For what it's worth, here's my best guess as to what actually happened behind the scenes over the past few seasons:

Due to a combination of low ratings, political opposition to the BBC, and general economic woes, the BBC decides to switch Doctor Who from totally in-house production to a co-production with Bad Wolf Studios, Russel T Davies' production company.

Disney agrees to provide Doctor Who with a significant amount of funding in exchange for exclusive international distribution rights.

Filming for Series 14 / Season 1 began in December 2022, and ended in July 2023; filming for Series 15 / Season 2 began a few months later in October 2023 and wrapped in May 2024, just around the time Series 14 began broadcasting

At some point before Series 15 began filming, Millie Gibson (Ruby) decided to leave the show, for reasons which are as of yet unknown. Varada Sethu is hastily brought on as the companion for Series 15, with Sethu's good on-screen chemistry with Ncuti Gatwa in "Boom" being a major contributing factor.

The new companion, Belinda, is slotted into the scripts for Series 15 in Ruby's place, with the result being that Belinda is rather under-characterized. @/galileosballs has a more in-depth post about that here, which is well worth reading.

The Disney deal was for the 60th anniversary specials and two further series, with any renewal of the deal to be decided later. Production on Series 15 draws to a close, and the production team waits to hear what Disney has to say.

Disney doesn't say anything, one way or the other.

Doctor Who is in a state of limbo. When Gatwa has an appearance on the Graham Norton Show in late 2024, he mentions that he expects filming for Series 16 to begin the following year (2025). This is cut from broadcast.

Time passes, and no announcement comes. It's clear that there won't be any new Doctor Who until at least 2027. At some point, Gatwa decides to leave, deciding that just waiting around for another year would be a bad move, career-wise. The decision is made to keep his exit a secret, much like how Eccleston's exit was originally planned to be a surprise.

This necessitates hasty rewrites and reshoots of the Series 15 finale. The original ending of the episode - likely featuring the Doctor and Belinda celebrating at a party with Belinda's family, with Susan watching from a distance to set up next series' arc - is scrapped. The new ending, written largely on the fly, is kinda nonsensical, rather sexist, and (with the notable exception of a cameo from Jodie Whittaker), generally Not Good.

By the time of the reshoots, a new actor to play the Doctor has not been found. A version of the new ending is prepared that does not reveal who the new Doctor is played by. At some point prior to the broadcast of the finale on May 31st 2025, Billie Piper agrees to return to Doctor Who as the Doctor. I've previously written about why I think this is a bad idea, but it's also possible that very few people were willing to sign on, given the uncertain state of the show, and Piper was simply the only viable choice.

As for the future, it's possible that Disney will decide not to renew their funding agreement, but this is likely not the end to the show or anything. Scripts for Series 16 have been written, and those for Series 17 nearly finalized. Doctor Who will continue, though perhaps with a reduced budget. It might very well not be very good, but it will continue. And hopefully whoever the next showrunner is after Davies (my money's on Pete McTighe) will be able to turn things around.

Mortasheen is going to be four years late but so far every backer who's seen the preview book has loved it, compared to countless projects I've followed that went even further overtime and were disappointments. POST-KICKSTARTER TIMELINE SO FAR:

2021: spent on tons of new artwork of my own while organizing art from all the other illustrators I hired on, while also building, writing and formatting a prototype book myself. A lot of old material had to be redone, and a lot of brand new material was necessary. The team who had previously been developing gameplay took to the end of the year to get together the lore and worldbuilding materials on their end, which I didn't realize they had so heavily modified and expanded on from what I wrote a decade prior.

It had strayed a bit far from my concept of the setting, but had lots of good ideas as well, so I had to start a massive rewriting project to integrate everything together myself and make sure it all had a consistent tone and logic.

2022: I was still waiting on the actual gameplay mechanics themselves, which had been finished, but the dev team wanted to work out a new contract before sending them over. Their life schedule interfered with communication for months at a time, and I only got the mechanics later in the year. This contained the framework to build monsters and all their possible abilities thus far, but no builds for any specific monsters besides a sample for the player's guide. They were unable to confer with me regularly enough to stat the 100+ monsters I'd need, but I had shared the mechanics with a trusted enough friend who was really into the setting. By I think the end of fall, @gutsygills had already been playtesting and statting tons of creatures, so I made the decision to just hire her.

2023-2024: 160 monsters needed to be built from scratch while gutsy and others started running campaigns and playtesting vigorously, during which hundreds of things came up to edit, modify, add or remove about the system, specific monsters or specific abilities. Many issues coming up in the mechanics required new creatures or characters I had never thought of, especially a logical middle ground between completely defective "junk" monsters and powerful ones. I had essentially made too many of them too cool and grand, so we needed to give almost every monster class a few little mooks and goombas.

More worldbuilding, lore and fluff also needed modifying along the way to interplay with the rapid evolution of the system, which also necessitated me meticulously going over what I'd already written to scrap what wasn't working or wasn't that interesting.

2025: final playtests, massive final read-throughs and editing marathons to catch every last error or inconsistency, final polish on the last new monsters, gutsy writing a final guide to actually running a campaign with everything we've now developed, finishing the last necessary chapter on the setting's non-monster villains, and once we know the final page count for certain......we have to build the indexes, which is going to be pretty tedious, but that is going to be the very, very last thing to do. It's basically been entirely me doing an amount of work usually done by a larger team, until I hired one assistant whose job had to default to being just as huge. It's eaten so much of my time I feel like I aged at 5 times the normal rate...but I do feel like the end result is going to be worth it.

Once the book is out, we have to start working right away on the promised bonus book of all the backer-original monsters, and also start planning for the next book, which will be almost entirely more monsters.

Abandoned wip Cassie & Roxy figures. From ~2023

They’re about to go into storage, so I took some photos. And I figured I might as well post them since they’re never getting finished. So yeah

Cassie! Her design is sooo cute. I enjoyed translating her into my style + into 3d. I was (& still am) really happy with how I sculpted her face and hair. Up until this point I rarely sculpted human faces, so I was surprised how well it turned out (then again it’s very stylized so. Whatever). And her hair came out almost exactly like my reference drawing! Which doesn’t happen as often as I would like it to. The paint job came out nicely as well, I’m especially proud of the sneakers and the tiny stars & flowers on her cardigan. Anyway, She was looking really good overall! That is until she fell off my shelf and broke her neck. Unfortunately, that was the breaking point (lol) for me, as I was already having problems with Roxy, and I didn’t want to go through the trouble of repairing her tiny little neck after she was almost fully painted, so I scrapped the project entirely.

Only a few Roxy photos since she wasn’t painted. I had made her before cassie, (I was originally going to only make Roxy) but never managed to get to the painting step for mainly one reason: Her neck kept breaking. (I have bad luck when it comes to necks, it seems. Probably because I like chibi proportions.) I had to repair her neck, like, 5 times, before finally deciding to use apoxie sculpt instead of my regular polymer clays. (Which I probably should’ve done sooner) But then the apoxie dried in the wrong position, so she couldn’t stand on her own anymore (she needed to be in a very specific pose to stand. her hair is heavy!!). Thinking back on it, I’m really sad I never got to paint her, because I think her form ended up looking really nice. If you’re wondering why neither Cassie nor Roxy have eyelashes, that’s because I was planning on doming both of their eyes with resin, then sculpting eyelashes on top. But I never got to that step. Fun Fact!: Roxy’s eyes are glow in the dark :) so is Cassie’s flashlight

And lastly, here is the art I made for me to reference. Left is the original sketches, and right is the revised poses/designs + traced off of the figures I had already started making. Fun fact: halfway through sculpting (after baking in the pose) I realized that, in-game, cassie holds her flashlight in her left hand and not her right, so I had to completely remove & remake her hands.

I really want to try remaking these two someday, not only because I think I can make them better than I did before, but because Cassie & Roxy are probably my favorite SB characters and I still want to have cute figures of them to display on my desk lol.

Each post in this series will cover a sow and the independent children she has that still visit the Brooks River area. This means that all current cubs are excluded, until they are emancipated -- at which point I may go back and add them. While I try not to include Grandchildren in these posts, people overwhelming voted to include them in this instance -- you can find them at the end.

All family tree speculation is just speculation. Unless I mention DNA evidence, do not take anything here as hard-and-true facts.

435 Holly

435 Holly is perhaps the most easily recognized bear that has ever graced the Katmai National Park Brown Bear Cams, on account of her extraordinarily light colored coat that darkens -- with the exception of her near-white ears -- to a "toasted marshmallow" color in fall. In 2019, she was crowned Fat Bear Week Champion, making her the first winner that was not 480 Otis or 409 Beadnose. The photo above was her official entry photo the year that she claimed the Fat Bear Week crown.

She is also a personal favorite bear of mine -- 2019 was my first ever Fat Bear Week, and her Giant Marshmallow Body is what made me fall in love with the competition, followed quickly by the live cams themselves. She is also part of what is, in my opinion, the most interesting and heartwarming story that has ever graced the Katmai bear cams. She has had 5 known litter of cubs, in 2006, 2009, 2014, 2017, and 2020 -- though it should be noted that her 2009 litter will not be included because her only cub that year did not survive, and her 2017 litter will not be included because they are rarely seen in the Brooks Falls area.

In terms of her mothering style, she is essentially the opposite of 128 Grazer -- 435 Holly is nervous, caring, and does not bring her cubs to the falls. Instead, she will fish downstream, either in the Riffles or the Lower river. In fact, she will fish in the lower river even in July, when most other bears do not. She will even scavenge for scraps left by other bears, just to keep her cub(s) safe.

435 Holly's Mother: Unknown

435 Holly was first identified as a young sow or older female subadult in 2001, and her parentage is unknown -- even though she has had her DNA collected by rangers. Given that 435 Holly was likely between 4 and 6 years old when she was first identified, we can assume that she was roughly 26 to 28 years old when she was last seen in 2023. Brown bears at KNP&P generally live to their mid 20s, with 30 years old being a rough maximum. Given her age and the fact that we have not seen her since 2023, it is likely that 435 Holly has passed away.

2006 Litter

Holly's first known litter had only one cub, a small male.

While other spring cubs have been seen riding on their mother's backs, my understanding is that this cub was seen doing so by park rangers on multiple occasions, so they came to call him Backpack. In 2007, when he was a yearling, he injured his front right paw quite significantly -- he could not put much, if any, weight on it. Such an injury is often very hard for cubs, because it is their duty to keep with with their mother, not their mother's duty to follow them. Despite this, 435 Holly not only changed where and how she fished to make sure her injured cub was safe from other bears -- she also made sure to go at a pace that he could keep up with. The cub made it safely through the summer, and was fully healed and successfully emancipated in 2008, at 2.5 years old.

89 Backpack

89 Backpack is a pretty chill bear, even though he is 19 years old -- an age where many other boars would be much less tolerant of other bears' presence. He is even known to still play with other bears occasionally, including 28E last year, who is more than a decade younger. As a young adult, he was frequent playmates with both 32 Chunk and 151 Walker, who are both current, highly dominant boars. Some cam viewers speculate that this past relationship with them may be part of the reason that both of those boars seem to tolerate 89 Backpack more than they do other bears, but this is of course just speculation -- we will never know for sure.

2014 Litter

In spring 2014, 435 Holly returned to the Brooks Falls area with a spring cub in tow -- a small female.

This season began like any other season for 435 Holly and her spring cub: Holly fished in the lower river while her cub stayed nearby, and as it was July, most other bears were upriver, either at the waterfall or just downstream of it in the Riffles. But 435 Holly had a small cub to keep safe, so she stayed away from the commotion, and found her safety in the less-populated areas of Brooks River.

While 435 Holly and her spring cub were fishing in the lower river away from everyone else, something important was happening elsewhere: 402 had been separated from her yearling cub. The cub and 402 were both okay, to be clear, but they could not find each other for several days. They were briefly reunited, but it was too late: when sows lose their cubs for too long, their bodies put them into estrus, and when a sow is in estrus, she has to emancipate her cubs for their safety. The cub was then on his own at just 1.5 years old -- a year earlier than the vast majority of brown bears at KNP&P.

Many people were worried about newly-independent cub -- who was now officially Bear 503 "Cubadult" -- and his chances of survival. While it's not impossible for a 1.5 year old brown bear at Katmai to survive on their own, it isn't exactly likely either. KNP&P is in Alaska, where the summers are short and the winters are long. A 1.5 year old brown bear there is very, very vulnerable.

And then, 435 Holly, her spring cub, and 503 Cubadult became famous essentially overnight -- the three of them were spotted at the nearby Naknek Lake -- and they were traveling, eating, and playing together.

People were cautiously hopeful, and soon they began to wonder if 435 Holly had, against all odds, adopted 503. It was unheard of -- literally, we had never before recorded this behavior in brown bears -- but maybe, just maybe, a miracle had occurred. And then, on September 17th, 2014, we got confirmation that yes, 503 Cubadult had, in fact, been adopted -- because 435 Holly allowed both cubs to nurse from her, within view of one of the lower river cameras. 503 Cubadult stayed with 435 Holly and her daughter until 2016, when they were both successfully emancipated; Holly's biological cub, who was 2.5 years old, was assigned the number 719, while 503 Cubadult, who was 3.5 years old, kept the number he was assigned when he was first on his own.

719 Princess

719 is a small, stocky, 11.5 year old bear who looks much like her mother. After she was emancipated, she spent a lot of time with her adopted brother -- as is common for recently-emancipated siblings. As a subadult, she was very social, and seemed to find safety hanging out with other subadults -- and she even tried following another family! She has since had three cubs of her own, two males in 2019 and a female in 2022, all of whom were successfully emancipated.

503 Cubadult

503 Cubadult, who is now 12.5 as of 2025, has grown up to be one of the largest boars in the Brooks River area. Though he has not been particularly dominant -- he is quite tolerant of other bears being near him -- he also doesn't generally yield space to other bears these days, even big dominant boars like 32 Chunk or 151 Walker. He's also a fishing machine; in 2024 he was observed high-grading at least 64 fish in just 1 hour and 45 minutes.

2020 Litter

in 2020, Holly had one cub -- a small, light-colored female.

All brown bears start their lives with dark fur and a white ring around their neck known as a natal collar, which you can see fading in the photo above, but by the time mid-July rolled around, this cub's fur had lightened immensely, and she was nearly the same color as her mother! Over time, people began calling her "Holly's mini-me", and then eventually "Jolly"

This little girl was rambunctious, and she definitely kept her mother busy! Jolly was always playing with other cubs, even during her first summer, when most cubs stick close to their mothers. On at least one occasion, her antics led to her being charged by another mother bear who didn't want Jolly near her cubs. She was known to climb trees, seemingly just for fun, and one time when she was a yearling rangers were trying to get 435 Holly and her cub to leave the Brooks Camp area -- and while Holly politely left, Jolly hop-charged a ranger, even though she had porcupine quills in one of her paws!

335 Jolly

To say that 335 Jolly looks like 435 Holly did when she was her age would be an understatement. She is very blonde in the early summer, and darkens -- except her ears -- to look like a toasted marshmallow in fall. She also fishes a lot in the lower river, just like her mom did. She's still young -- just 5.5 years old this year -- so i'm very excited to see how she will grow as she ages, and if she will one day have a mini-me of her own.

The Grandcubs:

all of 435 Holly's current known grandcubs were born to 719 Princess; 2 males in 2019 and one female in 2022.

Grandcub #1: 207

207 and his brother 208 were born to 719 in 2019, and both were emancipated in 2021. Immediately after emancipation, 207 and his brother stuck together....for a bit. In the later parts of the season, though, 207 mostly struck out on his own. He was last observed in 2022, and likely left for other parts of KNP&P, as many subadults do.

208, like his brother 207, was born in 2019 and emancipated in 2021, though unlike his brother, he is still seen on the cameras. He is called Clay by some of the bear cam viewers because he eats a lot of clay. It's a practice known as geophagy, and most brown bears will eat clay or soil sometimes, probably to help soothe their stomachs while they fatten up for hibernation.

At KNP&P, brown bears also often eat clay when they have parasites, which may be because the clay at Katmai National Park is made of volcanic ash! Specifically, it's ash from the 1912 volcanic eruption that formed Novarupta -- which was the largest volcanic eruption of the 20th century, lasted for 60 hours, and released 30 times as much ash as the eruption of Mount St. Helens in 1980. The clay at KNP&P is, as a result, very high in magnesium and other nutrients -- and may help the bears at KNP&P fight off parasites.

We don't know why 208 eats so much clay -- it seems like some bears just do, and 208 is one of them. Whether he's fending off parasites, has other digestive discomfort, or even just likes it, we'll never know because we can't ask him. But one thing is for sure: if you tune in to the bear cams when 208 is there, it's pretty likely that you'll see him eating some clay in the lower river.

519 Zippy, 719's only cub from her 2022 litter, was emancipated in 2024 at 2.5 years old. Her nickname comes from the fact that this girl was always, always running -- which also had the side effect of making her incredibly difficult to get pictures of, especially from the explore.org livecams. She was the only newly-emancipated cub who stayed in the area last season, so she was often seen playing and running around on her own. But this year should see a bunch of emancipations, so hopefully little 519 will find some other subadults to hang out with -- and maybe we'll even get to see a subadult gang!

Cannon Information:

Nikto (Neeek-toe) is a Operator in Spetsnaz for the Allegiance faction which is within the KorTac Organization. Basically hes a contractor for the contractors. Its cannon that he has facial scarring which is why he wears a mask. Not a turn off for me ah ha ha

So he isn’t necessarily a good guy like the 141 guys (even though now they’re considered war criminals I suppose) but he’s also not a bad guy. In summary, man does what he gets hired to do.

Anyways, after going AWOL in October 2022 from the Russian contracting military group he resurfaced in June 2023 (also the introduction of his character in the game). He resurfaced being the leader of a military group which was overtaking the Dutch city of Vondel.

Also mentioned on the page [ for the COD Mobile universe ] is that theres cannon beef between Ghost and Nikto!! Yes, you heard me right. So on the wiki it is mentioned that Nikto was working for a guy named Templar. Whom is betrayed and killed by Ghost. Then when Ghost went after everyone else in the helicopter he shot Nikto. It was thought that Nikto died from the shot but he didnt….

Nikto reappears when he takes a group of people hostage and records a video explaining that the world has failed them and has left people like (Nikto) to beg and then fight over the scraps. Price (yes Price) tries to convince Nikto to let the hostages go and to basically chill out but Nikto wins by blowing up the building. With the hostages inside.

Okay maybe he has beef with all of 141… and is kinda a bad guy I can change him

SO then time passes and Nikto reappears again seeking a gun deal with a dude named Gunzo. Gunzo asks Nikto “why a man wanted on every continent, doesnt have guns” this pisses Nikto off. Nikto replies with “i dont need guns” then proceeds to buy the guns from Gunzo. Then Nikto gasses the fuck out of Gunzo and his men with Nova Gas. Nikto explains to Gunzo that the world is failing blah blah. He then goes on to brag about how he doesnt need a gas mask to breath like everyone else because hes that edgy and then he just executes Gunzo. We can fix him

Nikto disappears again only to reappear flying a F-85B Bullshark and leading a military riot. He then orders a attack on Prices convoy (video below) and basically down their helicopter. In the video below you can see small arms fire, an RPG, and then a finishing shot. Which was shot by Nikto’s aircraft. Okay maybe he is bad, we can fix him ?

In game bio from MW, CODM, and MW2

It is referenced in his bio MW and CODM that he has acute dissociative disorder. Which according to WebMD

“Dissociative disorders involve problems with memory, identity, emotion, perception, behavior and sense of self. Dissociative symptoms can potentially disrupt every area of mental functioning. Dissociation is a disconnection between a person’s thoughts, memories, feelings, actions or sense of who he or she is.”

Which is explained to be from when he was tortured by Mr. Z. That event is also where he got his facial scarring from. Although he is Russian; in current MW2 timeline his nationality and language is [ REDACTED ]. I was looking around on the internet for why and Reddit believes its due to current world current events/tension. Rewording to: we can accept and love him. I dont think we can fix him.

hi! if ur in canada the postal workers are going on strike again this friday. that is may 23 2025! why this is important:

this is a fight by workers against the canadian state to keep the postal service from being gutted and privatized, as profits from package delivery move to private companies like Amazon

postal workers are proposing tons of plans to keep post offices relevant in the internet era especially in rural areas, like serving as community hubs, offering postal banking, and doing check-ins on elders—the government and canada post management want to scrap the whole thing for parts

the current defunding of public services in canada like education, healthcare, and now the postal service enables increased military spending to meet NATO commitments, making these public sector fights an anti-imperialist issue

despite the importance of this battle and the viciousness of the enemy, workers are held back from fighting all-out by the legal labour relations system which makes it extremely hard to win by outlawing solidarity strikes and incentivizing high-level union bureaucrats to submit to back-to-work legislation

postal workers need public support to stand a chance of winning this battle—when they were on strike in december as part of this same fight, they were receiving only slightly upwards of $200 a week in strike pay while being constantly vilified by the media and in some cases, being arrested

what you can do, on your own or ideally with a political organization of the working class:

learn about the postal workers' demands directly from the source, and about the events of their recent strike in december from working-class media so that you can have accurate conversations with the people in your life about this strike

take some time this week to create visible public support for postal workers in your community, such as by putting up supportive posters on community mailboxes—creating this kind of community support was crucial for giving education workers the confidence to execute their illegal strike in 2023. here is an example design

raise the issue of supporting postal workers in your union, or talk to people you know in unions about doing the same—in particular, public sector unions need to be actively pushed to stand in solidarity with each other right now

find your nearest canada post distribution center and go to the picket line on friday! bring snacks, cards, donations, homemade signs, union flags—and talk directly with workers about what the strike means for them

organize public outreach to build support for the postal workers' demands—it can be as simple as printing out a petition and spending a couple hours standing outside your local grocery store with some friends collecting contact information, or as involved as a fundraising campaign to supplement local strike pay

I'm taking a step back from writing.

I'm really sorry to those who have been excited for this new season--for the pregnancy reveal, for the rebuilding of Daenera/Aemond's relationship, for the smut, for dad!Aemond, for everything.

But I've recieved quite a few comments on AO3 accusing me of using AI in my writing. There was a reddit thread about it, and while it was vague, it was very, very obviously about A Vow of Blood. (They mentioned the length of the fic being almost 1 million words, and my posting schedule.)

And so, I write this to defend myself.

October 2, 2022, episode 7 of HOTD came out and I was immediately drawn by Aemond's character. I watched it when I was on home leave from the ship I was working on. I spent the next 4 weeks plotting the story and coming up with what I wanted to write when I got home. In those 2 weeks I was home again, I wrote and wrote, and then I went out for 4 weeks again.

My work contract ended in January 2023, and from then on, I wrote every single day. I wrote 130 or so pages before even figuring out HOW to write Daenera as a character and after the 130 pages, I decided to scrap most of it and start over.

I had nothing else to do and this was my hyperfixation. I wasn't sure if it was going to last so I kept the first 40+ chapters to myself as I wrote until the 21st of April 2023 where I posted the first chapter.

I then decided I could post twice a week for the simple reason that I had 40+ chapters locked and loaded. And before posting, I went through it, plotted it into my audio program so it read my writing aloud to me to listen for mistakes.

And in the meantime while posting, I of course wrote new chapters. Then, when the chapters finally ran out, the schedule changed to once every two weeks. I did everything I could to keep it--literally putting my life on hold just to ensure that I could post a new chapter every Friday.

This was my hobby, this was my hyperfixation (literally, I'm autistic), this was what I spent my time doing as I recovered from burnout due to grueling work as a sailor. I stressed about it. I had breakdowns over having to skip a Friday because I hadn't been able to write anything for a week.

The reason the story is as long as it is, is because I spent literal hours every day writing. Most days I can reach somewhere between 1500-2500k words. If I'm lucky, I can write more.

I am very aware that my writing is very, VERY detailed--too detailed, even. It's a flaw of mine. I want to set the scene, I want to get all the details that I have in my brain and I want you to see it. Is it too much? Yes. I'm also awfully aware of my progression as a writer, how earlier chapters are written and how the newest ones are written. I'm aware of how I've changed some of the style/started using way tooo many em-dashes, recklessly and hubris-ly (not a word, I'm aware). I know I throw them around. I know I could properly use the good ol' comma, but I like them.

As to the spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, I can say with 100% confidence that it's not some grand scheme that I've thought out to avoid AI detection--I literally didn't catch the mistake when I went through the chapter. I re-read one of my chapters yesterday and found a spelling mistake that I immediately corrected.

I've used grammarly for spell checking/grammar mistakes since English isn't my first language and Danish has a different structure that I often times keep through my English writing. That is the extent of it.

So, here I am, writing this. And I am beyond devastated--to the point of it making me physically ill. I have not used AI in the creation of A Vow of Blood. I have not used AI for plot-points. I have not used AI for character creations. I have not used AI for analyzes. I have not used AI for prompts. I have not used AI to write any chapters for me. I have not used AI in the development of this story.

I have like... way too many notebooks for my own good with frivolous details, character sheets, quickly scribbled quotes and inspiration for the story. I didn't expect that I should have taken more pictures.

As I stated previously, this has pulled the rug out from under me. I thought I'd be happily writing until the new season comes out and beyond that. I hoped to finish S2 of the story by the time S3 would come around--though I am terrible at planning this because the story has a habit of taking a life on its own, so it was not likely lol. But this... I don't want to feel anxious about posting a new chapter. I have this pit in my stomach at the thought of even writing now. The one thing that has sustained me through this, the reason I'm still at it, is the lovely commenters. I am beyond grateful for the friends I've made, and I really do hope I'll find my way back to writing. I hope I can finish this story. But the thought of posting at the moment is just.... it brings me so much dread.

I'm going on a hiatus, I'm taking some time for myself. Maybe now I can finally finish my room.
