#so it's sunday and i have been calling and inviting people to my wedding...... and hooo boy did i get some answers #my grandmother told me she doesn't know who i am and hung up on me :)#(we haven't been in touch a lot due to some family conflict that i had no part of because i was a child when something happened - i still #dont know what but something clearly did - so i was expecting maybe a cold No Thank You or whatever but jesus fucking christ....#and it affected me more than i expected.... just wow.) also my godmother was very polite but cold i don't even expect her to come and #it was a truly awkward conversation but i survived.....#also my mom is having some kind of depressive episode or something so there is that #and i have pms and want to cry and sleep and throw up all the time actually now double because additional stress #uhhhhhhhh. Last night I had the worst False Awakening mixed with Sleep Paralysis Loop. I usually have this if I'm stressed about having to wake up earlier than usual, but it was very very intense today.

I don't know how many times it happened or for how long. But it felt like ages.

I'd dream I'd get out of bed and try to check my phone, because I was late and had to get ready. But the phone screen would either be black or show me no numbers at all. My tell for False Awakenings is usually that I can't actually feel my limbs moving. That paired with the phone screen situation would tell me I was still asleep. So I'd try to wake myself up.

This dream went on and on and on, and sometimes I did wake up for real, only for my brain to immediately shut down again and the dreams to start over.

Eventually I tried calling out for my mom, so she'd help me, but only mumbling sounds would come out of my mouth. I couldn't speak, I couldn't scream.

I woke up by lunchtime soaked in sweat.

It wasn't fun.

i dont like the things going on right now ! ! ! !

#and by things i mean my cat acting weird #he hasnt been eating good or coming by me as much and hes been more vocal than usual #i dont usually get scared when he acts off for a day or two like hes a cat he goes through phases i know #but this time feels really really different and i dont know why #i cant tell if im just overthinking it or if it does feel different #im gonna try to find a vet that wont take my entire life savings for absolutely nothing but #im just scared #ive had a weird little ball of anxiety in my chest all day and i couldnt figure out what it was #until i watched him sniff his favorite food and just walk away #he didnt even come to see me :(#i dont wanna go to sleep what if something happens tonight #tbd
