okay listen- LISTEN! i'm back with more seungminnie thoughts. this one woke me out my fawkin sleep and now i can't get him out of my head and it's literally driving me insane because it's about mundane, domestic shit; like how he uses your hairbands to hold his fringe back while he does the dishes. or the sound of him padding around your apartment. or the way he fluffs pillows at hotel rooms to make sure they're comfy enough. his obsession with making you your favourite drink when he fails to console you the way you need. leaving his old hoodies and accessories at your place just to see you with them on. oh oh, and his habit of making sure things are just the way you like them, even though you're very capable of doing that yourself. don't even get me started on him touching you absentmindedly- i know everyone says he's not a touchy person but his libra venus + virgo mars makes me think he's inclined to adapt to his partners needs because he knows thats what makes them feel best, so he starts cupping the back of your neck when he notices your mood shift, it's primarily to ground you but it also helps him gage whether or not you're feeling sick??? OR HOLDING YOUR HAND AT THE GROCERY STORE (unless your palms get sweaty, then he'll switch to pressing against your back and caging you against the cart handle) i-eEEEUUUGHHHH just thinking about boyfie!seungmin who's whipped to a peak and garnished with a little cherry on top because you make him feel good?! protected and protective all at once. there's something very natural abt the things he feels towards you and it draws out this side of him that he hasn't even seen before. and like wtf dude :/ WHAT THE FUCK????

Merlin/Lancelot domestic life hc?

Chaos. To put it simply. Everyone thinks Merlin is nuts and Lance is soft and gentle because they forget that Lancelot, despite being all about honour and honesty, was 10/10 ready to commit himself to a lifetime of identity fraud after 1 (one) cute twink stared at him with puppy eyes.

They spend so little time together during the day because of their jobs, so everyone is super confused at how they know EVERYTHING about what the other is doing?? Arthur will casually imply he hasn't seen Merlin in a few hours, and Lance, without missing a beat, will say "he's in the lower town shopping for Gaius." Everyone is baffled because... Lancelot has been with them the whole time?? Leon will quietly, to himself, wonder how long until the most recent border patrol gets back, and Merlin, without looking up from the paperwork he's filling in for Arthur, will mutter "they've just reached the city's outer wall, they'll be back in about a half candle mark, depending how long it takes them to untack." Lance is on that patrol, sure, but how did he know?? Merlin and Lance are talking constant shit in each other's heads, that's how. Gwaine once jokingly calls it a lovers' intuition and... Merlin and Lance are terrible at coming up with excuses so... yeah, sure, lovers' intuition it is.

According to google they're the same height, so cheek kisses/chin kisses/shoulder kisses, every single time they see each other no matter what. Even if they're both in a terrible hurry and just pass each other in the corridor. They're not big on general PDA, especially when they're around other people, but they do sort of gravitate to one another. When they're with the knights/Arthur/people from Camelot, Merlin always finds himself stood slightly behind Lance. When he first realised this he was like "oh my Gods I really was born to be a servant I see a Sir and I put myself behind him without even realising wtf." but then Lance is all "...no Merlin, you numpty, I put myself in front of you because you're a godamn wizard in the middle of the we-hate-wizards Kingdom." and Merlin tears up a bit. BUT when they're in the lower town or out in the forest, it's the other way round. Merlin doesn't have to worry so much because people are far less likely to notice if he has to do some magic to protect his hunky bf.

Just like they aren't really into PDA, I feel like pet names and endearments don't crop up very often either. Very VERY occasionally a "my love" will slip out but like... only if one of them has almost died or they haven't seen each other in a few days. Mostly it's just "Merls" and "Lance". When Merlin is feeling particularly teasing, he'll call Lancelot "Loverboy" and he goes fucking RED, and he’ll mutter something about being "technically older than you so YOU'RE the boy except you're not actually a boy because that would be... never mind. Shut up."

The others think the relationship is super sweet, and in the early days both of them got really blushy if anyone mentioned it, but later on it's only Lancelot. Merlin stops caring what people think really quickly (it's not that Lance cares, he's just easily flustered), because Lance is basically the only wholly good thing in his life, so unless anyone says something genuinely bad about him/the relationship, it doesn't bother him at all. To be honest, I feel like no one figured it out for like... six months?? And it's not because they hid it, it's just because they'd always been fairly affectionate anyway, and everyone else is stupid.

When they move in together, Merlin tries to demand he just moves into Lancelot's knight room to make things easier, but Lance insists that isn't fair on Merlin and they get a little house in the upper town instead. It's not posh or anything, it just needed to be close to the castle. Neither of them have many belongings anyway, so everything starts off really neat and tidy, but once the novelty of having their own space sets in, it fills up with shit so quickly. Lance is always buying Merlin books and silly shelf trinkets and Merlin is always buying Lance clothes and weapons. Of course they have a whole room dedicated to healing, because A) They both have quite dangerous jobs/destinies and are always hurt, and B) If for whatever reason the Physician's chambers are full (be it sickness, or an attack, etc), Merlin wants to be able to help. It's the ONLY room in the house that's tidy. As for cooking, I feel like they're both pretty good? Merlin is better at throwing something together from nothing, probably from patrols in the wilderness and life in Ealdor, but Lance is better at putting together a significant meal when they have proper ingredients.

Hunith ADORES Lance, and honestly that makes Merlin so ridiculously happy, UNTIL she starts sharing embarrassing childhood stories. But Lancelot more than makes up for it by telling the two of them the trouble he used to get into as a child.

People though that once the truth came out about the magic and everything is legalised and Merlin is promoted, things would get better/more tolerable. They do not. They pull more pranks, they team up against everyone else and it's chaos. Gwaine had pink hair for a week. Leon started speaking in a French accent. They stole every single one of Arthur's left shoes. BUT they are also one HELL of a power couple in court, always ready to team up to bully an arsehole councilman or stand up for things or scare people. They're not even really aware of it, but Gwen catches on really quickly and demands that Arthur start seating them together during council meetings (originally he had Merlin on one side, Gwen on the other, and Lancelot was further round the table somewhere in amongst the knights) because she knew if they (the non arseholes) wanted anything done, Merlin and Lancelot could push it through.

Ok I know it's not Tech Tuesday, but I keep having thoughts(TM) about him and his s/o (feel free to disregard this, these are my thoughts and I was curious on what you thought):

- First of all the heart eyes they make at each other is disgustingly soft and beautiful. Tech will sometimes stop what he's doing to listen to her explain something complex and he's just so in love that it's gross and she'll do the same thing when he rambles and Crosshair tells them to get a room.

- They didn't go into the relationship wanting children - they had been together awhile and one day they saw each other doing something domestic, maybe she was shaving Tech's face, or maybe he was watching her drink caf while reading in fuzzy pajamas, and they just knew that they were ready for kids

- Tech's s/o is crazy intelligent, they both know they're having twins and yet after the birth and when she has both of her twins on her chest she just looks one of them in the eyes and says something like "wtf why is there two of you" much to the amusement to everyone in the room (she'll never live it down)

Okay but cooking Soul Food with the boys could either end cutely or as a horrible disaster, and we all know the chaos they bring with them.

For this I'll be writing for Bakugo, Midoriya, Todoroki, Hawks, and Shinsou. If requested I can do more! And for the sake of time they're gonna be a bit short.

Bakugo Katsuki

He knows his way around the kitchen so he'll prove helpful when cooking

You have to tell him that cooking Japanese food is different from American soul food

He watches you pull out a small book of recipes and he's like "wtf why do you need that" cuz in most Asian countries they don't measure ingredients, they just dump the shit In and hope for the best

You tell him that soul food is a hit or miss kind of thing, kind of like how ppl cook in Asian countries, but if you wanna hit it on the dot, you need to be precise with the ingredients of your dish.

Plus, not everyone makes soul food the same way, so the way your parents made it could be different from the way your aunt made it, or your grandma. You add your own flare to it down the generations.

You start with some simple dishes like baked macaroni, cried chicken, etc

At first he gets frustrated bc it's his first time cooking something not Japanese so its all new to him

But after you encourage him to keep trying he gets the hand of it.

After a few times of cooking with you, he'll be close to a pro at it.

Still doesn't like to follow the recipes directions bc they don't make much sense for him, but will do it anyway for your sake

Almost always gets popped by the cooking oil when frying chicken

"Shitfuckdamnitwhy'dthathavetohurtlikethat!!!" He says through gritted teeth

You now have an inside joke about how fried chicken doesn't like him

Midoriya Izuku

Broccoli boy loves watching you cook, especially when its something you love

He hears you jamming in the kitchen and knows that you're making soul food

He once went with you to the market and remembered searching for smoked meat for like an hour

Lowkey feels bad sometimes that you can't always cook the food that reminds you of your roots

Won't pester you about helping unless you offer, he knows that it's a pretty meticulous process

However if you want him to cook with you, expect lots of questions

"How come there's so many eggs that go in the macorni?"

"Its macaroni, babe."

"Is the egg batter for the chicken needed?"

"Yeah, it makes the chicken crisper."

Does he have a secret notebook of soul food recipes that he studies so that he can one day make you a soul food meal?

Abso-fucking-lutely.

He does such a good job every time so you give him kisses as a reward

Is a bit too hesitant to step into the kitchen when you're cooking

1) for obvious reasons

2) he figures that its something sacred so he doesn't want to bother

Is completely content with watching you cook and letting his mouth water from the amazing smell

If you ask him to cook with you, he's going to wait for you to give him directions on what to do

He doesn't wanna mess anything up

Out of consideration you keep him away from the stove, have him on the counter cutting, slicing, dicing ingredients or layering the macaroni or lasagna

Finds it oddly therapeutic and will sometimes stare as his way of asking can he help.

"I've never really cooked before, but with you it's very calming and therapeutic. I enjoy it a lot."

There are times where in the middle of cooking you'll just share long hugs and hold eachother because memories 🥺

Hawks (Takami Keigo)

Omg you made fried chicken ONCE and this mf damn near stops ordering takeout

Like mans falls in LOVE with that friend chicken.

Begs to be in the kitchen while you cook, saying that he can be of use

But babies big wings makes him take up so much space

But he still insists so you have to oblige

You try to teach him how to cook it

And it goes well at first until its time to take it out

You couldn't find the tongs or the cooking chopsticks so you went to grab a fork you conveniently keep in your room

And he tries to use his feathers to take the chicken out of the hot cooking oil

So you came back to see some of his feathers half burnt on the ground, and Hawks nervously scratching the back of his neck

"So I may have tried to Improvise...hehe."

"What in the world made you think that was a good idea, Kei?"

"I can normally do a lot of things with them though!"

You just shake your head and send him to the living room with a kiss

Shinsou Hitoshi

He actually comes home/back to the dorms from training with Aizawa to see you cooking in the kitchen

He generously asks if you need any help, and you say sure why not

Probably the most attentive, and makes no mistakes.

Follows the directions you give him and the measurements from the recipes, even though they are kind of weird to him as well.

And everything's so specific, he has to ask you for clarification

"Is this the right measurement? I feel like I'm off..."

Will 100% laugh if you start making jokes in the kitchen

Will also probably only want to eat your soulfood cooking now.

Both of you will show up to Aizawa's door with a plate

"We made you dinner since you haven't eaten all day."

Aizawa is SOFT you can't convince me otherwise

"Oh, thank you. You should head to bed now."

Shinsou and Aizawa now have regular talks about your cooking and its adorable

oh god... ok i think i have to say Amara/Mary 🥺 it's just. like it was actually a surprise to me to come to see them as such a compelling ship? i started writing my Mary fic and i knew i wanted to explore this thing with Amara bringing her back and both of their pov, and it ended up.... just making so much sense to have them together. i let the story took me and it took me there!

some destiel parallels appeared, and this complex dynamic of i hate you/i owe you/i want to hate you/i love you... like from both sides it's sooo interesting. also love that Mary was, in a way and for so long, the og mother, and Amara is the og woman. and they're both actually not that and way more than that.... VS Rowena who is introduced as neither a mother (she has a son but she's not a Mother you know), nor a woman like others. these three live in my head. someday i will write smth specific for them

i did one from Kaia's phone as well, but this one is way more underrated. i liked to think of Claire picking the habit of filming from Kaia, except Claire would like... do it with less skills, more randomly, and so would end up with these awkward framings. like it would start as a way to make fun of Kaia's habit (affectionate) but she would enjoy it. so the editing is Like That on purpose. i had sooo much fun working on these two videos, trying to show some personality behind the shots ; to make it less "professional" ; working on a new size ; and it was one of my first attempts at coloring that much. picked the colors directly from the lesbian flag ✨

14. favourite female character you wish we'd seen more of?

you know what it's time to talk about her: AMARA. she's one of my ultimate fav character on the show, even tho canonically she's like, 75% lost potential and she's good mostly in my head i think 😭 but EXACTLY i wish she was there more, so we could get to know her better and know her outside of chuck's arcs!! she deserved to be her own character, and god truly s15 Amara was a gift but at what cost (the cost was not knowing wtf even happened to her exactly).

if i get into specific, i even wish we've seen more of teenager Amara!!!! it was sooo interesting to see her growth, the way her behavior is truly like a child, and she's discovering the world... it's such a cool idea to have this character who's older than everything but who is a bby in this world, learning how it works, its rules, its beauty.... the way at first she only sees suffering, but then learn to love it. but they ruined it by sexualizing her they literally put a (ugly) black dress on her character and let that hide everything she was offering & telling. and that's how a lot of viewers see her as well!!!! i hate it. bc yeh, she's way more developped in my head, but already in canon there is A LOT but people never read into her bc they think she's here to be a love interest and try to make Dean evil but NO!!! that's literally the narrative chuck's portraying!! anyway this wasn't supposed to be a rant over the misundertanding of Amara....
