And now I’m truly going off the rails bc of last asker but I have thought about what plant fits who and it’s my time to shine…
Mithrun is a succulent because they look like flowers but aren’t (tougher and also kind of duller), are elegant yet minimalist, and they’re low maintenance (you could definitely argue that Mithrun is high maintenance instead but I went the opposite route of him never feeling like he needs much water, attention and whatnot). I prefer the classic one that’s a pale greyish green for him but there are so many that are neat…
Tumblr media
Kabru as a big floating bladderwort… A carnivorous aquatic plant that traps little aquatic critters. If you just look at the flower it looks so pretty and harmless, distracts from the roots scheming murder… Also it’s an aquatic plant, gives me the vibe of something surviving/thriving in an environment that shouldn’t be theirs but they’ve adapted, like a tallman in elf society…..
Tumblr media
I also associate him a ton with himalayan blue poppies, for obvious reasons. Insane that the shade of blue of his eyes is associated with the throat chakra btw, Kui’s always doing 8d chess my god.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
For Izutsumi, Faassen's Catmint. It's a species of catnip but a man-made hybrid and not a natural species. It kind of looks like a long puffy cat tail with the shape, and it has a lot of little flowers… Kind of subtle/bland and unassuming at first look, but colorful and sweet if you take the time to look. Feels sort of vulnerable/or even cold at first but like they’re just looking out for themselves even if they are not someone unemotional….. It makes sense to me. Babygirl. Purple is an unexpected choice for her but it feels right
Tumblr media
Chilchuck echinopsis calochlora or golden barrel cactus… The first one is smaller, but I was trying to find the perfect lil cactus guy with orange spines and couldn’t really find any that was just perfect. Chilchuck "I am so approachable" Tims, literally round and spiny with his little hairs but also metaphorically fitting… Also the gooden barrel cactus has a bunch of lil yellow flowers that sprout on its top while the calochlora has HUGE stalks with a big white flower that sprouts so like, if you want to take that to be his big heart once he reveals it or the little flowers of his care……
Tumblr media
Falin is the funky living rocks plant. They have cryptid energy and are just so weird and colorful and unique. A little unfeeling. Sad that she doesn’t get a plant that’s fun to eat but come on.
Tumblr media
I feel like Laios would also be a cactus, with maybe juice that has funky properties kind of like peyote… He’s reserved and [spoilers], but he either has no spines or small/few spines so he doesn’t look all that uninviting or tough… Probably has very pretty colorful flowers! Or he’s like Falin and loves dandelions and bishop’s lace because he can eat it. Or maybe he’d be a vegetable. Sweet potato… Someone said carnivorous plant to which I suggest pitcher plant or sarracenia.
I see Senshi as basil. Enough said. Something that can be turned into spices and is all greenery that’s all I need
Thank you for coming to my ted talk. I had these thoughts months ago while sick and feverish </3 Possessed by the want to draw the cast as little plants…….. That would be nice……

plant tour part 1/??
boy. look at my headboard plants.
Tumblr media
left to right:
tradescantia zebrina "burgundy": a HUGE mother plant i got for $15 and has so much PpP (plant per plant) that ive been pruning and propogating her because there's genuinely too many leaves to reach the soil to repot
ponytail palm: technically a succulent, i literally watered this guy Twice since i got him in january. first was after a couple months, second was when i repot. he has grown so many super healthy roots since repotting, im SO proud of him, and it was so unexpected because it's kinda a slow growing plant
peace lily (in the white pot): this was my first plant that started my plant collection -- AND she was a rescue! I got her October of last year with crispy leaves, fungus on the leaves and was rootbound, but with a repot, humidity, and lots of love she's been putting out a ton of new leaves! i hope she puts out a bloom soon:)
ZZ plant (in the yellow pot, behind): i love ZZ plants they're so low maintenance and technically succulents but still have that foliage I love. i have watered this once since getting it in december. kisses ZZ plants
snake plant (in the snail): little rescue plant from a CVS. it had fungus gnats from over watering and was in compacted soil. now he's in a snail pot (snot) my friend got me for my bday:)
snake plant (under the lamp): one of my first plants, another rescue. had some fungus gnats too, but it's been going well! the fungus gnats were my fault btw i bought contaminated soil. also i kind of hate him. but it's ok he's cool
fishbone cactus/zig zag cactus: hard to see but it's such a stupid floppy little guy. he's a propogation/cutting from a colleague at work, and the longest one is kinda wrinkly because I mistakenly thought cactus = succulent, and put it in bright light, but I was Wrong. it's a Tropical Cactus that requires indirect light and a lot of humidity. for some reason. it's ignited my love for this stupid, stupid plant, and i want more so friggin badly but i have no clue where id put it

It’s Chinese mafia anon:)
Yes Pinguicula/butterworts (I call them Pings) are a great beginner plant! I actually give them as gifts lol
If you’re in the US, California carnivores is the go-to company for any carnivorous plant, but especially pings I feel like. They definitely have the best prices on the market by far, unfortunately I don’t know if they ship internationally (plants and international shipping don’t always go well together). They also have a great selection!!
Otherwise you can also check carnivorous plant resource or look for CP (carnivorous plant) sellers in your area:) it’s also possible you have your own local CP club, but admittedly those can be rarer. Pinguiculas are also a bit harder to find than venus fly traps and pitcher plants because they don’t look carnivorous. All of these sources have super solid advice on CPs, though Ofc you could always ask me:)
If it comes to you and it’s not sticky btw, it could be that it’s adjusting from shipping or that it’s in its winter succulent phase, so don’t worry! I promise that they are super easy plants, even if they seem intimidating at first. I also like California carnivores because they sell the soil and you don’t have to make your own, but that’s up to you. It’s hard to find the stuff to make it in small quantities so buying it from them (I trust them for this lol. Also ping mix is different from normal CP mix) is actually a more cost effective option, or you could ask whoever you buy it from too.
Sorry I know this is long again!! If you’re looking for a really easy, pretty ping that would do well with bright indirect light and is cost affordable, you can’t go wrong with esseriana. It’s probably my favorite beginner ping! It also has light purple flowers and they’re very hardy to beginner mistakes.
Oh also I love Pings because if you knock off a leaf or whatever, you can put it on top of the soil just like a succulent and get a new plant! Okay sorry that’s it for now I promise lololol
(I’ll send the psych stuff in another ask)
(Btw since you always let me ramble to you and take an interest in my interests, it Highkey makes you one of my all time favorite human beings ever)
Omg darliiiiing, I love hearing about your interests! 🥰❤
I gotta admit, Venus Flytraps look more....badass BUT Pinguicilas look pretty! I wasn't aware a carnivorous plant could look actually pretty, the more you know! ❤❤
I definitely need an easy plant because I'm legit a beginner when it comes to plants and I don't wanna mess up and kill one accidentally because I didn't know what it actually needed😂
Is it a bad time to mention I killed a succulent and a cactus accidentally I don't know what I did wrong, I thought they were supposed to be for beginners and then they died on me

Eric Sohn as your boyfriend
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
➛ eric sohn x reader (I dont think I used any pronouns but feel free to comment if I missed it!) fluff
➛ listen to: let me in (20 Cube) by ENHYPEN
➛ warnings: some mild swearing, there is suggestive content under the second cut but not fullblown nsfw
Tumblr media
❥...!𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭:
Eric quite literally fell for you
and it was a painful fall at that, your freshly bought succulent adding some extra weight and definition to the whole tragedy
also because the dirt spilled everywhere and your poor Echeveria plant got yeeted right under a moving bus - because of course it would
and Eric just panicked
Like if he could have moved from beneath you, he would have definitely considered just going for it because oh my god the embarrassment
And then he looked up and you had about the prettiest face Eric could even imagine
So that made it ten million times worse
Luckily Sangyeon didn't raise no bitch
Luckily, Sangyeon also saw what happened from inside of the building, alongside Hyunjae and Jacob who had sent the poor boy running in the first place
Alright, technically Eric sent himself almost tripping out of the facility himself, because he forgot about the existence of bus times
Therefore he had to sprint to catch the bus
Well he didn't, funny enough, your poor succulent however did
-.-
it resulted in Jacob sweet-talking you from your initial shock into a state of almost comfort and Eric wishing he could have that kind of effect on people
it resulted in Jacob sweet-talking you from your initial shock into a state of almost comfort and Eric wishing he could have that kind of effect on people
it resulted in Jacob sweet-talking you from your initial shock into a state of almost comfort and Eric wishing he could have that kind of effect on people
But noooo he just had to run them over
He went and did pick the succulent up tho
or more like, tried to scrape the mashed up remains from off the pavement until you told him that it was no use anyways
That succulent was mush and so were Erics hopes of catching that last bus to get to class on time
So he offers you to go buy a new plant with him (after class though, because Sangyeon already gave him a warning death glare)
And whilst he wasn't as smooth as he had wished he was, you happily agreed
because damn he was cute alright
You guys did meet up after his class ended and you had a blast to say the least
and Eric came home with a cactus himself and a huge massive crush on you
Tries not to flex that he got your number and fails
Can't stop talking about you for the rest of the week because wow you guys just clicked so well and and and
Sunwoo would obviously never not call this a date btw and Eric would blush every time.
Tumblr media
❥..!𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩:
Tumblr media
Took him some time tbh
Simply because even though it was obvious, he still couldn't believe that someone like you fell for him
You guys went on so so many dates shopping sprees, small trips ect. and checked out almost every cafe that was near (for scientific purposes ofc. to see where the best coffee would get served. wink wonk)
to the point where he even took you to meet the rest of the boyz
And no one really believed that you guys were just friends
because you weren't
Well luckily he got over himself one day
and confess he did, just maybe he was so rushed and mumbly with it, and probably switching between every language he knew, that he had to do it twice
At least he made you feel special lmao
When you confessed your feelings to him too, he just kinda sat there for a second
Like 'wow it's that easy??'
He felt like he skipped an important step in an instruction book
Like a math problem that was too easy to be that simple
Would have his moment of megalomania right after because you ✨liked ✨him✨ back✨
We all know how competitive he can get, the good man
So prepare yourself for battling out the most basic things
will make everything a competition if he can
will also lose, like more than fifty percent of the time but its okay
just kiss him afterwards or something
That will send him into a hormonal overdrive instantly
Not that he would admit it tho hahah
Heeee??? flustered because you did as much kiss him???? ᵃⁿᵈ ʷʰᵃᵗ ᶦᶠ ʰᵉ ʷᵃˢ
Please wear his clothes
Can be anything, really; his shirt, sweater, hoodie, his huge jackets or a pair of sweats
Do it and he will melt and only grin dopey for the rest of the night
The type of boyfriend to wake you up at 3AM because he swears he heard someone knock against the window no kidding
on the third floor
he had a nightmare, just hold him
Can't cook, will however try to impress you with his cooking skills none the less
Hey at least he cleans up afterwards *ahem* sunwoo *ahem*
if you cant already do it, he'd probably love trying to go skating with you
would one hundred percent be the most patient you had ever seen him and so proud after every accomplishment no matter how tiny
Will ramble about his day to you
Will get all loud and boast-y if you decide to visit him at the studio
"HEY BABE LOOK I CAN DO TWELVE FLIPS BLINDFOLDED-"
"Eric no."
Eager kisser, I just want to say it again
Will buy you a succulent every anniversary. Guaranteed.
Very unlike how he is when your like alone and sinning (lol sry)
Very gentle with you, asks like seven thousand times if its okay and if you're comfortable
kinda scared that he could do something wrong, kinda insecure about himself
Maybe you’re even his first time and he's just so unsure oh dear
Like what if you dont like it oh my god what if he does something WRONG
knocks out almost immediately after sex, after giving his best to take care of you
Very much into cuddling afterwards, but don't ever bring it up he will yeet
I know many people might disagree with that but I will gladly die on that hill alright

Hello, i'm seeing a few ask games here so please expect a spam :) For the succulent asks: jade plant: what is a bird you associate yourself with?, agavoides: what is your first plant you ever owned and does it have a name?, melaco: how would you describe a perfect date?, calico kitten: what is something valuable that you learned in your life? (this one is half because of the name xD), little jewel: are you an art museum or a science museum kind of person?
Hi dim, i dont mind at all if i get spammed :)
Jade plant - What bird you associate yourself with
Im not sure with this, but I really like Philippine Monkey Eating Eagle:)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Agavoides - what is your first plant you ever owned and does it have a name?
Cactus and succulents :) My first time to buy with my first failed attempt to fix a succulent dish xD Its all dead btw, the birds ate it and no, I didn't gave them names, just trying to remember the names or scientific names
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Melaco - How would you describe a perfect date
I prefer it simple, tbh. Id consider chilling and watching in the house while holding hands and cuddling a date. Or going to the grocery or shopping malls and walking in the park and just being together a date too. Im not comfortable with fancy places cz i already socialize with high ranking and rich people on a daily basis at work and tbh, i just want to be away from them on my free time whenever possible. As long as im with the person, and they can give me time and assurance, thats perfect for me (cz this is what i didn't get on my last one. Begging for time and affection. It will make u feel shitty around the clock)
Calico kitten - What is something valuable that you learned in your life
Hmmm this is a tad hard. I can only speak for myself and not for other people, mind you- only you can validate yourself, only you can help yourself. Dont look at it from other people whether friends, family or strangers. No need to be insecure or explain urself to other people because people will always have opinions about you, and you should just exert your energy to yourself and to people you care about.
Little jewel - Are you an art museum or a science museum kind of person?
Tbh, both. I love going to art events as well as museums, and the last time i went to a science museum i enjoyed myself a lot too <3

Rescues
In Prague in some expensive flower shops you can buy miniature succulent “gardens”. The pots are a bit smaller than a big toe (valid unit of size) and they usually have about 5 plants squeezed in fighting for space. I HATE them. When I can, I’ll buy one and repot the plants. Some just don’t make it. But the ones that do, usually shoot up abnormally, like all the energy they’ve been storing for ages suddenly explodes. So they start to look not too pretty, and they can still be very delicate for a long time, but some of them survive. (I’ve given a few away, and a few I can’t remember if they were rescues or not :D ) but here are pics of some plants that did survive! And then, two more stories of rescues from another source.
Tumblr media
Down on the bottom of the cactus, you can see how big it was when I bought it in the prison pot. the middle part is how much it grew the next year, and the top is how much it grew this year. I was worried when it started tilting but then I found some pics of similar cacti just crawling around from their pots so I guess it’s normal?
Tumblr media
These three were in a pot together and I thought I’d repot them together again, just in a bigger pot. So far so good. I worry about their roots getting tangled but no one is really dying yet. (When I’m, y’know, not taking weeks long holidays in the middle of a heat wave...) The two side plants I managed to identify (Crassula lycopodioides/muscosa and Crassula ovata tricolor), the middle one is too small, despite growing from when it was rescued, and I just have no idea. Presumably also a succulent? (Though those decorative succulent gardens something plant some other plants for contrast so I can’t be sure.)  Anyway, I think before winter comes, I’d like to separate them and see how they do alone, and the long stringy one, maybe I cut some branches and plant them on the side, to make it bushier. (That’s usually how succulents propagate so :D )
Tumblr media
This tol boy is a good example of what I mean when I say they explode and are then sensitive. When I got it it was one “level” high, and the now exposed brown bottom leaf, as well as the white... nugget :D were buried (and the brown leaf was much smaller of course). When I repotted it into a slightly bigger pot (smaller than the one it’s in now) It shot 4 “levels” up within several weeks. Since then, it has chilled out and now grows at a somewhat more sedate pace, but you can tell it’s still pretty sensitive because that brown tip on one leaf on top, that’s sun damage, and this type of plant should have way more exposure to sun before it damages it like that. (Granted, summers here are SUDDEN, so plants don’t have time to prepare, I usually have to move them around slowly or they get crispy - more on that another time :P - but this baby is generally pretty sturdy, it should have been able to handle it, but, nah.) Ah well, winter is coming so it can relax for a bit.
And I think those 5 are all I can say for sure are rescues from the “miniature gardens”, now for two that got ... liberated.
Tumblr media
A simple little baby jade! (note, btw, that this delicate leafed baby handled the same amount of sun much better than the thick friend above it.) So, this boy was a part of a bigger jade plant at my workplace, that did not get watered for some reason for WEEKS. I was sure they were letting it die so they could throw it away and I picked a TINY small bit that wouldn’t be noticed and plopped it into soil. I then gave it to a friend but it didn’t do well there so it came back to me. It is now growing well!
Tumblr media
My friend from work was walking to our school when she noticed this girl just lying there next to the garbage cans! She sent me this pic and asked if she should take it and I said YES. At school, we split it up, half to her and half to me, and then I also gave a part of my half to my other friend. The plant was rootbound and you could tell it was originally in a really shallow pot (which is ok but this plant was kinda... big). Some of the leaves were a little bit damaged but there were no aphids so we couldn’t figure out why anyone would throw it away.
Tumblr media
When I planted it, the first thing it did was grow a looong stem of flowers! I googled it and apparently it does that in times of stress. The best girl. It’s growing like a boss now :)

Hey there! Recently my basil and strawberry pots were knocked over ): by the wind
I recently potted something else to them: pepper mint and rosemary
My new pot, the hedgehog, needed holes drilled into it (on the feetsies) to help with water drainage. Planted some cactus seeds [2] into it :D. What about the taller pot? I slapped some lavender into it.
Aha unlimited tea
I still need to pot some sage. But i lack pots
Updates on chives/lucky bamboo
Recently found out my bamboo is actually LUCKY BAMBOO big dumbb lmao. The 2 stalks I have represent love which is nice (: I started boiling water to have a cleaner supply cause tap water is a big no-no which is probs why my succulent sadly died. I also switched out the small amount of aquarium rocks to seashells I got at the beach a few days ago and gave the rocks for my cacti (they gotta grow first)
Chives?
Still thriving. I cut of the tops a bit so the yellow ends disappear but I also think it promotes growth
Btw guys, the glass containers are from the oui yogurt. 10/10 recycle y'all.

Hi! I just saw your succulents post (yay for plants and positivity!!!) And I was just wondering, the first one on the left looks like it's a panda plant, right? How do you care for it? Because I have one larger one that I've had for a little over a year and while it has grown a lot, the leaves just aren't the happy fuzzy-ness they were before, and a smaller one I've tried to propagate just refuses to root down well. Sorry, it's just yours just look so dang happy and lush, I thought I'd ask! :)
Hi!! Sorry to hear your plant lost its fuzzies ;- ; mines not exactly a panda plant, tho they seem pretty similar from what I read on them, so idk are there any other clues?? like, other than the fuzzies does the plant seem healthy overall?
I pretty much keep mine on our screened-in porch for the summer, make sure the pot can drain well and doesnt sit in water, and I water it every few days or when the leaves get spongey (also I turn the pot every now n then so it doesnt grow leaning one way but thats just my preference) Other than that, Im no expert but you could probably try a succulent/cactus fertilizer? I got some earlier this summer and apparently a little goes a long way!
Tysm!! Best of luck with your plants!!! I hope a few of your babies take root and you get a big happy family of fuzzies!!
btw, anyone who knows plants a little better than me and has advice is welcome to chip in!

Tumblr media
this is jerry, my ivy! i had no idea what to name him when i got him so i left it as jerry and well? the name stuck. surprisingly easy to take care of, and also when i got him i learned that not all ivys are poisonous. like i actually didnt know this fact
Tumblr media
stef! i dont know what this one is, but they were with the succulents so they’re probably a succulent. but they also have weird little spikes? and a flower??? so maybe theyre just a funky cactus????? it didnt have one of those tag things so have no idea and also i named them after party poison from destruction because idk,, i rly like that fic and i wanted to give this lovely lad a gender neutral name :]
Tumblr media
milo!! hes a philodendron (i had to look that up to see if i spelled it right) and he’s another super easy and super pretty plant! they like shady corners (so does jerry actually) and my room only has one window so hes perfect for me! also theres some of my older art ouch
Tumblr media
this is chia 2! i had another plant just like this one that was also called chia but i didnt water them enough and killed them. i liked the plant and the name too much so i got another one and well,, here’s chia 2
Tumblr media

First Pride
- We got there early, but then had to go hunting for a cash machine and still ended up missing the parade.
- Before it even got busy I found an Ace person! (or rather they found me. “Hey! Asexual pride!” “Hell yeah! Gimme a high five!”)
- Abby had stupid amounts of glitter on her face.
- Abby got many compliments for her marauders map t shirt. I got many compliments for my flower crown.
- So many puppies!
- Cute little boys dressed as Mario and Luigi who we ended up playing with for a bit because they had bubbles.
- I finally got to meet Abby’s partner. I approve. They’re cool.
- There was a person in an Asexual Biromantic flag and PEOPLE UNDERSTOOD MY EXCITEMENT AND DIDN’T THINK I WAS WIERD!!
- My people! I am truly not alone!!
- We were going round with a group of 6 of Abby’s friends, and one comes up to me and goes “You two make me feel old.” “I’m 22.” “She’s the oldest one here!” Cue everyone else going “What the fuck! No way are you 22!”
- The hunt for rainbow shoelaces. Intense af.
- “Always play the game ‘how many freebies can you get’. I’m always playing it. Every day.”
- The answer btw is ‘a fuck ton’ but could have tried harder.
- Labour were there giving out ‘Never kissed a Tory’ stickers.
- Somehow I came home with a spider plant? As you do... (She’s called Artemis and she’s my new baby and will be joining my cactus Henry and succulent Gwen on my windowsill)

hey! looking for advice on propagating succulents for the first time. Any tips? Specifically, though, I'm wondering what soil to get. Thanks!
Hey! Not gonna lie, I haven't been doing this for very long so my advice might not be the best, but from what I've noticed with my own succulents, as long as the soil drains well it should be perfectly fine for the baby plants. My succulent pots all have different soils and they're doing okay: one has poor soil I dug up from outside, another high in nutrients from a composted soil, and the other two have basic potting soil and a cactus soil mix picked up from stores. So pretty much as long as the soil drains and doesn't leave the succulent roots sitting in water for extended amounts of time, whatever you have available should work well. Some other small pieces of advice I can think of are to leave the potential babies alone until they show signs of growth, and that the babies can pretty much be treated and grown like the adult succulents and can transition into full sun and be watered right after they have new leaves and roots. And when the roots grow, it's recommend to just let them grow down into the soil on their own instead of burying them, because they can be ripped off that way, but if you do decide to bury them, they should be okay if you're careful.Good luck growing them btw!!! I hope that they grow well and strong and live with you harmoniously in the years to come !!! 💚🌵💚

Hey all! I hope that you’re having a fantastic week! I’m back with my first post of the summer. What better way to do that than to tell you about a new hobby of mine.
I’ve never really been one for plants. I mean, I love them, but keeping them alive has been my main problem. And when I first met Nicholas, he had a cactus in his kitchen..oh wait, I mean a dead cactus in his kitchen. My first thought was, “how on Earth do you kill a cactus?”
Neglect. Neglect is what killed that cactus.
So between my plant killing and his cactus neglect, we didn’t sound like a good gardening team. Like Kevin Hart said, “we didn’t look good as a unit” lol.
Anyway, I have really bad allergies and aside from every medications that make me sleepy, I needed some relief. I was now in the market for indoor plants that would purify the air. With a bit of research, I came across the Dracaena plant. It’s name is derived from the Ancient Greek word for “female dragon”, which is why I named it Daenerys (the mother of dragons). Game of Thrones fans will understand.
According to the site Top Tip Spot, the Dracaena “removes not only benzene and formaldehyde from the air, but also xylene and toluene” those sound like things that I don’t wanna breathe in, and this plant doesn’t need a lot of light of water…sounds right up my alley.
It’s doing great so far, and I’ve even added a couple more to the family. The next one that we bought was the Neon Pothos, I haven’t named this one yet, but I’m open to suggestions.
Then we found out about the cutest little garden shop here in our town called, Porches, with just one visit, you can’t help but fall in love with this place. The air in the store is fresh, because, duh, trees and plants galore! And the fact that oldies play in the background means this is a place I could spend a lot of time in. Check out their Facebook page here if you’d like more info #supportsmallbusiness. From Porches, we came home with another air purifying plant, The Spider plant, of course I had to name this one Peter Parker because if I didn’t name it after Spider Man, then what kind of person am I?
I can’t write this post without also mentioning the succulent plant that I managed to bring back from the brink of death. It was in the backyard, and I didn’t pay it much attention. The only way I can describe its appearance is that it looked like a dried up artichoke. With a little TLC (I sang ‘Waterfalls’ to it everyday…kidding!) With some Tender Loving Care, I was able to get it to not only open up and flourish, but to also grow a couple extra stalks? vines? I don’t know what they are, but it’s on a nice road to recovery.
I’m on a break from work, so I figured that this was the perfect time to get plants and learn as much as I can about them. I’ve become attached, so there is no other choice than to take care of them the very best that I can. I truly feel that my allergies and such reactions to those allergies have lessened. I don’t wake up as congested as I used to and that is a big deal. When I could only breathe out of one nostril, I realized how much I took advantage of my nasal passages. I fully appreciate them now, btw.
Of course now that I’ve got this new hobby, I want all of the things. I had to run out and buy a watering can, a little shovel that is just the cutest…I think next on my list is some gardening gloves. I don’t know why, but I’m just pretty sure I need them.
Because of the nice clean air, and the dash of natural home decor that these amazing plants bring, it’s hard not to feel like my mood is elevated and my energy has increased. Like Nicholas said, like fire, these plants “boost morale”.
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I’ll keep you updated with their progress in future posts. Have a great day! I’ll get back to trying to stay cool in this 108 degree weather that we are having today.
