Opening 1 - Can Do 🏀✨️

When I started watching Kuroko no Basuke for the first time, I remember hearing the opening melody and getting chills. It was a beginning of something great, I just knew it. I can recognise the beginning melody after hearing it for 0.1 seconds, and every time I do, I can't help but go back into the old days and feel the chills all over again. This opening is legendary, I love it. I enjoy the visuals of it, though they aren't as good as of some other openings, but the song and the nostalgia made me choose it as my favorite one. I really love Granrodeo, they make incredible rock music, which I am a big fan of. Also, Kishō Taniyama's voice and style of singing are so unique, I absolutely love them. The lyrics of the song are also very meaningful to me, whenever I need encouragement and confidence I sing them in my head. This song has followed me through some core memories and I am really grateful for it!

The first opening being my favorite one might seem like too obvious of an answer, but I just love it that much. ✨️

Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 Anime Reveals Cast

The staff of the fourth anime season based on Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa's Bungo Stray Dogs manga revealed on Tuesday three returning cast members for younger versions of characters. The staff also revealed a visual for the fourth season's first episode, which is based on "The Untold Origins of the Detective Agency," the series' third light novel volume. Manga Manhwa News

The new season premiered on Wednesday on the TOKYO MX channel, and it is also running on WOWOW, Sun TV, TV Aichi, KBS Kyoto, and BS11. The anime is streaming on the dAnime Store in Japan at the same time as Tokyo MX, and subsequently on other services in Japan. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime as it airs in Japan.

The first television anime adaptation aired from April to June 2016, and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan. The anime's second 12-episode series aired from October to December 2016, and Crunchyroll again streamed the series as it aired. Funimation and Crunchyroll released the series on home video with an English dub. The anime's third season premiered in April 2019, and Crunchyroll and Funimation both streamed the season.

An anime film titled Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple opened in Japan in March 2018. Crunchyroll began streaming the film in September 2018, and Funimation began streaming the film in June 2019.

Yen Press is publishing the manga and novel series in English. The manga launched in Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine in December 2012 and is ongoing.

For the past week or so I’ve been listening to GRANRODEO on Spotify b/c I love the openings that the band sung for Bungou Stray Dogs, so naturally I wanted to listen to some of their other stuff. (I’m listening to them as I type this but that’s besides the point)

In this time I have learned two things;

This band is really fucking good in my opinion! I can be kind of picky with my music and for the most part I haven’t had to skip any of their songs (which to me is a good sign)!

It’s a blast to listen to some of the less hard rock songs and just immediately think of Chuuya singing them.

If you didn’t know, Chuuya’s Japanese va, Kishō Taniyama, is the singer for the band, and my brain just kind of associates Taniyama to Chuuya. I normally try not to do this b/c I know the actors are more then just the characters they play…but I can’t help it 😭! Which also means that when I listen to some of the slower songs or the more J-pop songs I think of Chuuya, and the fact that his overall vibe is so different from these songs is so funny to me.

With that being said; even if you aren’t a fan of Bungou Stray Dogs, but you are a fan of rock and J-pop you should go listen to GRANRODEO! I will even leave y’all a convenient Spotify link for you to check out 😉
