I have been feeling really weird about my weight these days. I remember how much I wanted to be skinny a few years ago and now that I am, I notice everybody making negative comments about my weight loss. And I really don’t know how to feel rn. Because I love it but then I hate it. I always have been struggling with this. I don’t think I’ll ever be happy about my weight , when I gain some i want to loose it and when I lose it I want to gain it. But today I decided to accept whatever number appears on the scale and accept the way I am no matter if I gain weight or lose it. It has been a long journey of ups and downs ... of highs and lots of lows. I mean mostly lows. But I’m working on being a better me , for me.

And you know what ? I don’t have to care about my weight or weight loss making other people uncomfortable. Because I’M THE ONE supposed to feel comfortable in that body. Because it is MINE. And fuck everybody that feels like it is okay to make someone feel bad about themselves (sorry Mom btw). But everybody struggles enough on their own and they do not need people to tell them how they should look.
