On Youtube! Back when Brandi Burb was a young widdow, this used to be the roadside bistro she worked at. Many years have passed and by now, it's a run down gas station that rents out part of the building to a local record store. This incidentally is the same store where Lilith and Ophelia work.

the broke house 

i rebuilt the broke house in the sims 4! my goal was to stay as close to the original as possible without using cc, and while it’s not identical, i think the feeling is the same :) 

i haven’t updated my game yet so i can’t upload it to the gallery but i put the tray file up on simfileshare so you can add it to your game if you’d like. it’s on a 30x20 lot but i stayed faithful to the original proportions so it should fit on a 20x20 as well

I'm finally back with a new build: here's another italian inspired villa with a more contemporary interior, made with no CC!

It's built in the beautiful world of Tartosa on a 30x20 lot, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and dining/living room + a big swimming pool on the side yard.

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: Cribea9, Cocosims2205, Holyshmowow, Fruitloops40, Bibabelula46, xxsarina_27xx.

Hello simmer!! This is a very special Speed ​​Build since it is one of the three builds made in collaboration with the #thesims team.

It was an exciting and most incredible experience for me, since I played the Sims 2 saga, I had always had the strong dream of collaborating with the Sims and the best thing to be able to integrate construction objects and furniture from my beautiful country that is # Mexico .

I am proud that this important collaboration has occurred with the EA team and with the support of talented Mexican creators with whom I had the pleasure of spending adventures, debates and many good times of laughter behind the scenes.

The inspiration for this vacation complex is based on the Mexican pink colors, the fusion of native flora gardens that we have in the north, center of the country, the mix of windows that exist in the cosmopolitan #cdmx and the artisanal magic of #Oxaca.

My new speedbuild is Studio Ghibli themed! :) I tried my best to pay homage to the films of Hayao Miyazaki, making my own version of the ferry from Spirited Away and combining it with the sweet vibe of Totoro by making a little family that runs the ferry as a houseboat hotel! At the end I made a little machinima tour of the build where I tried my best to imitate a Ghibli vibe in the sims 2! I would love if you would give it a watch and let me know what you think! You can download the lot and also I made a pinterest board with all the CC from the video, its in the video description and under the cut!

Also, on a semi-related note, I'm FINALLY doing a definitive remodel of the Goth house. (I've done it once before but the LAST time I did it they added in ponds like immediately afterwards and a pond was a significant feature in the remodel.)

Just to give you a scope on how HUGE this remodel is, here's some quick numbers:

It took me exactly 6 minutes and 32 seconds to strip the landscaping, delete the furniture, and lower the foundation of Ophelia Villa in its original lot in Willow Creek. I then saved a copy of the resulting house and then bulldozed the lot entirely before moving on to Oakenstead. (moving it from a 30x20 lot to a 50x50 lot)

It took about two minutes to strip the spandrels, trims, windows, porches, doors, etc.

Landscaping has taken me 24 minutes just this session. JUST. THIS. SESSION. At the rate everything is going, it will probably about an hour total on JUST landscaping.

The remainder of the 2 hour 6 minute recording is dedicated to the structure of the house--this includes setting wall height, reconfiguring porches, remaking the rooms, setting windows, spandrals, fences--EVERYTHING but paint and interior flooring. If you're keeping score, you'll see that that's 96 minutes JUST for that.

Anyway, here's a sneak peak of things so far. I am going to be uploading the final and complete speedbuild of the new Ophelia Villa for everyone to enjoy, as well as placing it on the gallery. You will need most of, if not all packs. No CC will be used.

Is this very much at all? In retrospect, no. But considering the fact that I legitimately was able to watch Caddicarus's ENTIRE Crash Bash 200% video during this recording session, I think that should just be indicative of how HUGEEEE this is.
