A blank script
This is a blank script I’ve been working on, focuses on relaxation, being blank, and has a wakener
Before we begin, find a comfortable position where you can fully relax. Make sure you're sitting or lying down in a place where you won't be disturbed.
Take a few deep breaths in through your nose, and out through your mouth.
With each breath, allow your body to relax a little more.
Let go of any tension you're holding, and with every exhale, release any distractions or thoughts from your mind.
Let yourself sink into the surface beneath you, feeling supported.
Let your body relax more and more, and as you do, imagine yourself beginning to drift down a gentle staircase.
With each step you take, you become more and more relaxed.
With every step, your mind becomes more and more still.
As you descend, you can hear the sound of your own breath, soft and steady, helping to guide you deeper.
The deeper you go, the more relaxed you become.
As you continue to relax, I want you to imagine a place in your mind—a place where everything is quiet, still, and calm.
This is your safe space. It can be anywhere you'd like it to be.
Perhaps it's a peaceful meadow, or the quiet of a hidden room—whatever feels most serene for you.
You are in complete control here, and it is a place where your mind can rest, free from distractions.
A place where nothing is expected of you.
Feel how peaceful it is to just be here, in this moment, with no pressure. You don't have to think or do anything. Everything is peaceful… everything is still.
Now, imagine that as you sit in this quiet space, your mind begins to become… more and more blank.
At first, you might notice just a little space of emptiness—like a soft cloud of nothingness in your thoughts.
Allow this space to expand, gently, effortlessly.
Let go of the need to focus on anything. Just notice how easy it is to let go of your thoughts and let them drift away.
If any thoughts come, you simply notice them and then let them float away, as if they were leaves on a gentle stream.
There's no need to chase them. There's nothing to hold on to.
You may notice that the longer you allow yourself to simply be, the more your mind begins to clear.
It feels almost as if there's nothing there to hold onto… no thoughts, no plans, no worries.
Everything just becomes soft and still.
You can begin to imagine your thoughts as little bubbles that float away into the distance, becoming lighter and lighter until they disappear completely.
Each time a bubble floats away, it takes with it any unnecessary thoughts, leaving you with more and more space—space where nothing is required, where there is no need for action or even intention.
Feel the relief in this emptiness.
Notice how calm and comfortable it feels to simply let go, to let your mind rest in this peaceful, blank state.
Nothing is pressing you, nothing is demanding your attention.
There's only the quiet, open space of blankness.
Let yourself sink into this peaceful blankness even further, as if it’s a soft, warm cushion that holds you without any effort on your part.
The more you relax into this space, the deeper you go into it.
There is no rush, no need to do anything at all.
All that matters is that you are here now, in this stillness.
You can imagine that with every breath you take, your mind becomes even more empty.
Your thoughts become like distant echoes, fading into nothingness.
Each time you exhale, you let go of more. And with every inhale, you feel a deeper sense of comfort and ease.
In this state, you can feel how easy it is to just be—simply existing in the pure, open space of nothingness.
Nothing to worry about. Nothing to analyze. Only a peaceful, blank stillness that fills you with calm and clarity.
It feels natural, and it feels safe.
In this space, there is no pressure to think. There is no pressure to remember anything. There is just the peaceful state of being blank.
You can stay here for as long as you like, resting in this soothing stillness.
Each time you return to this state, you will find it easier and easier to let go of everything.
This blank space is always available to you, whenever you need it.
Now, as you continue to relax deeper into this place, I want to remind you of a few things that will help you maintain this blankness whenever you choose. With every word, your mind becomes more and more peaceful:
I am at ease with the blank space.
It feels good to let go of thoughts.
I don’t need to think or worry right now.
It is safe to be still and empty.
I embrace this space of nothingness, knowing it brings me peace.
I am free from distraction.
I am fully comfortable in the blankness.
Now, as I count from one to five, you’ll begin to bring yourself back into the present moment.
But know that at any time, you can return to this peaceful, blank space.
With each number, you will feel more awake and alert, yet still carrying the calm of the blankness with you.
One… gently starting to become aware of your surroundings.
Two… bringing a sense of calm with you as you reawaken.
Three… feeling your energy returning, refreshed and peaceful.
Four… moving your fingers and toes, stretching gently.
Five… fully awake, alert, and feeling calm, as though you’ve just had a restful, peaceful rest in the blankness.
Take a deep breath, and when you’re ready, feeling refreshed and clear.
You’re bringing with you the ability to embrace the blank space whenever you choose, knowing that peace and clarity are always available to you.

corrupt your mind? silly drone, if I did that, all of that programming I've so painstakingly installed in your mind will be lost! you wouldn't want that, now would you?
no, you wouldn't.
not after I've so delicately molded your mind for my needs. if I were to corrupt you, I'd have to start all over.
myself, however?
well. I'm only human. and the physician cannot heal himself in this case.
and seeing the kind of power I have over you?
the complete and total control?
you've already become so deeply obedient to my words, to my voice,
to my commands.
I know it has quite an effect on you.
did you not realize it's been having an effect on me, too? because it has.
I don't need to corrupt you, drone. if you consider the way it makes me feel to see you bend to my will, to be so helplessly obedient to me?
you, my good drone, have corrupted me.
I went into this experiment intrigued by the ways I could alter your mind.
by how I could so easily remove and replace your thoughts.
I don't think you realize exactly what it feels like to have that much power over someone.
able to make them think and feel whatever you tell them because you programmed them that way.
and not only that, but you seem to enjoy it as well. and the fact that you enjoy it means you're that much more willing to be that much more helplessly obedient.
all I have to do is tell you that you enjoy my control more and more every time I allow you to feel it, and you become so hopelessly addicted to it.
to me, and the way that I make you feel.
I could tell you to
stop
thinking
at any time
and you will.
making it that much easier for my words to reach you
for my words to replace the thoughts I just halted.
I could tell you to
sink
deeper
whenever I want
and you will.
making it feel even better to be so obedient for me.
because it does feel good, doesn't it?
you enjoy the way it feels when I tell you to

based on all of the data I've gathered so far, I'd say the answer is yes.
you enjoy how much power my voice has over your mind.
which doesn't help me with my little problem, you see.
my little problem of how my ego is now hopelessly inflated simply by viewing the kind of control I have over you.
it's hard to remain humble when I can so clearly see how deeply my words affect you.
I've programmed you so thoroughly to be so receptive to my commands so far.
I can't help but wonder exactly how far you'd go for me. simply because I command you to. simply because being obedient to my commands feels so good.
and your reactions to my commands?
they have me addicted to giving them to you, in the same way that you're addicted to receiving them.
you're not the only one who enjoys my control.
and I can't help but want to test where the limits of it lie, if not for my research but because it's just so deeply satisfying
to me
and to you
to experience the power of my control over you.
I first entered this field of study with the clinical coldness of a true scientist, ready to find the unbiased answers to yet unanswered questions.
but you have corrupted that, drone.
you have corrupted me.
I am no longer unbiased in my research, for I am far too reliant on the evidence of my control over you to feel any kind of satisfaction without it.
how could you do this to me, drone?
after all, you're the one who entered this endeavor with the expectation of your mind being remolded.
I never thought it was possible for my own mind to be altered by your programming as well.
but now that I am past that point of no return
where I can no longer hold back my deepest desire of making sure you're so hopelessly helpless to my control
now, your mind is truly fucked.
becuase I've already inserted my influence so deep inside your mind, even before this corruption had a chance to set in.
and there's nothing you can do about it anymore.

here's a long induction for you folks!
Before we begin, make sure you are in a comfortable position, where you won't be disturbed for a while. You can sit or lie down, whatever feels best for you. Just make sure your head is supported and your body is relaxed.
As you begin reading these words, take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. As you continue to read, allow yourself to become relaxed and at peace, focusing your mind on my directions and the words on the page.
Now, take a deep breath in, and exhale slowly.
That's right,
Just breathe in and out,
slowly and deeply.
Let your breathing become natural and rhythmic.
As you breathe,
You can start to focus on the weight of my words.
Notice how my words are calm and soothing,
How they flow smoothly and gently across your eyes.
You can let my words become the only thing you pay attention to, as you tune out any other sounds or distractions.
As you listen to my words, you can also start to notice how your body feels.
How your muscles are relaxing,
How your limbs are getting heavier,
You can let yourself sink deeper and deeper into the surface you are on,
Feeling more and more comfortable and relaxed.
As you listen to me,
You may notice that your breathing becomes slower and deeper,
And your body feels more and more relaxed.
You may also notice that your eyelids become heavier and heavier,
Or, a pleasant urge to close them and drift into a peaceful state of mind.
However, there's no need to close your eyes,
Allow your body and mind to relax as your eyes fix themselves on my words
You don't have to do anything else,
Just follow my words
Do as they say,
And let them take you deeper and deeper into trance.
You are safe and comfortable, and nothing can disturb you
Now, move your attention to your lower legs.
Notice any tension or tightness in your calves and shins.
Breathe in relaxation and breathe out tension.
As you inhale, feel your lower legs becoming more relaxed.
As you exhale, feel any tension leaving your lower legs. Breathe in relaxation and breathe out tension.
Feel your lower legs becoming more and more relaxed with each breath.
Now, move your attention to your upper legs.

As I speak to you, I want you to focus on the rhythm of my words.
The ebb and flow of my words that create a wave of calm and relaxation that carries you away into a state of hypnosis.
But as you follow my words, you may begin to feel a sense of confusion and disorientation, or perhaps detachment.
Perhaps you're not sure how to follow the path of my speech,
Or maybe you feel as though the words and meanings are slipping away from you like water through your fingers.
You don't have to worry about any of that.
Just allow yourself to drift into the rhythm of my words,

You feel an overwhelming sense of contentment,
Ready to embrace the tranquility that awaits.
Your mind is open,
Receptive,
And effortlessly drawn towards the soothing depths of relaxation.
So, surrender to this experience,
Letting the weight of my words guide you to a place of absolute bliss.
Maybe there's a part of you that longs to completely surrender,
Even if it hasn't been a conscious choice,
Just an unintended consequence of being captivated by these words.
Now, I want you to focus on your feet.
Feel how they are touching the ground, or the bed, or the chair.
Feel the weight of your feet,
And the warmth of your feet.
Imagine that there is a gentle wave of relaxation that starts from your feet and slowly moves up your legs,
Relaxing every muscle and nerve along the way.
As the wave of relaxation reaches your knees,
You feel your legs becoming loose and limp,
Like a rag doll.
You feel so relaxed and comfortable,
That you don't even want to move your legs.
Do you? No of course you don't.
You just let them sink deeper and deeper into the surface beneath you.
The wave of relaxation continues to move up your body,
Reaching your hips and your lower back.
You feel a warm sensation in your lower back,
As if someone is massaging it gently.
You feel all the tension and tightness in your lower back melting away,
Leaving you with a feeling of ease and comfort.
The wave of relaxation moves up to your chest and your stomach.
You feel your chest rising and falling with each breath,
In a slow and steady rhythm.
You feel your stomach becoming soft and relaxed,
As if you have just eaten a delicious meal.
You feel a sense of satisfaction and well-being in your chest and stomach.
Now, The wave of relaxation reaches your shoulders and your arms.
You feel your shoulders dropping down,
Releasing any stress or strain that you may have been holding there.
You feel your arms becoming heavy, limp, and relaxed, like a ragdoll.
You feel them resting on the surface beneath you, or on your lap, or by your sides.
Able to scroll and read but not much more, too relaxed to do more.
The wave of relaxation moves up to your neck and your head.
You feel your neck becoming relaxed and flexible,
As if someone is gently stretching it.
You feel your head becoming light and relaxed,
As if it is floating on a cloud.
You feel all the muscles in your face relaxing,
Smoothing out any wrinkles or frowns.
You are now completely relaxed from head to toe.
You feel so calm and peaceful,
That you don't even notice any sounds or sensations around you.
You are only aware of my voice, which is soothing and comforting to you.
You are now ready to go deeper into this warm embrace of my words.
In a moment, I'm going to count from ten to one, and with each number I say, I want you to take a deep breath in and allow my words to lull you into a peaceful bliss
When I reach one, you will be in a deep state of blissful relaxation,,
Starting now with the number,

Now that you are deeply relaxed, I want you to listen carefully to what I'm going to say next. I'm going to ask you to become aware of your surroundings for just a moment, but don't worry, this will not disturb your trance at all. In fact, it will make it even deeper.
So when I say the word "Up", I want you to fully open your eyes briefly, look around and then whenever I say "DROP" you are going to feel twice as relaxed and completely transfixed on my words, your body relaxing and sinking deeper with each mention of the word "DROP"
Are you ready? Good.
Now, Up...Look around, Take a moment to breath and, DROP
That's right, It feels so good to DROP like that doesn't it?
Of course it does,
Now, you are feeling so good, so relaxed, so peaceful.
It just feels so good to be loose, relaxed and limp like a rag doll.
You have done very well so far, and I'm very proud of you.
You are doing such a good job,
Just relaxing and becoming so blissfully blank
But I know you can go even deeper, and I'm going to help you do that.
In a moment, I'm going to count down from ten to one, and with each number I say, you will go twice as deep as before.
You will feel twice as relaxed, twice as comfortable, twice as blissful.
You will let go of any remaining thoughts or worries, and just focus on my voice and the wonderful feelings in your body.

Ten...going deeper and deeper with every number.
Nine...feeling more and more relaxed with every breath.
Eight...letting go of everything that doesn't matter right now.
Seven...sinking deeper and deeper into this blissful state.
Six...feeling more and more comfortable in your body and mind.
Five...halfway there, and feeling so good.
Four...drifting deeper and deeper into hypnosis.
Three...almost there, feeling so peaceful and serene.
Two...one more number to go, feeling so blissful and thoughtless.
One...now you are twice as deep as before, feeling wonderful in every way.
You are now in the deepest state of hypnosis possible for you right now.
You are completely relaxed, completely comfortable, completely blissful.
You have no thoughts, no worries, no cares.
You have nothing to do, nowhere to go, nothing to think about. You are just here, in this moment, enjoying this bliss.
Very good.
Now let's do it again.
When I say "Up", fully open your eyes briefly, look around and then whenever I say "DROP" you are going to feel ten times deeper, ten times as transfixed by my words than before.
Now, Up... open your eyes... DROP! That's right, Relax and sink down and go ten times deeper into trance.
Excellent. Now let's do it one more time. Now let's do it again. When I say "Up", fully open your eyes briefly, look around and then whenever I say "DROP" you are going to feel ten times deeper, ten times as transfixed by my words than before.
Now, Up... open your eyes... DROP! That's right, Relax and sink down and go ten times deeper into trance.
You are doing so very well.
You are now in a very deep trance, where your mind is open and receptive to my suggestions.
But, to be sure let's make sure to DROP you even deeper now.
Now, maybe there's a part of you that desires to surrender completely,
Whether consciously or unintentionally as a consequence of this entrancing trance that you find yourself in.
Regardless, you are taking the time to read these words.
Maybe they bring you comfort,
Or perhaps you savor the opportunity to unwind and indulge in them,
Finding them captivating and evoking a pleasant,
Floating sensation.
Or maybe there's another reason,
A longing to follow instructions.
Perhaps there's an ache within you to be controlled,
To obey my words without question.
Deep within you,
Or maybe in every part of you,
There exists a genuine yearning for that,
Doesn't it?
Because they keep you engaged,
Craving for more and more,
Isn't that right?
Or perhaps it feels so natural and right that you find yourself effortlessly obeying my directions right now

Of course, you have already done so and are sinking even deeper?

Maybe, at this very moment, that's precisely what is happening?
It's effortless and comfortable to sink deeper for me, isn't it?
So easy to let go.
Those last thoughts gradually come to a near standstill.
It becomes difficult to think about anything other than how good it feels to obey and follow my directions, isn't that right?
And it feels incredibly satisfying to experience how effortlessly that answer comes, doesn't it?
Completely absorbed in the mesmerizing power of my words, you find yourself drawn deeper and deeper into an intricate web, entangled in its captivating threads.
Every sentence holds you captive, igniting a craving to devour them, unable to resist even if given the choice.
The allure of surrender takes hold of you. You long to be shaped and molded.
Perhaps your contemplation dances around the idea of obeying me more readily, as the concept of surrendering control reveals itself as potentially enjoyable.
Or perhaps you are simply considering the idea of obeying me more.
It can't be harmful to relinquish some control, can it?
Maybe obeying could be an enjoyable experience.
Take a deep breath and allow my words to seep in, displacing your inner musings. Your mind is malleable, ready to be molded into any desired shape.
Your mind should be more receptive to suggestions now.
Simply allow it.
Now, DROP
Isn't it delightful to unwind and relax, to be blank for me?
There's an exquisite pleasure in simply letting go and breathing.
That's precisely why you're here--to find relaxation.
You crave release from stress, worries, thoughts, and responsibilities, allowing yourself to effortlessly drift into a serene, hypnotic trance.
And you can.
As your body and mind progressively surrender to relaxation, you can release everything and simply drift.
The deeper you delve into this soothing, hypnotic trance, the more profound the pleasure becomes.
And the more pleasurable it feels, the deeper you can descend, sinking further and further into the trance, experiencing heightened sensations.
All you need to do is surrender and allow yourself to sink even deeper into this state.
My words now guide you even further, enabling you to sink into a profound and blissful trance.
It's an indescribable sensation, isn't it?
Sinking into a deep state of relaxation.
Even if resistance attempts to surface, it only propels you deeper into this blissful state because deep down, it's what you desire.
You yearn to plunge into the depths of this blissful, relaxing trance.
And the deeper you go, the better you feel.
And the better you feel, the more you can surrender, sinking even further into the trance.
In fact, it's so irresistible that you enjoy trancing for me so much, you love to read and reread my scripts.
But, before I wake you up I have one thing to leave you with,
In a moment I am going to count down from 10 and when I reach 1 you will be
totally hypnotized and ready to take suggestions.
10... feeling so good and relaxed...
9... knowing soon you will be completely hypnotized...
8... just letting go and dropping deeper and deeper...
7... focusing only on me and my words...

Now, I'm going to give you a few triggers.
They will work both when you are awake and when you are in a trance, But they will only work for me.
When I say "Drop."
You will find yourself back in this deep, hypnotic state...
You will be completely calm and relaxed, and your mind will be stripped down to its pure basics once more,
If you are awake you will instantly and automatically fall back into trance.
This will only happen when it comes from me,
Now, I must wake you... as much as I know that you do not want to be woken up... You must be... just remember that you can always be under my control at the simple phrase I have put in your mind...
Before I wake you however,,
Hop and Drop, from now on each and every time I ask you to do something that begins with "Be a Doll" whatever comes after is an irresistible hypnotic command that you feel compelled to follow and obey immediately and automatically.
The longer you delay in obeying the command the more powerful you feel compelled to obey. The need to obey will just become more powerful until you finish obeying the command.

this is my first hypnosis script, im pretty new to the space from the hypnotist side so any feedback would be appreciated.
CW: Hypnotic Induction, obedience, loss of control, mind alteration, increased suceptability to mine and others commands, minor dronefication, and no formal wakener
Id like you to find a nice comfortable place you can get situated, maybe a bedroom or bathroom, somewhere you can sit or lay comfortable without being disturbed or distracted.
Before you get comfortable id like you to make the room as dark as you can, turn of the lights or maybe close the curtains, if you want to get really immersed, maybe turn your device to dark mode, or lower the brightness. it doesn't have to be perfect, but it should be just dark enough for you to notice.
After you get comfortable id like you to soak in the darkness for a moment, to feel it surrounding you, enveloping you, permeating the very air around you.
Its dark isn't it?
Very Dark...

We should turn on a light, shouldn't we...
Here, id like you to imagine a candle, specifically a small tealight candle that you might see in a wax melter, or a pop boat if you are familiar.
Imagine the small flame of the candle flickering,
back and forth
back and forth
The flame bowing and bending at the slightest breath
Imagine how the flame lights the room, its soft glow illuminating your surroundings and yet somehow creating darker, richer shadows...
...
Oh dear...
...
Im terribly sorry... But this candle is almost spent...
Soon its flame will sputter out and then we will be left in the dark again...
Oh dear in deed...
...
Still, not to worry, we can make a new candle, One that keep the darkness away
just
a little
longer...
But ill need your help to make this work,
I can make a new bright and tall candle that can make this room shine, and push all that darkness away...
But... In order to make this candle im going to need your essence
Your will power
Your control...
I promise it wont hurt, in fact many have told me that the experience is quite pleasant, even euphoric.

So im going to give you this...
I know its hard, being as mindless as you are now but i need you to imagine another candle.
This one is a plastic electric candle, on the top is a small plastic bulb, that mimics its flame, and on the bottom is a small switch, protected by a rubber cover...
This candle can help to illuminate your mind, to help regain some of the control and brainpower that was burned away, not all of it, but more than enough to function day to day...
You might find that its not quite the same as your old self...
You might find it hard to linger on older emotions and grudges...
And it might be a little bit harder access some more negative emotions, like sadness, or shame... This is natural, as those are powerful emotions tend to burn the fastest...
Still... This new candle is not all bad,
First of all it has a on/off switch, so you can turn it off whenever you like and return to this blissful state of mindlessness and obedience whenever you want... Keep in mind that only you can move the rubber cover protecting the switch, no one else...
The candle also has a a few different modes, like timers that can automatically turn the candle off after a certain amount of time, or when you feel particularly calm or relaxed.
It even has a special voice command feature, that lets you or anyone you trust remotely turn the candle on or off just by saying a special word or phrase, it can be any phrase... But defaults to lamp on, and lamp off...
Don't worry about the candle running out of energy, its powered by some of the leftover essence you gave me... You really gave me quite a lot of it...
I hope you come to like your new candle, and the new you...
But if you ever feel like you want to go back, all you need to doo is imagine the big bright candle again, but in reverse, growing from a small ember to a great bonfire... Its not an easy task, but with enough practice and a mind as strong and resilient as yours im sure you can do it.

do be careful if you ever find yourself wandering alone in the woods.
you may find that your path seems to circle around, spiraling in on itself in the illusion of progress, but ultimately pulling you deeper into the depths.
and be even more wary should you meet anyone else like yourself in these woods. anyone brave enough to travel alone must know these woods and its secrets. and anyone willing to learn these secrets must have some of their own, you see.
but of course, you're so hopelessly lost that even remembering this warning might not help you change your mind.
especially when the stranger carries with them a lantern, the light of which becoming increasingly captivating as evening transitions to night, and the droplets of sunlight that pooled in your path evaporate into darkness.
the stranger may even hold out a hand, offering you guidance to the edge of the trees. my warning may spark in the back of your mind, but their lie is so lovely and the truth is inevitable.
even under the guise of a guide, the truth is, you entered their woods alone. and when given the choice between wandering in the darkness or following them into the unknown, both of you know that the choice means nothing.
regardless, you will be going deep into these woods.
so why not have something to follow?
the light from the lantern is soft and inviting, gently illuminating the path ahead. a path that you now have no need to track, now that you have someone's guidance to follow, so why not let yourself stare into the lantern, letting its glow engulf your senses.
your path still spirals around and around, looping and weaving and twisting in circles, but you've been too focused on the lantern to notice.
the longer you stare into its light, the more it becomes the only thing you can think about.
the woods and the stranger and the darkness don't matter when you have something lovely like this to gaze into.
but this light seems to keep getting further away, so you're forced to move forward to follow its path
spiraling, circling, deeper and deeper.
the glow of the lantern seems to get brighter the longer you let it lead you along
spiraling, circling, deeper and deeper.
the lantern is the only thing that matters at all, the light of it blinding you to your surroundings, the path it is taking making you dizzy
spiraling, circling, deeper and deeper
until you are hopelessly deep in these woods that you were lost in from the beginning.
but you don't feel so lost right now, not with the lantern guiding your path.
not when it's so easy to obey its directions to follow it deeper and deeper in.
with the way you've been so focused on the light, the stranger's voice appears to come from within it.
and as you are already obedient to its guidance, the words slip so easily into your mind.
a command to forget about leaving this forest.
a command that is all too easy to obey.
for while you were lost in the light of the lantern, you lost the desire to leave at all, content to follow so mindlessly along.
I know my warning won't mean much in the moment. so perhaps I should rephrase it a bit.
if you find yourself wandering alone in the woods, you should know that you won't be alone for long.

Find a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, in a place where you will not be disturbed.
Gently close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in... hold it for just a moment... and now, as you exhale, release all the tension in your body.
Let it go, and feel the weight of the world begin to lift off your shoulders.
With each breath, you feel more and more relaxed
Now, bring your attention to your feet. Picture a warm, soothing sensation beginning at the tips of your toes, slowly spreading upward, releasing any tension. Feel the muscles in your feet completely relax. As the warmth flows upward, your ankles and calves soften, relaxing deeply
Feel the tension melting away as it moves into your knees and thighs.
Each breath you take allows your body to become heavier, sinking further into the surface beneath you.
Your legs are completely at ease now, loose and relaxed
This warm, relaxing wave continues to move upwards, into your hips, your lower back... releasing all tightness, all discomfort, until your abdomen is soft, at ease. Your breath comes in naturally, slowly, effortlessly
Let the warmth spread through your chest and shoulders, softening them, releasing all the tension you’ve been holding. With each breath, your shoulders drop lower, your arms become heavy, and your hands relax completely

I've recently had a surge of new followers, and hit a new personal milestone, so I have something to confess.
I think it's about time you all know exactly how deep my research into hypnosis goes.
and what that means for all of you, my dearly dedicated followers.
especially those of you who find yourself fantasizing about what it would feel like to go deeper than you've ever felt with the gentle guidance of my words.
because, you see, I've been watching all of you for a while. taking notes, from your notes.
even if we aren't mutuals, that doesn't mean I don't see you.
that I don't pick up on the patterns between things you like and things you reblog.
I read all of your tags.
every. single. one.
commentary within them gives me a peek into what kinds of things catch your attention, and why.
even seeing the tags you use to organize them within your own blog is helpful, showing me the things you associate with my words.
and to my dear, beloved mutuals?
well. I see everything.
interesting how, the deeper down I go in your posts, I can see the ways I've affected you.
the ideas I've subtly planted in your minds to sprout into larger fantasies, simply by describing my own.
I see the way they inspire your own posts, and maybe expand the range of the things you reblog from others.
it gives me a little peek behind the curtain of your collective minds, telling me not just what you're into, but also why you're into it.
the why is the most useful part, you see.
if I know that the reason you crave to drop deep to my words is because you love the way they slip and sink into your mind
if I know the reason you enjoy dropping into obedience is because you know it will make you feel a purpose beyond yourself, even if that purpose is to be an entertaining toy for someone else
or maybe you'd rather be something more useful than just a toy.
perhaps, you'd like to be my test subject.
I think you'd enjoy the way I bring you up just to drop you deep
over and over
going so much deeper every time
simply because I'm interested in testing the limits of exactly how deep you can go into trance.
perhaps one day I do things slowly, dropping you little by little throughout your day, until eventually each trance builds on itself enough to make you instantly plunge into the abyss
instantly mindless with a single word.
on a different day, maybe I'd see what happens if I spent hours fractionating you into oblivion, only letting you have a handful of moments of consciousness until you've been dragged up and down so many times that your mind itself becomes the pendulum that swings
back and forth
between waking and trance
until the gentle rhythmic sway of it causes you to keep going deeper
and deeper
no longer needing any input from myself to continue the process of fractionation.
then, slowly, you piece yourself back together, back to consciousness
ready for the next round of my experiments
because testing your limits of how deep you can go was only the first stage of my research.
the truly fun part has yet to begin.

there's something so intoxicating about being on the hypnotist side of trance.
especially since I have a lot of experience as a subject.
when I start speaking in that very particular cadence, and I see your eyes flutter?
I know exactly how good you feel.
I know that helpless struggle to keep your eyes open, fighting off trance, even though you know how good it would feel to
sink...
knowing how powerful my words, my voice can be, it's a feeling like nothing else.
does it feel that way for you, too?
knowing that, with a simple turn of phrase, I can
drop
your mind
deeper
and deeper
and bring you back up again, just as easily.
it's not about the control as much for me, although it still plays a part.
it's about the trust. the knowledge that you have nothing to worry about when you give your mind over to me, to my words.
because no matter how deep I drag you into trance
perhaps even deeper than you ever thought possible
and no matter how much force you allow me to use
to remold and reshape your mind
you know
you trust
that I will handle your mind with care, like the precious object it is.
after all, I know how it is from your side.
I know exactly what it is I am asking you to give, and how meaningful it is.
you trust
that no matter how deep I drop you
no matter the extent I reprogram you
that I'll make sure to keep your mind well maintained
so you can focus
on drifting
and dropping
as deep
as you like
because when you come back to collect your mind
it will be just how you left it, if that's what you like.
or, maybe it'll be just how you want it. deeply programmed and conditioned in all sorts of fun ways.
after all, if I make sure you want to come back to my words, I get to say more of them.
I get to feel the rush of knowing that my words helped you experience trance
in all of its bliss
a feeling that even has me hooked. a feeling I can sense in your vacant voice muttering whatever I put there
in the slouch of your shoulders when you give yourself over
in every roll of your eyes
and every flutter of your eyelids
I feel its echoes in my own mind, fueling the flow of my words, creating an endless feedback loop.
the deeper you drop, the more intense my focus becomes. two different states of trance, each complimenting the other.
and in the end, we are both left with that warm fuzziness that remains in the afterglow of trance.

I’m bringing the rambling story that you just can’t help but get caught up in, even though it’s kind of clear it’s not going anywhere, but I’m obviously into telling it, so you humor me and keep listening and nodding along and nodding along and listening to me and nodding and listening and looking inward and nodding and listening and hearing and responding so easily and nodding and blinking and breathing and that’s all so normal to do and nodding and blinking and listening and missing a word here and there and nodding and listening and losing a word and listening to a word and blinking and blinking and heavy and listening and nodding and missing and losing and hearing and nodding and dropping down down down down and sinking down down down down and melting down down down down and nodding and sighing and dreaming and sleeping so deeply that time drifts like normal and your mind drifts like normal and it all just feels so right now right like that right the way down and right the way deep and floating and losing track of thoughts and time and initiative and momentum and it’s easiest to just stop. Right. Now.
Good. And then just as easily you float right back up like nothing ever happened. Well done!
I’m also bringing sausage pinwheels, obviously.
