editing. I'm so grateful for the lovely people who supported me during the posting period. 🥲

Your story that's gotten the most love online: I've never been convinced that the number of hits/views indicate engagement or love. For me, it's all about the comments—even if it's just one person leaving chapter-by-chapter comments!—so if we're going by the number of comment threads (which does not include my responses) then it would be the same story as above.

Tease a current WIP or idea you're working on: For FFVIII Bingo, I had started on a High School AU featuring Squinoa, Seiftis, and Ultimecia but I don't know if this fic will ever see the light of day. For now, the Chapter 1 draft is chilling in my "Hiatus" folder. 😄

it is fully saturday morning and im too sleepy to pick a proper excerpt so here is a notes app scrap of a bit i haven’t yet written

there’s this smile he does, big, with all his teeth. like for those seconds his body forgets he’s an adult with decades of trauma on his shoulders, and his face stretches into a grin so true and un-self-conscious it’s like he’s a little kid again. and when he does, when he smiles like this, two matching dimples appear, bracketing his giddy happiness. buck would walk through continent-spanning deserts in bare feet for that smile. for those dimples.
