Call of Duty: Ghosts sequel idea :)

Okay so we know Elias is dead and Logan got abducted by Rorke. Now I have two ideas that I think could co-exist. However, only one of them has had some tought put into it.

First idea, Elias pulls a Rorke and comes back alive, but the Federation took him and is trying to brainwash him, just like they did to Rorke. Whether they manage to change him, I have no idea.

Idea number two, Logan betrays the Federation and kills Rorke. Basically, we know Logan was thrown in thr Pit at the end of the game. I also like to think he's an amazing liar. So what if, he manipulated the Feds and Rorke into thinking they brainwashed and changrd him when they didn't? He pretends to be one of them and waits for the perfect time to strike, preferably with the Ghosts + Riley around. (I think it'd be lowkey kind of cool if Rorke and Logan were on a mission to kill the Ghosts and they come across Hesh and Riley. Logan gives Riley the command to attack and he goes after an unprepared Rorke.) When he strikes, wholesome reunion between the rest of the team and Logan.

If these two ideas were to co-exist, I think it'd be really cool to see a semi-brainwashed Elias and non-brainwashed Logan trying yo make plans to betray the Federation without raising suspicion. Bonus points if they somehow have contact with one of the Ghosts like Hesh and they're under constant surveillance.

This'll also help us to learn more about the Federation, and we could possibly even have a playable Fed or mid-brainwashed Rorke (A flashback, obviously)

Possible add-on: we know keegan just kind of disappeared after sin city. So what if he just had a plan of infiltrating the Federation as a Fed soldier long time but he forgot to tell anyone. So bonus chaos bc the ghosts are panicking since they lost keegan, elias and ligan in a very similar time frame. Kregan cant tell elias and logan who he is while theyre getting brainwashed/working for the feds so he attempts to discreetly help them.

Being in the cod ghosts fandom as someone who lives in Latin America (and is Latina) is bizarre.

You see your very flawed continent become a whole Federation and attack the united states, you laugh because you know there's NO WAY that could happen irl.

Then you have to listen to the enemy soldiers speak in a very funny and strange mix of venezuelan spanish and colombian spanish that is weird to my peruvian ears. (This is just me sorry) And you can understand them before you kill them 😭

Funniest moment for me was when you infiltrate the Federation on Federation day and you have to hear the enemy soldier's gossip before you kill them.

Also, did Rorke like arepas?

What's your favorite/funniest memory of your early days as a ghost? I'm sure you and Keegan got into some trouble together 👀

We may or may not have... but my favorite was when they let Keegan cook... and I tried to warn them. Somehow, he is better at driving than cooking. I honestly don't know how the hell he survived before joining. You should have seen their reactions to when the kitchen caught on fire.... after he tried to roll something with a rolling pin and ended up getting flour everywhere, including his face.... I couldn't stop laughing every time I thought about it for weeks. Highlight of my first year.

The characters in general, but I think mainly the Federation, is all of South America united in one country and they are portrayed as a URSS 2.0? I know that cod is just a franchise to make American/European military propaganda, but they created an entire fictional country in mw1 reboot and even entire alien civilizations with their own languages in zombies, what would it hurt to show more what the Federation would be like?

And about characters, Rorke is interesting, but it would be cool if they all had more information or their own stories that told more about them. It was disappointing to open Kick wiki and see almost nothing, even a weapon that only appeared on a Zombies map has more information.

Headcanons are cool, but why not have something canon for us to base it on?

Absolutely, I don’t mind! I’m thinking on two AdlerxBell stories, one where he’s a baseball player and one where they both drive stock cars(thank you to @ladysouthpaw1213 for the inspo on that one!). There’s a Phillip GravesxNew Shadow in the works, and a Casper Darling and Trench fic involving fatherly activities with Jesse and Dylan. A few different fandoms but I’m excited for all of them!
