DougDoug - needs no introduction as he is very popular, I recently started watching his videos because a student vouched for him and while I can see why kids will like his challenge videos, I also find his content very entertaining. Especially while you eat dinner. Big fan of his zelda content. Parkzer is an interesting side character.

Squeex - PLEASE. If you want to get into Squeex start with his beating every mario kart game video. It's a good introduction and you can go from there. Please.

Linkus7 - My favorite Zelda runner as of late, I consider him a part of a triangle consisting of PointCrow, Smallant, and him. Though, he is lesser known within the greater sphere of twitch. His randomizers are the most fun in my opinion. I try to save his recent vods when I can, as he doesnt save them anymore.

Sambucha - STOP he makes like lowkey mindless kids content videos but I'm like obsessed with him for some reason. One of my students forced me to watch his "beating the easiest world records" video and I was immediately enthralled. He makes content thats easy to listen to while you draw. But I'm sure you can do other things with it on in the background.

Sturniolo Triplets - Content that is popular with teen girls, but I'm still obsessed for some reason. I just love people who have a good relationship just hang out together. Podcast vibes. Nick is the funniest. CONS: Chris is a queerbaiter at heart, though he is in a youtube group with his brothers. Hmm. Cant be doing that here.

Stephanie Soo - Mukbang true crime girl. I loved her video in high school and I would always put on her videos while I was in painting II - III or drawing. Too bad I cant watch her anymore because too much true crime makes me too paranoid. If you like true crime shes an easy watch, keeps thing friendly and accessible. I love her and her husbands relationship.

Trin Lovell - Reviews movies and by far my favorite movie watcher on youtube. Her editing is really funny and quippy. She got popular from watching best and worse riverdale and glee episodes (shes a big glee fan). my favorite videos from her are where hands touch and skinamarink. I have gained many new phrases from her.

StephenPlays - Smaller youtuber whos been in the game for like fifteen years. He is very chill and does letsplays with his friends and wife. I recommend his twilight princess and mario kart play throughs (featuring his wife Mal).

Any Austin - one of my fav youtubers ever and I've been a fan of him for 11 years now. He basically shaped my humor as a kid and I recommend his eggbusters series to get started. He had a letsplay channel called Two People Playing Games with his friend Aysha that sadly disbanded as they became too busy in their lives to keep up with it. Austin has done a lot of content over the years and recently is getting big for is "calculating the unemployment level of ___" keep this on the DL but if you ever want any privated videos I know a guy.

I've played admittedly not a lot of Arena. Its hard to get into due to its age 🧙‍♂️ Love Jeff Perrymans work on the game though!

I've played a good amount of Daggerfall! I played a bit of it ~13(?) years ago but it was the original version so like Arena it was super hard to both play and get into it. I was actually doing a classic "sword and board" play through via Daggerfall Unity just last year and was having fun until my saves got corrupted somehow 🥲

I actually touched Redguard for the first time this year but I'm holding off until I finish my current Morrowind playthrough 🏴‍☠️

Battlespire I've actually never touched despite owning it. Its weird because I've POURED over that games wiki and its actually my favorite old school TES game based purely on aesthetics and its designs. A full play through is on my to do list for this year!

All the old TES mobile games, shadowkey, Oblivion Mobile, etc. I have limited experience with. I've seen them IRL on friends phones back in the day but never got hands on since I actually didn't have a phone until later in Highschool. I think the internet archive has at least a few of them playable? I'd have to check, maybe it's worth checking out!

Morrowind...ahh morrowind :) its my fav TES game in terms of quests. My first play through was not a full one, it was at a friends house on the XBOX version way way back in the day. For my first REAL play through it was on my first gaming PC and I played an athletics focused halberd wielding orc who bonked people on the head 😂

Oblivion..This one PAINS me..I've only actually played though it entirely a single time and it was ages ago on the Xbox 360 and I played a...stealth archer 😵‍💫..It wasn't a meme at the time I swear! I just liked sneaking and archery! When I got it on PC, every time I tried setting it up with or without mods I had technical issues. I've mentioned it before but I absolutely loathe the bad draw distance and pop in that plagues even "ultra" settings on PC. OpenMorrowind on PC is a technical marvel. I wish they'd do something similar for Oblivion or port a stable version of Oblivion to PC. I really want to do a full playthrough again!

Skyrim. Fun fact I calculated it one time and I'm certain I collectively have 3,000+ hours in Skyrim over the past 13 years. Possibly close to 4,000 but thats from my Xbox 360 playthoughs and I don't remember the exact times for that. The base game is long worn out for me but god damn is Skyrim's modding community incredible. Thanks to mods, the game has remained fresh in various ways for the past 13 years and at this rate I'll probably add another 1k hours before TES 6 comes out 😁

ESO. I'm gonna be 100% upfront here. I got the game when it came out and had lots of issues with it. The game had a rocky start and I wasn't ever a big fan of MMOs to begin with. That said! Zenimax has done amazing things over the past 10 years and really kept that game alive with continuous improvement. I haven't kept up with it the past few years ago outside of the lore (and art) stuff but I think after I give the older TES games another go, I'll probably hop back in to ESO.

Legends. I've never played it! TBH don't like card games, Hearthestone, Gwent, etc. Legends doesn't have much going for it besides the art BUT BUT BUT...Legends art is fucking incredible 😍😍😍 Seriously, after Perhaps Skyrim's concept art, the various artists of Legends are my 2nd fav to look at. I can ignore the actual gameplay but I really wish we knew more about who actually has created all the Legends art. We only have hints such as studio names for vast portions of the art, or straight up ZERO sources for who made a lot of the core decks and original release era art. I keep my head on a swivel for that stuff because its so amazing and beautiful!

Lastly, TES Blades. I'm not a huge fan of the game since I don't like touchscreen controls (eg. I play Morrowind on my phone but with a controller). I've played a fair amount but never beat it since the controls are bleh and gameplay doesn't appeal to me a ton. Most of the stuff that interests me about blades is the armor designs and the fact it gives us a super small glimpse into the period between The Great War and Skyrim.

It's really good though with a whole bunch of lovable characters that the live-action doesn't even begin to be able to get into. you didn't ask, you didn't ask, but me personally, my favorite arc is Alabasta, which is the place they should be going to next season in the live action!! it also introduces one of my favorite little villains: Crocodile!!! idk i love it and i love him LOLLLL which i shouldn't bc he's...he's not a good man but i'm 26 i'm allowed to like toxic anime men, i've earned that right. (also you can like things and criticize them/acknowledge their flaws.) ANYWAYS, ANYWAYS, I'M RAMBLING, but yeah, it's good eating, and i highly suggest you get into the actual series if you liked the live action because the series itself is more in depth. Plus, P L U S, there's more Mihawk, Crocodile, and Buggy content AND THATS A WIN TO ME. lajsldajskdajsdlasjd. it's fun and as an added bonus there's a sense of community and you can always come back here and scream your thoughts to me (and everyone else) if you like it. Talking about the concept art of Heath (G3)

Hey, so his concept art dropped today in the morning i think, and i wanted to say my opinion about it xP

(This is just me being autistic part 1000 of the series called my life)

Honestly i LOVE those two designs, favs out of the six

The dark eyes of the second? Its looks so cool, it kinda fits way more on the idea of Heath beign the son of the 'Ruler of the Underworld' (Did they call him Satan or Devil or Hades in the show??). Its more edgy looking, it would clash with the personality he has maybe? Like in a good way

Not a fan of the more redish orange of the first, but it fits pretty god with the darkers spots (i think its like magna chunks?? Im gonna call it that). Those parts, chunks, spots, whatever, they can be interpreted as a skin condition he has, and this SO important to me, you NEVER see characters with that, because its hard to animate or "non important", but to a person like me (I have seborrheic dermatitis!) It means a lot.

I still don't understand why did they choose those colours for his clothes, it stands out but in an awful way, the light blue shouldn't be the main colour for his hoodie, it should be the complimentary one, and making the flames in orange to red gradient doesn't help AT ALL

Those two, the first one mostly, are the only ones that you can look at them and get Heath vibes, like you can recognize its Heath (lanky body shape, expressions and pose he's doing help with this too)

I like that they went with more accesories with these, really liking the metal chain honestly (and the earrings!), and the black nails too, it fits him

I prefer the design with the buzzcut, i actually tend to use that as a HC in my drawings, still don't know why they didn't give him one in the show, because his bald head when his fire goes out doesnt look right at all :/

His design looks so good with black, it makes the fire stand out in a good way, his shorts and shoes look way better in here. But the vest? Im sorry, tge idea its cool but it fuck ups his silluette, hes too square looking, and it gives off a totally different vibe. Also the long pants with the same exact design as the shirt? It doesn't look good

I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, but if we’re being specific I’m pretty sure I started taking art more “seriously” around the age of 5 (that was when I looked at tutorials and started drawing a lot more! I actually still have the first notebook I started to draw in, and i have almost every sketchbook I’ve drawn in saved so I could probably go back and watch myself progress if i wanted to ejdhwkehka)

personally I also really love to draw bodies!! I love drawing all the lines and details in the skin & figuring out the way that the body looks when it bends and twists certain ways! I love studying muscles & bones to try and improve too, its my favorite part about drawing agahsjshea (if we’re taking about a favorite thing to draw tho, I absolutely love drawing my blorbos… especially eren, hes so easy for me to draw)

i’d say my least favorite thing would be clothes, because even though i enjoy it sometimes, clothing is sooo hard for me to figure out ;; not just for drawing, but also figuring out what to make a character wear?? I’d rather just keep them naked tbh but thats not always possible 😭😭

Hi, hello there! Sorry to bother but just wanted to say I love the way you draw the slugcats and I adore your Anthro AU. Saint's design is my fav. Scug is so pretty! Spears's design is also my fave! So fancy x3 But I'm a bit confused about one thing tho. In one of the pages, Spears mentioned not having a mouth to either or talk so...how is Spears able to talk with the group and that one Scav? Duid I miss something? =? Also since Arti's pups are alive here, why does Arti still seems to have a vendetta with them in this AU? 👀

EDIT UPDATE 17/02/23: I've now been informed that Spearmaster uses sl in the game, so I'm combining that with tail wind noises (which is now minimized).

Know that this is my au so there's a lot of personalized hcs and stuff that may or may not be canon:

Short answer: Spear talks via their tail holes ; Gourmand reunites her kids after she thought they were dead for good (but actually just underwent the cycle)

Very Long complex answer:

Spearmaster talks through their tail. Its a thing from the dating simulator in inv's campaign but its dubiously marked if canon (because you don't hear/see slugcats talk in the game itself anyway)

While most may consider this a weird thing the inv campaign just do, I personally accepted it.

They practiced manipulating the winds in the holes they bear to make it sound like someone is talking. It is so effective and mastered to the point that people forget that they don't actually have a mouth lol.

As for Artificer, its a bit intertwined with another AU explanation (thats a bit popular among fans): Gourmand finding Arti's lost kids and reuniting the family, who simply underwent the cycle and is just out there, separated from her. Of course, she had to deal with the stress and anguish of not knowing whether or not her children is still alive (hell, I don't think within the game she is aware of the cycle system but then another explanation for if she is aware and WHY they don't... appear, is because the pups were "too pure for this world"- which I may call bs, personally, but everyone thinks what they wants so...). (as a bonus, this is what lead to arti being friends with gourmand and eventually meeting survivor and monk because they share the same colony)

There are other alternatives for it- like they just didn't die but arti's got the vendetta anyway- probably because they had feuds or gang wars or a bad history (there's going to be one explanation soonish in the heist comics). (answers that don't need complex explanations lol)

Because at the same time, this AU has all the playable scugs meet each other in the same time, which doesn't happen in the game (ik jolly coop exists but thats not canon)

I see the anthro au as my personal outlet for creativity. It doesn't HAVE TO be consistent with in-game lore. Its just my personal dumb fun haha

I do understand the people finding issues with implementing things that aren't canon sometimes, but thats the fun of creating aus (i bring this up because ive seen a tumblr post about this earlier and it made me think for a bit if the anthro au is a bit "too weird" or "too fandom cliche" for rain world's context- but like i said earlier- this is my funzone. if people dont like what i got for it, then at the very least ignoring and respecting that it exists is fine. the internet will and will always have opinions, but the smartest people dont start the fire.)

so in transformers, honestly, i think its gonna be starscream, with megatron a close second. im a decepticon fan through and through, and i love both of these bastards. imo they both have enough redeemable qualities to make them interesting, and they also dont have the pressure to be Good Role Models For Kids because theyre the villains, so i feel like they can have more interesting personalities--but thats just me with my preference for nasty fucked up little guys. i think screamer's relatability (to me) is what tips the scale in his favor--being an abuse victim & autistic-coded. at least, g1 screamer was autistic coded and im stubbornly applying that to all screamers. it helps that he's funny, too. his arrogance is played for laughs while megatron's is portrayed as more threatening. that in itself is an opening for a whole essay's worth of social commentary but i will stop while im ahead.

in mlp, my fav of the mane 6 is twilight because GOD i related to her SO MUCH as an autistic kid. 6 year old me saw someone who, like me, struggled to make friends, but instead of validating my burgeoning "whatever i dont need them anyways" mindset, gently introduced the idea that friendship can be difficult AND worth it. ms twilight sparkle did so much for me and i owe her my life o7. in terms of minor characters, honestly, i am a HUGE thorax and stygian fan, but i think stygian is gonna have to take the cake here because i get more worked up about him in comment sections. styg is so important to equestrian history, he was literally the element of friendship before twilight, and yet he's only in two episodes and gets brushed over WHILE THE PILLARS GET TO BE IN MORE EPISODES. AAARGH. he's mistreated both in-universe AND out of universe. please free my boy! he's suffered enough!

the transformer i draw the most is EASILY starscream (i love his sassy little poses) and the pony i draw most is probably twilight, if i dont count OCs and ponyification designs. twilight is fun to draw and she holds a special place in my heart.

...I feel like the thing I get complimented on most is the colors, but tbh? i like how ..flexible? I am sometimes. like I feel pretty good saying I can switch up my style pretty drastically when I feel like it, which is a nice thing to be able to do. (I owe it to yrs of trying to imitate very specific anime styles LMAO)

i kind of want to say one from my ekleipsis illustration series just bc they are SO different from my regular cutesty style, it was FUN doing smth so out of my comfort zone!

24. How do you deal with artblock?

it Depends. the thing abt art block is that it happens for different reasons (at least in my case) and its easier to fix when i know WHY its happening. dont feel like working on a comm? thats a self-discipline issue, gotta prioritize it, its a job I am being paid for, so Gotta do those. (even if usually fun, art block has been known to happen w them before lol) not liking a drawing and getting frustrated so I dont wanna keep working on it? skill issue or lacking technical knowledge probably, time to dig for refs or do studies. bored of looking at the current drawing? well now the issue is I Need to figure out how to make it more interesting, or go work on smth else for a while. and honestly a lot of the time it personally helps me a lot to just...step away from art for a bit. maybe a few weeks or even months before...during that time I focus on other art forms (like, I'll not draw but write or craft or smth) OR just try to find new artists, and sit and analyze THEIR work. what do I like abt their styles? what makes it work? i find it helps me appreciate my own art more when I love other ppls, esp when I see speedpaints or smth and can appreciate their processes too ^_^ and having fresh eyes after a while of not drawing is...nice? refreshing...weirdly enough lol.

okami is still the gift that keeps on giving. when i last cleared the entire game i was like "ok this time for SURE i have seen the whole thing and all of its secrets" but no. in THIS playthrough ALONE, ive learned:

you can make friendly fire happen between two enemies; not ALL of them, but it works on imps at the very least

using trees in combat actually does damage some enemies a fair amount! i actually think it interrupts some attacks but i have to experiment more

using a cherry bomb on an npc outside of combat is EXTREMELY FUNNY, particularly on imps

ringing the epicurean bell BEFORE orochi's appetizer is ready spawns a blue scroll

someday i might make a video about 'okami secrets' but honestly idk how many of them are all that hard to figure out. because of how many times ive played this game idk what things are or arent considered obscure. anyway, here are some of my favs

if you power slash heaps of snow in kamui, youll sometimes get snow sculptures of certain characters

How The Sun And Moon Techniques Actually Work (this ones more of a theory, if u care to find out, it's below)

you can smear ink on enemies to get them to flail around and farm demon fangs off of them with the reflector sub-weapon counter

drawing a circle around npcs makes most of them run over to pet ammy

that previous thing notably does NOT work on waka , but it still consumes ink and plays the sound effect as though it DID work. i LOVE that because it implies to me that waka DOES feel a pull to go pet ammy like the rest of the npcs, but is capable of resisting it

you can't headbutt waka! he sorta shimmers and evades you and you can never hit him.

you can find the real raos skeleton in the tunnel that connects the palace in sei-an to ankoku shrine

theres SO MUCH specific dialogue that youd have to actively seek out in order to see. for instance, everyone in kamiki village has unique dialogue if you talk to them while susano is on your back instead of taking him directly to the rock at the village entrance

OH I JUST REMEMBERED; if you draw a circle around any of the wep'keer villagers, instead of running to pet you they will shift into their wolf forms.

okami good. and like...this game came out in 2006. could you fucking IMAGINE how much neat stuff could be possible if they made a Actual Sequel with modern game engines. capcom . im looming behind you capcom do you fucking hear me are you listening capcom im

ALSO theres a lot of stuff that had me wheezing in confused fear during my last full playthrough. a lot of it pertains to lechku & netchku and the events surrounding their fight. like i have reason to believe that the intro legend about shiranui and orochi is wrong, but im not gonna make a post about it until ive gone through and played the whole game again, paying particularly close attention to the past-kamiki and ezofuji segments

ok im elaborating on how the sun and moon techniques actually work, as i understand them

i was halfway through writing up a thing about how these techniques don't actually let you control the position of the sun and the moon, and instead just changes the time. but then i remembered that no actually thats not true, since a lot of puzzles require you to have the sun or moon shining on a specific thing !! so in that case YES you are changing the position of the sun/moon. also the mechanic is LITERALLY you drawing the sun and moon in the sky so what the hell was i even talking about.

yes, without a doubt, ammy can control the position of the damn sun or moon as she sees fit, which affects the amount of light on the planet and changes the "time" to "day" or "night". the reason time is in quotes there is because if you are UNIQUELY changing the position of the sun/moon, the flow of time would be unchanged. unless you are looking at a sundial, man-made clocks WOULD NOT change if the sun was suddenly in a different place.

BUT WAIT! if you go to sei-an city and stand somewhere so that you can see the clocktower, then use the sun/moon technique, the hands on the clocktower start to move REALLY FAST until they correspond to the time that reflects the technique you used. which means that ammy changing the position of the sun/moon DOES affect the literal flow of time*.

heres the (in-universe) theory part: i think that the sun/moon brush skills at their core are techniques that let ammy control the flow of time by using the place she draws them as a reference point. i think if she wanted to, she could kinda 'scrub' through time the same way you would for a recorded video, but drawing the sun and moon is just easier, faster, and more fun.

im doubling down on this idea because in the beginning of the game when you first get out of the tutorial zone and into kamiki, there's no sun, no stars, no moon, nothing. all of the villagers are statues. i think that orochi's revival caused time to stop, which would explain why drawing the sun is what fixed the problem. by drawing the sun, ammy re-established the flow of time and got it moving again. im willing to bet that the moon technique would have worked just as well, but at that point in the game you obviously dont have access to it

now that i think of it, there are a few more brush techniques that you could argue are time-based. im less confident about those , so i'll list them but refrain from elaborating for now because it would require me to double check some stuff and i dont want to do that right now. also id be here for HOURS. anyway , other than the mist technique, the ones that i think COULD have something to do with messing with time are rejuvination and bloom. *as a side note, im pretty sure when you change from night->day or day->night it moves time forward, but im not sure what it does when you use sun/moon techniques to "reset" the current part of the day.

for instance, when im running around an area looking for stray beads and treasure, theres lights that shine on the spots youre supposed to dig, but only at night. instead of waiting for daybreak , when i hear the owl noise that happens like halfway through the night, i use the moon technique to "reset" the night back to the start. i started doing this because when i was a kid i saw that when you change the time of day , the villagers go "?????" and i felt bad for confusing them. i digress.

i'd be curious to find out since the game keep tracks of how many "days" (day/night cycles) it takes you to complete the game. i want to know if "extending" the night/day moves the "clock" an entire day ahead, or if it moves it back to the start of that original day/night. i can't remember off the top of my head if the number of days affects your overall score for the entire game, but i imagine it doesnt (or if it does, not by much) because of how often you need to be using sun/moon tech to solve puzzles.

speaking of if u like instrumental stuff -> BUCKETHEAD. HIII. hes so funny i love him my fav album by him is colma my mom and dad used to play it in the car all the time and it still makes me cry. i wouldnt say his stuff is lifechanging but i use it for bg drawing noise all the time and its sweet stuff + hes really really fun to watch live and play. cool guy.

be your own pet is. well honestly im not relly sure what they are but they are fun ive only listened to their one album and it wasn't the best but it doesnt need to be. theyre so loud i need like ibuprofen if i ever listen to it full length again but the 2 songs by them i really really like are "stairway to heaven" (not a led zep cover) and "bog" (if my chem did a cover of this it would be unbelievably lifechanging).

Sk8ti theories!!

Spoilers for all the current episode of sk8 (up to episode 6)

- also sorry if this all over the place lmao

so i have many theories but i wanna talk about the one that im most leaning towards! so personally what i think is going to happen is that reki and langa are going to fall in love, they both fall in love with each other and i think there is going to be hinted canon romance??? i dunno they will DEFINITELY have a deeper bond than they currently are at. we can see that each episode they are getting closer and closer, langa is smiling more and they are starting to become more "touchy-feely" with each other (*coughs* the latest blessing of an episode we had, ep6, the beach episode <3). we can also see that they love each in the translation of the end credits the lines.  "i like what ive always liked", "lets keep feelings",  "lets keep your heart"  , "let's go together" ,"you are always in my heart" - (fuckin sobs kakjdsh). i see the end credits as a convo between langa and reki so these are things that *both* of them are saying. so, yes, i think it will be requited love....at first. (fuck here comes the angst)

time to talk about fucking ad*m,,,,so what i think is that adam is going to draw langa away from reki and sort of influence him into the world of reckless skating. langa is so drawn to adam that he starts to skate more dangerously and adapt the same ways of skating that adam does. becuase of his, he starts to drift away from reki. reki usually skates by the rules and doesnt cheat, or at least he doesnt go as far as adam does. reki is always ready to try new things but he defientley isnt as reckless as langa will end up being. reki will start to feel as though he is falling more and more behind langa until langai so caught up in reckless skating that he is just gone. reki realizes its too late and that langa is too far ahead he cant keep up (just like in the intro when reki falls and when langa doesnt turn around to look back at him and how langa dissapears). 

so, besides reki falling behind langa, how will this *directly* affect reki? well i defientley think that reki has some trauma surrounding adam considering how he fucking screamed langas name and had a nightmare about adam,,,like,,,,idk :( but continuing on, i think that langa is going to make a very dangerous bet, like a life threatning bet that impacts reki. and i think that langa *finally* realizes his mistakes when its too late. so, this is where my theory starts to go 2 ways. 

1) reki will,,,*takes a deep breath* dies. what if langa makes such a dangerous bet and adams influence is too much that he accidnetly kills reki? BUT tbh this is one of my theories that i dont actually lean a lot towards. the next one is what i actually think is more likely to happen based on the ending credits,

2) reki *will* get hurt, but emotionally not physically (or maybe physically but i dont think so). he will see that langa is never coming back to him (or at least he thinks that) and decides to just leave him. its at this time that langa realizes "fuck ive gone too far" but its too late too chase after reki because reki already tried chasing after him and langa just ignored him. reki and langa will then drift apart although as they spend time apart they realize how much they need and miss each. what gives me this impression is when the end credits say:

"we are grown up now, can be honest i will remember tightly tied shoe laces, lets make it , my favourite colour, its infinte, i like what ive always liked" this whole phrase reminds me of how anga talks about how he still thinks of the times when he and reki would skate *for fun* together, and not for the thrill/adrenaline rush.

"i like what ive always liked' implied hes always liked reki and despite drifting apart, he still does love him. his love for reki is infinite.(and rekis love for him is infinite)

"lets talk silly stories be with you forever i want to smile by your side" implied that langa (who i assume this verse is in the pov of) still wants to be with reki and regrets the choices hes made. "lets go together, go with you" he still wants to go with reki, he still wants to skate with him.

"even if tomorrow this world ends, i dont need anything special at the same pace as usual lets just be who we are. yes, "now" is so beautiful" so lets disect the first part of that, i think that by this langa or reki (i dont quite know who, i think langa tho) is thinking that all he wants is just go back to all the days (at the same pace as usual) and just go at the nice easy-going  pace they were at.

a very big indictor of langa realizing he sitll loves reki is the line "lets go togehter, go with you *not only in happy times*" i think that langa is saying that despite reki being upset and feeling behind, langa does in fact wish he had been by his side and he wants to be there for reki.

"at any time, be by your side", "lets go together", "as long as we have that feeling", "i am here by your side", "you are always in my heart" literally is so gay like guys cmon, langa deifnetley still loves him

so what happens next? langa now realizes he *does* love reki and that adam is a big piece of shit but reki is gone (reki still loves him and thinks about him tho: as seen in line “youre always in my heart” i believe this is said by both of them) 

so, in conclusion my favourite theory is that at the very end of sk8 reiki and langa will sort of have individual shots and then they will run into each other in the street, both carying skateboards. langa will reach out to reki to "catch him" or something idk SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN WITH HANDS AND WE WONT SEE FACES AT FIRST and then the shot is their faces and they look at each other and just smile! I THINK IT WOULD BE SUCH A GOOD ENDING AND I THINK IT WOULD FIT THE END SO WELL YA KNOW??? SO yeah!!!! thats my fav theory!! 

i do have one more i just wanted to touch up on tho :eyes:

HANDS!!! OMG HANDS R SO IMPORTNAT IN THIS SHOW MY GOSH. and as each episode goes on we can see they are getting closer and closer with their hands. it starts off ith taking off the water bottle, and bandaging each other hands, then the hand shake, the hand shake TO THE CHEST, and then as seen in episode 6, the hug, and finally langa reaching out to save reki and pulling him close. i have a feeling as the episodes go on they are gonna get more "touchy-feeling" and what if langa or reki like touches the others face or brushes hair out their face? like what if,,,,reki forgot his headband or cant find it and he leands over to fix his skateboard or something and langa just brushes the hair out of his eyes? or what if one of them puts their hand on each others cheeks and kisses them? IDK GUYS I HAVE A STRONG FEELING WE ARE GONNA GET A BIT OF ROMANCE- But uh yeah

I have a tone of angsty theories involving adam but i deinfetley think we are going to get a bittersweet ending,,,,

fd1::

billy: baby boy! def his first s/o and is completely in the dark to the whole thing. he would learn really fast and overall be a really good partner. he plays hockey (the jersey he’s wearing at the beginning has his canon last name on it so hear me out) and would def get his s/o front row seats to all his games. would give them his jerseys because they’ll most likely be huge on you (‘i’m not sma- HE WOULD TELL HIS COUCH TO BY HIM AN EXTRA THATS BIGGER SO IT WOULD BE DONT YOU WORRY).

tod: nerd. would def be down to cosplay with his s/o if they were into it and the very least go to conventions with them. you’re probably gonna be besties with alex because this man is clingy and wants his too fav alive people to get along. would love to play video games, watch horror movies, the whole shabang. him and randy meeks would be besties same type of energy except randy has slightly better social skills.

terry: regina george who? would def be conscious dating someone at first who didn’t fit her picture perfect image. quickly gets over that real quick and becomes super clingy and flaunts you everywhere. pda? %100. she loves holding hands and overall touching you in a non sexual sense. would be the cutest couple in school. (i love to imagine her with someone who dresses like they’re from the craft because i’m a sucker for opposites attract)

alex: bro biggest softy. would want to walk you home from school, help you with homework even if you don’t take they same classes, hold your stuff for you, etc. big on just long walks with just you, him, and his dog because who doesn’t love dogs? he has a nice house and most of the time you’ll lay on his bed while he’s at his computer looking up stuff to prove tod wrong even though the thing happened at lunch and damn it come over here and cuddle. would give in pretty quick.

clear: where do i BEGIN. makes sculptures of you! i can defiantly imagine she likes drawing and has tons of sketchbooks dedicated to you! would sob if you ever drew her though. she would make you playlists and love just laying together and sharing earbuds while listening to music. would share her books with you because she defiantly annotates all of them with great commentary and loves when you return them with even more.

carter: car rides. he sings in the car when he gets really comfortable and it’s l o u d. like full on drumming the steering wheel and singing his heart out. he defiantly loves hanging out in his car. like you’ll be eating the mcdonald’s french fries and milkshake he got you and he’ll be ranting like he’s about to start the next world war with the guy who bumped him in the hallway that day. making out in his car is a must. he would defiantly be nicer after getting with you after he realizes how much easier things are when you’re not a bag of shit probably made him apologize to alex and i can see him going to your house later and asking if you’re a witch because what the fuck just happened.

fd3:

wendy: photos! so many photos! you’re defiantly the main subject of her hobby. she has them everywhere, phonecase, locker, binders, her bedroom. probably has one on her beside table so she sees it right before bed and first thing the morning. would love to go on arcade dates with you. amusement parks are iffy but loves playing dance dance revolution with you.

kevin: gentleman. walks you to the front door, talks to your parents when he picks you up/drops you off, always home for curfew. the whole deal. he’s another sports dude so he would really happy if you willingly went to his games. he would def try to show off if he saw you in the bleachers. study buddies for sure, with you and sports school sometimes gets thrown on the back burner but you help keep him on track.

erin: alt mean girl so pretty. would sneak you into work after hours so you can just hang around and talk. doesnt care about school or anything involved with it but if you’re in clubs or anything she will 100% support it. ex. you act in the school play? she’s their in the front row with flowers ready to lunch whoever says you aren’t amazing. overall pretty great gf as long as you guys can communicate

ian: toxic emo boy. would also sneak you into work it to make out not to hang. he loves sneaking into your house (even more than sneaking you out) and walking around before you drag him to your room to try to kick him out. he doesn’t make a good impression on the parents and really tried to play into the whole ‘bad boy’ person really hard even if it means being a dick to you. erin and ian are besties here if one is dating you (and not poly) so they care a lot about you liking the other. ian gets a lot more jealous and would be pissed if you and erin became besties. that’s my s/o and my best friend they can’t be best friends! like sir explain that logic.

ashley/ashlyn: they’re pretty much the same person and dating them would be the same so they’re getting combined, my bad. would do your makeup. no questions asked. even if you don’t go out in it her fav activity is too have some random movie on in the background and do your makeup while y’all fill up on slushees and popcorn. also big into pta. mostly linking arms, especially when you guys go shopping because that’s going to be happening a lot. you’re going to want to invest in a good pair a sneakers. also sitting in the room while they tan and just talking if you don’t do it.

lewis: wants you to be his football trophy s/o. he already knows he’s gonna make it big and hey, i want my favorite person by my side while i do it! i know it’s repetitive but he would have you sitting on the bench with the rest of the players during the game. not sure how he got that to happen but here we are. he’s obviously not on the neck much if ever but it makes him really happy to see you sitting their :)))
