#my art #jujutsu kaisen #jjk #jjk fanart #gojo satoru #jjk gojo #jjk satoru #satoru gojo #fushiguro megumi #takes an extended drag of my cigarette long time no gojo #i wanted to play around w more quick and pose-focused pen style lineart #to like. try to break the lines down to only th bare minimum required to sell the pose #and fortunately or unfortunately for me gojo satoru is like a pipecleaner he's very easy to pose expressively #i mean these poses arent particularly dynamic but i do think they convey character #been very focused on painting lately but it was nice to focus lines w this i think i found a lining and cell shading style i rly like ???#i tend to fall into th trap of overrendering everything but this forced me 2 keep things sharp and simple and i love how it looks #tht might just be the layer mode tho fsdjdsf pin light HARD carried this one #whenever i wld come back to this after looking away or doing smth else i felt my eyes physically readjust 2 how aggressively blue this is #i feel like i only use blue to this degree when gojo's who im drawing lmao #but anyway he wins this round bc i do not have a least favourite on this page even the scribble-y chibis turned out rly well #said begrudgingly #break his kneecaps megumi

#rayman #artists on tumblr #these were made over the course of like two months or so #you can see that i was messing with his design a bit #kind of adjusting the way i drew him as i went along #uhhh anyways yeah i just think he's neat #he's fun to draw #its because he doesn't have limbs #drawing limbs is my least favorite part of drawing any humanoid character #so him not having any takes away a lot of the frustration i often have in drawing certain dynamic poses #he's also very cartoony which is up my alley. very expressive and fun #he has helped me push drawing exaggerated expressions more #he has good shapes!! its good character design!!!#and drawing him is comforting #i'll draw something else eventually but for now i'm just having fun #i have no idea how i'm going to format this post on twitter without it getting cropped to hell #i will worry about that later

#omori #omori au #omori mod #omori basil #omori tako #my art #WOW MOD ASSETS!!!!!!!!#very proud of how this one is turning out… though it needs refining #it’s only a sketch after all!!!#I am going to have to do a few more omori artstyle studies Because there are some inconsistencies I’m noticing in my sketches #my art style is pretty angular and detailed while omori’s is rounder and simpler and you can see that clash here #one of the main things I REALLY need to work on is face shapes. they are meant to be way rounder than I’m drawing them #but they just. I don’t know they just LOOK WRONG When I do them rounder JSJDJDJ #ANYWAYS. this is like. all I’ve been able to do/draw lately #half baked FUHS mod asset sketches woo hoo. for a mod I’m not even sure will exist considering I’m still debating whoch medium to use #but. yeah heres these two #not sure what I’m going to do for hero though!!!! anyways its this now. finally stopped tinkering with it and settled on a version i like so yeah :)

idk if it is even interpretable, I'm not much of an artist. It's an axolotl and also a robot. (rob-otl? robot-olotl? something like that)

#my previous icon by lozyrosie is better but as much as i love meowstic i wanted something different not pokemon related #also wanted it to be my own art which is why this official change over took so long. i had to make myself stop at a certain point lol #im sure ill look back on this and cringe but thats a good thing coz itll mean my pixel art skills will have improved :]#i tried to make it have somewhat of a dynamic pose. despite my novice skills im really happy w how it turned out!!#i basically imagine it represents me but like online. like a persona? i think thats the right word #id love to like comission someone to make an oc reference sheet coz that is outside of my skills wheelhouse entirely but itd be cool to hav #i have like. shitty sketch versions in my phone notes app. basically its an axolotl w a robotic cat ears n head n stuff #it looks like a space helmet but the front bit is actually an LED screen for expressions. it looked weird when i tried to do it in pixel ar #so i left it blank. and the tartan scarf is based off one i have irl. its super comfy!#i may relog this w my crochet of this if i can finish it. its been sitting half done for weeks ive been so busy n now i wanna crochet other #stuff instead so its a maybe on if i ever finish that soon

Sparks joy completely #He's not satisfied tho - I considered angsting it up a little or having a discovery mini plot but I feel like those are so done :P #Rather just let him skirt the line and see how close he can get without tripping over it! :D #Hhhhh they're both so fun to drawwwww <3 <3 <3 Peepers with his expressive body language - his leg tucked behind the other in the second!#Also that BG >:3c Hater's room is cool haha #And then Hater himself ah ♪ His face is especially satisfying to work bit by bit until he looks like himself! :D #I was mostly striving for consistency in these so a lot of his expressions are quite similar to the preceding panels - hopefully noticeably!#The ones of him backlit and in profile tho were also very fun! ♪♫ Peepers' posing in the latter as well ahh :D #Even with that I still feel a bit restrained I wanna push him even further!! ok u20 animation isn't bad (like at all). it's not even off-model. it's a slide show sure. but I feel like lots of folks are just spoiled by gigantic studios animating every hair strand. this is completely fine!
