imagine if the ghosts realise they have had the power to move on this whole time if they have the will to, but because they all died so young and had things holding them back in life, they’ve all been holding on. The ending of season 5 (technically the ending of the main show) establishes the love & family dynamic, yes, but it also shows how all of the ghosts have lived their afterlives vicariously through Alison. To the point where they’ve had a second chance at life, which is really beautiful.

And I really think Robin would like to move after all this time, so maybe starting the conversation about it up again, he’ll realise that he can move on when he’s ready. And I guess there’s comedic potential where there’s a gentle, heart wrenching ‘oh could’ve done this agesss ago’

i love headcanons and fanon so much. even the ones i don't personally enjoy are so full of passion and love and care for the characters involved and are catering to such specific wishful and relatable fantasies and needs. no tv show could ever compete with the Highly Personalized Optimized Version that lives in the minds of each and every individual. the art of imagining and telling stories is forever, it never stops at a final product, but will always continue in the endless potential it brings forth in the unique subset of each and every individual watching it. this should be celebrated. you are all so beautiful to me.
