Hey…. would you mind me asking for persona 5 Akira or Ren that has a crush on the reader but is too afraid to ask and Arsene tries to help by taking over and saying some really smooth lines and flirts but fails because the reader is weirded out.

So the only way this would work is if you’re a phantom thief and you’re in battle so let’s go with that for a moment

You’re a very confident person in battle- and very fearless too

And usually, he is too, but having you stand so close to him in your thief suit, fighting like that got him feeling a little less like Joker and more like Akira Kurusu

And everyone can see that he’s into to you- including his own persona

Still, it comes out as a huge surprise to Akira when he feels himself losing control of over his body in the middle of trying to call out a command for Mona

Cue Arsene's takeover!

Somehow his own persona manages to use his body to smile and spout a couple 

And Akira would have been really impressed at this display and the fact that a persona of all things somehow knew what a pick-up line was…

….if only you (and just about everyone else he took into the Metaverse that day) weren’t looking completely horrified at the fact that you were being openly flirted with in the midst of a battle

Oh well…live to strike out another day!

Akechi‘s eyes went wide as he properly entered Akira‘s makeshift living space and his gaze wandered over the horrendous amount of used tissues, lying around like it was the newest interior design trend.

“Hey.“ is all Akira could say before a coughing fit took over his entire body, shaking him until everything hurt.

Akechi only stood there, holding onto his case with gloved hands, blinking and trying to process the chaos before him.

“Let me try to assess the situation here,“ he finally says, sounding more than slightly annoyed. Fuck it, Akira might actually start purring. He could always blame it on the fever.

I didn’t expect to reveal this so soon, but since you brought it up, Ken and Akechi are related in my AU!!! How so idk yet because I keep flip flopping between them being brothers or cousins. I already have scenes planned out for either scenario so it’s just the matter of time whether I like the progression of one more than the other. Either way, the two have an interesting dynamic as they’re actually roommates. Why? Ken’s “distant relative” decided it was time for him to return to his family (and to keep close tabs on someone close to the Kirijo Group but shhhh). By the time P5 starts the two have been living together for over a year and by that point, Akechi’s mask has slipped off. He’s not yelling bloody murder, but he definitely doesn’t grace Ken with the princely attitude he has in public. Things only get more tense between them as the PTs start to gain momentum…

Anyways, a little morning walk :) Akechi never gets proper sleep, but Ken is an early bird

Life returned to normal. No more Phantom Thieves, no more running and problems, just normal teenagers enjoying the sweet reward of a peaceful life. With struggles and challenges but with free will and hope for a better future and their dreams. Ren was inside of the train, returning to his home and Morgana was resting inside his bag.

The memories of every single thing that happened in the whole year were a bit overwhelming but to be raw honest more than overwhelming… it was… a crushing feeling, like he has a ton of bricks on the top of his chest. He felt happiness, relief, sadness, confusion, pride. He felt everything. Ren sighed after taking some deep breaths and trying to relax. But the most bittersweet feeling… was Akechi. Ren kept his glove on his bag with the important things. Because Akechi was important. And they had a promise. He wished with all his heart and strength everyday just to see him again. Ren did all the stupid things that were considered good luck just to see Akechi once more.

Ren was resting when his phone sounded and he looked at it. It was just a notification of the ex-Phantom thieves chat but… it happened. The sight of his eye saw Akechi’s clothes. Ren immediately turned his head to see his face, but the sun was hitting his eyes. He grabbed his bag and went to the train door. He begged for the train assistant to open the door with the excuse of a “health emergency”. With some hesitation they opened the door for him. Ren felt his heart beating so fast and so loud. He didn’t mind losing the train ticket. He didn’t care about anything.

Ren run to the direction were he saw Akechi, not even thinking in what to say, not knowing if he was going to recognize him… he was not even sure that was Akechi. But he finally caught the person. And it was Akechi indeed.

—You found me.—Akechi said smiling with his usual collected expression when he felt Ren touch on his arms.

But that smile was a futile attempt to hide his feelings. Akechi was tearing up just like Ren. He just hugged Akechi like he never hugged anyone in his entire existence, it was a desperate embrace, a scared one, a blessed one.

—I was going to find you, in this life or in the other. We had a promise together, don’t we?

And the hug lasted some minutes. They didn’t wanted to end it. All Ren wished were heard and all Akechi love was mutal.

—Looks like you lost the train, my dear.

—But I won more than anyone.

Ren couldn’t hide his feelings not even for a second more and he kissed Akechi. A small tender and desperate kiss. He didn’t mind that they were in a crowded train station. He just… kissed Akechi. And Akechi kissed back. All the pain was worth it.

Morgana woke up when Ren left the bag fell to the floor and a loud “MEOW” was heard. Akechi chuckled and Ren fell in love a bit more with that cute sound. Maybe this reality was the perfect one for them. And finally the glove could return to his owner.

This was my first time writing something so long in English but god knows how much I needed to write this, my apologies for the poor grammar and the mistakes! ;; shuake gave me more than I could ever describe. My heart beats faster just thinking in them.

I really want to read at least one fic that addresses sojiros early treatment of akira (and the fact that he basically said he thinks it would have been the right choice to ignore a person who needs help), the protagonist’s authority/adult related trust issues, and/or sojiro earning the protags trust because I want the development of found family

Something new... I've been working on a fic (that has gotten very much out of control) for the past few months. It's a post-canon P5 Goro-centric fic about, well... healing! And transness.

T, Gen, 6 chapters, running total word count is 51k but it will go up because I still have things to change and add.

definitely read a lot of things to increase his charm before he asked you out! you only deserve the most romantic “courting” (as morgana and yusuke would describe it as)

he definitely splashes out on gifts from the underground mall! chocolates, bracelets, lipsticks, perfumes, cd’s etc.!

he read some books too! although it was a literal embarrassing to purchase a book called “asking out the person of your dreams 101!”...it helped him a little even if he had to cover the name on the train

but even so he was sweating buckets when he invited you to a popular date spot for couples he’s read about in a magazine

he set up such an adorable picnic (with what he could afford) and although morgana was shoved into the basket he made the best of what he could

of course you said yes! not only was the weird mixture of his nervousness and charm prompting you to say yes but you’ve already pined after the messy haired boy for a few months now

he can fluctuate between super-attentive, nerdy bf to charming, go with the flow kinda bf

esp with morgana whispering ideas into his ear .5 seconds of the day

akira deffo is such a sucker for video games/manga’s so i’d imagine a lot of arcade and cafe dates where you two are chilling reading manga’s or doing hw

So obviously he’d be more into the real thing rather than your shadow because shadows are kind of pathetic creatures at heart and are really hard to tolerate LMAO

But since your shadow has the same face and voice (almost anyways), the line gets a little blurry when it comes time to approach either one of you

So fighting your shadow in mementos is probably a conflicting moment for him

On one hand, he knows how hard you’ve had it personally- even though you’ve done everything in your power to hide it from him

It was also through Morgana’s and Akira’s combined snooping powers that he was even able to find enough information to find your shadow

And only then did you really spill your guts about everything (even though it wasn’t actually you)

But on the other hand, he knows that defeating the shadow version of you is the first step to 

So expect the battle to drag out longer than it should because he really doesn’t want to fight you

But also expect him to be very gentle with your shadow when the fight is over and he goes to talk to your shadow one last time

He might even slip a few words in there about relying more on your friends *cough* him *cough*
