why are you, a minor, writing nsfw fics? where tf are your parents kiddo??

I've had quite a few people ask me questions like this lately, so I'd like to clarify a few things.

Firstly, my mum is a fan of my writing. She reads most of my pieces (minus the smut although she's aware I write them). In fact, she often helps edit my one-shots because I have dyslexia.

Secondly, it's adults, much like yourself, who tend to treat topics like sex, drugs, and alcohol as these forbidden subjects for minors that will cause kids to explore these things in a way to rebel against their parents. When adults aren't open to discussing these matters and teaching kids how to approach them safely, it actually makes them more curious.

In my experience, having parents who are open and willing to have these conversations has built trust between us. They've allowed me to have a drink on special occasions and have been open about sex, rather than treating it as taboo.

So yeah, that’s where my parents are and that why me, a minor, am writing nsfw fics! 😁

Just saw someone who said Malleus couldn't be an introvert because he wants to connect with others???? I'm offended because do you know what an introvert is? In fact, you could say he's a TRUE introvert because introverts are people who cherish their time alone, but do seek the company of others from time to time because they're aware they need it to survive.

Introverts don't necessarily like shallow socializing, but they like forging meaningful connections with the right people-- be it family, a good friend, or a lover. Introverts are just normal people whose social battery runs out fast, so they save it for those they deem special. Some introverts say they "hate" people because it's hard to explain the nuances, and would definitely be hard for non-introverts to understand, but they actually don't.

A common case of people who'd prefer not to meet others because it makes them uncomfortable are those with social anxiety. Not all introverts have this; Idia is an introvert with social anxiety while Malleus is a regular introvert. Idia, despite being a shut-in, actually doesn't hate people because he enjoys spending time with Ortho, co-oping with Lilia online, and playing board games with Azul.

People who honestly, absolutely DESPISE connecting with others? That is either a misanthrope, antisocial, or some other conditions I don't know the words for. Please do not subscribe in the insane notion that Malleus is somehow an extrovert for wanting another good friend or even a romantic interest lol.

Headcanon

The reason why Anakin speaks so 'poetically' (example: ranting about how being in love with Padme is agonizing) is because Huttese just translates that way into basic. He didn't speak this way in the first movie because he had shed the basic tatooinian slang by the 2nd movie.

Like, you know how when you're watching a movie in a language other than English and you look at the subtitles, and all of the lines seem over-the-top and poetic? Yeah, that's literally him. YOU CANNOT CHANGE MY MIND (unless you have a better explanation)

episode 10 had more potential, in this TED talk I will-

I think there were so many moments this episode that would’ve been the perfect timing for nam-soon to test the boundaries of ryu shi oh's morals and figure out his past, rather than just agree with him, or give him very vague/insincere responses, especially being as authentic as she is.

we see ryu shi oh acknowledge that he's had a terrible upbringing so far, and that he has not had loving parents, but he's so desensitized to death and committing it himself, that I truly don't think he recognizes that the world doesn't actually work that way.

even when nam-soon says "you shouldn't kill people, even when you want to," his first reaction isn't to question either of their morals, but to say "I thought you were on my side"

psychologically, the drugs are his pursuit for power; and any other crimes he's committed, he's done so he feels safer, or to prove that he's the more powerful one

once he breaks out of this mindset though, and really examines his own actions, i can see him wanting to just live. peacefully. (we also haven't seen what his relationship is like with the mafia, assuming they're actually funding him), because i can't see him not trying to get away from this life once he realizes he has that choice.

I feel like in Undertale the Delta Rune was misinterpreted. Everyone thought it was like this:

There’s an Angel who has seen the surface, that’s the circle with wings. The three triangles are monsters.

But I think it’s a little more like this:

The three triangles actually represent Chara, Frisk (triangles facing up, they have seen the surface) and Asriel (his faces down because he has only lived underground)

The “Angel” isn’t just a singular Angel. It’s supposed to show that those triangles all take part in emptying the underground.

Chara:

- has seen the surface

- made a plan to free monsters, which led to Asriel’s and their own death

- Asriel dying led to him becoming Flowey, eventually leading to the end of true pacifist. The memories Asriel has of Chara help him give up fighting. (Also if you believe in the NarraChara theory, Chara’s presence makes Frisk shout their name, making Asriel remember

- their presence and plan helped Asriel remember

- (they erased the world in the no mercy run, technically clearing the underground)

Frisk:

- they have seen the surface

- they shout Chara’s name, helping Asriel remember himself

- they fought Asriel and befriended the monsters, which Asriel took the souls of

- (they also cleared the underground in the no mercy run…)

Asriel:

- he has seen the surface

- he broke the barrier

I’m really excited to learn more about Eris, I hope his character development continues in the next books. I personally believe that he and Mor are rejected mates. As for his love life, idc who it is as long as that boy gets the action he deserves.
