Rhea Stella Pitt (born January 22nd, 2000) is an American actress and social media influencer. The daughter of Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt, she began acting at an early age with the role of Emma Geller in 'Friends'. Her first major film role came in the 2017 DCEU thriller 'Justice League'.

Pitt rose to international fame in late 2019, when she gained a large following on TikTok. Early Life:

Pitt was born January 22nd, 2000, in Los Angeles California to actors Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt. Her ancestry is primarily Greek and English. Rhea Pitt began her acting career at just 6 months old, playing Emma Geller in the hit sitcom 'Friends', the same show that sky-rocketed her mother to stardom. She played Emma until the show ended in 2004.

Pitt's second role was as Casey Mathis in her mothers movie, 'We're The Millers'. While another actor, Emma Roberts, was originally cast as Casey, Roberts dropped out due to unknown reasons, and Aniston suggested Rhea for the role after learning go the characters age change, from 20 to 14. In March of 2019, the College Admissions Scandal came to light, and Pitt, as well as her parents were accused of participating.

Elizabeth Potter-Moonlight and her family visit Aubrey and her family alot so Kamiko grow up along side Chloe dispite being 2 years apart of age they still become friends, France is also were Kamiko meet a guy she feel in love with who is the same age as her Felix Culpa the son of Amelia and Francis Culpa who are pureblood Wizardling family.  They were both about 6 years old when they meet and stay in contact with one another even though they lived in different country from one another, Felix Culpa lives in England while visiting their relatives in Paris.

Their daughter Kamiko adores Felix even if he dosen’t show alot of Emotion on his face tge only one who manged it beside his parents is Kamiko herself so they knows that Felix also care about their daughter.

Amelia and Francis Culpa enroled  Felix Culpa in Mahoutokoro School of Magic in Japan.

Felix and Kamiko already meet the host Club they think that Tamaki Suoh to be to much for their taste but they get along with them all well enough.

The Potter family are involved in Resturant chains all over the world, Resurts, Hotels, Land mine, Scupting & Winery. While the Moonlight family are involved in Modeling and Fashion.

The Potters and Black family visit  the magical Encloved after the war with the Dark Lord is truely finish.

 The Ryuzaki family are involved in Food produce, Life Stock and Painting. While the Black family are all involved in Business and High Tect.

While the Culpa family are involved in Fashion, Acting, and movies.

When the Potters and the Black family arrived at England they went to the Potter Manor which has been close for about 19 years since James Potter Left the country.

 The house elf took care of everything, while they all took a look around England’s magical Encloved since today us the 2nd Celebration of the defeat ofbthe Dark Lord Voldemort . England  change a bit but not muh it’s still to far behind the Japanese encloved or American Encloved.

   Unknown to the two family that an aged Lily evans (She dosen’t even look around her age 43 more like she alreay look like she is in her 70′s) saw them in Diagon Alley, and She would recognize her ex-husband James Potter right away and it would seem that he re-married and now have a 17 years old daughter and Even Sirius Black is now married and have a daughter of his own.

Unlike Both Sirius and James who age well, but  everyone who fought in the war wasn’t so lucky. I now look beyound my age looking like I’m in my late 70’s instead of being 43 years old.

 And my son Harry Evans who recently married the only daughter of the Weasley now has grey hair even though he is only 19 years old he already look like he is in his late 30′s. The same could be said with his two friends Ron Weasley and Hermonie Granger I regret sleeping with Alexsander Smith a squibe of the smith line but the one thing I don’t regret is my son Harry, I just wish he was James’s son instead then I would still be married to him. Even though I am now married to mynold friend Severous Snape, I am still in love with my first husband James. Maybe if Harry was born as the son of James I wouldn’t be watch him from a far as he interact with his new wife who is currently pregnant.

  The Potters and Black family return to Japan, since School break will be ending soon and I heard that a commoner gotten in Ouran High School.

Mitsukuni and his cousin Takashi also just got back from their trip to Swizerland.

I heard from Diana that the new commoner boy became a member of the Host Club the club which Hani and Mori are a member. Diana haven’t really meet Haruhi Fujioka in person  before, until Diana drag Kamiko to Ouran High School after school to tye Host club to meet this commoner boy.

Diana’s friend from Ouran High School, Kanako Kasugazaki said that when she was still a guest in the host club, she meet him and even taught him how to waltz.

“Hey, Kyoya-sempai who are they?” Haruhi ask.

“Hm... oh those two, well the girl with the Blue-ish black hair is Kamiko-sempai she dosen’t really go to our school, she mostly got drag here again by Diana-sempai the brown hair next to her talk to mori-sempai and Hani-sempai. Diana-sempai is Mori-sempai’s fiancee so we see her from time to time” Kyoya said.

“Ah..” Haruhi said.

When Diana and Kamiko suddenly appear infront of Haruhi, without any warning.

“Hmm... You must be Haruhi Fujioka” Diana said.

“Ah.. yes” Haruhi said.

 “hmm.. we pictured you alot manlyer” Kamiko said.

“Yeah, and if we don’t know any better we’ll say your actually a girl” Diana said.

“Ha...Ha...Ha...You guys must be imaging it, Diana-sempai” Tamaki said with a nervous laugh.

“Yeah, Haruhi is a manly man” Kaoru and Hikaru said at the same time.

“We’re getting a feeling that your hidding something from us” Diana said.

“Wait...now that I really took a closrr look at Haruhi. Your not a man, your a woman” Kamiko said.

“Don’t be silly Kamiko-sempai Haruhi is a man” Tamaki said nervously .

“Tamaki do you think I’m a fool that I can’t tell a man or wownan even when their cross dress who do you think I am” Kamiko said.

 "What are you doing as a member of the Host Club then?” Diana ask.

They both discover why Haruhi is part of the Host Club, she’s their to pay the debt she own the Host club, when she sccidently broke a base that coset ¥ 800,000.

2 months later...

Felix Culpa and Kamiko Potter-Moonlight both Graduate Mahoutokoro School of Magic. And Takashi Morinozuka and Mitsukuni Haninozukavalong with Diana Ryuzaki-Black are also graduating Ouran High school the three of them are planning to attending College in  Boston while Felix and Kamiko are planning to attend College in Paris this would be the first time Kamiko and Disna would be country apart. Since they been together since they were babies. And the Moonlight and Potter family are moving to Paris to expan their company. And the Culpa are also moving to Paris as well. 

Both Felix Culpa and Kamiko Potter- Moonlight attending their college year in Roseheart Academy, in the other side of Paris where Chloe attend school.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng doseb’t believe she catch up to be a Hero so she gave up the Ladybug Earring after the stone Heart and the Guardian was force to give to find another Ladybug before another get Akumatist especially when Cat Noir also gaved up his ring so he need to find hero luckly, luck seems to be on his side that day since he meet two teen who are perfect for Ladybug earring and the Black cat ring, and the two of them also happen to be souls of creation the true holder of Tikki and plagg.

3 years later...

 It’s been 2 years since Lila Rossi came back to paris and turn all my friends against me, I am basicly outcast the rest of the class at the back of the room with Chloe indoing so the two of us become best friends and I even meet her older cousin Kamiko Potter-Moonlight we look alike that anyone could mistake us to be cousin or sisters instead of Chloe’s and I even meet her boyfriend Felix Culpa who happen to be the older cousin of Adrien who has more of a backbone than Adrien himself while they look simliar in appearance but their personality is nothing alike what so ever. While Felix is strong and independant, Adrien on the other hand is weak, and dependant of others.

We even meet their 3 friends who remind me of so much of my old friends, but they are alot more Loyal than my old friends ever did so I end up befriending them.

Allegra remind me so much of my former bestfriend Alya but at the same time different. She even have a ladybug blog more famous than Alya since she got  her ow blog Lady Noir being Endorse by both Ladybug and Cat Noir personally. Which Alya dosen’t so it’s no suprise that Allegra’s blog is more Famous

Then is Claude and Allen, Claude personally remind me so much of Nino as well he even love music.

    Kamiko help me get an intern in her family fashion company the Moonlight Frashion line which rivals that rivals that of the Styles Queen, Aubrey Bourgeois.

Kamiko and Felix three friends are also their super hero allies Allegra happens to be Honey bee.

Claude is also happen to be turle miraculous holder Snapper.

 Then finally their Allen he happen to be fox miraculous, Artic Fox.

 Each of them discover each other’s identity.

1 year later...

    On June 5, 2004

Felix Culpa and Kamiko Potter-Moonlight are now 21 years old and graduating Roseheart Academy and their superhero self also manged to take back the Butterfly and the peacock Miraculous it was discover that Hawkmon is Gabriel Agrest and partner Mayura is his assistant Nathalie Sancoeur, they were catch by the police and taken to jail, while Hawkmon's son Adrien Agrest is taken custody by his Aunt Amelia Culpa until he graduate college 2 years from now.

With the Arrest of Gabriel Agrest, Lila Rossi's tower of lies are expose to all her classmate they were furious to be made a fool of for 2 years and 1/2 , and  by then Marinette Dupain- Cheng already cut herself lose from the rest of her former friends even if they apologize they can never make things right with marinette they bullied and even going in saying to Jump the Eiffel tower of Paris and died. The only friends she now have in her class is her two bestfriend Chole Bourgeois and Kagami Tsurugi.

Alya and the others are trying to make up to Marinette but she is avoiding them.

Felix Culpa and Kamiko Potter-Moonlight are getting married to japan in 3 months and Chole and her two friends Marinette and Kagami are invited for the wedding, along with their family.

3 months later...

  On September 5, 2004

Adrien Agrest is attending his older cousin, Felix Culpa's wedding with the love of his life Kamiko Potter-Moonlight an old friend of theirs who also happen to be the older cousin of Chloe Bourgeois. Marinette and Kagami are also in the wedding along with their family.

By the next school year Chole and Marinette along with Kagami transfer School to Roseheart Academy which will bring out their full potentional than College Francoise Dupont, which Chole's mother Audrey Bourgeois agreed that their old school didn't have the ablility to bring out their full potentional.

Diana Ryuzaki-Black and Takashi Morinozuka is finally getting married at the age of 22 years old on May 30, 2005.

By then Hikaru Hitachiin is already dating Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Kagami end up having a relationship with Mitsukuni Morinozuka, for 1 and 1/2 year now.

Another 1 year... 

Chloe Bourgeois, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Kagami Tsurugi finally graduate college at the same time as the Hitachiin twins and Haruhi Fujioka.

It wasn't long after graduating did Marinette & Hikaru, Mitsukuni & Kagami gotten married .

It wasn't long before Kaoru Hitachiin end up marring Chloe Bourgeois.

Kamiko Moonlight-Culpa, Marinette Hitachiin, Chloe Hitachiin and Kagami Haninozuka Morinozuka fell pregnant with their first child and they were all excited for the future addition of their family.

Chloe Hitachiin nee Bourgeois gaved birth to a daughter that has blonde hair and blue eyes like her own mother she was given the name Minako Rose Hitachiin.

On August 6, 2007

Marinette Hitachiin gaved birth to a daughter who has redish brown hair and blue eyes, her name is Makato Mei Hitachiin the first daughter of Hikaru Hitachiin.

On August 20, 2007

Kagami gaved birth to a daughter name Hotaru Reina Haninozuka she look like kagami herself.

Then a week and 3 days

On August 31, 2007

Kamiko Moon-Culpa gaved birth to a daughter as well by the name of Serenity Ryoko Moonlight-Culpa.

As the years pass by Minako Hitachiin, Makoto "Lita" Hitachiin, Serenity Moonlight-Culpa, and Hotaru Haninozuka have become great friends by the time they were two years old  they gained a little brother. Marinette Hitachiin give birth to Jason Xavier Hitachiin the Heir of the Hitachiin. Then their's Nathan James Moonlight-Culpa the heir to the Culpa family.

Lita, Minako, Hotaru and Serenity are now 14 years old and the memories of their past lives has return to them. Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury are awake and active in Juuban and Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus is also active, Sailor Pluto most likely awaken them to help Sailor Mars and Mercury defeat Queen beryl of the Negaverse.

Life as I know it

Well, I come from a small college town in the Midwest of the USA. Home of many great thinkers and doers, to say the least. My first steps into life were brutal, my father lost our housing, and my mother was the only one working for as long as I recalled.

We drifted while I was an infant, for the first year of my life. We toured with the Grateful Dead, sometimes I have dreams about Garcia. The Tour of ’89, across the states. Years after the experiences I had all kinds of dreams, once life was less chaotic. Mother knows some of them really happened.

In ’91 my brother entered the picture, and sometime after we had an A-frame in the woods. I remember the woods always felt so magical, I was never afraid of them. I felt I belonged to them. Father seemed to always nap while mother worked, and he did not feed us until she came home. I would eat worms or sneak butter to try to keep my brother and I from going hungry.

Earth worms aren’t that bad, never chewed them, always swallowed them whole. Last time I had one I think I was 9 or so years old. Father used to abuse us, as I learned later, in more than just physical ways. It was often going from extreme emotions to the other, and I can’t recall every memory. The ones I do know aren’t the best to reminisce on. Though I have a few from then I treasure. Like the time I fell so hard in love with the neighbor girl, I told my cousin I was going to marry her when I was a full hand (5 years old).

She was beautiful, I used to play her music on my guitar, or run off around the neighborhood with her. One time we snuck into a horse field to try to talk to the horses. When we realized they did not speak with us, we were stuck, I felt foolish, but it did not matter, I was holding her hand.

My brother had a worse time with things. He was younger and had terrible luck with the woods. One time I was thinking we were warriors and needed to battle wasps. So, I talked him into fighting them with me. We threw rocks at a nest, he got stung a few times. Suppose it was stupid, but I was having fun for the time.

 That’s how things went. I grew up wanting more of nature, and my brother wanting less of it. My girlfriend moved away and so did we. After the A-frame we lived in her basement on a sub-lease, and then off to apartments. First thing I tried doing was walking around naked like I used to in the woods. Had to learn the rules the hard way.

Used to get in trouble in school, and well, felt like no one was teaching me the rules. I was just expected to know them or something. Heck, first grade was spent in in school detention, without a teacher, doing all assignments for the year on my own. That year was awful.

Therapy did little to help. I was too young to know what was wrong with me anyways. I felt I was evil, and all I needed to do was accept what came my way.

It wasn’t until third grade I was diagnosed ADHD, but the meds just gave me tunnel vision and I don’t feel they helped me focus. Sometimes I would hear a crowd talking when no one was. Other times I would think people were talking about me when passing them by.

By the sixth grade I was moved up a grade in math and learned Boolean algebra. Taught myself Qbasic and started programming music apps, little trivia games and some basic text adventures. I remember one time I wanted to make my own operating system mockup. Back then, there weren’t tutorials. Google barely had relevant results, and YouTube wasn’t around, or heard of for me. Around the same time, I taught myself HTML with a manual from a friend. And then went and taught children at the Middle Way shelter.

By high school I started smoking weed, quit my medication, and was playing and composing for violin. I taught myself to read and write sheet music from a Beatle’s Anthology piano book. Middle school did not teach me that, everyone said they had private lessons for it. Took me about half a year before I stopped writing the names of the notes above the manuscript.

I graduated with a crap diploma, some blue core crap the Bush administration made up for no child left behind. Yeah, I had a few honors and advanced placement courses, but I never read the books in English, and never showed my work in math.

After high school I went off to work in Denali, Alaska. Washed buses, climbed mountains, and lost myself to some ladies. One I somehow managed to become friends with and stay in contact all these years.

I was 19, and well, I still managed to eat mushrooms, smoke weed, and drink wild turkey that summer. In fact, one night I was with a lady, reading the epic of Gilgamesh, on mushrooms. That was the night I decided I wanted to be a writer. I read one more work from sacred texts, the Romance of Antar. I wrote my first work of fiction as an adult under the pen name, Leon Sandcastle, with the tile, Epic of Aphromann. My friend was really captivated by the writing, as she put it. I wrote it on a free writing app trial, Zoho Writer. The files are lost officially, I’ve since tried contacting admin about getting the copy, but I couldn’t remember the email (plus the email is gone now) or the password. The printout I had I threw away when I moved back into my mother’s. I just felt then it was terrible because well, one reason. I had written the work and dedicated it to my brother, but he felt it wasn’t him in the story. I felt I had done my brother wrong.

College was a mixed bag. I really did not know for certain what I wanted to be. I had no job offers on any of my hobbies, and my only work experience was mostly manual/menial labor, what with fast food, construction, Denali, and some landscaping. I chose to pursue them all. Liberal arts, science, math, English, and more science.

I was working on contract for the Department of Natural Resources, on some youth program from the governor. Work, study. Over and Over.

I had to save up for a replacement violin. After I returned from Denali, my brother became extremely sick, he burned my violin and my mother had him committed. It was awful to feel and see him go through. His diagnosis changed so many times. His story got better.

Friend found a local luthier from the university program, when I played it, I felt I was amidst the ferns and pines and all the wonders of nature. He had named it Khimaera (not sure on spelling). I bought it on contract with a monthly rate based on my term with the DNR. By the end of the summer, I owned the violin.

I met a woman that year, showed her my family’s farm up north. Went to a talk at the university with her. The last time we were together, she took my hand, held it to her heart, and asked me to marry her. And I told her no.

There was a lot on my plate sophomore year, as to why I told her no. I had began having visions in my sleep, or so it felt. I would dream and see my dream in the headlines of the morning news. I’ve since googled some of them to realize it could not have been true. However, I dreamt my grand uncle Brokenfeather would die of cancer and the Mississippi river would flood. I dreamt my friend from Alaska lost her father after his voice went horse. I dreamt I met a woman in the desert and changed her life.

I still morn the passing of my grand uncle. And days after I emailed my friend about the dream, she sent me word he had cancer and his voice was horse.

The woman I met in the desert was a meth addict who for some reason believed I was Jesus Christ, and we were married. I told her some things, and last, I know of her, she called me to thank her. That I had in fact changed her life. She got off the streets and got clean.

I used to write Obama, and the MI-6, I even wrote Stephen Hawkings about some things that were later televised in his words.

I would be sitting there, seeing people talking and hearing their words, and if I followed up on the conversations, people would ask what I was talking about, that they weren’t speaking.

I was homeless from 2010-2013. Officially receiving permanent housing out in California, in 2013.

I moved back to my mothers after a long drawn out claim for disability was awarded. I now own two violins, classical guitar, electric guitar, wooden Cherokee flute, a ukulele, midi keyboard. Took on some more hobbies along the way. On contract to compose full orchestrations for a client making a video game.

My success? While I was homeless I did not pursue drugs or alcohol, it felt almost more a prolonged camping venture, fraught with me becoming a victim to theft at the end. If there’s one thing I can say, is that California is the worse place on earth.

 Naturally I’ve not included every single event. But this should give you the gist. My official diagnosis is Schizoeffective Depressive. No I’m not two people, that’s a different type, (schizotypal).

Shawn’s Story*

Shawn’s fable unfolds along the banks of the rivers that authors, Langston Hughes and James Joyce traveled. Also, here to be found is the River Delaware as it flows through Philadelphia and environs. Among other themes, this is a tale of incarceration and deportation. Waiting at the story’s edges, readers will notice that we also meet with a lot of homework,  –and a very discerning librarian.

The Letter

Hi Pops, thanks for your letter. Too bad, the prison blocked a lotta words out. What I got was that you’re getting to go out with work crews to pick up trash on the highways. It must be weird being chained together like that and having guards with shotguns and such watch over you guys  while you’re just basically cleaning the roadside. I really like the part where you said that you all go up to the highway right next to the river and that you always take a minute from sweepin or whatever  to look out over the riverwaves and see the sun reflect on the swelling banks and feel the breeze. So, that was a really good idea where you said if after work some day I walk to the far end of the Wal-Mart parking lot on Delaware Avenue where it comes up on the river that I’ll be looking out over the same Delaware River as you seen earlier, and I’ll be seeing the same waves, and the same currents, and the same mists and breezes playing off the wave- tops, hearin the same sounds and tasting that little bit of sea salt that the river has from its trip out to the ocean. Imma do it. I miss you, Pops. If I go down that parking lot where it looks across to  Camden on the opposite bank on the same day maybe when y’all been out on the highway cleanup crew in your orange prison suits, I’ll be able to catch up with your spirit, at least. And, I’ll say all the stuff you used to listen to me carrying on about. How muad I get at everything and how sad and sorry I feel about other stuff. Remember? I ain’t seen Mom or Dad at all for a long time. But Aunt Helen came down from the convent last week and helped me clean the place. So, we scoured the joint from “stem to stern” just like you always used to say. “FROM STEM TO STERN.” I kept repeating that and then Aunt Helen and me was laughing about the way you used to say it and about how you talk and your Irish accent, “From Stem To Stern,” like a pirate or something. Haha. Don’t get mad. I miss you. Pops. Love You. Shawn.

Saturday Morning: The Library

Shawn:  Did you see a piece of paper with writing on it? … like a letter?

Librarian: (Curtly, not looking up from her desk.) No.

Shawn: I was in here after work last night trynna do my homework, and wrote the letter, and now I can’t find it.

Librarian:  (Still not looking up.) Why don’t you check around the table where you always work.

Shawn:  Where’s the maps of Ireland. They say my grandfather might have to go back there even though he doesn’t want to.

Librarian: (Still looking down. Staccato.) Geography. Under Great Britain.

Shawn: (With an angry edge.) It’s not in Britain.

Librarian: (Looking up.) Yes, It is. Aisle 4, Shelves 10 through 17. Clearly labeled Great Britain including Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Shawn: (Pointing to the green tattoo on his forearm) Just remember, 26 Plus 6 equals ONE.

Librarian: (Loudly, Pointing Finger at Shawn.) Quiet.

Shawn: (Louder.) No!

Franklinville High School

I had already found the letter on the floor in the back of the classroom while grading papers and cleaning the room on Friday evening. That’s when I read the letter and realized that Shawn must have dropped it that day during class. Shawn was new in our school. His body language was terse. He seemed beaten and bent inward. He refused to make eye contact. He never talked in class. When I asked him why he slept on his desk everyday, he said that he worked most nights and that he was exhausted all day. That’s all I knew about Shawn. But then, I looked at the address on his file and recognized that the neighborhood where Shawn lived was near the  block where my grandfather owned a bar many decades ago. Jimmy’s Pub opened at 7 in the morning for guys coming off the night shift at the Stetson factory and for other graveyard workers. And some 7 a.m. drinkers were guys on their way out to jobs they hated in center city offices and, then, there were the guys who had been out all night drinking and wanted one last shot before they did their daily perish. Cousins right off the boat from Ireland lived above the bar. I worked there while I was going to college. It was a hole of a place where I learned the codes of the Belfast streets thousands of miles away, streets that I’d never actually seen. I could imagine Shawn’s grandfather, his aunt and the way that prison must have  shaken them up and spit them out emotional wrecks fractured by fear, frustration and anger, fractured people living fractured lives.

Over the weekend, I read the letter over and over and wondered how Shawn would feel about my seeing his message to his grandfather. I put it in an envelope and wrote a simple note, “Found on Floor of Classroom” and, then, I noticed that I had planned for our class had to read Modern writers like Langston Hughes and James Joyce. So, I decided to begin on Monday with with a meditation. I planned for us to read the Langston Hughes poem that begins, “I’ve Known Rivers.”

Before class, when I gave the envelope to Shawn, he tore it open and sat down immediately in one of the desks at the front, disclosing the letter’s folds and smoothing out the page while he read it, running his fingers along each line as he read. Class started and he looked at me and I smiled at him hoping to silently say, “yes,” with the smile, yes, I read the letter. Shawn hesitated, looked down, then looked up again and smiled back, nodding. Then, I handed out a worksheet asking the entire class to meditate on the lines that Langston Hughes wrote as a young poet, traveling along the Mississippi River in a train headed South:

“I’ve known rivers ancient as the world and older than the

flow of human blood in human veins.

My soul has grown deep like the rivers.”

I played the music that the jazz musician, Gary Bartz composed to accompany the Hughes poem. I asked just one question beneath the poem’s lines.

“As you read, how do you connect the poet’s rivers to his soul?”

After class:

Shawn:  Mister, thanks for finding the letter.

Me:  I felt lucky to read it, Shawn.

Shawn: I’m not sending it cuz I just learned that my granda is going to the prison’s hospice which means that he’s very sick.

Me: (Pausing, lump in throat.) He must be very proud of you. I think you should send it to him or give it to him when you visit.

Shawn: I ain’t got the time or the money.

Me: Still, he must be proud of you.

Shawn: I don’t know if they’re gonna send him back to Ireland or keep him here cuz he’s so sick. My aunt told me about this hospice thing on Friday night when she visited from the convent in Allentown where she works.

Me: The worst part must be not knowing what’s gong to happen, right?

Shawn: (Crying, as he looked away as if he were seeing the far shore of a river through his tears, and quoting the poem.) And My soul has grown deep like the rivers.

Me: It’s quite a poem, Shawn.

Shawn: I’ll think about it at work. It’s really good.

Me: Don’t forget your homework. (Smiling, ironically).

Shawn: I never forget my homework.  (Smiling back, ironically).

Translate the following passage from James Joyce’s Finnegans Wake into your own words. Remember that this excerpt is taken from the end of Anna Livia Plurabelle’s section of Joyce’s novel. Hint: The River Liffey is the scene of this passage, all of which occurs not during the day but at night deep in the language of a very long dream about all rivers.

Monday Evening: The Library

Shawn: Do you wanna hear my homework?

Librarian: I’m busy. Don’t you work today?

Shawn: I skipped work to do my homework first then walk up to the Wal-Mart parking lot to be on the river for a minute.

Librarian: (Smiling). Aren’t you very organized, Shawn?

Shawn: This guy from Dublin’s book is all rivers. You wanna hear my translation of his story about rivers?

Librarian: Yes. But quietly.

Shawn: I’ll whisper it. It’s even better that way.

Librarian: You are a very strange young man. Have you been told this?

Shawn:   (whispering)

I can barely hear you with the waters of the river.

The waters chitter. The bats flitter.

Are you not going home alone?

Think of the waters of the River Liffey in Dublin?

Think of the waters of Lough Neagh near Belfast?

I feel as old as that Elm Tree over there.

This is Shawn’s story. This is Seamus’s story.

Shawn: (Nodding. Smiling. Agitated). And now I have to get over to the Wal-Mart parking lot to listen to see the river and tell it what I can hear and telepath it all to my granda who’s up north waiting for the words to echo their way up and back to him.

Librarian: You seem relieved.

Shawn: Of course, it’s sad but I have to say good bye.

 The guest register from the Dec. 24, 1981 viewing of newly-slain Rhonda Hinson—furnished by Kirksey’s Funeral Home—reads like a Who’s Who compendium of her family, friends, acquaintances, and a few law officers.  

Some of the names—37 and a half years later—have been altered through matrimonial contract and appear in other installments of the story:

Robert K. Round [who visited the Hinsons later on December 23rd at Charles McDowell’s request]; Rev. and Mrs. Charles McDowell; Jill Turner [Mull]; Mark Turner; Greg McDowell and Sister Charlene Clements [ for a second time]; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Turner [Mark’s parents]; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Glazebrooks [Neighbor who saw Rhonda walking to I-40 the morning before she was killed]; and a number of Rhonda’s “Price” cousins—from either North or South Carolina.

Sixteen signatures separate those of Greg McDowell—the second time he signed the register—and high school classmate and subsequent pallbearer, Ron Lail.  And over 37-years later, Mr. Lail remembered a brief encounter between him and his classmate, Greg McDowell, on the campus of North Carolina State University during the Fall, 1981—not too long before the killing of Rhonda Hinson.

“I saw Greg one day while I was walking across campus.  He was walking toward me.  There was a young woman walking beside him as he approached me. At first, I thought that maybe the two were walking together; but, as he got closer to me, the girl walked on ahead. Greg stopped to talk to me.  It wasn’t a very long conversation — 35 or 40 seconds.  I asked him how things were going, and then asked how Rhonda was doing.  I knew they had been dating each other for some time. He said, ‘I am actually seeing someone else.’  Well that statement surprised me; but, I didn’t ask what he meant by it, of course. I thought maybe they had had an argument and a breakup.  To tell you the truth, I can only recall seeing Greg a couple of times while at State; and, I can’t say for sure he was walking with that young woman I saw; but, I will never forget what he told me that day when I asked him about Rhonda.”

The ostensible dubious status of his relationship with Rhonda notwithstanding, Greg McDowell was approached by law enforcement and polygraphed within a week of his girlfriend’s murder.  In a couple recorded conversations, Father Charles McDowell recounted details of the first and subsequent polygraphs administered to his son:

“…Greg volunteered to take the polygraph because he wanted to get it out of the way.  Then they said it might not have been valid, because he could have been on drugs…or could beat it.”

Mr. McDowell was accurate in his statement.  According to a couple case file notes, the first polygraph administered to his son rendered an “inconclusive result” — indicating that there was not sufficient data to ascertain whether the examinee was being truthful or deceptive.  

An article published on the Public Agency Training Council (PATC), cites some factors contributing to an “inconclusive” result — included are…“improper question formulation based on bad case facts. The lack of fear by the examinee of getting caught in a lie is sometimes a reason for this result. The issue of little or no consequences is another contributing factor.”

Investigators blamed the Hinsons.  “They told us that our insistence that a polygraph be administered to Greg immediately was the cause of the ‘inconclusive” result,’ Judy and Bobby Hinson recalled during a face-to-face interview this past weekend. “During the week following Rhonda’s death, we were just trying to cope with our loss — we weren’t thinking of anything else and certainly didn’t talk to anyone in law enforcement about administering a lie-detector test to Greg.”

The PATC article also avers that an “inconclusive” opinion is generally rendered in about 6 percent to 10 percent of cases, usually requiring a second test.

In his daily recapitulative notes, Detective James “Flash” Pruett wrote that, “Greg failed the polygraph the first time….”  Regardless of the “inconclusive” or “failed” result of the first, a second polygraph was planned.  

Reverend McDowell voiced his opposition to another test in a June 28, 1982 interview with SBI Special Agent John Suttle and Detective Steve Whisenant of the Burke County Sheriff’s Office at his residence.  Both officers went to talk with McDowell “…concerning the possibilities of his taking a polygraph test to corroborate his son’s statement and to corroborate also his statement.  Mr. McDowell indicated that due to his being a preacher and that his wife and his word about his son’s whereabouts at the time of the murder should be sufficient…He would not take a polygraph test nor would he agree to go along with letting his son be re-examined on a polygraph…,” the summary read.  

Over the objection of his father, Greg McDowell was approached by investigators on Oct. 29, 1982 at 10 a.m., while in school at N.C. State.  In a couple recorded conversations with Judy — one at the Hinson’s Hillcrest residence and a second via telephone — Charles McDowell recalled that October day:

“The police jerked Greg up, out of school and polygraphed him. Steve Whisenant said his experts tell him it has to be done without the person knowing because you can take things to beat it…They went and dragged him out of class and embarrassed him and took him off….”

Detective Lieutenant Steve Whisenant reported that during the October interview — conducted in the university’s security office in Raleigh — Greg McDowell advised that he could not provide any further information than he had earlier regarding his girlfriend’s death.  He maintained that he believed that the person who killed Rhonda could possibly have been someone that wanted the job that she landed at Hickory Steel.  

But the 19-year-old did agree to submit to a second polygraph examination at the SBI Office — more than 10 months after the killing of Rhonda Hinson.  At noon on the same day, Assistant Supervisor [Charles] Whitman administered the test; upon completion, he concluded that “…McDowell was being truthful in regards to him not having any involvement in the death of his girlfriend, Rhonda Annette Hinson.”  

Detective Pruett acknowledged in his concluding notes that Greg, “…showed no deception in the second time. I might add, the second time was more on Greg’s turf and away from the crime location.”  

On Nov. 5, 1982, — seven days after Greg McDowell’s second polygraph — Detective Lieutenant Whisenant received a letter from Attorney Steve B. Settlemyer indicating that he had been retained by the Charles McDowell family to represent them in the matter of Rhonda Hinson’s investigation.  He insisted that any investigator wishing to contact the McDowells should do so through him.  

Pastor McDowell initially refused to submit to a polygraph assessment at the hands of authorities. In a Feb. 9, 1984 conversation between him and Judy, conducted at the Hinson residence, the elder McDowell declared:

“I will not take a polygraph to please Steve’s superiors. That is what Steve says I would be doing.  Steve said Greg ruled out the whole family when he took a polygraph, anyway.”

In a subsequent recorded phone conversation with Ms. Hinson, heard by this writer this past weekend at the Hinson residence, Mr. McDowell provided additional explanation for his refusal to submit to a lie-detector test:

“…They asked me about it, and I said, ‘Look, why should I take one when you say it’s not even valid.  I know I’m innocent; to you it doesn’t mean anything; so, why should I take it’ ...The polygraph is not valid. People have been accused and it show they have lied when they haven’t.  They don’t even allow them in court.  And my lawyer said they would polygraph half the people in Burke County if you would let them.  I even thought one time about going out to a private [indecipherable] and saying here are the results if you want them.  But big deal, what does this prove—nothing…”

However, the Reverend Dr. McDowell did relent and finally acceded to being polygraphed.  According to case file notes, “…It was eventually learned that his greatest resistance to the test after the murder was probably a result of his having an illicit affair while he was pastoring [Wilkies Grove] Baptist Church.  He also [previously] stated at that time that the word of he and his wife should be good enough to clear their son.”

Charles McDowell’s polygraph was conducted in 1994.

  Editor’s Note:  Both Charles and Greg McDowell have been issued repeated invitations to comment on the details contained in stories in which they prominently appear. To date, neither has accepted the invitations to go on record.  Burke County Sheriff Steve Whisenant was contacted by this writer in March of this year subsequent to a meeting between himself, the Hinsons, and three detectives.  Mr. Whisenant’s standard response concluded with this statement reflective of his willingness to collaborate to bring resolution to this case: “BCSO will be happy to share any public information regarding this ongoing investigation and receive any information that you have that could be useful in bringing justice in this case….Thank you, Steve.”

Summary

Saving for college into a 529 plan is a great strategy for saving for college. With the tax benefits of tax-free growth and tax-free withdrawals, this ends up saving investors thousands of dollars over time.

HINDU NAGAR: When the young woman limped toward shopkeeper Ravindra Prakash, pleading for help on a dark and foggy morning in the northern Indian village, her body was so charred that he thought she was a witch. He grabbed a wooden stick and tried to shoo her away.

He called the police. In a shaky voice, the 23-year-old woman narrated her ordeal to an official on the other line. She said she had been beaten and set ablaze in nearby fields by five men from her village – including two she had accused of having raped her last year.

That morning of Dec. 5, the woman had set out early to catch a train that was due to depart around 5 am to meet her lawyer to pursue her rape case, according to her statement in a police report. After she was burnt, the government ordered her moved to a hospital in New Delhi, where she succumbed to her injuries late on Dec. 6.

While her death has sparked nationwide outrage, her village stands divided over it, largely over caste lines.

The woman belonged to a lower caste of blacksmiths. The five men accused of her murder are from Hindu Nagar’s dominant landowning caste. Many upper-caste villagers defended the men and questioned the woman’s character, some dismissing her death as a love affair gone wrong. Others accused her of falsely trying to implicate the men, whose families insisted on their innocence.

“She had big plans for herself,” said her father, who makes chisels, shovels and other farm tools on a road outside the village. Sitting with his head bowed on a chair outside his mud home, as villagers gathered around to watch, he said: “I want justice for my daughter. I want her killers hanged.”

The divisions in Hindu Nagar, a village of roughly 2,000 people surrounded partly by yellow mustard fields, illustrate India’s challenge in addressing a rape problem that women’s rights groups say is common across the country, particularly in rural areas. A rape occurs every 20 minutes, on average, in the country of 1.3 billion people, according to the data.

The brutal gang rape and murder of a young physiotherapist on a Delhi bus in 2012 provoked such widespread revulsion that India enacted some of the world’s toughest anti-rape laws, including the death penalty in some cases.

But it has had little impact, women’s rights experts say. Cases are reported, but government data shows that conviction rates are low.

In another attack this month, a 27-year-old veterinarian was raped and murdered near the southern city of Hyderabad. Police shot dead four men who had been arrested for the attack, claiming that they had tried to escape.

Often victims and their families go up against powerful people and harsh caste dynamics, especially in rural India, where two thirds of the country live.

In Hindu Nagar, caste lines are visible from the street. Homes built of cement belong to the upper castes. Mud-and-thatch huts are inhabited by the lower castes. After the attack, dozens of police officers were employed to maintain order as crowds of journalists and politicians descended on the village.

The two men that the woman had identified as the main perpetrators in her rape – Shivam Trivedi and Shubham Trivedi – are both upper caste members of the family of the village headwoman, Savitri Devi Kundan. Shubham is her son. Shivam is his cousin. Kundan told Reuters that the five accused, including her son, had been falsely accused.

Reuters was unable to contact the men, who are being held in jail in a nearby town. Their family members said they were in talks to engage a lawyer to fight the murder case. Pradyuman Shukla, a lawyer who represented Shivam Trivedi in the rape case, said his client had been “falsely implicated” of rape. Shukla said he had not been contacted by the family regarding the murder case.

Dozens of women and young girls from the family of the accused men marched on a dirt road in the village on Saturday shouting slogans refuting the allegations against them. They said the men were innocent and asleep at home that morning of the alleged murder.

They called for an inquiry into the incident, and accused the woman of trying to lure Shivam Trivedi into a “love trap” for his money.

“She must have poured petrol over herself to take revenge, since he didn’t want to marry her,” said Preeti Bajpai, the sister of one of the accused, Umesh Bajpai.

Vikrant Vir, the superintendent of police in Unnao district, where Hindu Nagar is situated, told Reuters on Wednesday that an investigation into the case was underway.

“The policemen have been suspended for dereliction of duty. A special investigation team has been formed on my recommendation, and we are probing the case.”

The Uttar Pradesh government spokesperson did not respond to calls or emails seeking comment.

Most lower-caste women do not study past high school in Hindu Nagar, and many are married by their teens, villagers said. The victim was among the few who had graduated. She applied to become a policewoman but missed the interview last year as the public bus she took had been late, her father said. She didn’t try again because vacancies in the Uttar Pradesh police are infrequent, her father said.

While Indian society is changing, its age-old caste system remains powerful in conservative villages like Hindu Nagar.

Based on identity determined at birth, the hierarchical social order, prevalent in Hinduism, deems romantic relationships that cut across caste lines as socially unacceptable.

The woman’s relations with Shivam was seen as unacceptable by many upper caste people in the village, more than a dozen villagers Reuters interviewed said.

It was in Dec. 2018 that she first went to the police to file a complaint saying that Shivam Trivedi and Shubham Trivedi had misled her into accompanying them to the fields and raping her at gunpoint on Dec. 12. She got home and told her aunt and the local police the same day, according to her complaint.

She filed at least three complaints to police between Dec. 2018 and Feb. 2019 accusing the men of rape. Police registered her case in March, according to copies of the complaints reviewed by Reuters.

In that March 5 report, the woman alleged Shubham Trivedi had raped her multiple times in 2018 and made false promises of marriage. At one point, he took her to the neighbouring city of Rae Bareilly and briefly locked her up in a room, threatening to kill her if she tried escaping, the report said.

Over the next few months, she wrote repeatedly to the police, asking them to speed up the investigation and arrest the accused. “Despite my complaints, neither have I been medically checked, nor has my statement been taken, and nor have my rapists been arrested,” she said in an April 1 letter to police. Police did not respond to comment on the letter.

“Because of police inaction, the family of the accused are emboldened and are harassing my family and threatening me to force me to withdraw my case.”

In an April 15 letter, she said her life and her family’s was threatened, “These are powerful people with a lot of money,” she said in an April 15 letter. “Our life is under threat.”

She moved to an aunt’s home in Rae Bareilly in March, fearing for her life, according to the police reports. But she returned weeks before the incident because she missed her family, her aunt said.

“I had asked her not to go back,” she said, referring to the village.

In a July 12 letter, the woman threatened to kill herself if police didn’t act on her rape complaint.

Shivam was arrested on Sept. 19, but was out on bail on Nov. 30 – days before she was set on fire.

Im on my parents plan, and when i buy the car its going to be put under my dads name (he is 52 and is a teacher btw if that matters). Hi there. I have a question. I want to SUE my Car insurance company because they refuse to pay for my stolen car which is been more then 6 months and still hasn't been recovered. At the time i asked for insurance my driver license was suspended already suspended and the reason why was because of child support for which i was going thru courts with my ex. First i decided to insure my car liability and my car was paid in full. On the liability contract it wasn't any question regarding my driver license either was suspended or not. After a week or so i thought to myself that if i get in a accident god forbid and it was my fault i have to may myself for damages and you know for such a car would be very expensive so i asked my broker if i can changed it to full coverage and so they did. on the day i did the change the girl that worked for my broker and assisting me asked me Klodian you are aware your license is suspended. I said yes and i explained the reason y. So she found this insurance company for a low price and she emailed me the contract to sign and fax it to her. now under the questions which i saw of course latter after i was denied claim i saw they were marked all NO and that was done on computer not hand writing. which of course in this case was done by the girl that helped me. Now my broker told me that insurance company should had run your driving record before they issue insurance to you and if they done that they were gone see your driver lisence was suspended. But when my broker asked them why they didnt run it Their answer was that they trusted me based on the contract i signed which to my opinion is BS. Now i want to sue them and all the lawyers they refuse to get my case and my believe is because my car is worth about $4800.00 and they don't see how they can make money out of me and i don't have to pay them up front. My car was stolen at my school, after calling the police and everything. I was asking people at school for a ride home one girl told me she was busy and asked her friend to drive me he agreed. I have insurance that runs out on CAR A in 2 months time which I want to keep on the basis that I don't want to lose my no claims bonus for this current year by cancelling the insurance. I was planning to switch cars in 2 months anyway but have found CAR B at a very competitive price with all the extras I need. (Car B comes taxed and MOTd). I currently cant change my policy from car A to car B as the provider says the update will increase my premium to over 2000 just for the remaining 2 months! I am a young driver so I am not able to get temporary car insurance either. My question is what are my options other than simply buying car B now and letting it sit on the driveway for 2 months waiting for my current policy to expire? E.g.is it possible to take out insurance on car B without NCB now and add ncb 2 months after the policy has started? Any other loop holes you clever poeple can think of?

As I noticed in drivertest.ca site that if you a holder of M2 you can drive G class vehicle under the condition of getting G1. So that means M2+G1 == G2 in one way (I mean G2 won't equal M2 + G1) So anyone have an idea how much insurance I have to pay for getting a car (i know a lot of details here but consider cheap car and no experience at all)?
