in light of the thgposting i need to know ur opinions on gale

its been a minute since ive watched these movies and im barely on CF and i've nevr read the books and i'm on my second cranberry vodka with double shots in it so take all that into consideration!!!

i dont mind gale too much i think he really uhm he's very much shaped by and hardened by the circumstances around him like he's in the rebellion and stuff and he wants their side to win he's tired of living the way he does he's tired of the conditions of his district!! i think he and katniss are very alike in ways that she both appreciates and doesnt and thats why like mayhaps thats why she drifts towards peeta at the end bc he's showed/showing her a way of life that isn't quite what she expected and sort of balances her out so yeah i dont hate gale just bc its like well damn how else was he supposed to turn out after living a life like that

HUNGER GAMES VERSE.

d1- pollie & centian. (psycho barbie & ken). - after clarke killed finn, centian threw a fit. him, pollie & clarke were the last three. he brawled out with clarke & she ended up shocklashing him with the baton her mother had gifted her && then stabbed him in the neck. he bled out in pollie’s arms. d2- lexa & gustus. (angry war bbies). - lexa mercy killed gustus who had been attacked by gorboons. she was then shot by centian. d3- clarke & wells. (sad baes). - alive. & killed by charlotte. d4- aquadette & torrent. - both exsanguinated by centian & pollie. they died right before finn. d5- charlotte & tanks. - charlotte killed herself. tanks, one of the few with maps in their pack, was always first to checkpoints because he knew the lighting mechanics of the program & worked in the dark often due to power outages in his district all the time. clarke was typically always second to checkpoints because she was familiar with the programming her father did. due to this, her & tanks had a working alliance. when clarke was being mauled by centian, he distracted/sacrified himself by attacking pollie. d6- rudie & finn. - rudie was knifed by lexa to beat her to a checkpoint. finn was killed by clarke. d7- bethany & feldin. - both hacked in half by gustus. d8- penafis & dax. - pen was gutted by roma in the bloodbath. wells chucked an axe at dax’s chest because he was trying to attack clarke. d9- flexx & arn. - mbege mercy killed flexx because she was dying from the poisoned saliva of the gorboons. arn was crushed by a moving maze wall. d10- canery & lotem. - canery was hacked in half by lexa in the bloodbath. clarke choked out lotem to get to checkpoint in time. d11-  roma & mbege. - acid rain killed them both. they didn’t make it to the checkpoint in time. d12- myxie & boyd. - drowned by aqua & tor who are skilled swimmers && had scuba gear in their packs. all four hadn’t made the check point & the maze filled with water.

- so jake wasn’t a game maker or anything, but he definitely designed a lot of the games programs & what not. because of this, clarke had a lot of knowledge on how everything worked. that was her advantage. 

-jake was killed due to sabotaging some of the programs used. it was abby that told jaha, who is hella tight with snow. like jaha is probably some sort of council person in d3, along with abby. abby is a medic, and jaha was a victor.

- kane is deffo like.. head of the peacekeepers department & works in the capitol but was born in d2. he travels a lot tho.

- as part of jake's punishment, clarke’s name was put in the bowl 50 more times. wells volunteered when clarke got called. he wasn’t going to let her go into it alone.

- charlotte is from d5 & gets reaped at the age of 13. clarke reaches out to her as an ally because she’s young but she betrays her by killing wells. apparently jaha inadvertently charlotte’s dad by sanctioning a mission to create a new powerplant in an area where the electromagnetic currents are very unstable & volatile. he doesnt immediately die but he gets electrocution burns that are horrific & ends up dying from the trauma. she was six. & it resulted in charlotte’s mom killing herself. charlotte is raised by an old lady named doxia. she loses it after killing wells though & kills herself. especially after clarke yells at her for betraying her. clarke wakes up to charlotte having slit her throat.

- she does kiss finn on air. they fall fast for each other. maybe even bone??? AND RAVEN SEES. CUZ SHE ALSO FROM D6. 

- she kills finn (he’s probably from d6, transportation, mostly a router) because she’s backed into a corner. the careers have him tied up. i’m thinking there’s a tribute from d1 named pollie who is definitely like a barbie sociopath. she enjoys torturing. & exsanguinates people in their sleep. so instead of letting her torture him, clarke just shanks him like in the show.

- lexa & gustus are the d2 peeps. lexa killed gustus because he was dying from a poisonous bite from a screeching gormoon (gorilla & baboon). lexa is shot by centian.

- her terrain was essentially a grungy, cement gameboard/maze. it was created by her father. a maze that was constantly changing depending on what your deepest fear is in that moment. and you were in the dark. it was your job to get night vision somehow. or a flashlight. but there were objectives to fulfill. if you weren’t by a certain block cell by a certain hour, then you could possibly get killed by the beasts that they’d release into the maze for an hour. there were also only a certain amount of spots available per each checkpoint. but there were two paths able to be taken to get to the end. there were also illumination periods that you could win if you found the large purple button in the wall. it’d open up a compartment. but it would only light up that sector. green lights meant food. if you grabbed a pack from the cornucopia, you’d get a map that told you where restock pitstops were. golden buttons were gifts from the outside. red lights meant you had to pay with a deep-seated fear to get supplies. there are also riddles you can answer at a white call box. if you answer correctly, the gamemaker allows one of the system workers to materialize a slide or latter that transports you directly to the checkpoint.

- clarke battles pollie in the end, which results in her getting a massive lash to her femur. she attempts race to the last checkpoint, but realizes she can’t. clarke then drags herself around, donned in night vision goggles, to find tanks�� map. finally when she does, she presses a systems management button on the program that should NOT be there. it’s the code tampering that her father got killed for. she types in her father’s manual override key & it forces the system to create quicksand at clarke's request. before pollie can reach the checkpoint, she gets sucked down into the quicksand & drowns.

- due to clarke’s little stunt, abby is shocklashed & tortured directly by kane (because they’re in love). clarke was forced to watch her be tortured. abby was mildly tortured with tracker jacker venom but not to the point that it overrode memories. abby is forced to work as a doctor in the concentration camp that peeta is in. she is the one that administers his venom each time. she also is forced to shockwhip him, or else kane will die & clarke will be shot on sight.

- ever since jake saw haymitch use the games against itself in his games, he’s been obsessed with replicating that.

- clarke is not allowed to leave the capitol after her games. she’s currently 22 & has been there since 16. 

- during game seasons, she’s a mentor. but during the off seasons, she works for cinna at his salon. she is a stylist & you can schedule appointments for her to come over && do you up.

- clarke’s mentors were beetee & wiress. during the quarter quell, though, she then becomes their “mentor.” she is the one that gets beetee the string of wire during catching fire.

- clarke is picked up by d13 with haymitch, has been part of the plan the whole time. in retaliation, snow keeps abby sequestered away in his mansion.
