stress doodle of a simpsons bit to cope with a bad mood. anyway i like how mulcahy's realest truest instinct in times of high emotion is to just snap and rush forward and stick his neck out and solve problems physically, wink wink nudge nudge

Actually soo so evil and cruel of the universe to not let me be a vampire, I just get sooo worked up thinking of how pretty my little pup would look under me, all marked up in bites and bruises and stray trails of blood all leading to me. Barely able to control myself over the smell of their blood and the sight of how into it they are. Seeing their eyes and head get all fuzzy would just about push me to the edge, make me mount them and push myself in with my cock in their needy cunt and my teeth in the side of their neck
Come on sweetheart, let me taste you, let me get all those thoughts out your head, let me fuck and bite you dumb~ Don't you like the ache and the sting of my love bites? Don't you like the taste and the sight of your blood connecting our little kisses~?
Finish up by pumping them full of my cum as a treat for them. Tell them how good of little breeding pup and tasty treat they are, as I lick and lap at their tits and holes, biting their thighs, just hearing them whine and squirm as they see me between their legs with their blood on my face. Digging my nails into their hips and getting on top again when they wiggle their hips, wag their tail and whimper for more like a good pet does~

1. ANATOMY OF A KITCHEN (excerpt from THE THRILLING AND NOT AT ALL REPETITIVE ADVENTURES OF CAPTAIN MAN AND KID DANGER: “A CHRONOLOGY OF ENTIRELY TRUE AND HEROIC EVENTS COINCIDING WITH THE END OF HISTORY”) [2] [3]
If you want to know a person, watch how they treat their servers, how they treat their food. Living with them is the second best option. Living with Ray is not Henry’s only option, but it is the best. They don’t even need to watch the other eat; they know each other already.
[ “There is a man in my house. There will always be a man in my house. I will find him even when he is not there. And one day, when I find out there is no man in my house anymore, well—I will go find one and invite him in.” Paraphrased and reappropriated from Catherine Lacey’s “Cut”. The borrowed text refers to the uncanny feeling Henry experiences as an adult reflecting on his childhood relationships. ]
Catherine Lacey writes in her short story “Cut”: “If you're raised with an angry man in your house, there will always be an angry man in your house. You'll find him even when he is not there. And if one day you find that there is no angry man in your house—well, you will go find one and invite him in!” Peggy—a professor—reads this poem, which a female student has placed on her desk, and grapples with a response, to which she is advised, “It’s not your job to save anyone from their life or explain anything to them or even really teach them anything”.
PANEL NOTES
This follows the format of the catalyst stranger approaching the downtrodden protagonist in a dingy bar from behind, backlit by the hazy yellow lights and smoked out shadows. This is not a bar, but a kitchen—the center of any living space.
The borrowed text is tweaked, and excludes the descriptor “angry”, as the theme of the storyboards is not anger.
The use of red is limited and strategic, and scattered throughout like evidence; dusting for fingerprints. It’s tempting to drape Henry’s back in red against the blue background, as if bathed by an overhead lamp, but Ray is the anomaly. Henry is colored by an anxious, slightly melancholic blue (as well as shaky panel borders), while the flints of red signify danger (knock on wood) or non-literal symbolism.
The white wolf is curled around the blue in a protective gesture that also doubles as a stranglehold, snakelike.
Something, something, about wolves and lambs, consumption, and the simultaneous loss and retention of innocence through transformative processes. Note there are three lambs; these could stand either for Henry, Jasper, and Charlotte, or Henry (singular).

i think the funniest thing about me as a person is that i'm often a nervous wreck and terrified of trying new things or screwing up, but my disrespect for authority is so strong that the second someone tries to suggest that i can't do something because they won't let me or don't believe i'm capable of it, it completely overwrites my anxiety and makes me determined to prove them wrong right then and there. unfortunately combined with my general impulsiveness and impatience this used to make me very easy to manipulate if you understood this about me as well as leading me to take some really stupidly dangerous risks (until i started working on my self awareness and critical thinking), but it did also lead to several very funny moments in my life where someone misplaced a lot of confidence in my inability to fight back and got their shit rocked when i stepped up and called their bluff.

Ok so I know I’ve taken a few liberties here with gijinka-fying the Rampaging Doomers, of all characters, but hear me out: self-recognition through the other (derogatory). Not just a reminder of the part of himself he doesn’t like to acknowledge but also a near-perfect replication of him at his worst (Magolor EX, specifically). They know enough about Doomer and Ancient societies and his situation with the Crown to get right to the heart of his insecurities, which makes them really effective at bullying him. Also like. Extended family judging you for your life choices lol
Anyway, included the lines this time cause I’m really proud of the composition but a bit disappointed with how the coloring turned out. It did however help me pinpoint what I’d like to improve on, which is my coloring/shading. I think I get into details too quickly to the detriment of the piece as a whole and I also think the way I shade doesn’t have enough contrast and doesn’t take light sources into account very well. I just need to do some painting studies sometime and that will fix me, I swear

u have to understand that part of my contradictory tangle of feelings abt dean comes from my sheer suffocating inability to sympathize with american soldier characters/narratives after having decades of islamophobic & anti-arab pro-military propaganda shoved down my throat as a young muslim american and watching my non-muslim peers uncritically eat it up provided the writing was compelling enough.
like this is not a transcendent character by any stretch of the imagination from where im sitting. it is an extremely common archetype in american media you just happen to especially like this one bc he's [checks notes] hot. and [checks notes again] charming.
