Rewrite Harvest festa! Reveals English Gameplay and Launches Steam Page, Screenshots

Sekai Project has shared an update on the upcoming localized release of the Rewrite fan disc Rewrite Harvest festa!

The fan disc’s official Steam store page has been launched alongside new screenshots. Rewrite Harvest festa! will feature six unlockable routes, multiple endings, a CG viewer, unlockable music playback, a first-person dungeon crawler unlocked after finishing all routes, and new quality-of-life improvements compared to the Japanese release.

The narrative finds protagonist Tennouji Kotarou investigating mysterious events occurring during the Kazamatsuri Harvest Festival. However, this seemingly slice-of-life adventure with his friends and classmates is connected to a journey toward the “truth” that no one else has discovered. A 2024 release is planned.

Sekai Project has also shared a new gameplay video that is viewable from the fan disc’s official Kickstarter page.

The text may look like nothing has changed compared to main game, however in the background major engineering work was put in the storage and display of the text. The redesigned handling will allow us to support future updates to the text. The redesign will let the engine be more flexible and not crash when changes are introduced.
