I wish people understood that a female character being written by a dude who objectify and sexualize her is not her fault but the writter's, and that going on about the importance of not sexualizing female characters while simultaneously using said sexualization as a reason to sprout misogynistic remarks about and dehumanising sexualized female characters just shows your hypocrisy and how little you actually care about women.

The funniest part is that the reason Ichigo fought Grimmjow in HM (and one of his main motivations to even go there—Ori getting kidnapped was the excuse he needed) was because he had a personal vendetta against him for hurting Rukia. But, Ichigo was in denial & claimed he only came to save Inoue until Grimmjow called him out on it.

It's basically like:

I also think it's funny how he asked her to heal him before the fight. He didn't face her directly & basically came off as: "Just heal me already." 🤭

Ori simply did the bare minimum in cheering for a friend risking their life. Anyone else in her place doing the same would have given some encouragement to Ichigo (I remember being so annoyed at her for fearing him while he was fighting the enemy. When she finally snapped out of it, I was like, "About time." 🙄).

(Btw, there is an interesting interpretation of Ichigo's reaction to Ori's words here. What she said may not have been the words Ichigo needed nor wanted to hear...)

You might think after this, Ori would have finally started to develop; if Kub0 had wanted, IH could have started to get somewhere... but what happened later at the dome & then the Fullbring arc told us otherwise (what happened at the dome should've solidified for everyone that IH do NOT work together & bring out the WORST in each other 🤷‍♀️). Ori did not learn a single thing... she even got worse in TYBW...

There's an interesting IR post here about Ichigo's potential love language being Words of Affirmation. And Rukia was the perfect person to fill his little love tank; her words always meant so much to him 💞.

Also, canonically, Ichigo spent more time around Ori's vicinity than Rukia's, & yet they couldn't develop any special bond. Ichigo spent 17 months without Rukia, but him & Ori still. didn't. get. anywhere. Ori had no development from her experience in HM & was still pathetically simping over Ichigo while he was none the wiser (and couldn't care less) 🙄.

Anyway, even if Ori had contributed greatly to the Grimmjow fight, wasn't it nice of her to help Ichigo avenge another girl? 😊

surprise, surprise! what I am about to write will not be focusing on Ichigo, grimmichi or even Grimmjow. in an unexpected twist of fate I will actually be talking about Inoue Orihime and ichihime.

and frankly? I’m upset. and also very much done. so so unimaginably tired of all these canonical relationships made by mangakas desperate for a way to continue the story, to please the audience. because in this race to meet the expectations they create these soulless, superficial and seemingly loveless unions. they please only those who do not want anything beyond the cliche of “main character gets the girl in the end”. those who want a pretty picture to look at. no need for any depth, the masses will eat it up like starving dogs anyway, right? that’s what I feel happened to naruhina and sasusaku.

at least ichihime look like they love each other. you just know Kazui will grow up right, because he doesn’t have a perpetually absent father. so all in all Ichigo and Orihime are actually amongst the few lucky canonical spouses who don’t have a wagon of issues.

my gripe is with the way their relationship was set up. in this they are very similar to naruhina. an obviously infatuated girl and a totally oblivious boy? yeah... we are constantly showed face first into Orihime’s feelings for Ichigo, and I don’t have a problem with that, not really. I think the way Kubo portrayed her inner turmoil (her being jealous of Rukia) was phenomenal actually.

what I do have a problem with is:

I am not sure we went a single chapter with Orihime in it without a ‘btw she has a crush on Ichigo’ moment. like, atp we’re more likely to forget that Ichigo is a Shinigami, than about Orihime being in love with him. so it seems like her whole character is there JUST to like Ichigo and be the damsel in distress, when she could be so much more.

there aren’t ANY substantial moments where we can do nothing but concede that ‘yes, Ichigo does have a crush on Orihime too’. whatever moments we get don’t seem significant or serious enough for that. and I know there’s a time-skip, and obviously feelings could grow and develop in that time, but… it’s just icky how we only see Orihime obsessing over Ichigo, and not the other way around.

and you could claim that it’s because Ichigo has to deal with so much bullshit, so there’s no time left to see his feelings. but it’s objectively a terrible argument, considering what Inoue goes through while still having time to stop and drool over Ichigo.

anyway, do I hate ichihime? no, I like them. I’m as pleased with them as I could get with a canonical heterosexual relationship. they suit each other, they love each other, it’s all good. I’m just not getting anything out of them, that’ll make me go ‘damn, this is GOOD’. it’s adequate, I’ve had better.

but if I had to choose who Orihime would end up with it’d be a woman. either Tatsuki or Rukia. could be both. her relationship with Tatsuki is so… ughhh, it’s scrumptious. it’s giving what ichihime wishes it was giving. and her ending up with Rukia is also incredible, because we know Rukia considers Orihime her best friend, she likes her a ton. we also see Rukia worry about Orihime in this very tender way… oh god. and on Inoue’s end it’s how she’s jealous of Rukia, her beauty, grace, power, skills, bravery. do you see where this is going? I’m just saying, very sapphic of her.

ichihime is that comphet couple that start dating in high school, and last until their early 20s at which point they figure out both of them are gay.

So, I was reading We Do (K)not Always Love You novel because I was very thirsty for Bleach content and I came across that horrifying scene where Orihime’s dinning with the Kurosaki family and suddenly there was some weird af talk about how much Orihime looked like Masaki and the twins saw her as their mother I’m just no. Hell to the FUCKING NO, bitch.

Let me begin by saying that this is an absolute disservice to Orihime. She’s INOUE ORIHIME, not Kurosaki Masaki. Second of all, Orihime is barely into her twenties in the novel. T w e n t i e s. She’s at the age of discovering herself, finding her path in the world, having fun, becoming the smart, successful career-woman she saw herself becoming by the earliest chapters of the manga. She shouldn’t be idealized as the mother of two motherfucking teenagers, and SPECIALLY SHOULDN’T BE IDEALIZED AS HER BOYFRIEND’S DEAD MOTHER!!!!!!!!!!

To be quite honest, Orihime and Masaki do have physical simmilarities. And, from a very shallow point of view, they both are very easy-going, bubbly and smiley people. But their resemblance ends there. Orihime is a sweet girl, yes! But she is far, far, far away from being nurturing the way Masaki was portrayed. Orihime’s main goal is portrayed as one through the whole series: Ichigo; (or whatever idea she had of Ichigo.) All the series, her main motivator was Ichigo, to get close to him, to be with him. Romantically speaking. Let’s be real, y’all: Orihime is self-centered as fuck. That doesn’t make her a bad person, that just makes her human, like you and me. All Orihime works foward in the whole series is to achieve what she wants. No one can blame her for that! Orihime grew up by her own, and she had to think of herself first and foremost if she wanted to stay alive, because no one would do it for her.

Now, let’s speak of Masaki. Masaki is basically the glorified saint of selflessness. She is the ultimate protector: the last person she thinks when a complicated situation arises is herself. She was compliant to marrying Ryuuken if that assured the well-being if the Ishida family that took her in. Even if that meant sacrificing her own happiness. And then, when she sees Isshin about to be killed by a Hollow, what she does? She just bursts in the battle to save him, even if it cost her life. Let’s not forget that Isshin was a Shinigami, her natural nemesis. And then comes her biggest sacrifice: her life for her son’s. Masaki’s life philosophy was to do all the things she could do to help others, even at the cost of herself. She preferred to die than to see anyone suffering.

Now, dude, do you dare to look me in the eye and say that they are sooo alike like OMG they’re twinsies!!! and shit? If Masaki saw those adorable scenes in the Hueco Mundo arc where Orihime is crying over Ichigo’s lifeless body and shit she would have had an aneurysm. Because Masaki is a fighter. When she sees a loved one down she rises up for the fight, how powerful the enemy is doesn’t matter for her. BY THE WAY, THIS IS HOW MASAKI RAISED ALL OF HER KIDS. Even Karin, as powerless as she is as a human girl was willing to face a much more stronger and dangerous foe to protect her friends, and don’t let me start on how much Yuzu sacrificed of her childhood and how she was forced to grow up and fill her mother’s shoes and did so without complain!

BITCH, TATSUKI IS MORE OF A MOTHER FIGURED TO THE TWINS THAN ORIHIME!!!!! One of her first instincts after she wakes up in the Winter War arc is to check up on Yuzu and Karin!! 

And don’t come after me with that bullshit that they are both orphans and grew up surrounded by hostile blood relatives/caretakers and therefore they are soooo selfless and caring. Cuz’ you know what, bitch? If that makes a mother then Uryū is the real soccer mom of Bleach.

Btw, I’m not saying Orihime is incapable of being a great mother. She does seems like an awesome mother, in fact! It’s just that Orihime learned to be a good mother with her own child and with time. It doesn’t mean she was just Motherhood Material from the beggining, nor should she. AND SHE SHOULDN’T BE COMPARED TO ANYONE. (I swear that if someone came to face and said “you’re so much like my mother! you’re so motherly!” I would fucking set them on fire.)

Yet again we've arrived at Ulquihime week! Gotta confess I'm not much of a Christmas person but I do look forward to December for my OTP week. Everyone puts so much love and effort into their entries that it's hard not to be excited. Okay so today's theme is Crossover and I wanted to pick something that wasn't likely to be repeated by someone else, so leave it to my nostalgic mind to go 'What about a Winx Club crossover?' Thus here we are! This little one-shot is based on one of my fave childhood shows and one of the first villain ships I ever had. (Yes, my 10-year-old self hardcore shipped Darkar & Bloom) 😅 Hope you like it! (Spoilers for some aspects of season 2 of Winx Club. I'm taking from the 4kids version of the show and Nickelodeon special btw. And some mild spoilers for the second movie.)

Ulquihime Week- Day 1 Crossover

The Phoenix and the Dragon

Orihime awoke in a dimly lit room. She didn't remember much, just going into Professor Schiffer's office and then...'And then he changed and turned into the Phoenix.'

"I can sense you. Just come out of the shadows already." She muttered.

Ulquiorra obliged, no longer looking like a human but in his true form as the Shadow Phoenix.

To her he didn't look much different, his skin was paler but his other features remained the same. He had large dark wings and a tail, along with tear markings.

"I should've known it was you. We get warmed about a Shadow Phoenix and next thing we know a new professor shows up at our school."

He chuckled. "Yes well, that didn't occur to you as we bonded, Ms. Inoue."

She lowered her head in shame. Since Ulquiorra arrived at Alfea he had become her favorite teacher, and even offered to teach her about her home kingdom, Sparx, which had been destroyed when she was just a baby.

"Is that why you brought me here? To taunt me?!"

"No, darling. I have other plans for you. Or should I say us?"

"I'll never collaborate with you!"

"You say that now, but you might change your mind after I explain my plans to you."

She frowned, but at the moment there was nothing she could do. Orihime sighed. "Fine. I suppose I can listen to you for a while."

"I appreciate it. First I must ask you something. What do you know about me, Orihime Inoue? Who do you think I am?"

"Headmistress Retsu told us you were once human. That you came to the underealm to try and find the shadow fire, but that it's power consumed you and that now you're seeking to take over the magic universe.

I also know that you came to our school and posed as a professor until now..."

"The headmistress is a wise woman, studious too since she appears to know my origins well, the one commonly excepted that is."

"What do you mean?"

"Indeed, I was once human, that I came here to study the Shadow Fire, but it's power didn't overtake me. For you see, I willingly submitted to it. I'm the one in control, always have been. And while I do wish to take over the magic dimension it is not for my own gain."

"Why else would you want to take over?"

"I want this dimension to change. I want to tear down the structures that bind its kingdoms. I've wanted that since I was a human.

You see, darling, the structures of this dimension are so very ancient and so very obsolete. The squabbles between kingdoms have led to so much war, to destruction, to sadness... Just look at what happened to Sparx."

"My kingdom was destroyed by the ancient witches. Not by war."

"You're right, but your kingdom had a close ally. An ally that should've saved you from the witches, yet instead bargained to have them take your kingdom and spare them. The king of Eraklyon made said bargain."

Orihime grew dizzy. 'No, no it can't be! Ichigo's father wouldn't do that! This is a lie!"

"You think I'm lying, don't you?"

"Of course you're lying! King Isshin wouldn't do that, neither would Ichigo!"

"Analyze the situation, darling. Eraklyon was your closest ally, and yet they didn't suffer any damage as Sparx was destroyed. Your parents vanished, your brother died saving you, your planet is now an icy wasteland. Yet Eraklyon stands as the richest land in Magix. As for your little prince, he was merely a child when this took place, but I don't doubt he'd keep it a secret from you, he has done so before."

Orihime felt as if her skin was catching fire. She hated to be reminded of that lie, to think back when Ichigo had hidden his royal lineage and engagement to a princess. She'd forgiven him, of course, and they were a couple once again, but deep inside she still distrusted him. And a part of her did think Ulquorra's words were true.

'Maybe that's why his father disapproved of us. Not because I'm a princess of a destroyed kingdom, but because my kingdom's destruction was partly his fault...'

"You see, darling. That's only one example of plenty I can give you. All of these realms need someone truly wise to rule them."

"Even if I believed you, that doesn't mean I'll join you. I don't want to kill anyone."

"Who said anything about killing? There are plenty of ways to dethrone a ruler. That's what I crave to do darling. Imagine it, a dimension without destroyed kingdoms, without arranged marriages, without squabbles for the throne. We'd be the only rulers, the royals would be our regents, they'd have to abide by what we demand."

Ulquiorra's eyes glowed green as he spoke. She had seen him like that before in his humanoid form. His eyes always sparkled as he thought her class about History and asked them to be part of the change.

"Ulquiorra, I think it's wonderful that you're trying to make the universe better, but I fail to see why would want me to join you. I'm no leader."

Orihime felt Ulquiorra's cold hand gently lift her chin. "Orihime, you're the only person I've ever met worthy of wearing such a crown.

The reason I posed as a teacher at Alfea wasn't to further my plans, or to steal the codex but to observe you. In just a few months you made such great progress that I couldn't help but be convinced you were worthy of sharing my crown, of carrying the dragon flame, of ruling over Magix.

You came from Earth yet quickly adapted to this dimension, to its power and its costumes. You're kind, fierce, strong, I couldn't ask for a better queen."

He noticed Orihime's pale skin turn bright red, and her sliver eyes grow misty. "No one's ever really praised me like that. Thank you."

He smirked. "I'll be sure to do so more often in the future then."

With a snap of Ulquiorra's fingers, her bounds disappeared. Orihime stood up, directly facing Ulquiorra.

He took her hands in his and directly stared into her eyes, silver meeting emerald. "Orihime Inoue, will you join me in my quest to bring peace and order to the magic dimension?"

It wasn't easy, she didn't want to leave her friends, her school, or even Ichigo. Even after what she learned it felt wrong to vanish without a word.

'But it must be done. Tatsuki-chan will be free to choose who she marries, Nemu-san won't be forced to follow the path her father wants for her, Shizuka-chan won't have to take the throne of the harmonic nebula...even Ichigo would now be free to make his own choices. This would be for the best.'

With a beautiful smile and newfound determination, Orihime finally responded. "Yes, I will."

"Then it is done, our power is now bound."

She could feel a surge of dark magic taking over, but it wasn't unpleasant. Her characteristic blue fae dress was now black and her fairy wings had turned grey. Orihime also noticed Ulquiorra's form slightly changed, his dark wings now had accents of green and he resembled his humanoid form a little more.

"It's the bond." He told her after noticing her confusion. "Light cannot exist without dark and vice versa. As such my darkness had to take some of your light and your light had to take some of my darkness."

Shadow Fire & Dragon Fire were united at last. Orihime was certain that now she and Ulquiorra would be unstoppable. 'We'll fix everything soon.'

"What shall we do now?"

"Since I've acquired all the pieces of the codex, I was thinking we could go to the Relix dimension. Your parents might've vanished there after the destruction of Sparx."

"My parents...I never thought it'd be possible to reach them."

"It is, my darling. We'll bring them back and then return Sparx to its former glory. After that, we can finally reshape the magic dimension into what it should've been from the beginning."

For the first in a long while, Orihime felt like she was doing things right. It would take her friends some time to forgive her, but she knew in time she would join them again. 'I'm doing this for all of us. For me, and for him.'

She gently kissed Ulquiorra's cheek, he blushed at the gesture. "I was not expecting that."

"I'm still a little miffed at you for pretending to be a professor but if we're to be in harmony as rulers this is a good place to start."

"Then I guess I should do my part too."

Ulquiorra wrapped his arm around her waist and gave her a passionate kiss. Orihime quickly blushed and playfully shoved him as he let go of her.

"Show off."

"Guilty as charged."

"Y'know, I remember seeing paintings back on earth with dragons and phoenixes together as a couple. Do you think that was a prediction?"

"It could be, after all, the most enduring romances are likely to echo through many universes."

Just wanna say that dont you think the reasons IH shippers use to justify them are wrong? it's like they became canon & suddenly all of their interactions are romantic, where in fact i rewatched IH scenes & compared it to ichi w/ his other friends and all i get is that ichi treats them all equally. And all I thought during watching is, "do they lack in comprehension?" btw I'm an IR shipper & I respect you and the others who shipped them for so long and are still staying strong

I think all of the reasons they say to justify their ship, were all wrong before the ending happened and even after the ending, I still think and know they are still all wrong, if not even more now, bc they completely diseregard logic even more and try to change the manga from what it really was/is. The ending doesn’t change the manga, doesn’t magically transform the things and facts happened in it, into something else, same goes if Ichiruki became canon, it would not mean that people had the right to go around and say “they fell in love from the first chapter”,  that’s not how it works. 

”Ino/ue Orihime had a crush/feelings on Ichigo and that’s it, it was written and shown to be unrequired for 600+ chapters. “One way sympathy”- “why me sad” (just to name a few) and everything about her--->Ichiigo was one sided. The last chapter making them canon, out of the blue, with a 10 years time skip, with the focus still not even on them, doesn’t mean they can change everything that happened, or better yet didn’t happen before. They were not developed, they were not given any romantic highlight, they were not written as having mutual feelings ever, she never had a huge impact on Ichigo, never. It was all painful one sided from start to finish.

Kubo even said it himself,  Ichigo supposedly developed feelings for her in university or whatever he said, Isn’t it clear that Ichigo didn’t have feelings for her at all, all through the manga? That means that no matter how they twist and change facts written black on white in the manga, there is no Ichigo<--->Inoue development at all,  because guess what? He didn’t have romantic feelings for her, untill a later -there is no manga to show- time.

If someone after all the years spent reading the manga thought one thing BUT because of the ending, they “convince” themselves to look at the manga with different, biased eyes, then sorry but you’re just fooling yourselves. If you think reading the manga now and bc of the ending think Ichigo had feelings for Ino/ue, then you must think he has feelings for Sado, Ishida, Nel oh and Rukia too. It’s insane that people after 15 years have to re-read, re-watch Bl/each with IH shipping googles on just to try and find the eveidence that yes, maybe Ichigo had feelings for her, maybe they make sense. That’s an insult to logic, to reading comprehension. Of course you’re going to re-read those things and go “well there is nothing there” bc there is literally nothing there.

We're introduced to Orihime once more, but in depth! How tf did she get hit by a car and proceed to walk off as if nothing happened?! And she says it so casually that's it's terrifying, and Ichigo responds appropriately. "I got hit by a car, heehee." "No, Inoue. No, heehee. You got hurt, stop trying to play that shit off like a joke." Scold her Ichigo! Also, lol @ Orihime scaring him! And aww, lol @ Ichigo being too embarrassed to tell her what he's in the field doing. I wouldn't wanna tell anyone I was hitting pepper balls for sword practice either.

Ichigo knows that Orihime is clusmy to the point where she gets injured everything means he pays attention to her. Dude probably worries about her on a regular, like "wtf kinda injury is it THIS time, Inoue?" He even tells her not to be so casual about getting hurt! Cuz if you act like it's no big deal, how can anyone ever help you? You frickin' got hit by a car girl! Ichigo probably scolds this girl on a regular about this! Yes, Ichigo, SCOLD HER FOR HER BEING SO NONCHALANT ABOUT GETTING HURT!

Oof, he offered to walk her home! ORIHIME. WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY YES?! That gd Himbo would've made sure you got home, accident-frickin'-free! Her clumsiness worries him, lol. Ichigo, you're a hero in every sense of the word, bro. You should've walkes ya girl home anyway, but you get a pass, since your pepper ball training needs some finetuning.

Ichigo, brooooo, you just said you're kinda close with Orihime and just start rattling on about how you know her! He probably became protective of her after witnessing her brother die. I just- unf! Look, y'all, I ship IchiHime, so seeing little pearls like this from the start is *chef's kiss* gold for someone like me!

Thank you! It’s a flawed argument for a couple of reasons.Number one being, do they realize that they’re basically saying Rukia forces Ichigo to do things he doesn’t want to do? That she’s that pushy and bosses him around and he just lets it all happen? That she would be okay with him looking Orihime dead in the eyes and lying straight to her face with a bold promise that he had no intention to keep? That they’re saying Ichigo would be such a scummy guy that he would also be perfectly okay with lying like that? That he’s that deceptive? Ichigo, who has the word protection in his name—so much of his personal character arc is about protecting people….and they think he would just throw around an empty promise like that, as if protecting isn’t actually important to him at all?Honestly. What does that say about what they think about both Ichigo and Rukia’s characters? It’s an insult to Ichigo’s name, an insult to Ichigo and Rukia’s bond, and an insult to the friendship Rukia and Ichigo have with Orihime. Rukia is his mentor. She gave him a helpful nudge in the right direction here. She knew how important to him this was so she helped him out. And shouldn’t these ichiruki shippers prefer that for their ship over “she forced him to lie” ??You see the irony? In their attempt to make an anti-IH argument, they’ve also inadvertently made an anti-IR argument, and don’t even seem to realize it lmao.Number two, does he look like the promise he made isn’t important to him?

The pain in his eyes? How nervous he is with all the stuttering and “…” ellipses. “Inoue…I… “.....I...”“I’ll get stronger…and then….”The way he’s trying to find the right words, like he doesn’t want to mess this up? 

The determination in his eyes??? The way his eyes are then emphasized once again in the bottom panel??Honestly. If it didn’t really matter to him and was just some throwaway comment he would have just shrugged it off or said it with his usual scowl (or avoided eye contact all together because he would have been lying). None of that was present. His usual “tough guy, I don’t care” attitude melted away here. His entire demeanor changed because he was being vulnerable. He was being sincere. Like….how can anyone see the look in his eyes here and say he doesn’t actually care. Or that he’s just a great actor? A great liar? A master manipulator?If so, these people don’t know Ichigo at all.Not to mention, to make this argument you would have to ignore the way Kubo built up to the promise in his writing. Ichigo spent the entire previous chapter agonizing over how he wasn’t strong enough, had flashbacks to him apologizing at Orihime’s bedside, was shown approaching her again at school while he’s moping around all depressed and kicking himself over it….But then the promise he made didn’t actually matter? Suddenly he didn’t care anymore, and only did it because Rukia made him? Like…? I’m sorry, but these people have terrible reading comprehension lmao.I can see why they would want to fight like hell against this moment though, because Rukia is basically playing Cupid here for Ichigo and Orihime (she even leaves the scene on the next page so they can be alone together lmao) and the fact is that Ichigo didn’t do this for Chad or Tatsuki, who also got hurt. He literally singled Orihime out as special from his other nakama. She’s the only one whose bedside he was shown kneeling at, the only one he approached again at school the next day, the only one he made a singular promise to protect like this. So the question is, why? Why is she being singled out? Why is she so special to him? Why is so much focus being put on her?And the fact that Rukia, who knows Ichigo so well, also knew that Orihime was special to him and so she brought him to her specifically, was so very telling.

Btw, I was close to shipping Neuro & Yako, but in my heart, I believe that I see them as a bizarre mentor & pupil in a platonic way. With Neuro being more like a surrogate father for Yako especially after her dad Seiichi was murdered, Neuro, Yako's papa #2.😁

Not to mention what deepens my thought is when I read in Yusei Matsui's 2016 interview that he answered in 1 of his questions that he's great with father-figure/child relationships for an audience. So that was a nice reminder that not only Matsui considers Koro-Sensei as a paternal figure obviously to 3E, but also Neuro to Yako.☺

 But what's super important is that I want to say that for romance, I actually find myself shipping Yuuya Higuchi x Yako Katsuragi!

 I just couldn't help it because to be perfectly honest, those two are realistic & could have the potential to become lovers!

 I believe that after the HAL arc, it's implied that Higuchi fell for Yako after she saved him from his guilt, she indeed "captured the criminal's heart."

There were even more moments between them in the manga, which is a hell of a lot better.

 What if before meeting Yako, Higuchi actually has never thought about or just wasn't interested in love & that he never even had experience, but all of that changed when Yako came in to his life, & suddenly....he falls in love for the very 1st time?💓

 Imagine after the completion of 2nd work, Assassination Classroom back in '16, Matsui will finally make up his mind & bring back the MTNN series as a sequel especially after that cliffhanger from the final chapter, 202. & in the sequel, Matsui will have fans by surprise by doing his usual & crazy ship hintings by making Yako & Higuchi become even closer, which includes the 1st name base:Yako-Chan & Yuya-Kun, & Higuchi's in love with Yako even more. The two would be revealed to even do stuff together like have breakfast, lunch & dinner, go to places like arcades, malls, internet cafes, Disneyland, Sega Joypolis & spas,...& perhaps spare keys to each other's places.🥞☕🍱💑🥃🍝🍷🎡🎮

And timeskip Higuchi now wears a white gold watch on his right wrist, he cherishes so much as he's always wearing it. Why? Because it was a gift from Yako on his 20th birthday.⌚

 What if Matsui will make Higuchi so in love with Yako that he does not pay any attention to other females at all, not even to check out? Matsui will even have Higuchi having intense sexual feelings towards Yako as he'd have 0 reaction when it comes to other women especially with those who have much bigger breasts than Yako. But when it comes to only Yako, Higuchi gets turned on, his urges would get to him. Higuchi would even fantasize about Yako like when she's in a bikini, wearing an apron naked, taking a shower, seducing him, & in his mind, he visions her clothes falling off of her as her naked body is covered in his blanket as she lays on his bed. He'd even dream of making love to her.

 In fact what if Higuchi's love for Yako will have us even reminiscing the true love that Kaede Kayano felt only for Nagisa Shiota in AssClass? Also what if while doing a lot of colorspread of Yako & Higuchi together, Matsui were to even draw them together in a crossover with Nagisa x Kayano?

  & Now to wrap this up, imagine Matsui ending the MTNN sequel with an epilogue taking place in 2023, 13 years after Neuro's death(sorry Nougami😞). Yako & Higuchi are married(with Yuya adopting Yako's surname😏), & together they have 4 kids.....& a male pet capybara named Yoshimaru.

1st, daughter Yuzue. Champagne blonde hair, blood red eyes & light tan skin. She is her mother's spitting image with her father's eyes. Her hair is kept in a half-up, half-down twintail style that is similar to Misa Amane's from Death Note(also JUMP). When she's a teen, her breasts are in a perfect full B cup like Yako's. Takes after her alot especially with the unstoppable giagantic appetite...like mother like daughter. She was born on January, 3 2013. Her name in the kanji 柚永 means "citrus eternity"🍋

 2nd, son Yahiro. Black hair with an ahoge, brown eyes & pale skin. Looks just like his father with his mother's eyes, & wears glasses like his late grandpa Higuchi. He was born on July, 15 2017. His name in the kanji 矢博 means "arrow abundant"➡.

 3rd, son Yuusei(like the mangaka😊). Blonde hair, blood red eyes & light tan skin. Bears a strong resemblance to Yako like her little genderbender with Yuya's eyes. The sei in his name, was after late grandpa Seiichi Katsuragi. He was born on May, 30 2019. His name in the kanji 勇星 means "brave star"🌟

 & 4th, daughter Yasumi. Brown hair, brown eyes & pale skin. She actually inherited her brown hair from grandma Haruka Katsuragi. She likes to keep her hair in twintails as a little girl. When she's older, she shockingly grows breasts that are alot bigger than her mom's & big sister's lol!

She was born on November, 6 2022.

Her name in the kanji 康心 means "peaceful heart".❤

   That awkward moment when you realized that only Ichigo, Rukia, and Orihime are present on both the pilot chapter 0 and the main bleach manga series. The original or pilot chapter got rejected by WSJ coz of the similarities between YuYu Hakusho and Bleach prototype. Main protagonist Ichigo = Yusuke, Rukia = Botan, and Inoue = Keiko (the human love interest). Kubo didn’t even care if IR got more fans. He didn’t even give them grand reunion and IR tag team.

   Kubo kept on reinforcing Orihime’s feelings for Ichigo. He could have just let Inoue fall out of love with Ichigo but he didn’t. He could have just let Rukia stay by Ichigo’s side but he didn’t. Instead he kept on drawing renji and rukia side by side on most part of the last arc.    

First of all, I didn’t know if these responses were in agreement or not because the 2 seem to contradict each other’s main point. So I dropped by your blog and I got my idea.

Secondly, I didn’t even mention Ichigo or anything about Hime’s feeling. There was nothing about IH in my post at all. I understand that RR indirectly validate IH in some people’s eyes, so now they cling and claim Rukia and R*nji too. Since Rukia is now Tatsuki no. 2, and R*enji is IHs god since he pushed Ichigo. Yeah well people can worship R*nji for all they want, I do not care. But anyway, any post that question RR when it has no mention of IH, some people still jump onto it and protest.

Thirdly, again the post has nothing to do with IH, and I do not question Hime’s feeling. Kubo smacked her feeling about Ichigo into our face since first arc. On the other hand, Kubo could also smack Ichigo’s feeling toward her in our face if he really wanted, but he didn’t. He could, but he didn’t, and that was a choice he made for 15 years. One person’s feeling does not make a relationship.

Fourthly, I deliberately didn’t write out Hime’s full name and R*nji full name because I did not want the post to attract certain attention. There was no anti IH even in the tag.

Poor and failed writing of romance:

1. He could have just let Rukia stay by Ichigo’s side but he didn’t.

Let all applaud Kubo. Instead of properly develop mutual attraction and feeling for an intended pair, he chose to physically separate another character whom one of the intended was close to.  

2. Instead he kept on drawing renji and rukia side by side on most part of the last arc.  

Let all applaud Kubo x 2. I have said from the beginning, instead of giving them at least a page or two AT THE VERY LEAST where RR have a heart to heart talk, or anything remotely emotional after SS arc, he just tagteamed them. He turned R*nji into Rukia’s twin, and just saddle him with her wherever she go.

Even in SS arc, what did we get at the end? A Byakuya and Rukia’s heartfelt talk, where he gave reasons for his assholes past actions.

We also got A BYAKUYA X RENJI’S talk where Bykuya was in his sick bed, and Renji was sitting next to his bedside, untill Ichigo happened that was. Damn that Ichigo and his unfortunate interruption.

Last but not least, a Rukia x R*nji’s talk. OH WAIT, we never got one but fuking Kubo thought it was important for a Byakuya x Renji one.

No, Rukia felt tearful at being rescue =/= a heartfelt talk. Rukia also got tearful at seeing Ichigo btw. Let see, she was ready to die. By all account she WAS going to be killed, dead, nah dah. Yes, so of course she would get tearful from being emotional from seeing people’s faces that she thought she wouldn’t even see again, cause you know she was going to die just 5 minutes ago.

I see some people deliberately ignored that she was weak from being imprisoned in that tower. She was weak emotionally and physically. But again Kubo chose to have her pull Byakuya toward her, showing that she INSTINCTIVELY desire to protect Byakuya when she thought he would get attacked again.

I’m going to say it again, Rukia -> Byakuya. And I’m not a big fan of him. I’m not a big fan of many characters. It was Kubo’s choice to include what he thought it was an important scene. Do we ever see Rukia saying out loud she cares deeply for her adopted brother? No, not that I can remember any instant of. But we understand through her actions and her sparkling eyes when she thought of him.

Does Byakuya ever say out loud he care for her? No, but again we understand through his later actions and his certain specific choice of words. His turning a blind eyes and letting her go to HM which showed a change and a development in their relationship compared to the past. His gift of scarf, gloves. They were all small moments that we would easily missed or not think much of, but they were there after SS arc.  

So yeah, if Kubo wanted to, he could show Rukia -> R*nji that let no room for doubt, but he didn’t. He chose not to; it was his choice. RR was more like a gag team for laugh at time. Kubo liked his gag moment. To me, he used most SS shinigamis for big entrance, and for comedic timing.
