Tfp!Deadlock design I made just like an hour ago bc I just learned how to draw Tfp!Ratchet yesterday so naturally I’m a tfp style pro now hahahakvmv

I spent an obscene amount of time rendering these, but I'm genuinely happy with how they turned out for once!

The more I study electronics the more I'm positive whoever came up with Transformers smut terms was studying something in the electronics engineering field.

Transformers prime Drift/Deadlock designs… at the time, I didn’t want to stick a png of Ratchet in there for size so I drew over his official art, lmao.

TFP

Ratchet jolted as pain suddenly rippled down his spine and into his tanks. He leaned forwards on the console keeping both his plating and field close to his frame as he took sallow vents. Now really wasn't the time not when everyone was inside the main room. All Ratchet can do is bite the inside his cheek and hope the pain wouldn't get any worse.

"Ratchet?" Optimus quietly spoke as he walked up placing a comforting servo on the medic's shoulder. "Everything alright?"

"I'll live" He huffed rubbing a servo along his cramping tanks. "But I think its time..."

The prime's optics would widen slightly as he quickly helped Ratchet back onto his pedes before making their way to the med bay. Once inside Optimus got to work gathering up a first aid kit, medical grade and blankets, once everything was set he then returned back to Ratchet helping him onto a medical berth.

"Do you need anything else, old friend?" Optimus spoke while his field flickered with worry despite his stoic face.

Ratchet gave a short chuckle as he made himself a bit more comfortable. "No, I'm fine for now. Besides this isn't my first bitty, I know what to do"

Optimus softly hummed as he gave a light squeeze with his servo. "Though this is the first time that he isn't here" The prime's field then open slightly wider, sending more waves of comfort and reinsurance hoping to show his support.

The medic lowered his helm sighing softly as he returned the squeeze with his own. His amica was right and it frightened him a little not knowing where his conjunx was or if he was alive at all. This was the last precious gift he had left of Drift, no Deadlock and all he hoped for was that somewhere, anywhere he was safe.

A few hours passed and Optimus still hasn't moved from his post from standing outside the med bay door. He would poke his head inside every half hour checking in on Ratchet but he remained still not daring to move an inch. Suddenly his finals twitched when the sound of rushing pedes got closer forcing him to clamp down his plaiting as he turned to greet Smokescreen.

Smokescreen's optics were wide as light cuts and dents littered his frame, the young mech's field buzzing with adrenaline and urgency. "Optimus, there's a Decepticon in the base!" He panted as he pointed towards the main room. "Wheeljack and Bulkhead have got him pinned but he's demanding to see Ratchet for some reason"

"I see" Optimus's spark felt heavy as he was suddenly torn. He couldn't leave his amica alone while in emergence, yet he couldn't leave a rogue Decepticon wader about in base either. With a sigh he turned his attention back to Smokescreen and spoke his next words carefully. "I want you to stay here outside this door, Ratchet is not well at the moment so if anything happens comm me and I'll be right here as soon as possible"

"Okay sir"

Once he was sure his amica was in good hand he rushed down the hallway and into the main room to see what damage the Decepticon had caused. Optimus was greeted by the sight of both Bulkhead and Wheeljack struggling to keep a white and grey speedster pinned while Arcee and quickly gotten to work to try and clamp down some statis cuffs on the mech's claws servos. Claws who were still glinting with energon if the fresh deep cuts on Bulkhead's shoulder gave away any clues. Just as Optimus took a few steps closer he spark flickered with recognition, this speedster and Decepticon was no other than Deadlock and judging by his consent thrashing and cursing he likely sensed the panic and worry coming their spark bond. Ah, this was going to take some time to explain.

My plan was to do this at the start of the year (lol its march already......) and again at the end of the year/fixation to see who's in what slot as I discover more of this franchise ☺️

Some More TF Sketches (G1/IDW Mainly)

Hi. Been seeing a lot of Ratchet on my dash recently and wanted to join in the fray.

I'm posting so often probably because I hadn't been able to draw for a long while (entrance exams, college in general--because for some goddamn reason the written testing for entrance exams and also the beginning of college take place in the same year in this country??? (Feb.~Mar. for written tests and Apr. for actual college)) so excuse my aggressive wave of TF posts but hey, more food for all of us amirite?

This is all drawn on one page, but I divided them and (hastily) erased the surrounding sketches so they're easier to see, and also because I feel shameful for posting a comic-strip-formatted sketch sheet every time.

(Mainly because I don't like the zoom function on mobile but I might just be impatient oops;;;)

Please ignore the clear blemishes on the images because of my simple editing lol;;;

Do y'all prefer this format or the entire sheet scan in one image?

Anyway.

I just wanted to draw Dratchet and Megs with glasses (and the obligatory MegOp bc we're all still starving for it me included huehuehuehuehueh)

Current struggle: Drift and Rodimus are so hard to draw for me but I won't get better unless I draw them!!!! Anyone have any tips for drawing their heads?

And that’s how Drift joined the TFP Autobots because Megatron will murder him if he sticks around (also all the Decepticons stayed off ship for a few weeks to avoid Meg’s wrath because losing Orion in record time really got to him)

The only one able to go and run on the ship without dying to megatrons wrath is Soundwave, and that's only because he can set up a groundbridge and walk through it quickly before Megatron sees him.

Megatron is very pissed, he had Orion right there. And lost him.

Meanwhile Deadlock is making up for lost time while Orion bonds with the humans. Well until they figure out Jack was given the key and can restore Orion back to Optimus.

ratchet has known about the cybertronains the longest, she does her best to round up all the people who find them into one place (the autobots) - she's a retired combat medic, and she's extremely overworked from trying to keep everyone safe and in once piece.

drift, the first cybertronian to land on earth and survive, was saved by her after they crashed their ship, they've been inseparable since.

we've also got a WIP of tailgate and cyclonus, the oil painting I did while I was figuring out ratchets design, and my concept/reference for starscream!

(usually I'm a big fan of his g1 colors but my buddy is obsessed with his TFP design, so I figured for this au- I'd use it for inspo as a little treat)

TFP Drift/Deadlock and his Jettrine Redo

Saw a take (i think it was from @bumblebee-enjoyer) that's RiD Jetstorm and Slipstream should have a scarab motif and I loved that and i've been needing to redo my designs since i have a better grasp on TFP design rules so Tada!

Random Headcannons I played with when drawing this:

Minicons's frames' are known to to reflect their Deployer and what kind of bond they have

when Minicons bond with new Deployers, it is not uncommon for them to go through "growing pains" depending on the state of the previous bond/how willing the minicon bonded to their next Deployer

The first to change is their biolights/eyes, next is their upper armor, followed by their limbs

This is a gradual process, though the process is known to be accelerated if the Minicon is very fond of their Deployer

Drift/Deadlock is unaware of any of this

Choose Your Character!- WIP Animation Idea

  Okay so I'm a huge procrastinator. I'm hoping that with me posting work in progress art / animations it will give me the motivation to finish the stuff I wanna do. That said, this WIP is going to be like a character select screen. It will have three of my favorite versions of Transformers that I like. Each character will have a small animation to them. Let's see what I can do.

Ignore the profile pics of the characters. Those were quick place holders I scribbled up. They will be more detailed later.
