No because, when Luz was like 6 or 7, she told her parents she wanted a little sibling and her parents, who also wanted another kid, were happy to get her that bunk bed in preparation for their new kid's arrival

and then Manny died and that dream became crushed. their family was now even smaller than before. Luz would never be a big sister. that bunk bed would forever remain empty and Luz would never share her room with anyone else.

but now, only a few years later, Luz not only has 2 little brothers but also a big brother and a twin sister to share that bunk bed with and.... a Hooty!!

Camila, who loves children so much and is such a good mother, probably would've wanted like 2 or 3 kids and that would be that. but now she has like 10 kids and most of them aren't even human. her house is never clean, there's always something on the floor. she's always tired but she's happier now than ever before. she hasn't been this happy since before Manny's death.

Vee has pulled the same thing on Luz while pretending to be Hunter

The other members of the Noceda family coming to see Camila for Christmas or something like that and remaining there for like a week and realizing that not only there is clearly a “before and after” with the family pictures now including two new kids, but that these new apparently completely normal kids have just something slightly off about them (uncanny valley effect, Vee and Hunter aren’t human) and they start wondering what is actually up as Vee and Hunter fail more more to act as Perfect Human™️ (“they just came from a bad home” said Camila, after Abuela saw Hunter dip his hand in boiling water to stir the pasta; “Oh it’s just a genetic defect” said Camila after Tio saw Vee do the vertical eyelids thing) and one day everything crashes down when a very sleepy Vee who just woke up forgot about turning Human cue chaos ensuring and a lot of yelling (imagine explaining to a old christian lady that yes you adopted a demon and said demon is actually the sweetest kid ever and wouldn’t hurt a fly)

So... I read about everything the crew said during the PostHoot and how they indeed planned for a whole storyline between Vee and Hunter hurts me so much! Those two are my favorite characters and Disney took their dynamic from us!

I hope that one day the crew releases more information like this, we deserve to know more about what the show could have been!
