Shy'm : Cette anecdote derrière son nom de scène va vous étonner !

Dans l'émission de Michel Cymes, Ça ne sortira pas d'ici !, Shy'm a évoqué de nombreux sujets dont sa carrière, son désir de maternité (qui a d'ailleurs bouleversé la jurée de Danse avec les Stars) mais aussi son nom de scène qu'elle a choisi pour une raison bien précise. "La vraie raison, c'est que quand on tape Tamara sur un moteur de recherche, les premiers sites sur lesquels on tombe sont des sites interdits aux moins de 18 ans", a déclaré l'artiste de 33 ans. "Il y avait vraiment cette envie de ne pas me prendre au sérieux au départ et d'incarner une personne. Ça me dérangeait d'avoir mon vrai prénom (Tamara Marthe, ndlr) celui avec lequel ma famille, mes proches, m'appellent au quotidien, sur un album finalement" a-t-elle conclu.

Mais l'histoire derrière son pseudonyme "Shy'm" est connue de tous. C'est dû à son coté timide (shy en anglais, ndlr) auquel elle a associé la lettre M en référence à la Martinique, son île d'origine.

After Benoit Paire managed a comeback from one set down against Chilean Jarry to bring Australia’s first point in the draw, he was asked about what he has enjoyed most in Australia since his arrival. The French player had a very funny response.

“A lot of things… girls, yeah, I’m joking (laughing)”, said Paire.

This is not the first time when the charismatic player praises the women from a specific country. He did so in an interview in November when he was asked to name the three things he loves most about France.

“The food, for sure. The girls are beautiful in France. And I like the crowds.”, Paire answered.

Regarding his private life, Benoit was rumored to have ended his two years relationship with Tamara Marthe a.k.a. Shy’m, a 34 years old pop and synth-pop singer. Tamara, however, kept a low profile, although she has been seen supporting Paire during a few of his matches.

Switching back to tennis, Paire had a hard time getting past Nicolas Jarry. Lucky for him and his colleagues, he grasped the victory after a tight 6/7, 6/3, 6/3. No wonder that he was so happy after his triumph. Moving forwards, Paire will have a more difficult time in the next ATP Cup tie as Team France will meet Novak Djokovic’s Serbian squad. Djokovic and co. crushed South Africa without any problems, the final score being 3-0.

Zack came to us with the idea of telling a story through dance : A love story that is tangled in addiction. We see the consequences of a lover who is struggling with her partners disease and the person he once was, only to succumb to his demons and dive head first into his addiction. The choreography was created and rehearsed over a period of several days with Tamara, who is known also as the French singer Shy'm rather than a dancer. It was shot in an abandoned warehouse in Paris, formerly used for creating glassware and silverware.

All natural lighting, thanks to the clouds and dirty windows :)
