Ayaka Kamisato: Was introduced to the cult by her brother, and joined alongside him shortly after their parents died. Spends a lot of her time organizing or hosting events for the members living in the Shrine of Inazuma. When the adults were instructed to move out, she was permitted to stay due to her young age, but left anyway to be with her brother. Currently lives in a penthouse with him and Thoma in one of Teyvat City's tallest towers.
Ayato Kamisato: Was introduced to the cult by Ei Raiden herself when he was young, but didn't join until after his and Ayaka's parents died. Spends a lot of time managing the Shrine of Inazuma's funds, creates/updates/destroys rules within the Shrine of Inazuma, and makes appointments with the other factions of The Creator's Grace. When told to move out, he got a penthouse for him, Ayaka, and Thoma to live in. Currently works as a Yashiro Party Politian.
Balladeer Skirmisher: Was introduced to the cult by his mother, the original Ei Raiden, when he was just a kid. Was left neglected by his family after his mother was appointed as an Archon, which resulted in him being neglected by the rest of The Shrine of Inazuma. In anger, he ran away from the cult, and later managed to make himself a new life as a government agent. Was re-introduced to the cult when it came on his team's radar, and is now 'investigating' it. Currently lives a couple blocks from Zhongli's job.
Dainsleif Bough: Was introduced to the cult by Zhongli during his college years, and was one of the original members. Impulsively left after realizing it was a cult, and has since been trying to figure out a way to bring it down.
Ei Raiden: Was introduced to the cult, alongside her sister Makoto, by Zhongli himself. And joined after realizing she had fallen in love with him. Missed her opportunity to become Archon due to indoctrinating nine less people than her sister, much to her disappointment. But was elected as a new archon by Morax shortly after her sister mysteriously disappeared, presumably to meet Their Grace early. Shortly after, she started secluding herself so she could channel Their Grace and hopefully gain Morax's love.
Ei Raiden: Was introduced to the cult by her mother, the original Ei Raiden, when she was just a kid. After her mother was selected to be Inazuma's Archon, she decided to seclude herself to channel Their Grace. So, she was selected to act as her mother's face, and in doing so, earned herself the position of High Priestess. Still lives in the Shrine of Inazuma.
Gorou Watatsumi: Was introduced to the cult by Kokomi, and joined shortly after graduating from police academy. Spends his time teaching the teens and kids physical exercises. Now works as a Captain for Teyvat City's Fourteenth Precinct. Currently lives with Kokomi and some other Believers on the poorer side of Teyvat City.
Heizou Shikanoin: Was introduced to the cult by his boss, Sara Kujou, but didn't join until after he was betrayed by his childhood friend. Spends his time solving any questions his fellow Believers could be having. Currently works as a detective within the TCPD's Twelfth Precinct. Currently lives alone in an apartment a five-minute walk away from work.
Itto Arataki: Was saved by the cult back when he was a troubled teen, and joined shortly thereafter. And although that was years ago, he still stirs up a lot of trouble within the Shrine of Inazuma- mainly with a gang of Believers, who he works with at Arataki Security. A non-official company that will protect and/or get (reasonable) revenge for their clients. Refuses to move out of The Shrine of Inazuma.
Kazuha Kaedehara: Was introduced to the cult by his friend, Tomo, and joined for both new experiences and an easier life. Spends most of his time making poems about Their Grace, or taking the teens and kids on adventures. Typically goes from job to job, but has currently settled for being the First Mate on the SS Alcor. Now sleeps either on the ship, or at The Temple of Liyue.
Kirara: Was saved by the cult back when she was an orphan in the foster care system, and joined shortly thereafter. Like Aether, she spends her time delivering packages between the various compounds. But unlike Aether, she only makes deliveries from The Shrine of Inazuma, not to it. Due to her age, she doesn't have to move out of The Shrine of Inazuma.
Kokomi Sangonomiya: Was introduced to the cult by Ei when she was a child, and later joined with her parents. After joining, she worked her way up to the position of Priestess. Spends most of her time either coming up with schedules for her fellow Believers or figuring out what each kid within The Shrine of Inazuma needs to learn. Currently lives with Gorou and some other believers on the poorer side of Teyvat City.
Lumine Via: Was introduced to the cult by Amber when her brother, Aether, first ended up in his coma. And she joined a few months later; bringing her niece Payton Paimon along with her. Originally spent her time spreading the word of Their Grace, but has recently been told everything Morax has said is a lie. For her own protection, she had to go into hiding, and is currently planning on how to save her niece. Doesn't know that her brother has joined the cult.
Miko Yae: Was introduced to the cult by Ei and Makoto during her college years, and joined shortly after. There, she worked her way up to be the first Shrine Maiden. Spends her time giving advice to her fellow Believers, or playing small tricks on them. Is the founder and owner of the Yae Publishing House. As a worker for The Shrine of Inazuma, she didn't have to move out of The Shrine of Inazuma, and so she hasn't.
Sara Kujou: Was introduced to the cult by a Tenryou Party politician when she was a child and joined shortly after he adopted her. Spends her time trying to gain High Priestess Ei's attention, and doing everything she says. Currently works as the Captain of Teyvat City's Twelfth Precinct. Currently lives perfectly in between her job and The Shrine of Inazuma.
Sayu Shuumatsuban: Was introduced to the cult by Ayato back when she was a child, but didn't join until she ran away from her abusive family at age thirteen. Spends some of her time gathering information from other Believers. But spends most of her time sleeping, thinking it will help her grow, despite what several doctors within The Creator's Grace have told her. Due to still being a teenager, she's allowed to stay in The Shrine of Inazuma.
Shinobu Kuki: Was introduced to the cult by Sara, and later joined after having a falling out with her family. After joining, she dedicated herself to becoming a Shrine Maiden. And while she gained the rank, she eventually abandoned it so she could focus on keeping some new friends, Itto and his gang, out of trouble. In terms of living conditions, she is currently bouncing between sleeping in a homeless shelter and sleeping in The Shrine of Inazuma- despite not having permission to stay there.
Thoma Fix: Was introduced to the cult when The Shrine of Inazuma saved his life and joined shortly after. As thanks, he spends his time fixing various problems his fellow Believers might experience. Which in turn got him a job as a secretary for Ayato Kamisato, who doubles as a housekeeper for him and Ayaka. Both of whom he lives with in a penthouse Ayato bought.
Yoimiya Naganohara: Was introduced to the cult by Itto, but didn't join until she had a bad fallingout with her less-than-reliable father. Spends her time making toys for the teens and kids of The Shrine of Inazuma. Currently owns a business named Naganohara Family Fireworks, and provides all members of the cult an eighty percent discount; mainly because the cult rarely buys her fireworks in the first place. Currently refuses to move out of The Shrine of Inazuma.

Moreover, TCPD serves four districts of the Texas City. 1.B. The present Chief of TCPD is Robert Burby. Beneath the leadership and the direction of Police Chief, TCPD serves the Texas city with their primary objective which includes providing safety to the city people and reducing the crime along with creating a positive relationship within the communities among others. 1.C. Generally, the Chief rank is considered as the highest authority in the TCPD. With due consideration to this fact, it can be observed that in certain emergency situations the Chief Robert Burby takes orders or assistances from the Texas City Mayor Matthew T. Doyle and City Commissioners namely Mike Land, Dee Ann Haney, Thelma Bowie, Scooter Wilson and Dedrick D. Johnson, Sr. as well as Rick Wilkenfeld in order to take relative measures according to the prevailing situations. 1.D. Contextually, Robert Burby had been selected from outside of the department. This is because he had served several years in Law Enforcement departments and also in the United States Air Force. He also served as a patrolman as well as was a member of 25th Judicial District Narcotics Task Force. He had served as the Chief of Police in City of Holy Springs, Mississippi before joining TCPD. A. The primary function of TCPD is to control or reduce the crime by keeping the police in the forefront of the community. Every officer is assigned to ensure a strong neighborhood vigil throughout the day of their service and to work as a crime stopper. 2 A. Is the law enforcement agency C.A.L.E.A. certified? If yes since what date? B. Is the law enforcement agency STATE accredited, if yes since what date? C. Sometimes only sections, like the communications unit, are C.A.L.E.A. , if that's the case, then advise the details. 2.A. From the assessment of TCPD’s history it is revealed that the department is not certified under the C.A.L.E.A. 2.B. In the year 2004, under the leadership of the Chief Robert Burby, TCPD was honored by the TCPA as the foremost Texas State Accredited Police Department. 2.C. TCPD’s none of the units has been certified under C.A.L.E.A. 3. A. Sworn personnel staffing number (How many sworn officers are there? - Do not give a phone number i.e. For example: MBPD has approx. 372 sworn personnel working. B. Civilian personnel staffing number- How many civilian personnel are there- for example: MBPD has approx. 249. 3.A. TCPD has 80 sworn officers who serve and operate the department’s operation or function. 3.B. TCPD’s force generally does not have any civilian personnel in the force. 4. Diversity- A. Provide the sworn personnel diversity total percentage? (example: 68% of the xxx agency or Dept. is classified as a minority). B. List either how many (actual number) or the percent that are White, African American, Asian, Hispanic or Latin, other, etc. 4.A. Approximately 30% of TCPD is classified as a minority. 4.B. White 63.77%, African American 30.28%, Asian 0.54% and Hispanic 4.44% along with others 0.58%. 5. Jurisdiction information (include ALL: square miles?, population?, type of areas and approx. percentage of each , i.e. residential 35%, business 65%, also type of community policed, i.e. tourist, seniors, etc.). Include any Major crowd drawing, famous landmarks, tourist locations. Like if you did, Read the full article

Over half (53%) of the women who made it to the IAS did so by the age of 26, an analysis of the TCPD-IAS data shows. For men, the corresponding age is 33 years. (While a large majority of officers are recruited directly through the CSE, some others join the service after being promoted from the state civil services, through special and/or emergency recruitment etc. The age limit of 32 years does not apply to such recruitments). This underlines that women make fewer attempts at the IAS exam than men. Among women who took the 2018 exam, 61% were taking it for the first time, 19% the second time and only 5% were giving the exam the fifth (or more) time, as per data from UPSC's latest report (2019-20). Against that, nearly 10% of men were taking the exam for the fifth (or more) time. The data underline the point about families being unwilling to let their daughters spend their twenties in prepping and repeatedly attempting to pass the exam.

‘Wolf what’s the curiosity project/demon split’
Take Pokémon Blue Rescue Team’s plot, the general setting idea of Fallout, Homestuck quadrants iirc?, smash it with talking animals and furries and humans, add a bit of fucked up scientists, and a dash of weird meta bullshit.
Please note that all aspects of this were first created in like ...2011 which explains. A lot.

>>CONCEPT ART<<
Meet the "TCPD Trio!!!" The three members of a small police force protecting Timber City from crime!
Selene (Middle) is the cheerful little satyr who patrols around the city, doing little jobs and helping out citizens in need.
Scarlet (Left) is the harpy handling complaints and reports from citizens on the front desk, however she's not really the nicest person to talk to.
Ari (Right) is the harpy detective who takes on cases happening around the city, although she does appear to be just a little bit tired and serious.

I’m not worried about them hurting anyone. I’m worried about TCPD breaking out the tear gas and riot shields and it all being perfectly legal. Blessed Sister, do you ever pull your head out of your ass long enough to -- FUCK I don’t have time for you.

Queer Cornley headcanons are making their rounds in the discord again (/pos) so here's mine in depth!
Tumblr media
Annie
Pronouns: she/they
Orientation & gender identity: Sapphic nonbinary
- I feel like Annie identifies with being a woman but not strictly a woman. Sometimes their gender feels less binary or sometimes they just feel like they don't have one. It fluctuates for her. As for her sexuality, she just loves women. The reason I don't see her as a lesbian though is because I feel like she can be attracted to men, but it's more of a shallow, purely physical, attraction.
Sandra
Pronouns: she/her
Orientation & gender identity: Bisexual, cis woman
Not much to say about this one, it's just obvious and that's okay lmaoo
Jonathon
Pronouns: he/him
Orientation & gender identity: unlabeled, cis man
Everyone assumes Jonathan is the only cishet in Cornley, and he understands why. He's straight passing and most of his relationships and sexual endeavors have been with women, but he's not not attracted to other genders. He's just kind of into anybody who's into him and prefers not to tie himself to a specific label. Since it wasn't something he explicitly ever made known, the rest of Cornley found out about it when they went to a party together and him and another man were making out in the kitchen and half of the group walked in on it.
Chris
Pronouns: he/him
Orientation & gender identity: bisexual, cis man
Chris struggled a lot with his sexuality in his youth but when he went to uni, he slowly started to become okay with his bi-ness and let himself explore. Nowadays he's very casual and comfortable about his orientation.
Robert
Pronouns: he/him
Orientation & gender identity: a fucking gay mess, cis man
Robert is mlm, he's felt attraction for men for as long as he can remember. He knows this, but it's a big point of discomfort for him due to experiences in his childhood. He's fine with anybody else being queer but when it comes to himself, he's got major internalized homophobia. It does not help that the long-term subject of his attraction is one Chris Bean. He hates the complicated way he feels about Chris. He equally wants to punch Chris in the face as much as he wants to kiss him within an inch of his life. There is a part of him that is genuinely attracted to women, but only in specific circumstances. One of the main reasons Denise left him is because she figured this out, he never really loved her like that. He loved her in other ways though, but the reason that her leaving him affects him so much, is because she was a protective blanket and a comfortable lie. With her out of the picture, the parts of him he was desperately trying to repress are more persistent.
Max
Pronouns: he/him/any
Orientation & gender identity: pansexual, cis(ish) man
Max just loves people, but mostly his sexuality is; Sandra. He's just so madly in love with her. Though, I do think they would have a more open relationship, in terms of physically anyways. Max and Sandra are each other's #1's but they are alright with the other kissing, having hook ups, or other things, with other people; they also will include others in their ~spicy times~
Vanessa
Pronouns: she/her
Orientation & gender identity: lesbian, cis woman
I also don't really have much to add to this, but to me she'd be the epitome of a Useless Lesbian™️ (/aff) Vanessa is madly pining for Annie and vise versa.
"I just think that women." - Vanessa at least once a day
Trevor
Pronouns: he/him
Orientation & gender identity: queer, binary trans man
As a certified trans man*, Trevor is a fucking trans man lmaoo. Just like, look at him. For his orientation, I was torn between gay and queer but ultimately decided on the latter cuz I can just see him working in a lot of different dynamics
Dennis
Pronouns: he/him
Orientation & gender identity: panromantic asexual, cis man
Personally, I just can't see Dennis as allosexual, but romantically, I think he'd be open to all genders

Ch. 4 Cold Cases and Hot Leads
AO3: Here
Fanfiction.net: Here
Summary: Keeping a secret identity secret is normally hard enough but when you’re as beautiful as Minako Aino you’re bound to have all kinds of creeps and weirdo stalking your every move. Now there’s a cop hot on her trail and she’ll have to be quick on her feet if she’s to keep her identity on the DL. Just what is a gorgeous super-heroine to do?
 Name: Koizumi, Keisuke
Birthdate: 19XX-09-23
Age: 27
Current Employer: TCPD
Educa—
Minako skimmed the profile page, growing bored when she didn't see anything of use. A quick search of the Tokyo City Police Department's open cases didn't show any results either. The only thing that stood out was a long standing open case to determine the source of the youma infestation. It seems someone in the department was convinced these were gross animal mutations due to some kind of unknown radiation but the case had been opened and had remained unsolved since her initial Sailor V days.
Man, did she wish Ami were here. Ami was so much better at these kind of things. Sadly, Ami was in Germany for a semester filling her brilliant brain with all kinds of facts and numbers. Minako also doubted her friend would be happy to have her study time interrupted for anything less than Senshi business. A lone cop—or even several—was hardly anything to bother her about, not when Minako had proven she could handle them at thirteen.
"That's it!"
Minako snapped her fingers and then pressed several buttons on the keypay. The screen shifted, going black as a dial tone rang out over the speakers and then flared to life as a beautiful, dark haired woman sitting behind a desk covered in papers appeared on the monitors with a smile wide on her face.
"Minako-chan!"
Minako grinned and flashed her trademark V.
"Guilty as charged!"
"It's been too long!" The woman leaned back in her seat and propped her Louis Vuittons on her desk corner. "What have you been up to?"
"Oh you know," Minako shrugged, "Catching bad guys, breaking hearts, the usual."
"You know, you could still come work for me and actually get paid for what you do."
"Natsuna-onee-san," Minako gasped, pressing her hand to her heart, "Can you imagine if it was discovered that Japan's number one star was working a second job? They'd question if my life was really as fabulous as it is, you know!"
Natsuna flashed a predatory smirk, dropping her feet to the floor and leaning forward. "Can you imagine what they would say if they knew Japan's sweetheart was the fabled Sailor V? You'd be the symbol of Japan! More famous than the Emperor!"
Minako scoffed and gave her friend a pointed look. "Sailor V hasn't been seen in years. There are new heroines now."
"Yes, and speculation on the web is that the two may be related." Minako raised a brow and Natsuna nodded in response. "Yes, some of the less frequented forums tend to focus on Sailor Venus in particular in that regard."
"And the precincts?"
"Precincts?" Natsuna frowned, "Why would the precincts be gossiping about your identities?"
"Why would a detective be casing out my school?"
"What?!" Natsuna jumped to her feet and ran off screen.
"Wakagi! My office! NOW!"
Natsuna reappeared.
"Minako-chan, I'll find out what I can and call you back." She pursed her lips, debating, then added, "I'm afraid it might take awhile. Since taking office, I'm not as in the loop with my subordinates as I was in my previous position, but I promise I will get them to back off. You have my word."
"Thanks onee-san. I owe you one."
The screen went black and Minako settled in to wait.
oOo
She was still there.
Two hours had come and gone and his suspect was still off playing arcade games. At least he hoped so. She had managed to sneak past him back at the school, he wouldn't put it past her to take an alternate way out of the arcade.
Keisuke drummed his fingers as he debated what to do. He could leave his post and get close enough for a visual, potentially risking detection, or he could stay where he was and wait, potentially allowing her trail to grow colder because she had slipped past him once again. He checked the time on his phone and frowned.
A chime reached his ears, one he recognized as the Crown's, and he snapped his gaze up in time to see Aino waving goodbye to the shopkeeper.
"Remember what I said about London!" Aino called over her shoulder. She dropped her hand as the door swung shut and glanced around the street for a moment.
Was she looking for him? It wasn't unheard of for a suspect to spot a tail and grow paranoid as time went by. However unlike previous suspects, Aino seemed unperturbed and in no hurry, standing there, idle, as she tapped her lips thoughtfully. He watched her glance down and say something to the cat curled around her feet. Odd, it appeared tame, if its behavior was any indicator, but he hadn't noticed the feline previously. Had it been with her earlier? And if the cat travelled with Aino often enough to walk unleashed, why hadn't he seen it before?
Aino finally settled on a destination and turned north and Keisuke rushed to follow, slipping past the railing bars and dropping to the pavement below. He did his best to follow unobserved but it was a task easier said than done. His suspect was distracted easily by displays in storefronts or carts selling wares along the street, and more than once he needed to duck or dive to prevent being spotted. After one such incident he had lost her altogether and it was only a lucky guess—as well as her golden hair sparkling amongst a sea of blacks and browns—that had put him on the chase once more. He was grateful she took the time to dye it but then remembered his own silver locks and decided he shouldn't assume.
Besides being easily distracted, she was also constantly talking. He wasn't sure if she had a bluetooth or if she was just talking at her cat, although she looked its way often enough that Keisuke had begun to accurately predict when to slip out of sight. The way the cat moved though...Keisuke could have sworn it was responding, and the longer he spent staring at it, the more he felt like he'd seen it before although he hadn't the slightest idea where.
Cats aside, he was more than a little relieved when residential buildings began to appear and Aino's pace began to slow. Maybe she lived with a friend and that was why he couldn't find her place of residence? Keisuke crossed the street, hoping to keep his distance and watched as his target sprinted up a steep set of steps leading to a local shrine without pausing her stride. He raised a brow, a little impressed despite himself, and then took out his notebook and noted the Shrine's name and location. Hikawa...why did that sound familiar?
Keisuke took out his phone and did a quick search, both eyebrows shooting up when he saw the results. He let out a low whistle and marked several articles and then opened his contacts. He found the name he was looking for and pressed the dial button.
"Hey, it's Koizumi." Keisuke paused and listened, "Yes, that one." He rolled his eyes as the other person said something else and glanced at the shrine steps. No blonde in sight. "I was wondering if we could meet," he glanced down at his watch. "Perhaps in an hour?" He turned away from the steps and started walking towards a nearby cafe.
"I want you to tell me what you know about the Hikawa Shrine."
oOo
"Reeeeeeeei!"
Minako snickered to herself as she watched her friend stiffen before turning around to greet her.
"Go home."
"Rei!" Minako gasped, skidding to a halt. "Is that anyway to treat a friend who came all this way to see you?"
The priestess ignored her and resumed sweeping while Minako huffed as dramatically as she could behind her. The thanks she got!
"Well fine," she crossed her arms and turned to leave, "I was going to ask if you needed help around here for the next few days but I can see where I'm not wanted."
"Jet setting around the world not enough to keep you busy these days?"
"Hardly," Artemis scoffed, appearing along the top of the stone wall. He jumped down from his perch to join them. "She's just trying to get in the law enforcement's good graces."
Rei nodded to Artemis in greeting and then turned her beautiful no-nonsense gaze to stare down Minako.
"Okay, I miiiiight have hoped hanging around here for a few days would get him off my case." Minako plucked Rei's broom from her hands and turned up the kitten eyes. "Please Rei? Aren't you always saying you could use the help?"
Rei rolled her eyes and snatched her broom back. "You cause more destruction than you help half the time." She crossed her arms and raised an expectant brow. "Why's he following you anyway?"
Minako shrugged, glancing around the courtyard to insure no one else was listening. She would have bet money that someone had been following her earlier but it seemed that was no longer the case.
"My source says some precinct got a bee up their bonnets and have reopened old youma case files in hopes of catching the perp of the more recent youma influx."
"What does that have to do with you?"
"I'm not quite sure." Minako rubbed her temples. Talking about cops always gave her such a headache! "While it makes sense that we'd cross their eye if youma are involved, I've never had police chase after my civilian identity before."
Rei looked at her sharply.
"You don't think they've learned who you are do you?"
Minako pursed her lips and then waved the idea away. "Nah. Natsuna would have said something. The closest anyone's gotten is guessing V and Venus are the same person and that doesn't take Ami's brains to figure out."
"A mystery in itself considering all that blonde hair you have," Rei smirked. She shook her head and handed Minako the broom. "Fine, you can help but no handling the temple artifacts. Last time you nearly broke a three hundred year old vase."
"Aye aye, capitaine!" Minako snapped to attention and gave a sharp salute but Rei was too busy walking away to appreciate it.
"Hey!" She dropped formation and hurried to catch up to her. "Hey wait!"
"Reeeeeeeei!"
