TWO MORE DAYS until this Mother daughter duo #TheMagicalMermaids heads to Indy for #TeamNourishTakesIndy part 2!🥰 This is our 4th #TeamNourishTakesSummit ! 🙌 Our team checks into the house in 3 days!💃Where we will workout in the city streets with 40,000 others. We will learn, grow, bond, laugh,and party hard for 4 days with our soul family #TeamNourish and we can't wait!!! . I have a lot to do, and a lot of excitement. Best way to calm the emotions is to have a good sweat sesh , so that's what we did! I'm in love with this new program and cannot wait until the whole group begins with me on the 29th. Are you signed up yet? 🤓 . These programs are what gave me back my self confidence. They are what keep my mind calm. They are what helps me keep a healthy body and lean legs. I enjoy being 46 years old an not self conscious of my legs anymore. No one should be, 🤷‍♀️but I work with a LOT of people who are, and I used to be too.🤦 It wasn't until I learned to give back to my body that it all changed. Now that I'm back from my trip to the east coast, I get to start getting really excited about our team summit that is just under 4 weeks away in Indianapolis!!! I get to reunite with these babes and many new faces will be joining us this year! Sometimes I stop and can't believe what has happened. I feel so incredibly grateful to have a long list of blessings in my life and my team is at the top of that list. Just 4 short years ago I felt alone. I was recovering from 3 types of cancer, I was overweight and I really re-evaluated my life. I knew I was here for a reason, and went through all of that for a reason. Once I found my purpose,all the previous pain, loneliness, anxiety and saddness made sense. I got more pieces to this puzzle we call life. I found out how to overcome it and knew I was to help others do the same. YOU are here for a reason. I can help you find that fire inside that will make your passion for life ignite. My team is on 🔥 and growing fast because we continue to help ourselves get and stay healthy and it spills over into the lives of others along the way.
