The whole idea of co-op game is to play together in order to finish the game

But he didn’t hear that : he wants to do everything by himself

And when he can’t do it he would ask some help.

Don’t expect him to be good with synchro-enigma he can’t he is either too quick or too late.

I’m sorry to say that but he might complain about your game (while he was the one who is losing all the heart because he can’t read an enigma properly)

And you see me coming but if can’t resolve an enigma and if you can’t help him he would just stop and won’t play at this game until he feels like he can do it

Oh and he sucks at game like Overcooked you know those kind of things were you’re supposed to work at the same Time as his partners he is either too slow either too quick (but always pretend he isn’t his fault)

Don’t think I mentioned that but he cursed a lot, he complained a lot (to my fellow frenchie he is like Sardoche in real life I don’t make the rule here)

7/10 because it’s funny to see him being angry at a game

Mikasa - skilful

i wanted to say that if you’re not eren she won’t play with you LMAO

But if she is dating you, she would do it because she wants to please you and spend some good quality time with you (she is not a fan of video game but she can tolerate some RPG)

She tends to be quiet while playing and only speaks when she got an idea about how to solve enigma or difficult game who implies being coordinate.

You didn’t have to anything in such mission she will synchronise her game with you don’t question her. I don’t know how she is doing it but she can no matter if you tend to push way to quickly every button or if you’re a slow one. One look from her and she does it

She is really god any games it piss me off

When you struggle at an enigma that you decided to resolve on your own she will either give you tiny tips or just ask you to just stop right now get some tea and try again later when you’ll be more relax

The only problem with her is she wants to help so much that she might do everything on her own especially if one of your mission imply fighting (like kill a boss together to unlock another level) she would quickly get over it without questioning you and you end up getting so many xp and items while you didn’t ever touch anything

She wants to help you so much poor thing ♡

Also if you’re hurt during a game or if you life are pretty low she would stop everything in order to heal you. Even if it’s very cute from her, it piss you off cause now you have to start again because both of you died together.

9/10 she is the best she cooks cookie prepare some tea for you.

Armin - strategic

i love him I really do

But you can’t play with him

He needs to make a plan on every mission, Like sweetie just relax you need to chill a little bit.

Although he tends to overthink everytime He is very good when your goal is to kill a boss, cause he will do two jobs : healing and helping you to kill him. Give him 5 min and he will give you a whole tactics so you can fight the boss easily and earn even more xp. He won’t be afraid to go and heal you too if you’re in need and would never judge you if you’re struggling (even if he guides you during the game) he understand that the game is pretty difficult.

He is good to with enigma like it’s just sound quite easy for him. All he has to do is read the thing and BANG he got the solution how can you do that ?

He will even explain the whole thing so you could also resolve enigma with him

The problem is he is way too slow, if your level implies being coordinate it would take you forever until being able to finish the game. Especially because he is not comfortable with a joystick like they got way too many button and he is not good with coordination so he ends up being confused with the button

When it came to videotgameswhere all of you have to work in coordination, he is always slow. He really tries but he is always way too slow, but he counterbalances his lack of skills with his minds so after you’ll lose because he couldn’t manage to do something within 30s he’ll find a solution to win

It’s really funny to play a cop-game with him on Fortnite cause he’s like « y/n why would you play at such a game ? What’s the point of killing people ? » and he is the one who is throwing a grenade and shoot at the same time so a lot of people can dies with one shot or planing a trap so a lot of people might die at the same time. He is very dangerous when he wants to just saying.

8/10 because sometimes mind isn’t enough and you need skill to win

Jean - Skill and minds

Do not let him play with Eren

I swear don’t do it otherwise they would spend the whole game yelling at each other « you should come quicker Horse face ! » « Oh yeah ? Who’s the one who though that would be wise to attack the boss without getting heal first uh ? Such an idiot bastard »

It’s not comfortable if you’re playing while being on the phone but it’s so funny to see him getting angry because Eren (as usual) run without thinking about a plan

Like Armin he tends to be very good when it came to resolve enigma or find an enemy’s weakness : all he has to do is to let Eren, Connie and Sasha run at first so he could analyze the boss’ behavior (yeah he totally uses them as guinea pig and he doesn’t regret that especially when he hears Eren getting Angry or Connie complaining it’s so funny)

Unlike Armin he is pretty food with a controller so he can actually being very efficient as long as Mikasa isn’t around

He tends to be close to you EVERYTIME and he would even protect you, heal you everytime you got hurt because you protects Connie, Eren or Armin, it’s cute at first but very annoying then because he only focus on you and isn’t into the game anymore. When he turns like that, someone need to tease him about not being good like Eren and he will scream a little bit (how dare you as if he could even be worst than that suicidal bastard) but then he is on it.

Watch him beating the shit out of the boss

BUT when it came to games like overcooked when you have to share task he is bad. Not because he isn’t skillful but because he wants to be the chief so badly and of course Eren thought he could be the leader while everyone knows he isn’t coordinate enough to do that. So most of the time Armin is the leader in such a game

Just give him a task where he has to be quick and he’ll be fine but don’t let him in the same group as Eren, they would argue about who should to this and you’ll end up losing because they argue.

Also if you’re playing something like a RPG with him he gave you SO MANY things like everytime he drop something this is for you, at this point he doesn’t care about his character (he does but he can’t just not give you something)

You didn’t ask it but I’m just say it, if you play animal crossing with him he would spoil the shit out of you, can’t blame him he just wants to help so badly. He’ll text you about his plan, the stuff he got he would even help you with flowers.

8/10 because he tends to flirt with you or argue with Eren so you’ll lose precious time for the mission

Connie & Sasha - Funny

I put them together because 1) they tends to play everytime together 2) because they play the same way 3) they share one braincell (meaning either you’re dating connie or Sasha you’ll have to play together)

One word : a mess

Always questionnaire why we’re doing this or why we shouldn’t do this, this way

BUT they’re like very synchronized, it’s like seeing someone and his reflection (sometimes you’re even jealous cause you can’t do that)

They tends to be very effective when you need to coordinate something

They’re pretty skilled too

But they can’t make a plan even to save their life

The number of life you’ll lose because them and Eren decided to run into the boss’ lair without asking permission

It should be illegal to run that easily anyway

If Connie is really dumb when It came to enigma

Sasha is very good to notice tiny elements that actually was the key to resolve the problem

She tends to be super good to drop every tiny things that was hide behind a tree too a really hunt (but won’t share her things with you if you’re not giving her puppy eyes I’m sorry)

But Connie is your best allies to fight couple of ennemie at the same time, like you were walking and boom you’re surrounded by NPC and he will come to save you.

Connie is a protector

I mean Sasha is too but she more into prevention, safety than protection but if during a game you might be in danger of course she’ll run after you (ask you extra cookies for that)

Dont expect any of them to be good at enigma or games like overcooked, I mean Sasha might spend her whole call luring about foods while Connie might try to do everything on his own since he is incredible (he says it)

If you’re calling one of them during a game, it’s actually more entertaining than the game, I can’t explain they’re just super funny

If you’re playing in a RPG that might have a huge map you’ll definitely lose them at some point during your game, they don’t have any sense of direction and since they can’t read a map (that’s me don’t bully me I’m trying) well they get lost and will send you a picture of their screen so you could help them

6/10 because they’re trying to their best but since they share one brain cell well it’s always more complicated than it should be

Bonus : Marco Bott - Motivating

My cute sweetheart

He is doing is best everytime you call him for a game

He is so good at overcooked than I’m jealous of him

Kinda good with Enigma but he is really good when game imply strategic (he also loves how focused you are and how he could motivate you with his plan)

He doesn’t play at any games that involve war or anything so don’t ask him about a fortnite game he won’t do it

He really love role-play (not put intended lmao), he is actually a good narrator and is so good at at owning xp : his character might not be the greatest when it came to strength but he is very balanced character

Playing with him it’s actually relaxing, he never raise his voice and seemed to always find a way to relax anyone that might be too into it.

Especially good when It came to help Eren and Jean to just shut up and play the game without yelling : don’t ask me how he does that the man is a genius

If he teams up with Armin during game like Among us you loose any chance to win (I mean if you’re the traitor he would never say it but he noticed so does Armin but won’t say anything about it) the man knows everything, and is able to make you confess it’s really fun to watch but bother you when you’re loosing yourself in your explanation

When it’s just you two playing a game together and somehow you struggle to resolve an enigma or a level, don’t worry your boyfriend Marco he is

The best cheerleader in the whole univers fight me on this

“The Three Stages of a Party.” (part three)

The Last Stage; The After-Party and The Truths Untold.

The next morning, you woke up with a heavy headache. The sun was blinding your vision and warming your bare legs. Your body felt so uncomfortable as you still were in your tight dress from last night. Just by this sense of touch, you could remember to yourself that miserable party of that night, and to add more water to your already-full-cup, your miserable drunk self. Shame, you just felt ashamed.

You looked at the ceiling a few seconds, and started to itch your puffy eyes while stretching your lazy body. Suddenly, your legs hit something, or someone to be exact. Haechan? What the fuck, he was shirtless. This boy. If only you had not thrown up on him... that was embarrassing. He was sitting on the ground, his back against the opposite side of the couch, with his head lowered. Ouch, his neck might hurt. You did not want to wake him up. Hence, you sat down beside him, and placed his head on your shoulder. You knew that you should have not done this: Haechan had a girlfriend now, and this thought made you want to keep your distance far from him but you could not retain yourself from taking care of your lover. Hearing the birds singing, you concluded that it was too early to begin the day and put your head on his. You were so eager to put his hand in yours, caress it with your thumb, and whisper him how much you loved him. He was so close yet so far, the world felt so heavy all of a sudden. You sighed and went back to sleep quite easily as you wanted to forget faster how deeply heartbroken you were and how tired you were from the early morning headache.

After what seemed like an hour for you, a voice made you flinch off of your sleep.

“Okay baby, I’ll be home in the afternoon.” Haechan murmured with his husky voice of the morning. You did not want to wake up to him calling another girl baby though. Was their relationship even serious? Whatsoever, you felt like you could never have him, as usual. You were used to this empty feeling, but now it was different, it was a total reality. Your head was on Haechan’s shoulder, and you just wished you could stay like this all day long. His voice, his perfume, his soft skin, you were going to miss it, damn. It hurt how much you wanted to be his, and how much you wanted to be whoever this girl might be. She was lucky to have such a mature, handsome and goofy man as her boyfriend.

“Hi dickhead.” you mouthed as you stood up, and gave him a little awkward smile while he was still on call with his girlfriend. It hurt so much, seeing him talking to his lover, who was obviously not you. You pointed out to your outfit to tell him that you were going to change. You picked two extra large t-shirts from your closet, one for you, and the other one for the shirtless Haechan: buying men’s t-shirt is a big yes. You put the t-shirt on and left your legs naked. Then, you went to take off your ugly make-up from yesterday, wash your face and brush your teeth to look a little less miserable. After that, you went back to see Haechan who was drinking water in the kitchen.

“There, put a t-shirt on sir.” you said coldly, and threw it to him. “Whatever I said yesterday.. it wasn’t totally false though.” You hesitated a second before saying out loud the last part of your sentence, but this situation needed to stop: he deserved to know the truth, and you needed to let go of this to move on peacefully. You bravely looked at him straight in the eye. “Look, I’ve been in love with you for the past few years, but I just can’t handle it anymore. Now that you have a girlfriend.. I’m super happy for you yet I feel so miserable for myself.” you gulped at your own words, how embarrassing. You felt even more miserable when he just walked past you without saying anything. His face was expressionless, and unreadable. An electric shock crossed your body. Your tears filled your eyes, but you just avoided them, closing your eyes as tightly as you could. Were you two over from this moment on? You turned your back to see him wearing your t-shirt and putting on his shoes. He was going to be gone forever, and you could not believe it was going to end like this. “So that’s how it ends? You don’t have the balls to tell me anything? Why didn’t you tell me you had a girlfriend? You made my hopes up, and now you’re going to leave like a fucker? Bullshit!”

“Shut the fuck up!” he yelled, looking at you with his frowned eyebrows. “Were you that blind to see that I felt the same all these years?! Everytime I showed you how much I cared about you, you’ve always taken it for granted. And it hurt me too! Now that I have a girlfriend, you’re complaining? I just need someone who sees the efforts I make for them. How many times I wanted to take you on dates, but yeah, I didn’t have the balls. So what now?! I’m still in love with you, but you’ve waited for me to have a girlfriend to confess?” These words escaped his mouth all at once, as he made some steps towards you. He looked down at you, and it made you panicked. His confession turned your brain off, you could not even think straight, neither your eyes knew what to look at. It felt awkward not to be able to say anything. You were hard-headed, so you were usually always talking back to people, you loved to have the last word. Haechan was the only one to put you right in your place, and that was one of the reasons you loved him: he was brave enough to face you when you were wrong. However, although you were hardheaded, you were really softhearted, you just did not show it often. You could tell Haechan was confused not to see you responding back to him. “Talk to me, we have things to talk about.”

“Why having a girlfriend then? Just, why?” you finally looked up at him, with a tear falling on your cheek. Oh, fuck, not tears. “You didn’t have to move on like this, and to keep on making my hopes up. It’s totally unnecessary and mean.” you erased quickly your tear and waited for his answer. He confessed to you, yet you needed more explanation. How could someone move on so easily?

“I didn’t know my feelings were mutual. And in order not to hurt myself more, I wanted to forget you while dating another girl. I know what I’m doing is bad, but I couldn’t help myself.” he lowered his head, feeling ashamed of his actions. It was the worst solution, and he had chosen it anyway. You felt a bit disappointed, but what could you do? This is humans’ wrongs. You sighed in response.

And at this exact moment, you craved to hold his hand, which was so easy of access, to comfort him. You gave up, and just did it anyway. Your eyes were fixing on your fingers intertwining his for the very first time, and your heart softened. Oh, you hated this side of you though. But, it made you realize that both of you just confessed each other’s feelings. You felt nothing more but relief.

“It’s okay, just tell her the truth. What you did was bad, indeed, but you can’t judge yourself. Okay?” you whispered, while your eyes were still glued to your hands.

You suddenly felt Haechan’s hand on your chin, to lift it up. His eyes were mesmerizing, and you could not take your eyes off of them. And at that moment, you also thought about what you two were going to be, a couple? close friends? how did things were going to turn after these confessions? And when you blinked, you didn’t know how close your faces were. You were getting closer and closer so slowly, and it drove you crazy. Fuck it. You grabbed him by his collar and kissed him tenderly. Your lips were perfectly synchronized, and it felt so good to feel the warmth of his mouth after such a long wait.

What the future holds, only belongs to the future. You wanted to know what you two would become, but you decided to let go of your overthinking and fears to live with the flow. Right now, you were in your lover’s embrace, and it was all that mattered. “I love you.” he shushed, caressing your cheeks and looking at you like you were the eighth wonder of the world. His eyes’ sparkles lighted up your world, and you could not be happier. “I hate you, why would you make me wait for so long, god!” you giggled, hitting his shoulders and went directly for a hug. Fatality, was it so? Who knows.

Hello guys, so that was the last part of TTSP! It’s my first time writing a story with chapters, I’m usually very bad at keeping writing about the same plot, in the long -not so long though- run. I really tend to write one-shots, so it was kinda a challenge for me! It was really interesting to go through this process, I just now can pinpoint more easily my weaknesses and know what I can do to improve my plots, and writing! Vodka kisses

Sentence prompt. 71. “Kiss me, quick!” and 80. “How can you think I’m anything but hopelessly in love with you?”

Isak is feeling nice. He’s officially survived his first year at Uni, he’s at an end of year party with his friends, and he’s had 4 shots of vodka, Isak Valtersen is good. There is a warm weight next to him and a sturdy arm wrapped around his shoulders. He follows the arm up until he meets eyes with its owner. Pretty blue eyes that seem to be dancing with amusement, a playful smile that also appears to be dancing. Maybe it’s him? Maybe he’s swaying.

“Having fun?”

It takes him a moment to focus on the question, more interested in the face he’s staring at. Even Bech Næsheim, 2nd-year media student and current host of the party they are at. Isak can’t really remember a time when Even hasn’t been around anymore. One day Magnus was introducing the boy from his mass media class to them during a lunch break and he just never left. Isak doesn’t mind.

“I survived my first year!” He shouts happily over Party Monster playing through the speakers.

Even nods a wide grin on his face. “Congratulations.”

“We should celebrate,” he continues just as loudly.

Even chuckles and Isak feels the vibrations against his side. “I thought that’s what all those shots of rubbing alcohol you call vodka was for.”

Isak shakes his head vigorously making himself pleasantly dizzy. “Nope,” he says with a grin as he makes the ‘P’ pop and somewhere in the still functioning part of his brain Isak knows he’s drunk. He only ever says what he says next when he’s drunk. “You should kiss me, quick!”

Even gives him a look, his face still showing how amused he is by Isak’s drunken foolery but it also goes soft the way it does sometimes when he looks at Isak, it never fails to make Isak’s stomach flutter, and it’s no different now. Even closes the gap between them. The arm he has around Isak pulling him closer. The kiss is just a brush of Even’s lips against his, soft but lingering, the way it always is when Isak is buzzed and utters his request. It’s never more than this, and yet it always leaves Isak breathless.

“Isak and Even are kissing!” Magnus exclaims somewhere to Isak’s left.

Even doesn’t pull back and neither does he. Instead, Isak leans his forehead against Even and grins happily as Even chuckles under his breath.

“Guess that means Isak is officially drunk,” Mahdi answers in that mellow, relaxed way of his. “He’s an affectionate drunk.”

“He never gets affectionate with the rest of us,” Magnus continues, and now Isak breaks away from Even to look over at the boy.

“No amount of vodka in the world, Mags, not with you,” Isak answers, earning a laugh from Mahdi and a poke at his side from Even.

“Be nice, Isak.”

He rolls his eyes, grinning when Even laughs. “Whatever.”

Shaking his head, Even stands. “I’m getting a beer, want anything?”

“Same.”

Even nods, reaching out he gives the back of Isak’s neck a soft squeeze. “Be right back, don’t make out with anyone else.”

Isak gives him a solemn look. “Just you,” he says earning himself a bright smile thrown over Even’s shoulder. Isak watches him walk away with a smile of his own.

“You have it so bad Isak.”

Isak looks over at Magnus who is looking at him is a ridiculously amused expression and then at Mahdi who is nodding in agreement.

“I do not,” he protests, eyes widening when they both respond with a synchronized snort.

“You do, bro,” Mahdi counters, his tone soft and Isak instantly realizes he’s baby-stepping him, he gives Mahdi a dirty look for his troubles, but it has no effect on Mahdi like always, the zen asshole. “And you need to do something about it soon because getting drunk all the time to have an excuse to mack on Even is going to fuck up your liver.”

“What?” Isak questions.

“Stop playing dumb, Isak,” Magnus answers with an eye-roll.

“I’m not!” Isak argues loudly. “I seriously don’t know what you guys are talking about.”

Magnus and Mahdi both stare at him for a moment before they look at each other. “Shit, was Jonas right?”

Mahdi shrugs. “I think so, he really doesn’t know.”

Magnus shakes his head and looks back at him. “You’re so dumb, Isak, so dumb.”

“Hey!” Isak protests, now irritated. “How about you explain then, instead of being jerks and what does Jonas have to do with any of this?”

Mahdi shrugs again, annoying Isak further with his calmness. “Jonas said you weren’t aware of your crush on Even.”

“I-I don’t…”

“Bro,” Magnus starts, and now he is doing the same soft voice thing Mahdi had been doing before, weirdly gentle and sincere. “You ask him to kiss you everytime you have a couple of drinks under your belt, it’s been that way since I introduced you guys, Isak. You know what they say about babies and drunks, they never lie, when you are drunk you end up asking the guy for what you truly want.”

Isak stares at his friends helplessly, their words pulling back the curtain on his behavior. He wants to deny their claims but can’t. He still remembers the first time he and Even went drinking months ago and how the night ended with his hands in Even’s hair and his lips sealed over his, a little numb from the beers consumed. He’d been embarrassed the next day, only for it to be washed away by Even just smiling away his apologies. It happened again after that, and after that, and after that. It was a downright tradition at this point, a few drinks and Even’s lips against his.

He couldn’t even claim to be drunk all the time, tipsy at most, most of the time.

“Fuck,” Isak says softly.

“Isak?”

Isak looks up to see Even standing next to him, looking down at him with a small but concerned smile and Isak can only imagine the look on his own face. He looks over at Mahdi and Magnus who are staring at him with their own worried looks.

“You okay?” Even continues, holding out a beer for him.

No, he is not okay, he’s realized he’s in love with the boy before him, and he’s been making a fool of himself everytime he drinks around him, and all his friends knew before him, god, Even probably knows too, there’s no way he doesn’t. He’s not okay at all.

“Bathroom,” he blurts out leaping to he feet, already pushing through the crowded apartment to get away.

“Fuck, fuck, fucccck,” Isak whispers as he stares at himself in the bathroom mirror, the noise from the party muted making his freak out that much louder in his head. “I am so dumb,” he continues talking to his reflection, startling when there is a knock at the door.

“Isak?” Even says through the door. “Can I come in?”

Isak briefly considers ignoring him and scoff at his own ridiculousness, so dumb. Running a hand through his hair, he takes a calming breath before he turns the nob of the door allowing Even in. The bathroom feels ten times small with the two of them inside it.

“You okay?” Even asks, his tone soft and concerned.

Isak nods.

Even’s face pinches as he continues. “The boys told me what freaked you out.”

Isak closes his eyes, feeling the blood rushing to his face in embarrassment.

“They didn’t mean to,” Even continues quickly. “I kind of forced them, you looked panicked, and I didn’t let it go. Any chance you are going to open your eyes anytime soon?”

Isak shakes his head because that’s a big N O P E. He’s never looking Even in the face again. Shame now that he’s realized that he doesn’t just like that face, but that he loves that face.

“But I like your eyes,” Even continues and Isak feels him shift, now closer to him, his front brushing against Isak’s. “I like everything about you.”

Isak opens his eyes at that, letting out a gasp at how close Even is, he swallows hard when Even’s hands come to his waist pulling him closer.

“Talk to me.”

“I-,” Isak starts, licking his lips anxiously. “Have feelings for you.”

Even nods. “I know that.”

Isak blushes. “I didn’t know that.”

Even smiles gently. “I know that too, I have been waiting for you to figure it out.”

“I ask you to kiss me when I drink,” Isak continues. “I have been taking advantage of you.”

Even shakes his head. “Wrong. I always want to kiss you.”

“Even,” Isak says helplessly, letting out a small needy sound when Even leans in and brush his lips at the corner of his mouth, over his cheek, his temple. He lingers there, and when he tugs, Isak goes willingly into his arms, sighing as Even hugs him.

“How can you think,” Even starts softly but with a sincerity that levels Isak, against the shell of his ear. “I’m anything but hopelessly in love with you?”

“Yeah?” Isak whispers in awe and happiness.

Even pulls back a wide smile on his face that Isak can’t help but match. “Yeah.”

Review: Amami Yuzumi

==Personality== Pre-Shippuden: As a Genin she was very shy and quiet, only socializing with her teammates, though had the closest bond with Haru. She also has issues with self-confidence and uncertainty. Though it’s revealed she has a calm disposition for the most part and is compassionate to those that need help. Her self confidence worsens when she fails her first chunin exam, but her sensei and friends helped her overcome it. When she is made chunin, she ends up going on her first mission in which she would need to fight. And on that day, her first kill was made. Upon realizing what she had done, she was shaken and having a panic attack. Haru placed her in a low-level sleeping genjutsu to calm her down and take her to the village hospital for her to recover. When she was permitted to leave, she wouldn’t talk to anyone, not even her parents and refused to go on missions. This lasted for two weeks before a talk with her sensei allowed her to go about her missions back to normal. Shippuden: She still retains her soft and quiet voice, but she’s a little more confident and socially outgoing. She still has occasional hesitations, but thanks to her friends and sensei as well as the sensei’s she helped on missions assigned to them, her confidence in her abilities as a shinobi grew. Post-War: Her determination fully solidifies when she reaches jonin rank. == Ninja Stats ==

Chakra Nature: Wind Jutsus: Dance of the Dragonfly: A taijustu technique that requires the clone jutsu. The clones and the real caster charges in and darts around the target in different directions to confuse the opponent and during each pass the clone or castor strikes the opponent either with fists or with ninjutsu such as the Twin Tornado Drills. This technique Amami practiced since she was young and continues to practice it as a genin, though she masters it in her early Chūnin years. This technique was inspired by how dragonflies are able to quickly change direction while in the air.

Wind Arrow Jutsu:

a long distance ninjutsu Formed with the hand signs Bird, Dragon and Rat. She channels her chakra into her fingers which she draws back her hand as if drawing back a bowstring. As she’s pulling back, her chakra thins into a long, needle-like state and wind chakra wraps around the arrow until it is released in which it will grow stronger the further the distance from the caster and the target. This just Amami had difficulty with in the start of her Chūnin years due to the resistance of the wind chakra and her chakra form and hadn’t mastered this jutsu until the Akatsuki’s attack on the Hidden Leaf. Wind Senbon Jutsu: A variation of the Wind Arrow jutsu where she splits the chakra-infused wind projectile into needles. Due to the ammount of concentration it takes, it can expend a great ammount of chakra and she can only create fifty Wind Senbons at a time

Twin Tornado Drills: A close-to-mid rage justu in which Amami concentrates her chakra and combines it with wind chakra to form two small drills of wind over her fists. Much like Hinata’s Twin Lion Fists, it can be used to extend punches and deal damage. However, with enough force, the tornado drills can be released from the fists and shot at the target. The only drawback to this is it takes time to build back up the tornado drill on Resonance Jutsu– Air Cutter Wing Blade: A collaboration jutsu with Amami and Fuukiri. They synchronize their chakra so that Chakra can form around Fuukiri’s wings and act like a chakra blade. Wind surrounds the chakra blades making the wings razor sharp and are used to cut down big obstacles in their path or to fight another summon with. Amami masters this jutsu with Fuukiri during their training in the Land Hidden in the Marsh. Summons:

-Fuukiri: A female dragonfly with green coloring and a dark green spiral on her back. This is the most common summon for Amami as she resonates better with Fuukiri. -Kenyoku: An orange dragonfly with red legs and dark orange tiger stripes on his back. He will appear when Fuukiri cannot be called. He has a blunt personality and can get impatient and feirce with the summoner if they make a mistake on the battlefield. -MojiMoji: A yellow female dragonfly with dark yellow lightning-like stripes on her back. She’s very flighty and has a nervous disposition, this doesn’t make her a good combat dragonfly, but due to her being the fastest in the Land Hidden in the Marshes, she makes a great medical summon and will transport injured shinobi to the nearest medical ninja. Though she gets very emotional and cries everytime someone dies. -Sorashi: A dark purple, normal sized dragonfly who acts as a messenger and is given scrolls of intell to take to the village the summoner comes from. -Tomboerai: The Emperor of the dragonflies. He is rarely summoned, but when he is summoned, it’s usually as an emergency or if a huge battle is about to go down.

Amami was only three years old when the Ninetales attacked the village. Her mother watched over her while her father went into battle. Once the Ninetales was sealed in Naruto, things went back to normal. It was revealed in a flashback that as a kid she would get bullied because she was seen as weak and an easy target. Though one day a tomboy stood up to the bullies for her and was ready to pick a fight before a sensei noticed trouble about to start and interrupted them. Once the tomboy looked over Amami to see if she was okay, she introduced herself as Haru Tanioka. And she said that from this day forward no one is going to cause Amami trouble. And that’s when her first friend was made.

Once graduated from the academy, she was assigned to Team 5 consisting of (all OCs) Sensei Masaki Kobayashi, Haru Tanioka and Yasuhiro Kawaguchi. When she first took the Chunin exams, she failed–which had drastically lowered her self-worth for herself, but after her sensei counseled her and told her not to give up, she vowed she would pass next time. The second year she completed the Chunin exams (the first year for Team 7), she was able to pass before Orochimaru’s attack.

Now being a Chunin, she was able to go from helping farmers of different villages and finding runaway cats to actual stealth missions and missions that may involve confrontation. The first mission she went on that involved this, lead her to killing the enemy in combat. Though she had no choice at the time, it still shook her up and made her fearful of herself, having a panic attack when she saw blood on her hands. Haru cast a sleeping genjutsu on her and was taken to the Hidden Leaf hospital to be evaluated. Eventually they discharged her, but she remained reclusive. She wouldn’t talk to anyone, not even her parents nor Haru. This lasted for two weeks before her sensei was able to have her open up again and reassured her that she did what she had to out of necessity to uphold her ninja way of protecting those she cared about. A few hours after the talk, she got the courage to go back out into the ninja world and continue working towards her ninja way. When needed for back up, Amami and Team 5 would help other senseis such as Kurenai and Might Guy. This is how she was able to spawn a friendship with Hinata Hyuuga and Tenten. She met Team 7 in passing, but didn’t fully get to know them until she helped with missions. They respected one another for the most part and listened to their secondary senseis. Though Kakashi of Team 7 realized Amami’s occassional moments of self doubts, first having heard of this during the second chunin exams when Masaki told him of Amami failing the first time and how that affected her. Kakashi would encourage Amami to do her best and believe in herself and she slowly opened up even more. But it wasn’t until one day when she noticed Kakashi reading that she fully began socializing with him, stating how she loves to read as well and loves writing as a hobby. Upon conversing, they each found out they have both read The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi and Amami said how she looks up to the hero in that book. Kakashi then said she might be able to meet Jiraya soon enough, but advised her to not go alone, though he wouldn’t state why.

When Naruto goes off to train with Jiraya, Amami’s eighteenth birthday arrives and her dad gave her a silver dragonfly necklace. He told her how dragonflies are a symbol of grace, agility, luck and change. He then proceeded to say how proud he was of how far she’s come and that he has faith she will continue to change and grow into a strong and beautiful young woman. It was then she reflected on Naruto’s journey to train and set into herself that she would train to improve herself as well, and that she knew just how to do it. That day, she went to Team 8 to ask Shino where she could contract with dragonflies. He then says he thought he heard his father mention about a dragonfly colony in the Land of Marshes.** From there she ventured forth and met with Tomboerai–the Dragonfly Emperor. He had his doubts about her, and needed proof that she was loyal and qualified to be a shinobi. So she stayed with them, training with Fuukiri and Kenyoku and after months of training and lots of mosquito bites later, the Emperor Dragonfly agreed to contract with her. Amongst her training, she found she resonated with Fuukiri better as she is more encouraging and gentle than Kenyoku who has a more blunt and fierce way of pointing out mistakes. After two years of training in the Land Hidden in the Marshes, she returns to the Hidden Leaf village to assist with missions and reunite with her teammates. And during this time back home, she started growing an attraction to Kakashi, in which Haru would constantly tease her about, but would deny firmly because of the age gap. Though she was of age in consent, he’s still a much older guy and for that reason she didn’t think she stood a chance. A couple days later Naruto returns and It is then when she found out about the search party for Sasuke, when she was amongst the others, she couldn’t help but express her doubts. After all Sasuke has done to Naruto and Sakura, why should he come back? Naruto then told Amami that he knows the pain that Sasuke has inflicted, but he’s still a part of Team Seven and is still a Hidden Leaf Shinobi, and so he will do everything in his power to bring him back. Amami then became amazed at Naruto’s resolve and promised that she will help however she can. Kakashi and Yamato instructed her to stay in the village and they will call her and her team if they need back up. During this arc, Team 5 was sent on a mission to take out a formidable rogue kunoichi from the Hidden Sand village that specialized in a rare kekkei genkai of Haze style and that she was heading for the Land hidden in the waves. When Team 5 encountered her, she was a strong opponent to be sure, but they manage to take her out. But not before paper bomb was planted and Team 5 was able to get away, but Yasuhiro was split up from them. And when the dust cleared, he was no where to be found. That day, Team 5 mourned for a shinobi lost in action.

A replacement needed to be made and an immigrant from the Hidden Waterfall village, Hokaido Shimizu, volunteered to assist them. Amami and Haru still needed time to adjust to the change, afterall, how can you replace a comrade in your heart? However, Hokaido proved to be a valuable member with his medical ninjustu skills and they soon accepted him as a part of Team 5. Shortly afterwards Amami found out the Akatsuki were planning to attack the Hidden Leaf village. She along with her friends and teammates helped to defend the village once Pain breached the protective barrier. She then heard news about Kakashi’s apparent death and was overcome with shock. With the help of Haru, she eventually snapped back to reality and continued fighting as hard as she could to protect the village and eventually the attack ceased and everyone who had died was revived back to life. Amongst the revived being Kakashi. Ever since then, she’s vowed that she would protect those she cares about…including him. And her feelings were finally realized to be more than just an attraction. Once the Hidden Leaf village was back in working order, she heard that Tsunade had gone into a coma from the critical wounds she sustained with her fight against Tendo Pain, and that Danzo was to become the new Hokage. Though she wouldn’t say it outloud, she knew Danzo was bad news and that he would destroy the very essence of the Will of Fire that the Third Hokage had built up. Then news about the attack on the Kage summit reached the Hidden Leaf and Danzo was soon killed by Sasuke. Kakashi was then elected to be the new Hokage. Amami was proud of the decision, but at the same time was hit with a heavy heart. Once more, she knew without a doubt she was out of his league. She was then walking along the streets when she saw Kakashi. They both talked and Amami said how she heard about him being Hokage and was happy for him. Though he expressed that the Kage position was not for him, he believes it would better go to someone more suited for the job. However, she heard the news about Tsunade on the road to recovery and relief washed over her that Tsunade is alive. She knew deep down Tsunade was a fighter and wouldn’t have gone down that easily. Months have passed and Amami was called back along with Team Guy from a mission she was assisting with them. Madara Uchiha was alive and declared the Fourth Great Shinobi war. She helped with preparations and set out to the Hidden Sand. There was tension in the air as age-old feuds and hatred would not be let down easily. Amami had a bad feeling as she knew that without the cooperation from the other villages, this war will easily be lost. However, thanks to Gaara’s speech of unison, she cheered on with admiration that someone who was a jinchuriki and hated could now stand in front of his people as Kazekage and bring them together.

Gaara then began explaining the formations. Amami was assigned under the Fourth division with the subdivision that made up the shinobi skilled with Wind Style attacks. She had her protests but then realized there was no choice in the matter and vowed to do her best. As Kakashi was preparing for his teammates, she felt a nervousness settle in, but she pushed herself to walk up to him. She then said how she wished she was assigned under his team because she would’ve been able to help more. But Kakashi reassured her that she will do fine, that he knows how strong she is and the courage she’s gained. She then told him the vow she made when Pain attacked the Hidden Leaf. Amami said she wanted to protect those she cared about, and he’s one of those people. Kakashi then placed a hand on her shoulder and reassured her that he will fight his hardest and wants her to promise him to do the same. He then lifted her headband up and kissed her forehead. He then walked away to help with organization and Amami stood there flustered. Haru, who was assigned under a different division then joked with her not to let her feelings distract her from the battlefield. She then wished her friends luck and set out with Gaara and his company.

She became acquainted with Yukata and offered encouragement to fight well. When HQ failed to read the Second Tsuchikage, Amami felt nervous, but tried to keep a level head on her shoulders. Hearing about the Tsuchikage possessing the Kekkei Tota, that only confirmed the bad feeling she had inside, however she remained hopeful when the Third Tsuchikage arrived to assist them. Despite the Tsuchikage arriving to help in the battle, the enemy under the reanimation jutsu retreated. This allowed Amami time to reflect at the campsite, wondering how Haru, Hokaido, Tenten, Hinata and Masaki-sensei are doing. Yukata then reassured her that her friends are fighting their hardest and for her to have faith that they will not go down so easily. When the enemy reappeared, Gaara’s ranks were forced to retreat until they reached the point where they were forced to fight. They started with long ranged offences in which Gaara and the Third Tsuchikage were the first to confront the enemy, forcing Amami and the others to wait for their signal. When the order was given, she followed Temari and the others into battle.

The Second Mizukage and the Third Raikage broke through Gaara’s seal and began attacking. When both revealed their weaknesses and tactics, Amami was tasked to follow Temari as part of the wind-style shinobi and help attack the Third Raikage. She began growing nervous at how intimidating the Third Raikage is. He looked strong, and the fact that he was a Kage only confirmed this. She began having doubts about taking down someone that strong, but then remembered her promise to Kakashi and to her friends and vowed to do whatever it took to bring down the Raikage. However, his speed made it impossible for her to land a blow. Her Wind Arrow and Wind Senbon jutsus were useless and even her Twin Tornado Drills were ineffective against him. When hope seemed to be wavering, Naruto suddenly appears, surprising everyone.

When Naruto hit the Raikage with his Rasenshuriken, the sealing unit rushed in, but the Raikage wouldn’t go down so easily, and tore through the sealing scrolls. Everyone was then forced to retreat when the Raikage activated his Hell Stab technique, Dodai ordered for everyone to get back after putting up his rubber wall. However, some of the unit didn’t listen despite Temari’s protest. Amami started backing off as instructed. The Third Raikage then broke through the rubber wall and killed those that pursued him. Upon Temari’s orders to treat the wounded, Amami summoned MojiMoji to help transport them to the medical unit. Upon hearing Temari’s warning for Naruto, Amami looked up and saw the platform he was on crumbling and the Third Raikage charging at them only to hit a rubber sphere Dodai incased him with.

Soon, Dodai returned ordering everyone to leave the fight to Naruto. Amami put all her hope into him, knowing that if anyone had a chance against the Raikage, it would be him. Sure enough, Naruto was able to defeat him by aiming his rasengan at his arm, causing the Third to hit this scar on his chest. The sealing core was finally able to seal him and everyone cheered in victory.

With Naruto on their side, Temari’s sub-division rushes to rejoin Gaara’s unit as he and the Mizukage continue to fight. However, Gaara was able to seal up the Mizukage before Temari and her squad could join up with him. They were ordered to standby until receiving further instruction from HQ.

During the filler arcs, she had to take on an old enemy– Euri of the Haze style. The reanimated Euri was angry that she was plucked from peaceful death, and began attacking in a blind rage, activating her kekkei genkai. Amami tried to get through to Euri and explain to her that her anger shouldn’t be targeted at her and the others, but at the person using the reanimation jutsu. However, Euri would not listen to sense until a Naruto clone appears as backup, defeating Euri and sealing her. Euri apologizes to Amami for lashing out, saying how she hated that she had no control over her body. But that she was at peace now. The last time Amami fought with Euri, a trap was triggered to set off an explosion that Yasuhiro got caught in, but his body was no where to be found. Amami asks Euri about Yasuhiro, she said that during her final moments, she thought she saw a girl that was Amami’s age take Yasuhiro’s body away from the explosion before it did signifigant damage, but he appeared to be unconscious. Amami is in shock at the possibility that Yasuhiro may still be alive. As Temari lead the team to rondevous with Gaara and his squad, Matsuri notified Temari that HQ has their next orders to report in. However, they found out that a few reanimated shinobi have gone to retrieve the Third Raikage and Amami followed Temari’s squad to stop them….only to find that one of the reanimated shinobi was a ninja Temari knew and had a crush on her. Upon hearing this, Amami was weirded out by Daimaru’s forwardness, However, Temari didn’t like how mean he was to her, but then Matsuri and Yukata stated how cute it was because of how boys are. However, Amami thought to herself how she couldn’t see how anything like that would be considered cute. When Temari said he only had the courage to confess his feelings to her since he’s reanimated, Amami then reflected back on her goodbye to Kakashi and smiled to herself that she was glad she told him how she felt about him before heading off to war. It was lucky of Daimaru to be reanimated to tell Temari his feelings because not many people are able to do that from the grave.

But then she snapped out of her dream-like state when Matsuri and Yukata teased Temari that she’s already got the hots for someone else. Knowing they meant Shikamaru, Amami couldn’t help but giggle causing Temari to give a warning glance to her before Daimaru relented into being sealed. Once Temari said goodbye to Daimaru, she broke down a stone barrier that had another reanimated shinobi that Temari warned was once Danzo’s bodyguard. Amami braced herself, remembering how menacing Danzo was to the Hidden Leaf Village’s way. However, when Temari attacked, he was found to be a clone. Temari then ordered for Matsuri and Yukata to notify HQ while they’ll rondevous with the main company. It was confirmed to be Torune, which they were ordered to seal him immediately since he belonged to the Aburame clan and was very dangerous. Shino was tasked to take care of the order. The Fourth company soon regathered with Gaara’s team along with a Naruto clone. When the clone questioned what’s to be done now, Temari said they should keep fighting and helping out another company. However, the Tsuchikage reminded her that the real enemy isn’t the reanimations, but Madara. Gaara agreed that until he is brought down, this war cannot end. Amami grew worried, taking out the Third Raikage was difficult enough, going up against Madara himself would be near impossible. the Naruto clone noticed her doubts and eased her worries that she won’t be fighting against Madara alone and to remember the promise she made to Kakashi. She then felt courage in her heart once more and nodded before asking how he was doing. Naruto grinned and said Kakashi is still fighting, easing any remaining worries Amami had. He then notified that B and the real Naruto should be coming in soon. Suddenly, an alarming chakra has been sensed, Amami looked up with everyone else to see the Second Tsuchikage approach. Amami was confused how he could break out of the seal until the current Tsuchikage explained he was able to split his body to create clones, but they only possess half his strength. The sensory ninja disproved it was him–that a new enemy is approaching. Amami gasped as she braced herself. Gaara and the Tsuchikage couldn’t believe it as Madara Uchiha himself approached them. Amami let out a breath as she gazed up in the man in red armor. However, Gaara made the analysis that his eyes show that he has been reanimated, so Madara has actually been dead this entire time. While Temari said that HQ reported Madara was elsewhere. Amami then put the pieces together that it was an impostor posing to be Madara that started the war. Gaara tried to attack him and the Second Tsuchigake but they both dodged the attack. As Madara approached the army, Amami braced herself, asking Haru, Masaki-sensei, Hinata, Tenten and Kakashi to lend her their strength. Madara picked up speed and the current Tsuchikage warned everyone not to look into his eyes. Soon, the army began charging forward, however Madara was strong and quick. The second Tsuchikage hid himself when he realized he couldn’t use partical style jutsu with his current power. Temari held Gaara back saying that he and the Tsuchikage need to recover. She then asked Naruto to use sage mode instead of using his shadow clones, however Naruto said he used up most of his chakra in the previous fights.

Temari watched on as most of the people going up against Madara were getting killed. Amami got the courage and volunteered to go, however Temari said it would be unwise. Even with Amami’s Dance of Dragonfly technique, her speed would be no match against Madara’s own speed. Temari then unfolded her fan saying she will take care of things and blasted Madara with wind from her fan. Madara launched a devastating fire jutsu at Temari, inwhich all of the water-style users stepped up and doused the flames. However, it created a thick layer of steam in which Madara lept forward and hurtled many fire balls at the company. Madara resumed fighting and Amami cursed as she knew that the steam would make it harder to see, resulting in her to summon Fuukiri and flew above the mist. They then used their collaboration jutsu to clear the mist in time for Naruto to attack with his massive rasengan, however Madara was able to hold the rasengan back with his susanoo.

Madara then unleashed a massive sword attack with his susanoo in which Fuukiri was able to dodge with luck. Naruto then went into sage mode and ordered everyone to get back in which Fuukiri and Amami flew back to the 4th company and kept their distance. With help from the Tsuchikage, Gaara’s sand was able to be lighter and he pulled Madara out of his susanoo which left him open for Naruto’s attack. However, the justu was absorbed when Madara activated his rinnegan. Amami felt herself quake in fear, such power that he was able to absorb Naruto’s attack like that, it’s no wonder the name Madara Uchiha carries so much weight. Her fear would only increase when Madara activates his susanoo once more and summons a giant meteorite above the company. The Tsuchikage went towards it, however Gaara ordered everyone to get as far away from it as they can. Amami knew that even her and Fuukiri’s Air Cutter Wing Blade collaboration jutsu wouldn’t be any match against something as big as that, and so she fled with the rest of the company. Gaara then helped him stop the metorite only to have a second one collide on top of the one the Tsuchikage stopped. This caused a massive earthquake that sent Fuukiri and Amami flying back. Amami was bruised, but able to stand. However, the debris that was sent flying tore Fuukiri’s wings, making her unable to fly. Amami was horrified and began crying. Fuukiri reassured that she’ll be okay, but that she will need to be out of commission for a few days at least in order for MojiMoji to heal her wings back at the Land of Marshes. She said if she was as fast as MojiMoji, she may have been able to get out of the shockwave unscathed and then told Amami that though she and Kenyoku don’t resonate well and cannot use her resonance technique, he will have to fill in for her during the duration of her absence. Amami understood and Fuukiri was unsummoned in a puff of smoke. It was then Madara uleashed his wood style jutsu. Amami clenched her fists, still kneeling on the ground as she felt hopelessness sink in.

((This is what I have so far of the history going on since I’m currently watching the english dub and waiting to see The Last: Naruto the Movie until the series is done. Events in the history can change at any time, but I figured I’d ask someone to critique what I have so far just so I can make further adjustments later on as needed))

· Good reaction to first kill on mission

· Good upholding of shonen-values; friendship and support

· LOVE the dragonfly summons, good spread of personalities

· Good that she failed the Chunin exam first time

· Nice to see character with parents alive

· Like that she went to Shino – makes sense but not what people might expect. Although maybe she goes to a different Aburame clan member – again, Shino is a lot younger than her. Maybe Muta aburame?

· Like the disapproving suspicious attitude towards Sasuke.

· Very good with the practical attitude and self-reasoning why their relationship wouldn’t work; much more realistic than jumping straight into a relationship. Good gradual development

· Nice power balancing – winning some fights and losing others

· Good secondary plot about Yasuhiro’s death/survival

· Like the female – female friendship development

· Wind arrow jutsu – usually chakra weakens the further it has to be cast from the user. That’s why chakra techniques cant keep going on forever. This could still work if Amami has a huge chakra store similar to Naruto.

· Wind Senbon justu – I don’t see the use in them being made of chakra to be honest. Maybe change it to actual senbon being thrown and being imbued with some chakra powers?

· With so many long distance ninjutsu techniques, I’d swap the strength stats for taijutsu and ninjutsu around.

Kakashi isn’t really the type to encourage people or tell them to believe in themselves. He’s much more cynical and withdrawn. If you want them to bond over reading, maybe have them bond over reading the Icha Icha books? It would be something unusual about your character and would stand out more to Kakashi than a ninja reading ninja books.

Why would she be inspired by Naruto’s journey? He’s younger and you haven’t mentioned her being friends with him really. Maybe let her be inspired by Tenten or Hinata or other characters she’s already formed bonds with.

Usually people are introduced to the summon animals through a teacher or scroll – perhaps she finds a hermit in the Marshes and pesters him until he teaches her? Or she finds the summoning scroll hidden away somewhere? Both Mount Myouboku and Ryuuichi Cave are described as being impossible to find unless you already know the way.

Make sure you mention that she got express permission to go stay in the Marshlands for two years – shinobi wouldn’t be allowed to just drop everything and disappear; they would be branded traitors and receive a bad welcome back home. Naruto, being Naruto, was rather an exception when it comes to being allowed leave to train for a long time – all other shinobi seem to undertake their long-term training inside the village. Amami will have to convince the Hokage himself to spare her for a few years, as well as her team.

Again, why would she help Naruto with Sasuke if she doesn’t know him? She’s not one of the Konoha 12, or a teacher, or a strong friend of his.

I think it would be unlikely that an outsider from another ninja village would be allowed to join a Chuunin team. Also, teammates aren’t chosen through volunteering, they’re assigned by superiors. Maybe his parents immigrated when he was just a baby so he basically grew up in the Leaf Village? Or maybe his parents are politically powerful and it’s a tactical decision on the Hokage’s party to assign Hokaido to Amami’s team, and Amami and her team are warned to keep an eye on him and watch for potentially treasonous actions.

You’ve done very good work so far - good luck with catching up on the rest of Naruto and working out the rest of Amami’s story :)
